While we're posting cuts, I managed to pause the 1992 Royal Rumble open from WWE Network and get a screen capture of Hulk Hogan's pic to make a cut appropriate for him in 1992 since I don't recall any '92 era cuts of Hogan.

I love you.

Thanks!

I'm going to throw in my thanks for the Brad Armstrong Badstreet pic as well. Already downloaded and added to the Risky Business pic pack. :D As for my cut making, I may try to make some more depending on what I want (and what others may want when I have the time) thanks in part to WWE Network.

Sweet. Added.

I also just did a few from the WWE Network.

Here are a few new pics if anyone has use for them:

They are in order: DDP as Freebird, Jimmy Snuka 1994, Paul Heyman 1994, Tommy Rich 1991 and Reese as Super Giant Ninja.

This is magnificent. Thanks for all your hard work!

Just a few notes from what I've noticed after an initial lookthrough of some of the major players:

*Masa Fuchi is set as 50% heel when he was the douchiest of douches in the Misawa/Jumbo feud and his submissions are around the same rating. He was the master of stretching guys, particularly Kikuchi. His legit performance probably could use an upgrade too. Video evidence:

*Akira Hokuto was one of the best, the best IMO, women's worker of all time. Her potential is set to average - though her ratings are quite good from the get go. Toyota has "excellent" and a few of the other women have "very good."

Not much to add other than that after a few minutes with the data. It's really excellently done!

Those cuts are awesome! I've added those to Risky Business as well, though the file names may be different from whatever you name them since we can't read each other's minds. :p

And I got your PM. I'll try to work on those requests this week. ^_^

I just went all through the new nGo people package. I've found that these are the same pictures:

Dave Finlay 2 > Fit Finlay 2

British Bulldog 95 > Davey Boy 95

DOC > Dorian Deville > Drew Gallows > Festus

Bill DeMott and Bill Demott 2 > Hugh Morrus and Hugh Morrus 2

Brian James 3 > Jesse James 3

Brian James 4 > Jesse James 4

Brian James 5 > Jesse James (the Brian one is the same picture but framed better)

El Ribelde > Largus Black 2

Billy Gunn 2 > Monty Sopp 2

Nicole Garcia and Nikki Bella are basically the same picture

Paul Levesque > Triple H 2

Power Warrior and Kensuke Sasaki 1 may as well be the same, the only difference is the background color

Sgt Slaughter 4 and 91 may as well be the same

Shane Douglas > Shane Douglas 1

Matt Hyson > Spike Dudley 2

Steve Keirn 1 > Steve Keirn 91

The Bullet > Bob Armstrong 2

The Wall > Jerry Tuite

Ultimate Warrior 4 > Warrior 1

Zeus > Tiny Lister

You have a duplicate of Lilian Garcia, one spelled as "Lillian"; another that's almost a duplicate of Louie Spicolli, only spelled as Louis, and both are the same as Rad Radford. There's a picture named "Keji Mutoh", so just a typo there. There's a typo on a "Mikey Whipreck 2" pic. Van Hammer 2 is completely unnecessary. Just an opinion, but probably could use a different pic for Windham Rotundo, an older one from his FCW days perhaps?

On a side note, that Jake Roberts 93 picture just looks SAD.

You still haven't found me that unmasked Shanghai Pierce :p by now I don't even care, I just hope you don't mind if I harass you about it lol.

I like that Low Ki, Samoa Joe, and Homicide finally got new pictures, but here's some I'd done for possible future use in my ECW diary... if anyone wants to add them somewhere. Also a few cuts of Da Baldies from ECW, and a newer Dawn Marie, and another Heyman.

Thanks for those.

I just cleaned all those up.

As for Shanghai, it drives me nuts that I can't find that source file. I KNOW I had it at one point but I replaced the cut somewhere along the way and now can't find the image. My Harddrive has some insane number of of files and until recently I didn't bother naming them anything that made sense.

Now, on some of those duplicates you listed it's because the pack is meant to work with Hive's database and mine.

I was going to mention that myself, as the current one is for his Wyatt gimmick. I added an older one myself, and planned on sending it to the good justtxyank one of these days along with some other cuts I have.

I will try to take a look at those and see if I can conform my mod more to your naming in order to eliminate more duplicates.

Something else you might want to correct: one of Samu's pictures has the file name of Samoan Savage. The Tonga Kid(Tama of the Islanders) is the one who portrayed the Samoan Savage gimmick. What makes it confusing is that Tonga Kid's real name is Sam Fatu, so that may be where the mix up occurred.

A few additional things I've noticed:

Akira Taue debuted in January 1988.

Masanobu Fuchi booked many of the Misawa feuds of the '90s, should his booking skills be higher? Also, at this stage of his career, he was more or less a gate keeper, so that could be an appropriate gimmick for him.

I've said before that I only play real world mods and your original version of this mod has been a 7 year long game for me so far. That said this new version looks great, but in both versions the IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada isn't in the data (at least I don't see him).

Regardless thank you very much for the work you put into your mods.

What hard drugs were Rey Misterio Jr and Jeff Jarrett doing in 1991 if ever?

I know Rey smoked pot at this point, but that's a soft drug and he did steroids later on in his career, but I've never heard of him doing anything hard. Same with Jarrett.

I've always wondered why Bret Hart starts as a midcarder w/ auto push. In comparison I always found him to have more pop than the likes of Haku, Neidhart, The Barbarian, & Tito Santana. Maybe I'm wrong and I just liked Bret Hart before he actually got over with the rest of the fans. I mean by this logic Tito is a 65 in the states and Bret is a 60 so it's not a HUGE difference. And Tito was in singles competition aiming for the Intercontinental Title so I guess I can see that.. I just don't remember him actually being really more over even though that's where he was on the card.

The AI will never push someone who isn't popular enough for said push and will never de-push someone who is too popular.

Are you starting this mod as January of 1991 or March of 1991? I ask because the storylines are set up like it's pre-Mania but it starts in 1991.

Just watching the Royal Rumble 1991 - they mention Shane Douglas, Dusty Rhodes & Dustin Rhodes but Douglas isn't in WWF & Dusty and Dustin are in WCW.

It starts January 1991. (Unless someone sees that the start date is wrong?)

The game can't properly account for all contract situations.

Dusty and Dustin Rhodes had already signed with WCW when they made their Rumble appearance. WCW had been advertising the return of Dusty Rhodes for weeks before he actually showed back up.

On Shane Douglas, that is actually just a miss. I didn't realize he was in the WWF in January 1991.
