In the upper reaches of The Warehouse is various rooms that Brother Grimm uses for private parties as well as to run both his music label as well as his wrestling company. In this case it is a lounge room where three men are sitting around a table while a fourth guards the door. The imposing figure known as Boneyard simply keeps watch as the other three men talk while passing around something questionable to puff on.

MCM: Look, Grimm. We been friends for a long time. I am just sayin' it was a bad idea to hire a ****ing clown.

 

BG: *Exhale* He's gone now so stop bringing it up. Roper here took care of him and our other problem.

 

RR: Shit, Aces High cried like a bitch when I told him the crack pipe was the last straw. He wanted like chance number ten.

 

BG: Nigga should control himself. Weed is one thing. I don't need to explain to police while a crack head was in the ring.

 

MCM: Hah, but we already knew you were firing them. Why bring us up? I appreciate the kush, but that can't be the only reason.

 

RR: *Exhale* Oh shit, you didn't tell MC? Go on with it, boss.

 

Grimm just gives something of a grin. He takes another puff from the questionable substance and hands it over.

 

BG: Time to get serious and the removal of Magwitch and Aces High is just the start. Fans have been slowly slipping away and those bitches be going to IPW. I say **** that, nigga. I left that place because it was bullshit and I'll be damned we lose a war to a washed up idiot and his rich bitch partner that wouldn't know what thug life was if even if I slapped my dick across their face.

 

MCM: Shiiiiiiit. I haven't seen ya this worked up in awhile, Brother. I missed that fire, my nigga. So what do you need us to do?

 

BG: Me and Roper are gonna start scouting for new talent. Bring in new blood to spill. I need you to do what you do best, MC. Push the hell out of our brand. Go through our contacts. Start reminding people we still exist. I want more asses in the seats.

 

MCM: You want the Motormouth to get going? Oh shit yeah. Been awhile since I made the rounds.

 

RR: You want me on talent search? What we going to look for?

 

BG: I got some feelers out already. Bring some star power here. Some boys that have been around and might attract some people. Get another manager or two maybe. Hell, how about a fine ass girl to do interviews?

 

RR: I will ask some of the boys if they know anyone. Shit, I guess I can put on youtube or some shit.

 

BG: Whatever works. We got a show happening in three weeks. I want to be able to put up a card at the start of the year. From now on it will be Tales From the Warehouse as a monthly thing. Now get the hell out of here and get started. I got some calls to make.

 

Roper quickly finishes off the join as he and Motormouth quickly get their stuff together and mosey on out of the room once Boneyard moves out of the way to let them leave. The door closes once again and Boneyard just nods to Grimm who is pulling out his cell phone. He stares at the number he is about to call for a few long moments. He just smirks a bit once the phone is answered.

 

BG: Yo, Mitch? This is Brother Grimm. I do believe we can help one another....

He could care less about what is going on down there since the past few hours had him fixated on the IPW's latest show, Divide and Conquer. As the last match sees Hustle Muvva defeat Babau to retain his title in what was their match of the night(Go go 41).

 

BG: Shit, I deserve to go out of business if I can't do better than that.

 

He sighs while leaning back in his chair when there is a knock on the door. Soon it opens and Boneyard lets a man through before shutting it closed once again. Grimm turns about to look away from the television to see who is interrupting him, only to calm when he sees who it is.

RR: Hey, I know it is earlier than I expected, but I got a few faces for us. How about you?

 

BG: I had four names I wanted to get. I got all four.

Brother Grimm just stares at Roper for a few long seconds. While he doesn't show any form of being angry, he likewise isn't giving a smile or a happy look of any sort.

 

BG: So Mya? Good deal. Phobia? Weird, but I can deal with it. How the hell we gonna use a guy that doesn't know English?

 

RR: Give him a chair and point him at the ring? Shit, we got guys born in the US that don't speak good English. We can make it work.

Thanks all for the positive words and suggestions. Will have the first card posted later once I am done with work and maybe the show up by the weekend. All depends on how much time I get because I am working on also getting Nothing to Lose over on my SWF diary written up to post by Sunday. I believe that size and style matter when it comes to chemistry, and on this roster Phobia has a good chance to find a partner.

Tag Chemistry has always been a fickle mistress in my games.

Brother Grimm steps out, but it isn't Boneyard with him like usual. Instead it is a another hulking brute that walks along with the boss and looks to be every bit as mean as Boneyard. The big man opens the ropes to let the boss into the ring before he jumps down and just stands at ringside as Grimm thanks Mya and takes the microphone.

 

BG: What's up my niggas? Glad you all came out because you get to witness some new things here at GSW. First of all I want to say we now are working with Pittsburg Steel Wrestling. That's right. We got an east-west connection going on now. You might see some of us over there. And every once in awhile we be bringin' some of them in. In fact we got a visitor next month so be sure to make him feel welcome. Next you see I got another body guard. Guy like me can always use a bit of protection and this here be Wrecking Machine. Grimm doesn't seem pleased when Mexico's Finest comes out to interrupt him. Wrecking Machine just stands in the big man's way and for now Mexico's Finest keeps his distance, though he asks for a microphone of his own to speak his mind.

 

MF: I don't give a **** who this is and I don't mean to interrupt, but I think you know why I am here. I want that bitch of a bodyguard you call Boneyard and I want him in the ring right now.

 

Grimm doesn't seem to be impressed by the large Mexican's demands and he just shakes his head. He motions for Mexico's Finest to get in the ring and he tells Wrecking Machine to let the big man pass. Grimm looks up at Mexico's Finest still looking as cool as the other side of the pillow.

 

BG: You don't demand anything from me, but you are right about one thing. You get a match tonight. It isn't Boneyard, but I am not making it easy for you either. In fact tonight your match is going to be a hard one.

 

Mexico's Finest doesn't seem at all pleased as Grimm exits the ring with Mya. Grimm whispers something to Wrecking Machine in passing and both of them start to head to the back as Hard-1 comes out to take on the angry Mexico's Finest.

Mexico's Finest vs Hard-1

 

The match sees the fans solidly behind Hard-1 and any offense from Mexico's Finest is greeted with boos. Even so the veteran has trouble with his bigger opponent and is opened up from some vicious headbutts about halfway through the match. Hard-1 puts up a valiant effort, but is overpowered in the end. Mexico's Finest nails Hard-1 over the head with a chair then lands a Hard Times to pick up the win.

Boneyard does come out and Mexico's Finest is daring him to get in the ring. The massive bodyguard teases it a few times, but he is serving as a distraction. Wrecking Machine was working his way through the crowd and he enters the ring with a chair and uses it to slam it across the back of Mexico's Finest. He starts laying more shots into him as Boneyard comes in and joins in on the beatings. The two massive bodyguards then give each other a high five and exit the ring, leaving Mexico's Finest a bloody, unconscious mess.

The crowd is firmly behind the champs in this affair and the match is a bit of a one sided one. The champs never really look to be in any trouble and if anything they are making an example of the challengers right now. Villano sends Dropkix outside in a heap before delivering a big powerslam to Devyn Retribution. E-Z then climbs the ropes and delivers his Launch Pad Elbow Drop. The champs easily retain.

Fro Sure comes out dancing about and high fiving some of the people at ringside. He just gives a big grin to Mya and gives her a good look over as he slips over and takes the microphone offered to him.

 

Fro Sure: Dang girl, you look fine. We should talk later after the show, but first I got some business to take care of. I got some new cat named JOJI coming all the way from Japan to wrestle here. Hey, that's cool. I am sure you are a cool guy, but I got to do business and my business is beating you up, JOJI. Ya see Busta Capp still has my title and I haven't had my rematch yet for some reason, but whatever. I ain't gonna complain. Instead I am just gonna keep winning and my chance will come. Fro Sure vs JOJI

 

JOJI offers a hand and the pair shake to start things off. The fans are behind Fro given they have never seen JOJI before, but a few impressive high flying moves as well as a dive into some chairs that wipes both men out seem to get the fans to start cheering him as well. The two give it their all, but Fro is more used to the crazy hardcore environment and catches JOJI coming off the ropes to put the new GSW star through a table before getting a pin.

The fans are treated to another solid match that involves two performers the crowd can get behind. Omar dazzles with some high flying offensive moves to allow him to come close to winning several times. Slick eventually grounds Omar by slamming a trash can over the man's head then slamming him onto it with his Slick-Back DDT to get the win.

Brown Pride vs Dead Men Walking

 

It is a bit of a downer after the last two matches, but it still gets a pretty good reaction overall from the fans. Granted most of the reactions are boos when MexiCain or Gravedigga get in the ring for too lengthy of an amount of time. Both teams get busted open throughout the match with the most vicious part being MexiCain getting a cheese grater to the face. He is screaming in pain and then put out of his misery by Mobstar who nails MexiCain with his Flattener DDT.

Top Dolla vs Phobia

 

The highlight of the match is the start where Phobia uses something to create a rather big burst of fire that almost takes out Dolla before the match ever really gets started. The rest is a pretty disjointed mess that the fans are not too fond of despite the fact both men seem to be trying to prove who is more suicidal. The finish is at least pretty spectacular as Dolla ends up jumping off the top rope with Phobia and delivers a Dinero Driver through a table to get the win.

 

Winner: Top Dolla

Both men give a show of respect then get to trying to kill one another. there is nothing pretty in this display of violence and the crowd seems behind Deaf Touch for the most part. The chaos goes all the way out of the ring and through the crowd for a bit before the two battered and bloodied warriors get back in the ring. Capp is looking close to passing out and it seems Deaf Touch is going to win, but Capp ends up playing possum and he ducks a lariat before coming off the rope to deliver a bit Mafia Kick that lays out Deaf Touch. Capp tiredly falls on his opponent and picks up the three count.

That is when two rather large men come diving into the ring and start laying waste to everyone. Moore Vincent, Deaf Touch and Busta Capp are all being destroyed by the duo as Kandi runs off screaming for help. Mya bails from ringside as well as most of the crew. it allows the man in the suit to grab a microphone and get into the ring as the two men with him start dumping bodies out of the ring.

 

ST: Momma always told me it is always good to make a first impression. Momma didn't raise no fool in Streetz. That's who I be and you should know who these men are. If not let me introduce you two of the meanest sons of bitches you will ever meet. Knuckles, Shady K, and together they are Death Row! So all I got to say is one thing, Brother Grimm. Are you impressed?
