AAA and QAW are women's specific promotions, so if that's up your alley -- go for it. QAW is heavily influenced by lucha libre where as AAA is more traditional 'American' style. SWF and USPW are both good, mainstream pop over performance promotions that start with weekly TV, PPV deals, a bunch of money, and a lot of guys on the roster.</p><p> </p><p> OLLIE is traditional lucha libre and also a lot of fun to book. Personally, I play as MAW a lot -- they're by far my favorite promotion to play as. I've played as them in every iteration of the game since it game to Grey Dog Software. They offer a good old school, small vibe with monthly shows. They have a solid roster right now -- if at times a little underwhelming, but they are set up to be sustainable.</p><p> </p><p> If you like hardcore, PSW, IPW, or GSW are good places to go. CZCW is, in my head, equivalent to PWG right now in terms of ring style -- it uses a bit of everything and is definitely very modern.</p><p> </p><p> Then there is Japan and Europe and Canada and Australia... so really it depends on where you want to be based out of and the style of promotion you find most compelling. If in modern day real world mods you've been playing as WWE, then SWF or USPW would be your best bet.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> As an addendum, with the exception of a few Regions, Canada and the United States are the hardest to get TV deals in for Regional and Cult companies.</p>

<p>Currently in my first game on TEW 2016. Rather new to the game overall, so started off with WWE to get the hang of it. </p><p> </p><p>

Currently booking my first WrestleMania in 2019, here's the matches i've planned: </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>John Cena vs Kenny Omega for WWE Championship</strong> - Omega wins the WWE Championship</p><p>

- I've had The Elite with Omega, Cody and Marty Scurll feuding with John Cena, Seth Rollins and The Authority. Cena won against Omega both on Clash of Champions and Roadblock but not in singles matches. Now Cena is putting over Omega on WrestleMania who won the Royal Rumble. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Seth Rollins vs Cody for the WWE Intercontinental title</strong> - Cody wins the WWE Intercontinental title</p><p>

- Same feud as above, however this is the third match between the two. Cody won the title from Seth at Roadblock in february before Seth won it back on Clash of Champions in March. Cody will win this match to end the feud as Seth will go on to challenge for the title above.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Becky Lynch vs Asuka for the WWE Womens Championship</strong> - Asuka win the WWE Womens championship</p><p>

- Originally I wanted to put the title on Io Shirai, but since she got awful chemistry with Becky I put that plans on hold and replaced her with Asuka. Asuka will win the title on WrestleMania and be transition champion. I will later have Io Shirai and Alexa Bliss feud for the title until Summerslam. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Finn Balor vs The Rock vs Kevin Owens for the WWE US title</strong> - Kevin Owens wins the WWE US title</p><p>

- Finn has been US champ for a while now and will drop the title to Kevin Owens. I put The Rock in there to have something to do for him and help put over Owens and Balor. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alexa Bliss vs Charlotte</strong> - Alexa Bliss win</p><p>

- Im pushing Alexa Bliss hard (she's my favorite superstar in real life) and she will pick up a victory against Charlotte to earn a WWE Womens championship match at the next PPV. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Brothers of Destruction vs Kings of Strong style</strong> - Nakamura pins Kane</p><p>

- This is maybe an odd one. I put Nakamura in a tag team to help get Hideo Itami over. They will get the next shot at the Tag titles after Wrestlemania but im using Undertaker and Kane to put them both over until then. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pete Dunne vs Neville vs TBD for the WWE Cruserweight title</strong> - Dunne retains the WWE Cruserweight title</p><p>

- This feud originally had AJ Styles in it, but since he got injured on the last RAW before Mania Ive had to pull him. However, both Neville and Pete Dunne are Heels so I need to puth a babyface that can put them over on Wrestlemania. Haven't figured out who yet. Pete Dunne will retain the title anyways. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Braun Strowman vs Batista</strong> - Strowman win</p><p>

- Braun was put over by The Undertaker on Clash of Champions and will now be put over by Batista in this feud. Braun will be pushed hard for a future title run. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>The Bar vs The Revival vs The Usos</strong> - The Revival wins the WWE World Tag team titles</p><p>

- The Usos are not really involved that much in the feud, I only wanted to keep them somewhat over and included them. The Bar will drop the titles to The Revival who will later start a feud with Nakamura & Itami. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Andrade Almas vs Daniel Bryan</strong> - Andrade Almas wins</p><p>

- Almas is my golden boy. Im pushing him to the moon. He already has wins over Kassius Ohno, Rey Mysterio and Johnny Gargano in singles competition on Pay-per-views and will get another victory against main eventer now. Almas will be pushed in an IC/US title feud after Mania.</p>

<p>The third WrestleKingdom is now on the books, and it was a roaring sucess!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Here is the card:</p><p>

<img alt="b2MWWWm.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/b2MWWWm.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

And the results:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="P7GsR8z.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/P7GsR8z.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

As you can see, it was a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge card, but at least I got everyone in!</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Shinsuke Nakamura capped off 2007 by becoming a two-time wrestler of the year, but started 2008 badly losing the belt to Tanahashi. He additionally got MOTY award for a six man tag team match where he tagged with Blood Storm(Ryuji Ito & Jun Kasai) to defeat Hiroshi Tanahashi, Shinjiro Otani and Masato Tanaka. Fun fact:This is Blood Storm's second MOTY in a row, as they also won 2006 for a match against KENTA and AJ Styles.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Blood Storm was also 2006's Tag Team of the year, but this time around the trophy got snatched away by Black Tiger IV(Rocky Romero) and Jushin Liger, who also won Veteran of the year. Romero was previously young wrestler of the year, but this time Kazuchika Okada dethroned him.</p>

<p>I'm running a 2001 WWF save where ECW and WCW are still alive (it starts in January 2001). The problem I'm having is that all the guys up top have been up top since 1999 - and the guys in Development who are ready to come up (Lensar, Orton, etc) historically didnt arrive until 2002.</p><p> </p><p>

My gut says it would be fun to bring them up early and flesh out the roster...but then I'm concerned they'll ultimately get beat too soon by the established Main Eventers and lose their luster.</p><p> </p><p>

It's quite the dilemma....</p>

My guy says it would be fun to bring them up early and flesh out the roster...but then I'm concerned they'll ultimately get beat too soon by the established Main Eventers and lose their luster.

It's quite the dilemma....

Not really a dilemma at all.

The guys at the top of WWF had been there for 2 years, given or take. The guys at the top of the WCW card in the late 90s had been there, in large part, since the mid-80s. Not really comparable. So 2-3 years isn't really that long in wrestling terms. There isn't any real NEED to freshen up the top of the WWF card.

Which doesn't mean you can't. A huge part of a historical mod is creating your own history rather than staying true to everything that happened in reality. In reality, the WWF loaded up their roster with ex-WCW and ECW guys in the middle of 2001. If that doesn't happen, then calling up some talent from developmental makes a ton of sense. If the likes of Orton and Lesnar are ready. in reality, they probably weren't. In TEW, they might be.

<p>First night of the PGHW Elite Series tour/tournament and in the main event, Yoshimi Mushabisho carried the 62 year old Danger Kumasaka to an 81/B rated match.</p><p>

No wonder he's considered the greatest of all-time.</p><p>

Still not sure who I'm going to have win the whole thing. Running it as a straight knockout tournament. Semi-finals are going to end up as:</p><p>

Yoshimi Mushashibo v Kozue Kawashima</p><p>

Magnum Kobe v PRIDE Koiso</p><p> </p><p>

Kobe has just signed but I've set him as my figurehead although feel it might be too soon to have him win this tournament straight away after debuting, especially meeting the 3time champ in the semi's. Any thoughts?</p>

You could then have him face off against Kozue multiple times over the years.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I was opting towards a Kobe vs Kozue final with Kozue getting the win for his 2nd time. Interestingly, neither Yoshimi or PRIDE are on time decline (got a lucky roll with that) so I've got a main event for years to come yet. I might play it that he loses to PRIDE here but maybe gets the win back in August when I run the G1 Style tournament. So a PRIDE vs Kozue final. Friends/partners facing off with Kozue denying PRIDE a 4th tournament win. Maybe build tensions with those two coming up towards the PGHW Elite Tag Tournament.</p>

<p>I play Triple H as owner of ROH (March 2021)</p><p>

I'm just behind WWE in popularity, but i have all the greatest talents</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Main Storyline:</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

With the return of Kyle O'Reilly, Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong, i reformed the Undisputed Era in ROH. It's basicaly a remake of NWO invasion in WCW. During a 6-man match for the 3 man title at Death Before Dishonor 2020 (Adam Cole & ReDragon VS The Briscoes and Jay Lethal) Lethal turned on the Briscoes and join the Undisputed Era (He was at this time a decline babyface, loosing a lot). During this PPV, Tyler Black (Rollins) retain against Samoa Joe the world Title. In my game, Rollins is my figurehead, and he's world champion since 2019 Final Battle (Against Kenny Omega, ****ing dream match)</p><p> </p><p>

The next PPV saw a tournament for the N°1 contender won by Adam Cole in the final against Johnny Garganno (With the help of Undisputed Era). So the Main Event for Final Battle 2020 is set: My biggest Heel, Adam Cole VS my biggest face, Tyler Black (Almost one year reign, 34 title defences)</p><p> </p><p>

But before Final Battle, Glory By Honor! The Main Event was Undisputed Era (Lethal, Cole, O'Reilly, Fish, Strong) against ROH team (Garganno, Black, Briscoes, Zayn). Undisputed Era won, with Ciampa attacking Garganno and joining the Era.</p><p> </p><p>

At Final Battle, Adam Cole won the World Title, but the nigth after, at Arena of Value (My "Smackdown, i have 2 tv show by week), Black bring with him an old friend: Dean Ambrose.</p><p> </p><p>

So now it's basically a war beetween 3 Factions: Undisputed Era as heels, Bullet Club (Who reformed by the lead of Cody to fight Cole) as twinner, and ROH top babyfaces (like Garganno, Zayn, Black & Ambrose, and Bryan Danielson who return to the compagny to fight them)</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>My titles:</strong></span></p><p> </p><p>

ROH Cruserweight Title: Ricochet (previous Marty Scurll)</p><p>

ROH US Title: Roderick Strong (previous Jimmy Havoc)</p><p>

ROH World Title: Adam Cole (Previous Tyler Black)</p><p>

ROH 6-man: Cody & The Young Bucks (previous Lethal, Fish and O'Reilly)</p><p>

ROH Tag Titles: Kevin Steen and Samoa Joe (previous Walter&Tyler Bate)</p><p>

ROH TV Title: Dean Ambrose (previous Tommasso Ciampa)</p><p> </p><p>

What do u think?</p>

<p>Well the PGHW Elite Series 2016 is in the books and it was a decent month of competition spread out over 9 nights with 32 competitors in the knockout competition. The final was contested between the newcomer to the company and future figurehead, Magnum Kobe, and previous champion Kozue Kawashima which Kawashima won in a great final. Kawashima defeated current PGHW Elite Crown champion Yoshimi Mushashibo in the semi-finals which is a good indicator of things to come when he cashes in his title shot in May at PGHW Night of Glory.</p><p> </p><p>

The tournament was a good indicator of what's to come in the upcoming, new, G1 Climax Tournament that'll debut in August.</p><p> </p><p>

The top 10 matches from the PGHW Elite Series Tournament were as follows.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>#10</strong> Magnum Kobe def. Matthew Keith (R32, Night#3) 81/B</p><p>

<strong>#9</strong> Magnum Kobe def. Seiji Jimbo (QF, Night#7) 82/B</p><p>

<strong>#8</strong> Masaru Ugaki def. Buddy Garner (R16, Night#6) 83/B+</p><p>

<strong>#7</strong> Yoshimi Mushashibo def. Raymond Diaz (QF, Night#7) 85/B+</p><p>

<strong>#6</strong> Yoshimi Mushashibo def. Bussho Makiguchi (R16, Night#5) 86/B+</p><p>

<strong>#5</strong> Kozue Kawashima def. Magnum Kobe (F, Finals Night) 86/B+</p><p>

<strong>#4</strong> Kozue Kawashima def. Yoshimi Mushashibo (SF, Night#8) 87/B+</p><p>

<strong>#3</strong> PRIDE Koiso def. Tetsunori Yasuda (R16, Night#6) 88/B+</p><p>

<strong>#2</strong> Buddy Garner def. Eisaku Kunomasu (R32, Night#4) 89/A</p><p>

<strong>#1</strong> PRIDE Koiso def. Masaru Ugaki (QF, Night#7) 91/A</p><p> </p><p>

Honourable mention goes to Yoshimi Mushashibo def. Danger Kumasaka on night 1 of the tournament which got an 81/B rating and just missed out on the top 10. A solid effort from a 62 year old Kumasaka. </p><p>

Roll on the next 2 months of tours.</p>

<p>I am currently in April 2020 in my Zero to Hero created promotion, the WWA. I am currently the #1 promotion in the world, based in Canada.</p><p> </p><p>

My company's popularity for each territory</p><p> </p><p>

USA - 86ish throughout</p><p>

Canada - 88/89 throughout</p><p>

British Isles - 91</p><p>

Japan - 92 </p><p>

Mexico - 83</p><p>

Europe - 69</p><p>

Australia - 49</p><p> </p><p>

I would be higher in Canada, but I wasn't getting popularity there for awhile due to poor industry/economy. I have 7 child promotions, three of which I made myself, and 4 are ones I bought out (CGC, DIW, MHW, WINNOW), all of which are broadcasted on my created network. I'd be making over 20 million dollars profit a month if I didn't create a consortium alliance, each member makes about 3-4 million profit per month instead. The WWA is literally trying to grow the wrestling industry. Once the CGC, DIW, MHW and WINNOW are big enough they will be let go from their obligation as a child promotion and once again be independent. </p><p> </p><p>

The WWA created the GWA in January 2020. I also have almost 120 active wrestlers, with probably that many in developmental (not everyone gets out of dev, but being in dev gives them exposure on my created network as all 7 child companies are broadcast there, making it easier to potentially get work if I let their contracts expire), since my roster is so large, I run 3 shows per week, 3 brands. 2 Men's and 1 Women's Brand. </p><p> </p><p>

The members of the GWA are</p><p> </p><p>

WWA (Me)</p><p>

NOTBPW</p><p>

PWA (Former Dev territory I ended the relationship with so they could be independent, they're based in the UK)</p><p>

TCW</p><p>

WLW</p><p> </p><p>

My user character is actually the Universal Champion of the entire GWA, which led me to being loaned to NOTBPW and I won the Ed Henson Memorial Tag Team Cup with Gargantuan, thanks AI booking lol</p><p> </p><p>

I'll post more later, my rosters, champions, storylines, etc. but I don't have time atm to write it all out.</p>

<p>I started a new save with a database I created (basically the C-Verse with some additions from my old women's mod), just to put on the best shows I could and test out some mechanics. Running QAW, in an alliance with AAA and WTW (my dev promotion) and a working agreement with CILL. The alliance is a consortium since that was the easiest way for me to funnel money to AAA (so they'd put on more/better shows). Hasn't worked though. Two years in and they have 9 million in the bank and will still only do 12 shows a year. My next step will be to introduce a regional (NW/SW) network that will negotiate with them to see if that helps. I need them to grow or to at least stop being a stick in the mud (short of editing Catherine Quine's owner stats). I'm also considering inviting CILL to the alliance since their women's division puts on far better matches than the men (mainly due to the fact that their women are far more over since many of them work for me as well). Throw some grease on the sputtering fire of the Mexican promotion war (more like a scuffle since no one in Mexico is even close to catching SOTBPW).</p><p> </p><p>

At this point, my main roster is stacked (88 workers, another 60 in dev) and I have everyone I want except Brooke Tyler (NOTBPW), Melody (USPW), Gemmei Oonishi (loyal to 5 Star), Victoria Stone-McFly (NOTBPW) and Raven Nightfall (USPW). Kinuye Mushashibo is on the way as well. I've found that dealing with being a larger company with workers who are loyal to other companies makes it untenable for the smaller company. So I'm pushing the likes of Otsune Tsumura, Yuma Maruya, DEVIL, and Megumi Nakajima to see if I can make them over enough to be too expensive for 5 Star. Once they're released, that loyalty no longer matters (I think). If it works, I'll bring in Gemmei since she's the most likely person I'd use to make the duo of Tsumura and HEART Saitoh into a trio. </p><p> </p><p>

Just finished 2017 and jumped to International and won some awards:</p><p>

Company of the Year</p><p>

Show of the Year (QAW Aftermath - the December show)</p><p>

Female Wrestler of the Year (Danielle Sweetheart)</p><p>

Most Improved Company of the Year</p><p>

Manager of the Year (Emma Chase)</p><p>

Announcer of the Year (Honey Golightly)</p><p>

Color Commentator of the Year (my user character. A bit misleading since he's only pushed as a color commentator. He was primarily my backstage interviewer until I signed Kiko Sakakibara to do that)</p><p> </p><p>

I'm currently the only International company and at National are 21CW, NOTBPW, and SOTBPW. 21CW is freakin' STACKED after signing Gino Montero, Mr Lucha III, DWN, Landon Mallory, Kirk Jameson, and <strong><em>Ricky DeColt</em></strong>.</p><p> </p><p>

SWF fell to Cult in April of 17 (TCW fell in February, USPW fell in May) and hasn't come close to recovering. SWF is hostile to IPW (you don't say, John?) and SOTBPW and USPW are hostile to each other. Looking at their show results, I think USPW will be the first to return to National. That is, if they learn to keep Nicky Champion in the A show main events. Several times they've buried his match (either tag matches with Jim Force or singles matches) in the middle of the card and had it be by far the top rated match. SOTBPW poached Angry "Money" Gilmore and he immediately came in and started having ridiculous matches (99 rated draw with Champagne Lover, 94 rated win over Ultra Spark Jr on back to back shows (SOTBPW Television and SOTBPW Lucha Libre).</p><p> </p><p>

After I signed away Sally Anne Christianson and Lauren Easter (who was essentially released one month into maternity leave) and didn't allow them to sign Sara Marie York, NOTBPW signed Tracy Brendon (okay, makes sense) and.....Ellie May Walton. No, seriously. She was a jobber/lower midcarder on both my roster and AAA's but that's who they signed. It seems that even in a 'everyone can work everywhere' scenario, the AI doesn't look far from home. Shiori Jippensha was out there as was Debbie Rose (demerit for being a cruiserweight, despite the reigning, defending, undisputed NOTBPW Women's champion Kaede Sugiyama also being one?), Christina Charlston, and OMG Fuyuko Higa! Just seems odd.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm enjoying how the game world is shaping up, though I wish some companies would speed it up.</p>

<p>Me and a colleague started a current day rw game put deleted all the promotions and started in August 2018. We took turns drafting workers to our custom cult size promotions OSP (One Sweet Promotion) and UWL (Universal Wrestling League). Each year we do some sort of shake up, 1st 2 years title holders were protected but anyone else was up for grabs (4 picks each). Year 3 we could protect 2 workers from each auto push level and the rest went into a full re-draft. We are now in April 2021 and both promotions are at National and on the verge of International. We have really enjoying the save, its by far the furthest iv gone into a game. We type up our shows in excel and send them to each other, then i book the events and send him the save data after each in game month.</p><p> </p><p>

Current Champions:</p><p> </p><p>

OSP</p><p>

World - Kenny Omega</p><p>

National - EC3</p><p>

Tag Team - American Alpha</p><p> </p><p>

UWL</p><p>

World - Cody Rhodes</p><p>

TV - Finn Balor</p><p>

Tag Team - Young Bucks</p>

<p>So i created a company dedicated 100% to tag team wrestling. No singles wrestlers on true tag teams. I simmed a year looking to gather money. 1 year and a couple months in I see things have changed. Things got interesting after year 1. But some minor indy info signing first.</p><p> </p><p>

Greg Gauge, Roger Cage, Nelson Callum, Greg Black, Hells Bouncer all to USPW.</p><p> </p><p>

Marc DuBois signed with TCW.</p><p> </p><p>

SWF didnt sign any key Indy guys.</p><p> </p><p>

But... Rocky Golden, Nicky Champion, Sammy Bach, Ricky Dale Johnson all signed with SWF. Rocky and Nicky first. So the TCW and USPWs Figureheads both poached immediately almost. Few months later TCW names Sammy Bach as figurehead just for SWF to sign him to a written 2 weeks later.</p><p> </p><p>

TCW has fallen to Cult and isnt doing too hot. Hawkins has about 200 days on his contract. I expect him to be gone too. </p><p> </p><p>

The Natural and Marc Speed both signed with USPW.</p>
