I would add that the stamina stat is the key one I always check as this is always the clearest.

Yeah, in my RTG there is a few vets that refuse to retire, even when their stamina is 0. Tommy Cornell is a big one, but his other stats aren't as bad... yet. Yes, Cornell has 0 stamina, I think watching him try to wrestle at this point is the saddest thing ever.

So I'm about 6 months into my regional game as 4C and my company isn't growing in any regions, am I doing something wrong or is it too soon to worry about that? My card range from mid 40's to low 50s and my matches range between 30 to mid/high 50s. As a new player I'm not sure if those numbers are good for a regional promotion in Canada or if I need to be doing something better.

Not sure if its because I didnt download the patch. But every big company keeps running shows at 5,000 attendance venues. Any reason why this is happening?

This was fixed with the new patch....Adam said there was a coding issue with AI TV attendance.

So, what's the deal with roster sizes? I got a warning in my TCW game after a show that I had too few people on my active roster. It said, I think, I had 31 and needs 32, yet I have 34.

The next day, in the middle of a week, I suddenly fell to Cult, sort of ruining my game.

When will a worker show up in the "ideal roster" window and yet not count? Also, what can make a company's importance level change during a week, unrelated to a show? Does the roster thing cause daily decay? I usually have massively bloated rosters and 34 is the smallest I've ever had in my TCW game (I had recent opened a dev company...)

I'm kind of miffed at this whole thing.

Any injuries on the show? Just checking because when injured a worker has no push and won't count towards ideal roster numbers. As for fall to cult, any number of things could have caused that from the possible ideal roster issue to a drop in a region's importance. If the ideal roster size is the only possible cause, then you might want to ask about it in the tech support thread.

Is there any use for stables anymore that anyone has found now that they no longer have momentum attached? At best it seems to me that they are merely an organizing tool for angles/storylines. Am I wrong on this?

I was surprised at this, having never really played TEW properly before. Am I also right in thinking that you can't seem to have 3 man tag teams/groups?

It doesn't seem like many, if any, of the games angles lends itself to stables, or groups of 3/4 workers and a mouthpiece/manager

<p>I've been rereading some of the TCW - A Quiet Retirement diary to get booking ideas, but what it's actually made me interested in is running a 2008/2010 Cornellverse game. </p><p> </p><p>

Is there a way to do this with TEW 2016 that isn't just buying TEW 08/10 and then importing the database? I don't mind doing that if I need to. I just didn't know if there's either mods or something built into it to roll back to earlier years.</p>

<p>downloaded and applied the newest patch after seeing how many big companies are going under due possible to the attendance thing at the top of this page. (PGHW, GCG, gone, NOTBW and 21CW over a million down) Uupgraded from 1.03, 2.5yrs in, trying to decide if I'm sticking with it or going back to 1.03</p><p> </p><p>

I'm presently small, on the cusp of regional, but have cultivated growth in all game areas to raise my sponsorship income. My sponsorship projection went from 100K to 40K with the upgrade, which could thoroughly cripple me. I see that show costs were reduced in the log, but I'm doubting that it will make up the difference. Production costs appear the same. Did any other changes occur that would be positive on the balance sheet. If not, I may just start my war with NYCW that was in limbo, and then revert to 1.03 for a while to save up switching for the newest patch so it doesn't ruin things.</p><p> </p><p>

update. I went back to 1.03 for now. in one month of testing with autobooker (weekly shows), I went from +68K to the negative (expected to lose some as this month is in less popular overseas areas. But the sponsorship change killed me.) Will retry in a few months.</p>

Hey my TV shows do much better rating than the events I run on the same network. Is anyone else noticing this? Is that how it's supposed to be? Because it's a lot less. Like, twice as many people watch my TV shows over my events, which are essentially free PPVs. When I run the events on PPV... they do a killing. I get great numbers.

<p>Another question, as I begin my journey. </p><p> </p><p>

My company (PROGRESS, RW Mod) is very much 'performance over pop', but I'm guessing there's limits to this?</p><p> </p><p>

Being a British company, there's loads of very, very good indy wrestlers that just aren't over, but could I still get some good ratings out of them relatively quickly? We need a little boost</p>

<p>Hi, I'm running into a small problem.</p><p> </p><p>

How exactly do you balance pushing people without turning the other part of the roster into jobberville? Pushing others mean there will be talents who are on the losing end and will most likely get mad at me for their crapped momentum.</p><p> </p><p>

Any help would be great <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

(I'm on a WWE save btw if that helps)</p>

I'm not sure if it's travel costs, the lowered attendances, the higher expenses or what, but in tests I'm running, every AI promotion running tours is operating at a loss. A cult promotion running three 2K shows and a 10-15K event in a month, along with PPV, has lost about four million dollars in two years of play-through. A national promotion has lost even more, going from ten million dollars to debt in two years.<p> </p><p> Has anybody else noticed this and is there a fix? I think it's a combination of the lowered attendance and per show worker travel costs? I'm not sure what the best fix is, other than maybe just lowering touring company expenses? Maybe the touring system needs to be fiddled with a bit?</p>

I've been playing around with WCW's settings to try and match them to each year, and (barring any actual mod maker disagreeing) for the mid-90s, I've set them to Professional production values, Large live event experience, Hired Pro for broadcast quality, and In House for music quality. TBS would have to at most match those and at least be lower in some cases in order to have no problems with the shows.</p>
