SsnakeBite
The game keeps track of how long it's been since you last had a show in an area so I assume if you spend too long away from a region, you lose popularity there, especially if you don't have any broadcast show and I was wondering how long it takes for a company to be penalized for it. I'm playing a local company based in France and my plan was to tour Europe (although I already decided to skip Scandinavia considering how low the interest seems to be there) in the hope of raising our popularity in several regions at once so that I wouldn't be restricted to one region to increase the company's growth, but now I'm thinking of sticking to just a few regions to speed up our popularity there and have a few strongholds without having to worry about keeping our visibility up on a bunch of places at once and hopefully reduce travelling costs as well. I already found out that Hive's buttons (that i always use since 13) are already around for 16 and I'll do a search on more stuff. And there's probs much more to be released, as usual. Thank you all of you who replied.

SsnakeBite
Another thing that's come up: I could have sworn in previous versions of the game you could fire a worker at any given moment yet I can't seem to find the option here. All my workers have a PPA contract so I suppose I could just not use him and let the contract run out but I'm afraid he would get annoyed at being left out and it would make future hirings more difficult or hurt my reputation or the other workers' happiness. Go to your roster screen, click on the person in questions contract (e.x. PPA, $820 per show) and you will find a more detailed view of the workers contract, and the option to fire said worker at the bottom. Just wanted to double check here rather then copy my save and sim a few years. If I open a new dojo when new workers aren't set to generate until 2026 (using the C-Verse) then I wouldn't have any graduates right? Or am I mistake for the last game, can't remember if people who were meant to debut in the area chosen will randomly come out of my dojo. Go to your roster screen. Select the worker in question. Click the yellow text next to the 'Contract' text. A pop-up opens up where you can negotiate, release them from their contract or close the pop-up.

It actually helps because you should be able to set women's matches to go longer than 10 minutes (in previous versions of the game, women's division matches were penalized if longer).
