Is there a way to search for something specific regarding angles? I know I can always write my own angles, but I'm wondering if there is an easy way to search for something.

For example, if I want to do a search for only angles involving an ambulance, or a mystery attacker sneaking off, is that possible? I'm trying to avoid having to write a bunch of angles that may or may not already be in the game. Thanks in advance for your responses.

I can't seem to find anything on this so I figured I would ask here. What benefit does a male character with high sex appeal have? How would you use them to get the most out of that trait? Its not like I would have him shooting t-shirts into the crowds lol. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

What's the best way to edit workers' bios when they don't work for you?

I saw something big happening to a worker through the news and would like to record it for posterity.

I just realized I could check the news archives for such a case, but 1) the bio will make it more obvious, 2) not everything gets logged as news.

The first sentence of the help says explicitly that the longer the show is on the air, the higher it is. So two weeks is nothing.

Not sure if this is a bug or I'm screwing up something. I am playing Fleisch's August 2016 mod and have a rivalry between Big Show and Rusev for the US title. In the span of three weeks, I have had two angles and a match, all rated over 75 (one angle reaches 90), yet the storyline only has 35 heat. Any help?

This happened to me also, with Dean and Bray, I had around 85 and then it suddenly went down to a 26, it destroyed my PPV completely. If anyone can help with this, please do.

Is there a way to turn off the associated hot storyline penalty? Im tired of being dinged for not having a upper/main even type guy not having a storyline.

Its a stupid penalty IM and how it factors into a match being great or not is beyond me

Would CM Punk vs John Cena been as important if the title wasn't on the verge of leaving the company? If two guys are wrestling for no reason why would you care? Even in Japanese wrestling they are vying to move up the card for a championship.

Well said. A hot storyline plays a huge role into how good a match is, at least IMO. Reigns vs HHH was a dud partially because the build was no good.

Question about the talent trade option in the game, as I have never used it before...

I'm WCW in Hive's 1994 mod, and I have a working agreement with NJPW. I'm gaining popularity in Japan, and was thinking that I wanna do a TV-special held in Japan, and thus I thought it would be a good idea to loan a worker or two for a single appearance for that show. But it seems impossible. They won't accept the amount I'm expected to pay, only a way higher amount. Is the expected amount only for if I offer a worker in return?

I've only recently started playing TEW so I'm very much in the EWR mindset, and I have a few questions.

1. When starting storylines, should I keep them as Wrestler vs Wrestler orientated or, for example, title or single wrestler orientated?

For example, Goldberg is my champion. Is it better to have storylines such as Goldberg vs Steiner, then end it and start Goldberg vs Flair, or should I just have a "World Championship" storyline and bring wrestlers in and out of it when needed?

2. When ending a feud in EWR, the winner and loser would gain overness, does the ending of a storyline in TEW result in similar benefits?

3. With a child company, would more experienced workers benefit the less experienced workers in regards to stats gain? My child company has signed workers such as 2 Cold Scorpio and Road Dogg, will these just take away match time from the workers I actually sent to develop, or will they help because they're more experienced?

Thanks for any help.

Either way is fine, but ending storylines cause significant momentum boosts if they look good in the storylines. (Or the opposite if they look bad). So if you have a wrestler in a storyline that never ends, they're going to be looking good for pretty much forever. However, it'll be difficult to initially raise their momentum. Momentum is a key aspect of the game, increasing segment ratings, and making it easier to raise popularity. I have done this before, where I had a year long storyline where people just came in and out and one guy stayed around, and I could say that this should only really be reserved for main event level talent, since tanking their momentum is pretty difficult because they're involved in key segments on the show and they typically win a lot. Momentum is much harder to come by in the midcard, so you should be constantly cycling them through storylines.

2. They don't specifically gain overness from ending storylines, but storylines create momentum, which create overness, which increases match and segment ratings, which increase momentum, which creates overness, and so on, and so on. They're interlinked with each other.

3. I guess, but they gain skill from being in development anyway.

And yes dojos can be created. Steve DeColt retired for me and immediately opened a wrestling school.
