Founded in 2014 by platinum selling rapper and avid wrestling fan MC Dirt Nasty, LeftCoast Ultraviolence is the West Coast's answer to New Horror Extreme Wrestling. A longtime fan of NHEW, Nasty wanted to emulate the style and no f%#ks given attitude that Damon Dastardly made famous. What started as a barbed wire wrapped love letter to NHEW soon turned into an all out war. Dastardly did not take kindly to another promotion emulating his style and soon began to trash LeftCoast at every turn. Dirt Nasty, like his mentor, often found himself mired in controversy, took offence to Dastardly's attitude and soon began launching his

own verbal attacks on NHEW.

 

After months of verbal sparring Dirt Nasty decided to up the ante. To prove that LeftCoast was the most violent, hardcore promotion in the land he began to adopt what is now considered a staple at any LeftCoast event, explosives. Exploding barbed wire cage matches and exploding barbed wire matches became the signature wrestling matches for LeftCoast Ultraviolence.

 

LeftCoast quickly gained a loyal and rabid following. Crowds at a LeftCoast show are wild and crazy and often times bring hand crafted weapons for the wrestlers to use on one another. Dirt Nasty's personal DJ, DJ Rasta Monsta spins in between matches and serves as the ring announcer to keep the crowd hyped. In another controversial move, due to the crowds becoming rowdier and rowdier, anyone who sits in the first two rows ringside are required to sign a waiver due to wrestlers often assaulting fans. Of course Dirt Nasty doesn't seem to mind and often encourages the fans to fight back.

 

Always pushing the envelope, LeftCoast continues to do what they do best; put on bloody spectacles of violence, while injecting a little hip-hop flare.
