This mod looks awesome and I am super excited for it. I am a sucker for any mod that has amazing renders as it helps me get into the world much easier. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to give it a go!

I appreciate the kind words, glad you like the renders. I wanted to personally do all the renders myself so the mod had a consistent look, similar to the londonverse and thunderverse. I really like consistency when it comes to the graphics in the game.

I was super busy at work last week so I didn't get a chance to post this, so here is an extra long version of Meet the Rockverse!

Meet The Rockverse Volume 3 - XL Addition...

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Big%20Alpha.jpg

Big Alpha

Brian Lennox, otherwise known as Big Alpha, was signed by GEW, after a successful amateur career including two collegiant national championships. A giant, beast of a man, Lennox has an intimidating look and powerful in ring presence.

Lennox's first stint in GEW was a huge success, winning the Global Heavyweight Championship on two separate occasions. After a three year run with the company, Lennox left to try his hand at MMA.

Lennox soon found success in MMA, winning the World Heavyweight Championship, and setting a record for title defenses.

Lennox returned to GEW in 2013, now featuring a legitimate MMA background. Booked as an unstoppable monster, Lennox has run rough shod through the main roster, rarely taking a clean loss. He has since regained the Global title on three separate occasions.

In his spare time Lennox enjoys fighting bears with his bare hands and hot yoga.

Pros: The guy is a beast! Let him destroy everything in his path!

Cons; He has a bit of history with being "on the juice". You never know when he might fall off the wagon again.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/The%20Mechanic_Alt.jpg

The Mechanic

David Bryson, better known as "The Mechanic," has made a career of touring the independent scene and putting on fundamentally strong wrestling matches with whoever he steps into the ring with. Despite commanding universal respect in the business, he has never got more than a cup of coffee with GEW and AACW due to low charisma and star quality. However, there aren't many people in the business better than The Mechanic at understanding how to put together a match, and even at 41, he still has the ability to execute.

These abilities serve him well in the Pure Grappling Alliance, where he serves as a gatekeeper to the main event, putting over up-and-coming talent with no complaint. A consummate professional in every sense, fellow wrestlers often go to him for insight, which will serve him well as a road agent or booker after he retires.

Pros: Great in-ring performer, let him teach the young guys. A natural locker room leader as well.

Cons: Never, ever let this guy get near a microphone!

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Larry%20McMasters.jpg

Larry McMasters

Larry McMasters was one of the greatest wrestlers of all time and arguably one of the most popular, only eclipsed by his longtime rival Hugo Prescott. A former 5 time UFPW Universal Heavyweight Champion during what many call the greatest era of wrestling, McMasters became a global phenomenon and became very wealthy.

That was why in 1996 after a heated dispute with Trevor Fortune, McMasters walked away from it all. He was wealthy, famous and content with his career achievements, he had nothing left to accomplish.

A year later, McMasters found the wrestling business calling him back once again. Except this time he wasn't going to be taking orders from anyone, he was going to open his own promotion.

In 1997 McMasters founded Global Entertainment Wrestling. Focusing on edgier content and more mature themes, GEW became a huge success and is now the number one promotion in the country.

Pros: Probably the greatest wrestling mind in the Rockverse.

Cons: He's retired, it's a travesty he can't wrestle any longer.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Misc/Firefly_Logo.jpg

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Max%20Firefly.jpg

Max Firefly

Max Firefly got a late start in wrestling, toiling as a husky, average in ring competitor with good charisma until he tapped into a more sinister persona, which he perfected in Sports Entertainment New England.

Debuting in GEW with his back to the camera as he paced the porch of a woodland shack, the newcomer introduced himself as a former preacher kicked out of the church for his visions.

His introduction made a powerful impact, as his words irradiated his twisted gospel. With Abigail Firefly serving as his high priestess, he recruited and transformed the unsuccessful tag team of Big Rig Brady and Hoss Edwards as "Instruments of the Creator," Jeb and Murdock Firefly, solidifying the Firefly Clan. The group's religious undertones and mystique caught fire, catapulting Max to stardom.

Pros: Max Firefly has outstanding charisma and can cut an amazing promo, to go along with a wonderful grasp of psychology in the ring. Max has star quality, with his performances transfixing audiences. He also is known as a quality person backstage, with a wonderful sense of humor.

Cons: At 32, he is older than most breakout stars, and does not have an impressive physique. Despite high psychology, he isn’t very athletic and lacks flashy offense.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Jeb%20Firefly.jpg

Jeb Firefly

Eric Brady was signed to GEW after years of experience as Eric the Red, a hard hitting big man with a cult following due to his exceptional athleticism and large red beard. Renamed Big Rig Brady and packaged with Hoss Edwards as Mass Transit, two hard hitting truckers, the pair went nowhere fast.

Near the brink of release, the two were transformed by Max Firefly as "Instruments of the Creator," and joined the Firefly Clan. Under the new moniker Jeb Firefly, he has established himself as a good mid-card hand and tag team contender.

He also is known backstage for his love of opera and his solid soprano singing voice.

Pros: Move wise, Jeb Firefly is the best of the Firefly Clan in the ring, as he combines hard strikes and impressive power moves with breathtaking dives and dropkicks that transcend his 6’8” frame. He provides good menace and has fantastic chemistry with Murdock Firefly.

Cons: Jeb does not have exceptional psychology like Max does, is not good at selling, and has no mic skills to speak of.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Murdock%20Firefly.jpg

Murdock Firefly

Mike Marbury was recruited by GEW at age 19 based on his incredible menace, strength, and 7 foot stature. Yet his ring skills were atrocious, and his reputation as a stiff, dangerous worker kept him in development for years.

Eventually, he developed into an average wrestler, getting called up from developmental as Hoss Edwards and packaged into the Mass Transit tag team with Big Rig Brady. The hard hitting truckers did not get over, and at the brink of release, the two were transformed by Max Firefly as "Instruments of the Creator," and joined the Firefly Clan.

Under the new moniker Murdock Firefly, he became a competent mid-carder who upper management has future plans for. In real life, Murdock has developed a friendship with Branson Blueblood, and is dating his manager Abigail Firefly.

Pro: Murdock has very high menace and power stats, and has good star quality. His chemistry with Jeb Firefly is exceptional. He is also young, and still has room to improve.

Cons: He still needs carried to a good match, does not have much in the way of charisma or mic skills.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Abigail%20Firefly.jpg

Abigail Firefly

Abi Keller has a knack for playing creepy characters, and had the part of Abigail Firefly written especially for her. “The High Priestess” does a wonderful job as Max Firefly’s devotee and right hand woman, often working alongside him during promos and accompanying him and the rest of the Firefly Clan to ringside.

Abigail relied on her talents on the mic to carry her rather than her good looks, and was eventually allowed to compete in the women’s division. Although primarily a manager throughout her career, she became a quick study and impressed many with incredible power moves for her size.

Interestingly enough, despite her on-screen infatuation with Max, Abigail is in a real life relationship with Murdock Firefly.

Pros: Great on the mic, only rivaled by her stable leader Max Firefly. Has a menacing look.

Cons: Still very, very green in the ring, especially for GEW standards.

Welcome to everyones favorite time of the week! The post that will be viewed by literally dozens and dozens! (Okay, so maybe 3-4 people but I'll take what I can get) It's time for an All American edtion of Meet The Rockverse!

Why All American you ask, because Murica! Freedom! No one can take away my guns, rabble rabble rabble! (Actually it's because all the workers featured work for AACW)

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Misc/Murica.jpg

Meet The Rockvers Volume 4 - All American Edition...

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Austin%20Berry_Alt.jpg

"Machomerican" Austin Berry

"The Machomerican" Austin Berry is a former national champion amateur wrestler who, after an infamous incident involving Berry, a Russian ambassador and two rabid weasels that ruined his Olympic dreams, made the transition into pro wrestling.

A natural technician with boatloads of charisma, it wasn't long before he caught the eye of AACW. Though he initially floundered with a generic patriotic gimmick, Berry found his feet after rebranding himself as the over-the-top, machismo-obsessed "Machomerican".

What was intended as a heel turn quickly exploded into one of the most popular and beloved gimmicks in AACW as Berry shot up the card and is now arguably the #1 worker in the promotion.

Pros: The best in-ring worker on the roster, let him shine and crank out high rated matches. Also great on the mic and great charisma.

Cons: He's getting up there in age, that's pretty much it.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Brick%20Masters.jpg

Brick Masters

Brick Masters is a kickboxer and former powerlifter from Tampa, Florida who first came to fame online as the star of a series of street fighting videos.

Following a disastrous MMA debut, Masters caught the eye of AACW booker Tony Stretcher who saw the 6'6 290 lbs. monster as a future world champion.

After a year of training under Stretcher's supervision, Masters made his debut for AACW and spent the next six months wreaking havoc over the entire roster before finally being defeated by Austin Berry in a brutal no DQ match.

Despite his lack of experience and (relatively) late entry into the sport, the charismatic Masters is a solidified main eventer and a core part of AACW's plan for the future.

Masters also stars as "The Attacker" in the Cult TV Networks popular reality gameshow "Surprise, You Just Got Kicked In The Face".

Pros: High charisma and high menace, great striker

Cons: Not so great at selling and needs to improve psychology.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Frank%20Flanagan.jpg

Fightin' Frank Flanagan

Fightin' Frank Flanagan has been an AACW mainstay for nearly 10 years. A protégé of Tony Stretcher, Flanagan is well schooled in the art of catch wrestling that translates well in the professional wrestling ring.

Flanagan is equally at home in an old school brawl. Playing a prizefighter character whose only focus is to make a living to support his family (and then have a pint afterwards), Flanagan can comfortably slide into either a heel or face role and performs well under pressure.

When not performing in the ring Frank enjoys drunken bar fights and attending the ballet.

Pros: Great brawler and great attitude backstage

Cons: Mediocre star quality, will likely spend his entire career in the upper mid-card. Can main event lesser events but usually used as a gate keeper to put over the champ.

They are indeed supposed to be based on Greek mythology. I am even contemplating including some off the wall angles solely for the promotion including character deaths and what not. Once I'm done with the history of each region I'll finish out the rosters and psot a more indepth preview of each promotion. Maybe I'll do AWO first.

Well the answer is simple, I care...It's still real to me damnit!!!

Meet The Rockverse Volume 5 - Family Edition...

This week we are taking a trip to the great white north to get a more indepth look at those whacky, disfunctional Canucks, The McBride Family.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Misc/stickfigure.jpg

Tastes like chicken...

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Paul%20McBride_Old.jpg

Paul McBride

The patriarch of the beloved McBride family, Paul McBride first built his name in the mid-60s as Canada's first full-time wrestling promoter when he founded Great White North Pro Wrestling in Vancouver.

An entertaining brawler in his own right, the young McBride was one of the top heels for much of GWNPW's early years before a shocking face turn in 1976, shifting from one of the most despised men in British Columbia to one of the most beloved. His resulting never ending struggle against the constant stream of evil doers coming through GWNPW's doors cemented the company as part of Western Canadian pop culture.

Long since retired, Paul now seems content to remain behind the scenes and let his sons carry the torch of Canadian wrestling forward.

Pros: Great booker and road agent.

Cons: Not really any as long as he stays behind the scenes.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Eric%20McBride.jpg

Eric McBride

The eldest of the McBride brothers and arguably the most talented, Eric McBride has had the weight of his father's illustrious career and the expectations that come with it placed on his shoulders since the day he debuted. Somehow he not only carried all the baggage without complaint, but proceeded to silence every single critic with his in-ring skill. Possessing both his father's wild brawling and his mother's technical skill (as well as an odd insistence on wrestling barefoot), Eric received countless offers from around the world, but always remained loyal to his family.

A career face, Eric floored fans everywhere when he turned on his brothers to protect his championship. Now showing a vicious streak not seen from a McBride since the 70s, Eric McBride is once again one of the hottest names in wrestling.

Pros: This guy is your top star, let him shine. Eric will always deliver in the main event spot.

Cons: He's getting older and soon it will be time for his brother to become the face of the company.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Mark%20McBride.jpg

Mark McBride

If Eric McBride is the born wrestler of the family, Mark McBride is the born entertainer. Even before his official debut, the teenage Mark had a habit of upstaging his older brother during the McBride's famous "family dinner" promos of the 90s. In fact, it was this almost unnatural stage presence and charisma that began GWNPW's slow evolution from a traditional style to a sports entertainment one similar to that of UFPW as his parents saw the goldmine that was their son's mic work.

The decision was a fantastic one as the flashier product helped hide Mark's rather weak ringwork and turned him into one of Canada's most popular wrestlers, just behind his brother Eric.

Now Mark faces a new challenge, with Eric's heel turn, the role of top babyface has landed in his lap and for the first time in his career, the now experienced younger McBride gets a true chance to surpass his older brother.

Pros: Mark is in his prime and poised to be the company's figurehead. Fantastic entertainment and camera skills.

Cons: Not that great in the ring but will always flourish in a sports entertainment fed.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Walter%20McBride.jpg

Walter McBride

If you never saw the two tag, you'd hardly believe that Walter and Jack McBride are twins. His brother's opposite in almost every way, Walter is a ball of endless energy and all-around party animal. Not one month seems to go by without another tabloid story about Walter's exploits with a Canadian celebrity.

So far his antics have yet to interfere with his wrestling and seem to actually be part of his appeal to many of his (numerous) female fans, but more than a few critics have suggested it's only a matter of time.

As it stands though, Walter McBride is a fun brawler with a fair few high flying moves someone his size shouldn't be capable of and his tag team with his twin brother is second-to-none when it comes to chemistry.

Pros: Great athlete, puts on great matches. Has lost of charisma.

Cons: Has some substance abuse and law problems. Needs to learn to keep his nose clean.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Jack%20McBride.jpg

Jack McBride

If you never saw the two tag, you'd hardly believe that Walter and Jack McBride are twins. His brother's opposite in almost every way, Jack is a down-to-earth country boy with dreams of one day owning his own ranch.

Very private outside of shows, Jack McBride sightings are on par with Bigfoot ones for GWNPW fans. Oddly (and much to his chagrin), this shyness has given him a female fan base almost on par with his twin brother's.

Once in the ring, however, the reserved McBride brother turns into a boisterous bruiser with a telepathic-level of coordination with his twin.

Pros: Like his brother, great worker. They are a fantastic tag team.

Cons: Lacks the charisma his brother has.

http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r496/aaronredwulfstudioswillr0ck/Rock-verse/Lisa%20Miller-McBride.jpg

Lisa Miller-McBride

A trailblazer for women in wrestling, Lisa Miller's brilliant technical skill helped turn women's wrestling from a sideshow to a main attraction. Working across North America throughout the late 70s and early 80s, she competed against anyone and everyone, with intergender matches being a staple of her career. At the height of her career she even competed for men's titles on more than one occasion.

Then, apparently feeling she'd proven her point that women could wrestle just as well as men, Lisa abruptly retired and announced her engagement to Canadian legend, Paul McBride.

While officially her husband is the head booker of GWNPW, Lisa has been known to step in from time-to-time when it comes to booking and is rumored to have been the mastermind of the recent heel turn of her son, Eric.

Pros: Great backstage talent, can book shows and also work as a road agent.

Cons: Not really any, she knows her strenghts and sticks to them.
