The Miami Heat Trade Steve Nash to us for Vince Carter. I didn't plan on this trade, but Vince didn't want to resign, Nash is a top PG and ball handler who has experience in the NBA finals. We send a threat to a Eastern Conference team instead of Western and we have Steve Under contract long term.</p>

While AK would have been great defensive help, I felt okay with letting the draft pick go, the draft was a waste of time and im counting the time until 2003.</p>

So I got desperate and the deadline was coming up. I was tired of the losing and tired of the little output from AI even with a less scoring third option in Nash being on the team, so we called on the big guns and now we need to trade.</p><p> </p><p>

It is a real shame the season is not going the way it should be going, but I'm super excited about the trade for Steve Nash! As a Canadian there are two players that made me care about basketball over hockey....and you've now had both of them on your team....heck you traded them for each other!

Major, major trade! Holy crap T-Mac, KG, <em>and</em> Steve Nash?! I think T-Mac will work better than AI, hopefully the trade gets the ball into Nash's hands. Less than 6 assists per game for one of the best passers in history is NOT ideal.

Idk how to explain but even Duncan isn't performing like 2000s Duncan and that concerns me for the game.</p>

As a Celtics fan, it breaks my heart to say it but I think KG needs to be traded. I feel as though he's not been the stud for you that he should/could be.

 

Unfortunate it feels that way. Other Big men in the league are constantly giving 20 and 10 seasons even with other multi talented scorers on the team and I feel Garnett has diminished in production for us. I don't want to make him the face of our issues because I think the issues stem from letting Wallace go and letting our bench slowly be diminished over time. Im gonna give Nash-TMac-KG one year to make it work. Worst case we finish middle and get a middle pick in the 2003 draft. Best case we either make the finals or a deep run in the playoffs and retool the bench or we get a high lottery pick.

The Bulls have emerged as Central Division players for a long, long time. With 5 all star talents on their roster and locked up for 3-4 years. This dynasty in Chicago doesn't look like it will end anytime soon for us or the NBA as a whole. </p><p> </p><p>

The Memphis Grizzles have begun their domination of the midwest, taking the reigns from The Dallas Mavericks as well as taking control of the Western conference as a whole. The Grizzles have a tough task to take the Bulls to the limit again and win a Chip for Kobe here. </p><p> </p><p>
