And hey “Evil Dead” Ash Campbell doesn’t sound too bad

Honestly, I had the whole demon-fire-ash connection in mind and never realized that both this wrestler and the actor of Evil Dead share the same last name!

The Demon thing can be spun into a storyline for a potential heel turn too. In my NGW diary of 16 in-game years, I've signed Marihito Masuko and did a story where he (as a babyface) tapped into some dark force to overcome some obstacles; it slowly ate him up from the inside and he struggled to contain it, until he fully turned heel because of it. Not saying you should do the same with Ash, but it's a way to build up a heel turn down the road.

Also, come to think of it, Demon Ash Campbell and Leper Messiah are bound to have some very interesting interactions...

Yeah I’ve just always assumed that Ash Campbell’s name was an Evil Dead reference, if not then just one heck of a coincidence.

With the route I’m going with the character that’s a definite possibility and I agree. I don’t see how he and Messiah could possibly NOT be on a collision course haha

Real hard pick here. I know you love Druss, he's got Dread to assist, he might invoke his clause to block losing the strap and he's probably not that over in the area. On the other hand, I'm guessing he isn't brought over to beat your homegrown star and Milk with the COTT title gives him something to do while not exactly in the GAW Championship title picture. I could see Leper Messiah interfere, but he's probably busy defending his own title now, so I'm cautiously going for Milk, with a shady Druss defense as the alternative.

In terms of in-ring work, Primus Allen was head and shoulders above everyone else.

In a decent match, The Northern Lights defeated The Anti-Heroes, The Ring Generals and The Southern Stars in a Ladder match in 15:23 when Riley McManus retrieved the item. During the match we also saw Leper Messiah run in and attack Danger Man, and also attack Dante. The Northern Lights make defence number 2 of their GAW Tag Team titles.
Tennessee William shattered his elbow during the match and had to be escorted from the ring by medical staff.

Following the match the World’s Strongest Psychopath clears the rest of the competitors from the ring. Still fuming from his humiliating defeat last month, Messiah grabs a hold of Dante and Danger Man. In an extremely impressive display of strength he hoists both men onto his shoulders and delivers a devastating double powerbomb! Neither man gets back up as Messiah hold the Arctic Warrior championship before tossing it onto Dante’s body.

Following the bell Ernest Youngman, Ozzie Stein and Robin DaLay all get in the ring and surround Scythe. The big man isn’t backing down but he is outnumbered. Before Genesis can strike, Ash Campbell’s music hits and the GAW Champion comes running to the ring steel chair in hand. He clocks Robin DaLay who met him at the ropes and a big brawl ensues that has to be broken up by GAW staff and the lockerroom.

Peter Michaels sat by the fire in his cabin, sipping thoughtfully on a glass of scotch and water. This chill had returned but it wasn't quite cold yet. In town, Halloween decorations had begun to go up and folks were beginning to get into the spooky spirit. Peter mused on his own Halloween experiences with his family, he missed that life but it was gone. Too far in the past to reach back and touch it. His somber thoughts were soon interrupted by a knock at his door.

"Eric, come in!" Peter greeted his friend and booking partner. The look on Eric's face told Peter something was wrong. "What is it Eric?" he asked preparing for whatever bad news was coming his way.
"Crusher & Thunder" Eric sighed "They've been offered written deals by TCW...They aren't letting them finish out their commitments." Eric sat down and rubbed his temples, he awaited Peter's temper tantrum. "DAMNIT!" Peter yelled, tossing his glass against the wall. "So what? Booking gone? No blow off for the feud we built?!" Peter slammed his hands down on the old wooden table.
"No, it would appear not" Eric replied. "I tried finding a work around but I guess TCW was pretty clear. They're exclusive. No goodbye tours, all dates had to be cancelled. I guess the big wigs at BriCo are pretty set on how business is to be handled over there now since they fired Kyle and replaced him with that corporate puppet. They won't do business, and they don't care about pro wrestling tradition. They're 'professional' I guess" Eric twirls his finger in the air and rolls his eyes.
"Well, what now then, Eric? There goes our tag title match. We pulling the trigger on the Allens? Rushing the Ring Generals fued? What's the game plan here?" Peter was calming down but more in defeat than in acceptance.
"well, I did come up with an alternate idea...if you're interested? The other party is just waiting on my call." Eric gave a reassuring smile. He at least FELT he was onto something.
"I'm open to suggestions, Eric. We don't have a lot of options on such short notice and money is tight."
"Well boss, how do you feel about...modern nostalgia acts?" Eric leaned forward so he could better read Peter's reaction.
"I'm listening" Peter replied curiously "what do ya got?"

COTT World Heavyweight Champion Molokai Milk issues open challenge, Ms Ling Accepts on Katou’s behalf.
Milk comes to the ring with his COTT World Heavyweight Championship displayed proudly around his waist. He says he is out to prove he’s a fighting champion and has been defending his belt all across the COTT! He issues an open challenge tonight to anyone that thinks they’re man enough to take the belt off of him.

Ms Ling enters with Gidayu Katou and says the ultimate athlete lost to Milk on a fluke at Midnight Sun but will not lose tonight when he takes the COTT World Championship from Molokai Milk. Milk says bring it on and the match is set for tonight’s main event.

Finally caught up, more great shows! Surprised to see Campbell and Scythe lose, but that's because I go a bit crazy when I discover excellent tag chemistry

I take the summer off basically and miss a real good story. But I caught up this morning and gotta say this is really good. Great renders as always too.
