The renders are awesome.<p> </p><p> I also agree with what The Celt said about characters. The Japanese scene in the C-Verse feels really flat to me, especially Burning Hammer. UPJ has been one of my favorite games because of the characters, even if there are very obvious parallels to Tanahashi, Omega, Nakamura, Liger, etc. on the roster.</p><p> </p><p> Speaking of which, if the powers that be want any ideas for UPJ’s expansion — check Dalton’s game updates in the 2016 thread. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div></blockquote><p> Hey thanks for the shoutout <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> didn't expect to see my name while reading through the thread!</p><p> </p><p> I recommend people also check out LeviticalLawKid's posts in the 2016 thread as well. I enjoy reading his posts about UPJ (and everyone else's) as much as I like playing as UPJ lol. A little change here or there in the beginning of a game can result in an entirely different game which makes it exciting to read and compare them to your own game. Also gives a bunch of ideas to bounce around for the save as well. For instance I bought the COBRA Openweight Championship and renamed it the UPJ International 's Openweight Championship after reading Jon the GOAT's and Atticus's posts about introducing the Blue Rhino Openweight title. </p><p> </p><p> Saying that, anyone interested in the T-Verse but unsure of where to start should definitely just take some time to read through the entire thread <a href="http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=533987" rel="external nofollow">here</a> because everyone has had fantastic stories that they've told.</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Atticus" data-cite="Atticus" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="47493" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Yeah, whoever gets Gao is going to be incredibly lucky. I like the idea of Gao coming into UPJ with Dagger and an invasion force, but I imagine Dagger's return may be too celebrated for that. Then Dagger having good friends in both HONOUR and DIASPORA makes things tricky too if Dagger guides Gao. He could be DIASPORA's heavyweight ace or an ace in waiting for HONOUR (assuming none of their top guys got poached). There's something fun in Dagger having Gao as a top guy in DIASPORA and Taheiji as a top guy in HONOUR as they war on against UPJ.<p> </p><p> UPJ in general has a couple of exciting prospects who will have only been wrestling for a few years in 2020 that I'm pumped for too. Would also love to just see them go full NJPW and add like 3 extra belts, bring back the junior tag belts, do two tag leagues, a UPJ Cup because why not? Almost feel like UPJ will be entering the phase New Japan hit in 2013/14 right before gaining more popularity in the States, but I don't really know what American they could bring in to get that started. Maybe Leati if he becomes more popular and polished.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I also would love to see more tournaments to start off the game with UPJ outside of the Summit and Junior Mountain. I created a United Cup, Super Tag League and Junior Tag Crown just to give my game something to look forward to and plan for. Obviously it makes booking puro 1000x easier and more realistic as well.</p><p> </p><p> I hope they do something major with the junior division too in order to fend of DIASPORA. Maybe a big time steal to kick off another resurgence (Talisman please!). The junior division definitely starts off a bit lackluster (still better than HONOUR imo outside of Fergus Storm) but definitely has potential.</p>

<p>I do wonder if DRAGON will continue in their current form, since they usually get raided a decent bit by both American and Japanese promotions. (And, if we’re still talking parallels, Dragon Gate USA is no more.) Maybe PWI bought them out and created a killer Junior/Cruiserweight division.</p><p> </p><p>

If CWT bites the dust and PWI takes a step back, there might be room in the Mid South or South East for an AEW-like promotion, too. Just thinking out loud.</p>

CWT felt like such a weird choice for Keaton, I imagine he'll have aspirations of taking them national, but he's walking in to a regional company/brand with a TV deal that only covers three areas, and a very traditional product. It does feel a bit like CWT will either need to not be CWT any more under Keaton's leadership, will have closed up, or will be a shell of it's former self with Briscoe clinging on.</p>

I'm a big fan of the Thunderverse, it's by far my favorite mod, so I would like to thank all the people who work on this mod!

On TEW16 I played with GCW in Australia, becoming the n°1 company of the area, and I think I was almost at Cult level when I stopped playing this save. Ace Smith and Bray Fulner were my top guys and I was building the Main Event scene around Eddie Mustaine (big fan of him), Sean Girven of course, and Flexappeal (Dom Abatelli and Bobby Cook).

Really happy to see that TVerse will be on TEW20, and I'm looking forward to see the evolution for a lot of talent.

Will Eddie Mustaine a top guy? Who will have Sean Girven? What happened to Larry Lightning, Tyler Moon, Junichi Matsuo, Sam Liang? Really really excited to see that!

(Sorry if I made mistakes, I'm French so my English is not perfect :D)

<p>I'm so damn excited for the return of the Thunderverse and getting to see how some of my favorite talents and promotions have changed, but my biggest curiosity has to be specifically with the AWF and PWI. Alternatively, I could also see Saul & Briscoe having a big split and lead to the creation of a whole new promotion by Saul as a big FU to JD...but that just be me looking for ways to see the EVOLVE promotion as a starting company to play with.</p>

<p>I'm beyond hyped for TV 2020, this mod has brought me countless hour/days/years of entertainment.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm currently three in-game years deep into my current playthrough as Yokai Dragon, who returned to Japan and opened his own promotion (with funding from video game mogul Kunomasu) in spite of his reputation.</p><p> </p><p>

Grooming Gao Xi to eventually become the face of the company vs. Yokai leading a heel faction of Shokujinki, Ton Ihara, and Smile Masuda.</p>

Would be cool to see CWT go in a nostalgia-based direction.</p>

<p>I think WWWE is kind of the same story as late '80s WWF, with the cartoonish characters actually ruining the product.</p><p> </p><p>

Maybe I'll try this mod for once. It's intriguing to immerse yourself in an entirely new game world, and really awesome that the pictures are consistent and all made by the same person.</p><p> </p><p>

Plus: one of the top women is Belgian. How the hell did that come to be? <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

UPJ reaching National and maybe close to international because Blue Rhino made the Blue Rhino TV.

Erik van Rijn defect to US and open a new promotion (Like Omega) or even be a Shane's partner. (or maybe goes to Europe and making a good european promotion...)

Kintaro Kinjo is the new japanese emperor after marry the old emperor's daughter. LOL

Kato and Goto Split, Kato is the new Openweight Champion after won the inaugural title fight against Goto.

Ram Diablo brings Rhyno Khan as your partner and form a new heel gaijin stable!

Well, i really love UPJ. :D:D:D:D

A surprisingly large number of people do. Even in the team there was sheer delight when the company started to right the ship and I stopped the Matsumoto train crash! :D (That's a mixed metaphor if ever I've seen one but you know what I mean!)
