I gather we're getting ICW New York (they gave us Gage vs. Big Poppa Pump, so they'll always be cool in my books). Are you able to divulge anything else being added for August? I've tweaked the June set a bunch and was going to go deeper altering stuff for a draft game for a save with some friends, but I'm not sure if I should hold off or not.

Edit: I recognize that the data is already at maximum capacity for promotions but any chance we can get ChocoPro/Gatoh Move down the line? I pretty much am at the stage where I watch AEW and ChocoPro with few exceptions. Lulu Pencil vs. Chris Brookes was wonderful.

On top of that you've got the usual changes like experience and attributes are always being expanded on because they never seem to be done and obscure workers who I never got around to working on have been overhauled. I've also slowly been slowly making my way through workers adding their job histories which isn't a huge deal but it's a neat cosmetic thing and goes hand in hand with organic bios just to add a little extra detail. I can never not recommend the latest version just because of the nature of it, each release has more and more work put into it so it's closer to being "complete" every time.

 

Hello! Just a couple of small things I've noticed that can be changed for the next update:

 

- Jake Something and Heidi Lovelace (Ruby Soho) are listed as being in a relationship but this isn't the case at present. Jake is dating somebody from outside the business.

- Sarray (Sareee) is listed as having no English. I think that should be changed to passable.

- Kevin Blackwood should have 'Straight Edge' attribute.

Kevin Gill has 1 announcing and colour in the next update. I'd use negative numbers if I could. And yes, he's always that bad.

 

I thoroughly enjoy Kevin Gill most of the time because he's so far outside the norm for wrestling commentary. However, I can completely understand people not liking his style. I don't think single digits are fair ratings lol, but I won't argue against it.

A few notes to come with this bad boy - CM Punk and Bryan Danielson have been added to AEW as it seems like they're done deals. I'm aware this could age very badly but at this point I'd be astonished if they weren't signed, so... screw it. Just letting you guys know off the bat so you can remove them if you'd rather. Also on the topic of AEW, all the TV specials have been added as dormant events, so if you're playing as them and want to use them, simply set them to active then when Wednesday rolls around, move Dynamite back one day to Tuesday then back again after the show.

 

We'll be releasing another mini update tomorrow because of the PWG show tonight so if you're itching to do a PWG save, definitely wait for that.

I've got less than zero interest in watching them, supporting them, updating them or even talking about them with how they and their talent have acted since SpeakingOut and I expect them to be irrelevant going forward because of the stink on their name anyway. I could have done the same with PROGRESS but that felt like overkill and at least they're PRETENDING they're interested in talent and fan welfare

Like I said I would have done, but PROGRESS are pulling from the same talent pool as everybody else and are incredibly easy to keep up with whereas OTT use a lot of homegrown talent. It's impossible for me to add those people to the game unless I watch OTT, which is not happening. ICW was removed months ago for the exact same reasons and I didn't get any complaints then.

I think it's a smart move. If you aren't interested in watching the content, you can't accurately portray it. Tons of real world companies are missing from every mod because it's not realistic to maintain all the tiny feds out there. You're just keeping the standards high.

 

The great thing about mods like this is that if you wanna tweak it to include stuff that's missing, you can do it in little time. I almost never play RWC exactly as released, because I add or remove a few things to make it the most fun experience for me. I recommend everyone else do that too.
