Nowhere to put these, they still might get used in a diary if I feel like doing a CVerse one (debating on waiting for thunderverse as well) but here are some good (and not so good) CZCW logo updates/reimaginings/whatever.

I was switching Coast to Coast to be the "In Your House" style of PPV naming so included a 'throwback' feel one, and High Tide was the new TV show but it doesn't matter they are just graphics. Feel free to use them if you want to.

I have run into a problem with debuting companies in my mod, here are the relevant info screens on everything, but for some odd reason neither company will launch in the year I have set for it, is this something happening with other mods or did I screw something up somewhere?

Hello all,

Quick question if anyone would be able to clarify.

Say one has absolutely zero talent in making renders for say a possible new mod they've been planning on for some time... Is it frowned upon to repurpose the WMMA renders for use in said mod?

No, especially since Adam himself did exactly that. :p Most of the newer UK workers are in fact repurposed WMMA fighters. So you might want to doublecheck which ones you use as they might already be in it (unless your mod is non-Cverse).

I see people have already used some of those renders for the community mod anyway. If they are all to be C-verse expansions you might want to coordinate a bit who used what though. Otherwise it'll be a mess.

The character information is free to use and I would imagine the renders are as well (though I created my own renders, just in case the ones I wanted weren't part of the default data). I checked with and got the ok from Adam prior to including them in my mod.</p>

<p>Anyone willing to help?</p><p> </p><p>

I'm making a fantasy mod with fictional characters, promotions, and locations that actually exist in games, anime, movies, TV shows, etc. I've got a lot of the groundwork already done with it and have been working on it for weeks, but not much is done in the way of actually putting information into the database.</p><p> </p><p>

With that being said, I'd love some help on it in any way that people could offer. If I do it solo from scratch, I may not finish it until halfway through 2021. LOL.</p><p> </p><p>

Could anyone lend me a helping hand (or two)?</p>

Is there a thread to post random stuff like logos, banners, tv shows, networks, and stable pics? I have made a couple of things for my saves but not enough to warrant making a tiny thread that will update at best every 2 months so a thread similar to the Alt Thread but for more misc stuff would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure nobody would complain if you posted them in the custom request thread linked below.

I've been looking and haven't found logos for stables from previous versions of the game (Sneer Corp, Gen X) was curious if anyone could point me in the right direction of them if they do exist.

Thanks.

Stable logos are new to TEW 2020, so very few logos from previous versions of the game are likely to exist at this point. Several forum users have been doing excellent work over in the custom graphics request thread, so if you have some specific ones you are looking for you may want to try requesting there.

<p>I was looking at making edits towards momentum in contracts on the 2010 mod and was looking at a way to do it with a bit of evidence rather than my own opinion. This is what I came up with for an overview of WWE in December 2009:</p><p>

<img alt="IYQy1w.jpg" data-src="https://snipboard.io/IYQy1w.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p>

It is based off Per win on A (worth 0.75), B (worth 0.5) and PPV (worth 1) Shows with an incremental increase in their value. The 0.5 points is wins over local guys/handicap matches.</p><p> </p><p>

Thought it might interest some.</p><p> </p><p>

Edit works better without 50/50 booking:</p><p>

TNA:</p><p>

<p>Is there a breakdown anywhere that shows exactly what each of the different basis types does? Reason I ask is, I have this wrestler I'm working on now. Great big guy, super heavyweight. Most all of the super heavyweights I saw in the CornellVerse were using the Dominant gimmick basis, (which normally sounds about right), but I was sure if it'd be the right thing for my guy. He's more of a fun babyface, lovable sidekick, maybe even an oversized underdog type of a guy. </p><p> </p><p>

Gave him the Weasely/Underdog basis for the time being, seemed right at the time, but in the gimmick ideas section, I only saw Underdog listed.. which had a size limit of light heavyweight, which naturally gave me second thoughts on the matter.</p><p> </p><p>

There's a very good chance I'm overthinking this.</p><p> </p><p>

Figured I'd ask though: anyone have any ideas or suggestions?</p><p> </p><p>

Is this the right place to post this?

I really like mods that take you back. CV97 is one of my favorites, and Genadi's 2001 WCW lives mod is just fantastic.

I know CV97 is in progress and Genadi is working on Summer of Punk, so I ask, is there anything nearly as comprehensive from a RW standpoint? The 2001 mod was fantastic because it covered pretty much everyone who was anyone from then and now. Including lesser known names.

A dominant type will result in wins/losses mattering more and a legit base might increases losses against comedy types.</p><p> </p><p> Don't worry about limits. A HW guy can still be an underdog if he does stupid things in the ring against MW's, or he might have blatant weaknesses like predictability, or whatever. You can always make something up, especially in 'tainment promotions. In the end it's all about the traits they roll.</p>

Call me late to the party on this, but I recently discovered a software program that can be a boon for both modders as well as players who just enjoy their own personal games. It's called VisiPics, and it's a duplicate picture finder. Don't know if I can link to it or not, but you can find it easily by searching "VisiPics" on Google. I've downloaded it and it works just fine, and there are no viruses or what have you with it. Don't be fooled by the copyright date on their website as it worked perfectly on my Windows 10 machine.

What it does is looks for pics that could possibly look exactly alike. So let's say you're a modder, and multiple folks have given you permission to use their graphics. You copy and paste and just go ahead and decide to keep everything rather than waiting to look through every single possible file name conflict. Now you have several duplicate pics. The program finds them, and you can choose what to do with them. This is great for players too who like to use graphics from multiple packs. That's all I got today for this thread.

For real world mod makers......if you have included any Mini wrestlers to your data, do you usually just categorize them as very small size and then adjust body type to whatever is appropriate? I'm watching some early TNA stuff right now and of course they had Puppet, Meatball, Teo and a few others and WWF/E has used them on and off throughout their history. Just wondering what the best way to include them in the game would be (pondering a suggestion to add a mini or dwarf category to the worker size designations).
