When workers get called in to have a conversation with him at “The Revolution Room”, you know you might have a serious conversation ahead of you. Marco Gonzalez would be the recipient of today’s conversation: Power: Marco, I asked you to come in on your day off to tell you something in person. I have sold the rights to FCW. I know…I know this is the company that your dad helped build and you had hoped one day that you would run it. The buyer has assured me that once you are ready he wants you to take more of a leadership role, and eventually will hand it over to you. Gonzalez: I don’t understand…why are you selling? Who is the new buyer? Power: Look, the fact is I have never been a good booker. That’s why I am having Mikel book our shows. I feel as if as owner, I can only bring this company so far, and this new owner can help bring FCW to the levels your dad saw for us. As for the new owner, I can’t really tell you who yet, but I can say that you do know him personally and he has the same love and dedication for FCW and Puerto Rico that we have. Gonzalez: When will we find out? Power: So first he wants us to finish off these next two shows through Fight for Freedom since it’s our season finale. All he has done is give the creative team some notes on things to happen to lead into some storylines he wants to build once he takes over. Then we will make the announcement either at Fight For Freedom or after. Gonzalez: There’s a creative team now? Who is on it? Power: Yeah, so that is the other reason why I called you in. He is putting together people who he wants to collaborate on the vision of where FCW should go. It is myself as the locker room leader and head trainer, Mikel, the new owner will make up the booking team with…..you. He wants you to be involved to show his commitment to you as the future of this company. Gonzalez: Oh wow….I guess this sounds good…..are you sure that I’ll be good with who it is? Marco looks around knowing things will be changing in the coming months and hopes his new role will honor his father’s memory. But for now…he has a match to get ready for later in the show. He decides he is going to step into guerilla to watch the opening match. Singles Match Cobra vs. Xavi Ferrera Both Cobra & Xavi put on solid performances in the opening battle that made both men look good. The goal of the boat was to start the event off with two solid reliable workers and work the crowd up a little. Xavi was able to get the clean finish and victory. Winner: Xavi Ferrera Match Rating: 47 Segment: Handsome Stranger enters as Xavi is celebrating. He gets a huge pop as he has worked primarily behind the scenes since his retirement. He greets Xavi and congratulates him as he holds the microphone away, although the crowd is able to pick up a single sentence: Stranger: And how about you head to my office so we can talk about some ideas I have for your future. Stranger then plays it off and tells the crowd he has been given the honor of introducing the rest of the card to them. He makes sure to highlight that the 6 man match later tonight between The Gallardos and Newton/Island Boys are sneak peeks into next month’s title matches. He also indicates that there will be some unannounced visitors at some point later in the show. Segment rating: 33 Tag Team Match The Hot Taggs vs. Young & Wasted FCW paid PSW to loan out The Hot Taggs for this match. Power had always liked their in ring style and he wanted to see them at work in person. The match like the previous one was very even with both teams seemingly at the same level. The Taggs tried to use their power advantage but had trouble keeping up with Kyle & Norton’s speed and frequent tags. Eventually a miscommunication between the brothers caused Wolfie to tackle Kalder and Young & Wasted were able to take advantage for the win. It was clear that both Norton and Kyle were ready to have a bigger part in the company. Winners: Young & Wasted Match Rating: 41 Segment The lights went out and a spotlight hit the ramp. Travis Century comes out into the spotlight and keeps his message short. Century: A Cartel has taken away the FREEDOM. The end is near. Who will you turn to? Will it be your king? Segment Rating: 43 Tag Team Match Gonzalez Family vs. Harlem Knights In a rivalry that had been brewing for the past couple of months the two teams went after it from the get go. Resembling a line brawl in a hockey game the four men held nothing back. Another match that saw both sides have their fair share of moments, marco Gonzalez was able to pin Curtis Shaw after he went high risk and put him through a table with a frog splash. Winners: Gonzalez Family Match Rating: 40 Segment: A minor segment occurs backstage setting up Giant Brody and Ricochet Ramone for next month. Segment Grade: 44 Six Man Tag Match The Gallardo Cartel vs. Davis Wayne Newton & The Puerto Rican boys Heavily advertised prior, this 6 man tag was meant to be the last chance these men had to inflict damage before their upcoming championship matches. The Cartel members acted cerebrally. They picked apart the group of fan favorites and isolated each member at different parts of the match. Although,they were unable to put them away each time as they were able to fight back thanks to the cheers of the crowd. It wasn’t until Rosa Gallardo distracted Newton by flirting with him were they able to pick up the win. Winners: Gallardo Cartel Match Rating: 40 Segment Lee Bambino runs into the Harlem Knights backstage who are fuming at their loss. They promise that if they didn’t use the table, that they would have won. They decide to challenge the Gonzalez Family for a rematch, and they are so confident they will put their contracts on the line. Segment Rating: 34 FCW Puerto Rican Championship #1 Contender Match Frederique v. Mutant The two contenders made their way to the ring alone. Last month Frederique’s Style Council was banned from ringside for this match. Frederique and Mutant did not hesitate to try and tear eachother apart. Although both threw vicious strikes, only Mutant seemed to do real damage as Frederique was showing his age. By the end of the match Mutant had to mercifully end it by pinning Frederique. Winner: Mutant Match Rating: 43 Segment Mutant towers over Frederique in victory and walks to the back. Style Council’s music hits but two men rush the ring… Bambino: ITS HANGMAN AND PRIME TIME! The two outsiders hit the ring and start beating down on Frederique, bringing their own table that they quickly assemble and put him through. The real Style Council makes their way out… Only to be interrupted by a third man: Fletcher: Most of you know me as teen heartthrob Raphael. Back in the day I was exactly like you four, I was promised the world because people said I had the it factor. Well, I am here because I want to actually come through for you. I now go by my legal name Brian Fletcher. Frederique does not care about you. He probably hasn’t even told you that he is leaving… Yeah, he signed a deal to go to USPW. He is a 46-year-old who is going to be jobbed out for kids your age until he retires. That is not someone that you should be following. I signed with FCW to change my image… I want to help the next generation, that's why I brought Hangman & Prime Time with me. I am going to reinvite Frederique’s “Style Council”. I’m not going to do it the wrong way. Next month my men and I challenge three of you for control of the Style Council name. If we win, then I will invite you three to apply to join us. If we lose, then we will leave you alone and you can wash out just like every other hotshot that thinks they’re the next Jack Bruce. The four standing members of the Style Council look at one another, then look at the ring where Prime Time & Hangman Have departed. Only a dejected and ashamed Frederique remains. He avoids looking at his patrons and escapes through the crowd. Possibly never to be seen again in FCW. Segment Rating: 27 Main Event FCW Puerto Rican Championship Antonio Del Veccio v. Santiago Gallardo © Santiago is joined by Papa Gallardo who is smoking his signature cigarette as he carries the FCW Puerto Rican Championship to the ring. Del Veccio is a recent signing that Power felt based on reputation alone deserved a chance at the prestigious title. The two men squared off and took things slow. Gallardo clearly overconfident was willing to pass up opportunities to do damage to Antonio to gloat. It wasn’t until Antonio hit a massive closeline followed by a disapproving look by his patriarch that he started to take things seriously. From that moment on Santiago was vicious and brutal. Antonio with his brawling background was able to somewhat compete but it was clear it would be Gallardo’s day. To seal the win Papa burned Antionio with his cigarette leading Santiago to hit his finisher and get the pin. Winner: Santiago Gallardo Match Rating: 47 Segment: The rest of the Gallardo family came out to celebrate and then turn their attention to the challenger. They start adding to the damage already done when… Mutant comes barreling down the ramp. The crowd is going wild as he throws Franco & Arturo around like they were nothing, and he spears Diego. The other three Gallardo’s escape the ring. Mutant looks like a monster on a mission. He stares down Santiago as him and his family escape to the back. ptbova Posted August 13 Author Share Posted August 13 Background: Brian Fletcher (Raphael) Bryan Fletcher believed what he said… He felt like he was recruited into RIPW to be something great. He did everything they asked. He rose through that company becoming a 3-time Tag Team Champion with 2 separate partners. By all means he should have earned a spot on the main roster. But he was a victim of management changing their expectations. Then he gets another shot to prove himself at 4C. Although he was frustrated to be stuck in the Tag Team Division again, he was excelling and moving towards being a breakout star. But 4C closed. He still holds a grudge towards Harry Allen and his bloated contract. It has been three years since 4C closed and he received 0 offers since then. All of this should make an already prickly natured man (as he would admit) more bitter. But, when FCW called offering a chance. Frederique who just started a stable of young and up and coming workers was leaving, and they wanted someone to fill his void. Obviously, he was excited but thought to himself “but why me”. Frederique was on another level popularity wise, but FCW made themselves very clear: “You may be replacing Frederique in his role, but we have much more creative plans for you. You will not only help the young ones thrive, but you will also be utilized like a cornerstone of our company moving forward.” When Fletcher heard that he knew he had one last shot to prove to the industry that he wasn’t someone to be overlooked and undervalued. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The crowd reacts to seeing different wrestlers until the drone stops when it begins to pick up a conversation between Handsome Stranger & Chico Casanova: Stranger:...and I can promise this could be a huge opportunity for you. I think that you should really consider it. Chico: I am definitely interested… Both men notice the drone and suddenly separate and go their own way. Segment Rating: 24 Six Man Tag Match Fletcher Takes control of Style Council if wins Brandon Saito, Wilfredo Morales & Franky Figg vs. Brian Fletcher, Prime Time Jack pryde & Hangman The show begins with The Style Council making their way to the ring (minus Frederique). They Walk to the ring discussing strategy and looking determined. Fletcher, Prime Time & Hangman enter second with confidence in their walk. The match begins with Prime Time & Figg locking up. The two start getting the crowd into it by preventing each other from tagging out and dramatic back and forth action. Eventually both men get a tag and the 6 men all get involved with the action. Hangman is visibly too powerful for The Style Council. Fletcher keeps his involvement to a more timely manner, tagging in when his team is on the offensive, and avoiding entry when they are on the defensive. Eventually Fletcher and company are able to get the win. Winners: Brian Fletcher, Prime Time Jack Pryde & Hangman Match Rating: 35 Segment: After the match as the former members of The Style Council begin to leave, Fletcher grabs the microphone: Fletcher: Hold up…hold up….hold up. I did not come to FCW so I could bury the next generation. Like I said I came here to help the next generation. The old-Style Council was about stroking an old man’s ego. My Style Council is about teaching up and coming stars how to win matches and look good doing it. The New Style Council is accepting applications…The first applicant will be interviewed next month during a 1 on 1 match with myself. Let’s see if any of you have what it takes to be a part of my team. Segment Rating: 44 Tag Team match Harlem Knights lose, their contract ends The Gonzalez Family vs. Harlem Knights Just like the previous week the two teams tore into each other from the opening bell. This time Carlos & Haynes were both cut open as Marco & Curtis kept countering attacks that had been successful in the previous match. By all accounts the match was even when it took a very unexpected twist. Both teams had been fighting outside of the ring, and the referee had begun his count. The Gonzalez Family were able to get back into the ring as Harlem Knights were struggling their way back when… PAPA GALLARDO! He makes his way from the crowd yelling at The Gonzalez Family and tries to get in the ring. The ref is forced to turn and stop him. As he does… The Tag Team Champs arrive with metal bats and start beating the crap out of the Harlem Knights! By the time the ref looks back at the two men fighting for their contracts Arturo & Franco are gone. Holland finishes his count to ten. Curtis Shaw & Harlem Haynes no longer work for FCW! Winners: The Gonzalez Family Match Rating: 43 Segment: The Gonzalez Family do not look too pleased and look confused. Papa Gallardo grabs a microphone from the stage along with the Tag Champs: Papa: Wild right? Why would my boys care about this measly match? And why would they help you two coattail riding pieces of…..? Well my boys realized this was a great opportunity to remove a future threat to their titles. Especially since my boys are the ones that took the titles off of them in the first place. Seeing how you two just got a victory out of it, you should be thanking us instead of looking like a couple of angry puppies. Segment Rating: 37 Singles Match: Giant Brody vs. Ricochet Ramone In the past this match would have been a quick one. But, since Ricochet has come into his own as a worker he was able to get his fair share of shots in. But still, the former FCW Puerto Rican Champion was able to pickup the win in this match. Winner: Giant Brody Segment Rating: 40 Segment: Young & Wasted are hanging out backstage when the lights go out and…. Century appears behind them (while obviously holding a flashlight on his face). Century: Hello boys… Young & Wasted jumped, startled by the creepy arrival of Century Century: You have been chosen. It has been decided. Your abilities and energy will be the perfect test for the monsters. Norton: What are you talking about?! Century: His ... .beasts need to send a message to the rest of the company and next month you two will face off with them…and they are… Two behemoths appear behind Century Bambino: ITS JONES….and he HAS A FRIEND…IS THAT ORIGINAL SINNER?! Century cuts the flashlight, and the lights turn back on a couple of seconds later. Century and his monsters are gone, leaving Norton & Kyle confused and looking a little worried. Segment Grade: 37 Segment: As attention is brought back to the ring, Puerto Rican Power’s music hits to a huge ovation. Power tells a story of a young man who had been overlooked. A man who did not receive the opportunities that a man as talented as him should receive. So he left his country and traveled across the world, looking for a place to call home. Power jokes that he ended up signing with FCW which represents a much smaller island than the one he comes from. Power then introduces the signing: Lucas Pope, from Australia. Power says he will debut next month! Pope comes down to the ring, shakes power’s hand and they pose for a stage photographer in the middle of the ring. Segment Rating: 54 Singles Match FCW People’s Championship Davis Wayne Newton © vs. Diego Gallardo It was very clear Diego knew what was on the line in this match. He was the only active member of the cartel without gold. He wanted to rectify that. He took more chances throughout the match and he was seeing success. Newton was a smooth as ever during his offensive exchanges. The two men worked well off each other. A couple of times Rosa tried to get involved but failed. Diego took one last chance late in the match and he missed, accidentally hitting Rosa, Newton took advantage of the mistake and hit his finisher, and grabbed the win. Winner:Davis Wayne Newton Match Grade: 48 Segment After the match Newton is jumped by Diego and the Gallardo Brothers, attacking him senseless until…. Bambino: ITS USACE, hes been battling the Cartel for months! He clears the ring with Newton’s help and The Cartel scampers away! What great timing! Also, what are the Gallardo Brothers thinking, they have a match….next! Segment Rating: 33 Tag Team Match FCW Tag Team Championship Gallardo Brothers © vs. The Puerto Rican Boys The Gallardo Brothers started on the offensive, as they controlled the flow. They ceiled off San Juan kid from his partner as they began to wear him down. They consistently put him into the corner or the ropes and put their full weight on him hoping to weaken the Redneck Luchador. Eventually both Franco & Arturo begin to get frustrated with San Juan’s resilience and they themselves begin to get tired. San Juan is able to take advantage and tag Apollo! Apollo comes into the match with fire and the crowd behind him. Arturo & Franco are both clearly out of gas and can’t match Apollo. Apollo & San Juan gesture to the crowd as the crowd responds with “WELCOME TO THE ISLAND”. The two hit their finisher and get the pin for the victory! NEW CHAMPS!!! Winners: The Puerto Rican Boys Match Rating: 36 Segment: The Purto Rican Boys grab a microphone and start taunting the former champs for not focusing on facing them and worrying about other possible challengers…..As two men hit the ring from behind and clobber the new champs. Both men reveal their hoods at the same time as they point to the tag titles… Bambino: ITS DEATH ROW! KNUCKLES & SHADY K ARE HERE! AND THEY ARE SETTING THEIR SIGHTS ON THE FCW TAG TEAM BELTS! Segment Grade: 45 Singles Match FCW Puerto Rican Championship Santiago Gallardo © vs. Mutant The two workers were not gelling in this match. It was quite apparent that they lacked chemistry when trying to string together moves. The two are at the top of the food chain in FCW so they were still able to put on a strong match. Most of the match was defined by swings. First Santiago would take advantage of a mistake from Mutant, and then Mutant would do the same. There was no flashy moves in this one, both men aimed to tear the other apart rather than wow the crowd. The match was decided when yet again the Gallardo Cartel got involved and threatened the ref with a picture of his family making him do a fast count allowing Santiago to get the win. Winner: Santiago Gallardo Match Rating: 49 Segment: Mutant is furious and ready to tear through the Gallardo Cartel as they surround him when the number 1 song on the billboard 100 starts playing Tormenta de Fuego. And then someone appears from the back: Bambino: IS THAT?... IT IS, ITS OSCAR FUENTES! He’s the highest streamed artist of the year for the past 3 years! Fuentes comes down the stage with a microphone… Fuentes: GOOD EVENING SAN JUAN! I am here for a couple of different reasons. First I wanted to watch these fantastic wrestlers fight and put on a show! Secondly, I am here because after many talks with Puerto Rican Power I am now the proud co-owner of FCW! Since I was a little boy, raised three blocks down the road I wanted to be a part of this business. And now, I get to help grow this awesome company and try to spread its reach past our island. Maybe……I will get involved in the ring one day…. But, why I am out here right now….is because I want to put an end to this stranglehold the Gallardo Cartel has on our company. I am telling you right now, that Power and I will be keeping a close eye on you and if you step out of line again there will be repercussions.
