Presents... Monday, March, Week 3 The show opens with Big Show walking into JBL's office. "Woah, Show, I don't want any trouble." JBL stands up, holding his hands up. "You should've thought of that months ago. But I'm not here to fight... I'm here to discuss stipulations for my match at WrestleMania." Show says. "Oh yeah? And what stipulations would those be?" JBL asks. "If I win, you step down as President of RAW." Show says. "Are you insane? What kind of a stipulation is that? You honestly think I'd agree to that?" "Just hear me out... If Orton wins... Well, word is that there's a Draft Lottery after WrestleMania... Any one of your stars could get drafted... But that also opens up the possibility of a post-Draft trade... And well, everyone knows you need a worker's permission to trade them... So here's the deal. If Orton wins, then in the post-Draft Trades, you've got an easy way of getting myself and the Resistance out of your hair... If Orton wins, we'll agree to being traded. And I know you know Vince McMahon would love to have me on his roster... Just think of the possible trades." Show says. "You know what, I think we've got a deal." JBL extends his hand, but Show ignores it, just smiling, before turning to leave. (Rating: A) "You know what Show? I don't have a main event tonight... And I don't take kindly to people without manners... So you're going to have a match tonight... The main event is going to be The Big Show taking on Rodney Mack of the Talent Bank." JBL says. "Pfft, ok." Show doesn't sound too worried. (Rating: A) Title on a Tightrope Qualifier vs Shannon Moore vs Jimmy Yang Two of America's top cruiserweights lock up, putting on a great opening matchup. Eventually, Moore picks up the victory following a Halo. (Rating: B) "This is Josh Mathews, and I'm standing by with William Regal... Mr Regal, tonight you've got the opportunity to win a place in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania, can I get your thoughts about the match tonight?" Mathews asks. "Of course my dear boy... Tonight, I'm going to be fighting Mr Taylor, one of JBL's close associates... One of the Representatives of your government... But let's face it... He's still an American. You see Josh, it's only a matter of time before I become the first ever British WWE Champion... Tonight I'll beat Mr Taylor, and at WrestleMania, I'll beat five other men, and then I've got a guaranteed title shot... I can cash it in any time I want... And when I do, that WWE Championship is coming to England." Regal says. "Thank you for your time... Over to you Angel." Mathews finishes. (Rating: B) "Thanks Josh, I'm here with Antonio Banks and Rodney Mack... Mr Banks, we just heard earlier, your client is going to be taking on The Big Show... It seems Mr Layfield wasn't really thinking when he put this match together..." Angel says. "You must be joking. Sure, The Big Show is a freak of nature, but look at this man... The M-Rod is in peak physical condition... Big Show looks like he spent too much time inhaling cheeseburgers. Mack is going to run rings around that freak. And not to mention, I like to have insurance on all of my assets, so when you face one member of the Talent Bank, you know I'm in their corner. Tonight, Big Show's going to find out exactly why I took on M-Rod Rodney Mack as my client, because he delivers, and that's what pays the bills." Banks says. (Rating: B) *Break* (w/)vs(w/) Adam Booker and Chris Nowinski vs The Stampede Bulldogs (w/Nattie) Somewhat slower paced than the last match, one of RAW's premier tag teams takes on the winner and the host of Tough Enough. Of course, Adam Booker is the #1 Contender to the Intercontinental Championship, whilst the Stampede Bulldogs' push disappeared when they stopped getting over... So this match is fairly obvious... Adam Booker pins TJ Wilson, following a Top Rope Elbow Drop. (Rating: C+) Chris Nowinski grabs a mic. "Another victory for Tough Enough Adam Booker. It's only a matter of time... Just two weeks until WrestleMania, when he beats you Lance Storm, and takes away your Intercontinental Championship... It doesn't matter that you're off in Calgary training right now... There's nothing you can do... Adam Booker is unstoppable with me in his corner. We'll see you at WrestleMania." Nowinski says. (Rating: B-) *Break* vs Kurt Angle vs Los Conquistadors Three great wrestlers put on a great match, Kurt Angle holding up well against the superior numbers, and eventually, getting himself the victory, when Conquistador Dos taps out to the Angle Lock. (Rating: B) "Did you see that? I just beat two men. I'd like to see John Cena do that. The truth is, he can't... I'm a conditioned athlete... I have the stamina of ten men... I'm more talented, better trained, and just an all-around bigger superstar than Cena ever will be. Come WrestleMania, it won't matter if he gets the upper hand... I can outlast him... He'll get tired... And then I'll strike... There's a reason I'm the only Gold Medallist in WWE History... I'm gonna break your freakin' ankle... It's true! It's DAMN true!" Angle says. (Rating: A) *Break* (w/)vs(w/) Billy the Kid and Elijah Burke (w/Banks) vs Ultimo Dragon and Teddy Hart (w/Nattie) Another great match from the smaller members of our roster, with the rookie Burke picking up the victory over Ultimo Dragon, with the Elijah Express. (Rating: B-) *Break* 'MIS-TER!!! AN-DER-SON!!! ANDERSON!' Ken Anderson walks down to the ring, belt over his shoulder and, yes, mic in hand. "Ladies and gentlemen, I was given the night off, but I decided to take the time out to let you know that it's less than two weeks until I retain this WWE Championship, against a man who has never been defeated at WrestleMania... The Undertaker. While Undertaker's been entertaining his coffin fetish, I've been in training... My cousin Arn has taken it upon himself to train me personally... I'm in the best condition of my life, but it's only fitting... Because in two weeks, it's the biggest event of the year... And I will go down in history as the man who defeated The Undertaker at WrestleMania... The man who ended the streak. But if you don't believe me, just see for yourself." (Rating: A) Inspirational power chords begin playing, as we cut to Ken Anderson's training montage. Arn shouting over him in the weight room. Arn shouting at him on the treadmill. Arn shouting at him while he jumps rope. Arn shouting at him while he practices shovelling (it's a Buried Alive match remember?). Arn shouting at him while he drinks a sports drink (Powerade! Power up with Powerade!). Arn shouting at him while he's sparring with some random jobber. Arn shouting... well, you get the idea. (Rating: A) All of a sudden, the video cuts out, and when the static clears, we're shown the desert form last week, the black robes meditating around the magic circle, while the red robe stands chanting. All of a sudden, the ground pulses, a shockwave emitting from the centre, where the Undertaker is buried. "His power increases. In seven days, he will rise. In seven days, the ritual will be complete. In seven days, the Undertaker will be more powerful than ever. And in thirteen days, Ken Anderson will meet his end. The Undertaker will defeat him, and take that WWE Championship from him, and thus will begin the reign of the final WWE Champion." The red robe says. (Rating: A*) "It's amazing what you can do with special effects nowadays." Anderson smirks. "He thinks he's scary, he's noth-" Anderson is cut off, as the lights go out... When they come back on, Ken Anderson is halfway up the ramp, and still running. (Rating: A*) *Break* Money in the Bank Qualifier vs Mr Taylor vs William Regal Taylor is trying hard to pick up the victory for his team, but Regal's looking to become the first ever British WWE Champion, and Money in the Bank is a pretty good way to get there. In the end, Regal is the better competitor, locking in the Regal Stretch and scoring a tap out at 15.03 (Rating: B+) *Break* Styles: Just before our main event, we'd like to announce the final qualifying match for the Title on a Tightrope Match, for the Lightweight Championship at WrestleMania. Corny: Next week, it's Funaki taking on the greatest lightweight Japan has ever seen... Jushin 'Thunder' Lyger. A graphic appears for the match. (Rating: C) (w/)vs(w/) The Big Show vs Rodney Mack (w/Banks) Mack is one tough son-of-a-bitch, but he gives up over 200 lbs to the Big Show, so he's somewhat worse for wear the longer this match goes... However, Antonio Banks appears on the ring apron to distract the ref, whilst Elijah Burke appears on the opposite apron. Show doesn't take too kindly to this, lifting the rookie overhead, and throwing him into the third row. The distraction is all it takes for Randy Orton to sneak in and hit the RKO on the Big Show, for the millionth week in a row. Rodney Mack takes this opportunity to lock in the Blackout, forcing the Big Show to pass out. (Rating: B+) Before Orton and the Talent Bank can attack Big Show, Rene Dupree and Rob Conway hit the ring, protecting their friend. (Rating: B) JBL appears onscreen. "I hate it when other people get involved in my business, so Dupree, Conway... Next week, your Money in the Bank spots are on the line... In a tag team match... Against Mr Grenier and Mr Taylor... If either of the Representatives scores the pin, they get the shot of whoever they pin." (Rating: B) "And as for you Show... You'll be facing two of the men behind you... I don't care which two, I'll let Banks decide. But next week, it's a handicap match... Big Show vs two members of the Talent Bank." He finishes. The show closes with Big Show staring down all three members of the Talent Bank. (Rating: B+) Overall: B+ Attendance: 4360 Rating: 1,124,716 (USA)

Presents... Friday, March, Week 3 Cole: Welcome to Friday Night SmackDown. This is Michael Cole, and this is Jonathan Coachman. Coach: And we've got one hell of a main event for you tonight. Cole: That's right. Tonight, Garrison Cade defends his European Championship against Sean O'Haire, but that's not all. Coach: It's also a qualifying match for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. A graphic appears onscreen. (Rating: B) The camera goes backstage, to show Triple H, Brian Kendrick and Garrison Cade in their locker room. "Cade, tonight is the biggest match of your career. You're defending that European Championship against Sean O'Haire." Trips says. "Heh, good luck." Kendrick cuts in. "More importantly, you're going for the last spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match... Which you're going to win, because when it comes down to it, I'd rather a one-on-one match, than have some jack-off get me when I'm tired." Trips continues. "Don't worry boss. I've got this." Cade says. "You'd better." Trips replies. "I've got his back, he can't fail. And at Money in the Bank, I've got back up." Kendrick says. "You've got back up?" Trips asks. "You'll just have to wait and see." Kendrick says. (Rating: B+) vs Kane vs Jeff Hardy Kind of one sided. Jeff does get some decent offense in at one point, but he's no match for the Big Red Machine. Kane in 9.54 (Rating: C+) After the match, Kane attempts to do more damage to his opponent, but security rush into the ring, but they only serve to make the monster angrier, Kane Chokeslamming several security guards, before Matt Hardy enters the ring with a chair, the combined Hardys enough to intimidate the monster, if only slightly. (Rating: B-) *Break* Vince McMahon is in his office, Paul London and Shawn Michaels with him. "So you see Vince, Degeneration X is just going to get involved in the match." London says. "That's pretty obvious, but security's spread thin enough as it is... I don't have the manpower to keep them from ringside." Vince says. "Yeah, Kane did a number on them." HBK says. "Look, you don't need security." London argues. "Paul's right. You just need us. Tonight, in a rematch from No Way Out... Paul London and Shawn Michaels, the New Rockers, taking on Triple H and Brian Kendrick, Degeneration X. By the time we're done, they won't be able to interfere." HBK says. "You know what? I like that idea. That match is up next. You guys should go get ready." Vince says. The New Rockers smile and leave the office. (Rating: A) They are quickly replaced by Carlito. "Vince, listen. Carlito noticed on the board in the lockerroom, there's still a slot open for WrestleMania... So how about letting Carlito get his hands on Booker T again." Carlito says. "Again? Even I'm getting sick of seeing it. Don't you two have anything better to do?" Vince asks. "Look, Booker has disrespected Carlito too many times, and that's not cool. So what's it gonna be?" "I'll think about it." (Rating: A*) 'Are you ready?' Triple H and Brian Kendrick head down to the ring, ready for their match. "Are you ready?" Trips asks. *BOOOOOO!* "No! I said: ARE! YOU! READY!!!" *BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!* "Then... For the thousands in attendance... For the half-a-million watching at home... And because apparently someone decided that the WWE had to be a fair playing field... Lets get ready to suck it!!!" "Shawn Michaels and Paul London need to stop putting their noses where they don't belong. The match tonight is Degeneration X's business, and it's going to take more than those two to stop us from getting involved." Kendrick says. "Tonight, we show Shawn Michaels that it's time for him to step down, because tonight he faces the New HeartBreak Kid, Brian Kendrick... Tonight, we prove Paul London only won the Royal Rumble because of a fluke, that he has no place in the main event at WrestleMania... Because he is out of his league... Because he is facing the King of Kings. Tonight, I show you just what I mean when I say that I am the GAME! And I am that damn GOOD!" Trips says. "And if you're not down with that, we've got TWO WORDS FOR YA!" *SUCK IT* (Rating: A*) vs Degeneration X vs The New Rockers The show's only halfway through, and we're giving you a match worthy of Pay Per View. All four guys look great out there, the match really showcases their talents. The match ends with HBK hitting Trips with a Superkick, before slingshotting himself over the ropes, to cross body Kendrick, as London hits a London Star Press on Trips, scoring the pinfall over the champion himself. (Rating: A) Naturally, Trips doesn't take kindly to this, and makes his feelings obvious, with a punch to the face. D-X and the Rockers brawl around, until security forces them out of the building. (Rating: A) *Break* Dr Bayless and Sean O'Haire are in O'Haire's locker room. "Sean, how do you feel about your match tonight? How do you feel about the chance for gold?" Dr Bayless asks, notepad out. "Too many things held precious, too many things held dear. That's what I HATE! And that's what I FEAR! Too much to ask for may leave me feeling lonely. But too little leaves me nothing, NOTHING! But the drone in your voice, Cade, and the fly on the wall said 'It's over, it's over, it's over, it is'. And what do I wish for you, what do I wish? IT'S OVER, IT'S OVER, it is." O'Haire says, staring into the camera. Dr Bayless looks a little confused. "I'll have to consult a colleague..." She says, walking away... "And are we still solemn and bleeding?" O'Haire starts laughing. (Rating: B+) In the interview area, Jeremy Borash stands by with Garrison Cade, both look shocked. "Wow... Looks like O'Haire's bringing his 'A' game." Borash says. "His 'A' game! Borash, that guy's a psycho! Tonight, it's just me, him and a referee... Brian and Trips are outside the arena, all of the security are out there with them. I'm going to get slaughtered!" Cade says. "But Cade... This is your big chance! You can go out there and prove that you're not just a sidekick... Tonight you can prove that you deserve that title..." Borash says. "You're right. I'm going to go out there, and prove to Trips once and for all that I'm better than O'Haire. And I should be his favourite. And after I win the Money in the Bank, I'm going to prove to him just what I can do!" Cade says, looking much happier, as he walks away. "Man, that guy is doomed..." Borash says. (Rating: B) We are treated to a video, showing the workout of former WWE Champion, John Cena, which includes (surprisingly) amatuer wrestling practice. Looks like Kurt was wrong about him. His armbars do look like hammerlocks though. (Rating: A) *Break* 'No Chance... No Chance in Hell...' Vince McMahon steps out onto the stage. "Someone brought it to my attention that the tag team division wasn't too well represented tonight... So I'm out here to make up for it... Next week, live on SmackDown, it's the #1 Contenders to the Tag Team Championships, Bob Inc, taking on one of the most decorated tag teams of all time... The Hardys!" Vince announces, to a decent pop. (Rating: B+) "And I'd hate for the champions to be left out... So we're also going to be treated to... Quicksilver in a handicap match against... KANE!!!" Vince gets an even bigger pop... Seems like the crowd wants to see a bunch of heels beating on each other. (Rating: A) "And one last announcement... This one concerning WrestleMania... Carlito and Booker T have been fighting over and over, week in, week out... It's almost getting tedious... Almost. Fortunately for us, week in, week out, they also deliver some of the most entertaining matches I've seen in years! So that last spot on the WrestleMania card goes to Booker T and Carlito!" Vince announces, to a huge pop. (Rating: A*) *Break* Money in the Bank Qualifier European Championship vs Garrison Cade vs Sean O'Haire In a surprisingly good main event, two young superstars put it all on the line. Garrison Cade's European Championship. The final spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. And the way these two are fighting, their careers. Eventually, O'Haire pulls something extra out, and hits a Reverse DVD on Cade, before scoring the pinfall. (Rating: B-) Enraged by his loss, Cade snatches up what was his championship belt, and waffles O'Haire in the face with it, busting him open. O'Haire becomes enraged at the sight of his own blood, and begins pounding on Cade mercilessly. He grabs a chair, and drags Cade up the ramp, to the top of the stage, Cade's form limp from the beating. Cole: What is he doing? Coach: Where's security? Cole: Between Kane's attacks, and keeping D-X and the Rockers out of the arena, they're stretched too thin! There's no-one to stop O'Haire! O'Haire sets up the chair at the bottom of a ladder (part of the set for MitB Qualifiers). He begins to climb the ladder, Cade in tow. When he reaches the top, he turns around, and places Cade's head between his knees, before outstretching his arms, signalling for... Cole: The O'HaireBomb! Coach: I can't watch. O'Haire leaps from the ladder, bringing Cade's spine down onto the chair, crumpling it beyond recognition. Coach: Oh my god... O'Haire landed on his feet... He's not going to... O'Haire lifts Cade back up, before crashing him down on the steel stage area, completing the O'HaireBomb. EMT's rush to Cade, who is completely lifeless. The show closes with O'Haire sitting atop the ladder, European Championship in hand, surveying the damage. (Rating: B+) Overall: B Attendance: 4592 Rating: 262,577 (TLC), 308,056(CTV), 570,633(Total)

Breaking News: Lance McNaught, better known as Garrison Cade, is the latest in the line of wrestlers to abandon the WWE for WCW. As WCW attempts to improve it's severely aging roster with younger talent (and Dave Bautista... What were they thinking?), they continue to raid the superstar-creating machine that is the WWE (at least, this past year). Who will be next? Only time will tell. Until then, know that, unfortunately, O'Haire didn't do any damage to him with that epic O'HaireBomb spot. Disclaimer: This columnist's opinions do not reflect those of PWFlashlight.com. After a month, I finally return to the diary. I'm sorry for keeping y'all in suspense (although, even I almost forgot about it... Except for the fact it was the big moment in SmackDown (I was willing to sacrifice my rating for the mental picture of that O'HaireBomb off a ladder onto a chair... Also, with 'Medium' risk, there was a chance I'd injure Cade and screw with WCW)...

Great returning show, and the O'Hairebomb off a ladder is an epic image. Gutted to see Cade leave for WCW, but it may lead to another superstar being made, which is always good.
His armbars do look like hammerlocks though.
Made me laugh lol, that video's awesome. Might have to find it again just for that comment.

Well, the results are in... In this week's poll of who you, the fans, think the best company in the world is, unsurprisingly, the winner was TNA, with WCW second, with third place going to (surprisingly) AAA, I knew they were gaining ground here in the States, but I hadn't realised it had gone that far. Fourth place goes to our favourites here at PWFlashlight, WWE, who actually came third as far as US and Canadian voters are concerned, they just don't quite have the Global appeal of AAA, TNA or WCW. OOC: If you didn't get that, AAA went Global.

Word from Friday's SmackDown show is that Shane McMahon and Bobby Lashley had an altercation, it's unknown as to how it started, or who won, but word is both have been fined. Looks like Bob Inc won't be winning those titles back at WrestleMania. OOC: Sorry for doubling up on news posts, I didn't notice this incident until a couple of days after. I'll try to get RAW posted tomorrow, but I've got an assignment due Tuesday and a test on Wednesday to study for, so I'm not making promises.

Ok, here's the thing... I've got the rough draft of RAW written up, I've just forgotten what I was trying to get across in each promo, because it's been almost a month. I'll work on it, because as I've said before, I've got storyline plans going well into next year, and I'm not going to let this die. In fact, I plan to upgrade. I'll get up to WrestleMania, and then I'll take an extended break. When a real world mod comes out, I'll modify it to match the Rebirth-Verse, and I'll work from there. I have no idea how long that will take me, but I'm taking next semester off anyway, so I'm likely to have a lot of free time.

Presents... Monday, March, Week 4 'MIS-TER! AN-DER-SON!!! ANDERSON!' The WWE Champion strolls down to the ring, title over one shoulder and yes, mic in hand. "Ladies and gentlemen, I'm out here to remind you that in just six days... Six days, I am going to do what no other man has ever done in the history of the WWE. I am going to be the first man to defeat the Phenom, The Deadman, The Undertaker, at WrestleMania. I am going to face The Undertaker in a Buried Alive Match, for this... My WWE Championship. And when I toss the Undertaker into that hole... When I cover up his lifeless body in the dirt... I will still be the WWE Champion... And MY legacy will be assured. MY legend will begin. And The Undertaker will Rest In Pie-" Anderson is cut off by... (Rating: A) "The time is upon us." The voice of the lead druid echoes through the darkened arena, as the now-familiar desert scene appears on the TitanTron. A shockwave emanates from the Undertaker's grave, as a wind picks up. As dust fills the air, a second, more powerful shockwave brings the druids to their knees. "The master is arising." The druid says. Suddenly the ground explodes, dirt, sand and rocks erupting in all directions, scattering the druids. When the air clears we see The Undertaker standing at the foot of the grave. "Ken Anderson! You have gone unpunished for your deeds for too long. In six days, you will atone for your sins. In six days, I WILL take that WWE Championship from you. And in six days, at WrestleMania, Ken Anderson... You WILL Rest. In. PIECE!" (Rating: A) "More special effects 'Taker? I thought you'd do better, considering that's the last time we'll see you on RAW. You see, I'm not worried in the slightest. In fact, I'm going to make an open challenge tonight. I'm willing to have a match, just six days before WrestleMania! So who's it going to be?" Ken Anderson says, as the lights come back on. (Rating: A) Lance Storm's music hits, and the Intercontinental Champion comes onto the stage. "Ken, I've had it up to here having to listen to you jawing, and quite frankly, I think it's about time I did something about it. Of course, if you don't want to, I'll understand... Don't forget who I won this title from in the first place." Storm says. "It's your funeral pal." Anderson says, agreeing to the match. (Rating: B-) Backstage, in the Talent Bank's locker room, Elijah Burke and Rodney Mack are sitting down, when Antonio Banks walks in. "Ok, I've made my decision. Tonight, it's going to be M-Rod here, and me, facing off against the Big Show. You up for it M-Rod?" Banks says. "You know it." Mack replies, cracking his knuckles. "That's what I thought. Tonight we're going to prove that the Talent Bank is the best franchise going in sports entertainment today." Banks says. (Rating: C+) "But how am I supposed to be the breakout star if you guys fight in every match?" Burke complains. "You think I'm not taking care of my investment? You've got a match up next. Against Masato Tanaka." Banks explains. "That's what I'm talking about. And don't worry, I'll take care of it by myself. You guys just prepare for your match later." Burke gives his ****y grin. (Rating: C) *Break* vs Masato Tanaka vs Elijah Burke A pretty good match from the newcomer and the hardcore veteran, with Elijah hitting the Elijah Express on Tanaka, scoring the victory with no help from Banks. (Rating: C+) "This is Angel Williams, and I'm here with Rene Dupree and Rob Conway... Guys, tonight you're facing Mr Grenier and Mr Taylor, with your Money in the Bank spots on the line, can I get a word?" Angel asks. "Angel, all those years ago, I was the leader of La Resistance. I'm the youngest person to ever hold a title in the WWE. Sylvan Grenier was my sidekick. Tonight, there's no risk, and Sunday night, we're both going into that Money in the Bank Ladder Match, and one of us is going to come out with that briefcase." Dupree says. "Mr Taylor, I don't even know why you're in this match. No-one has ever taken you seriously your entire career, have they, Scotty? You're a joke. And now you're living in the shadow of Mr Grenier and Hernandez. It's time to end this once and for all, The Resitance vs The Representatives is OVER!" Conway finishes. (Rating: B) Laughter is heard from off camera. Our view pans around to see William Regal. "Gentlemen, gentlemen... You've got to be kidding me. You honestly think you stand a chance tonight? And it doesn't matter which one of you loses your shot... Because one of you will... I'm going to be the one climbing that ladder, and I'm going to be the one winning that title shot. You're looking at the future WWE Champion. But good luck tonight. You'll need it." Regal says, before walking away, leaving The Resistance scowling at him. (Rating: B-) JBL and Orton are talking backstage, their words inaudible. They shake hands. (Rating: A) Elsewhere, Billy the Kid and Teddy Hart are brawling, before long, Shannon Moore, Jushin Lyger and Ultimo Dragon get involved, all five cruiserweights beating each other senseless before WrestleMania. (Rating: C+) "Ladies and gentlemen, this is Josh Mathews, and I'm here with Mr Grenier and Mr Taylor, guys, your association with Mr Layfield has been quite beneficial in the past, but tonight's got to be the biggest favour he's done for you." Mathews says. "JBL gives us our opportunities because he knows that we'd be overlooked otherwise. He knows we're the superior athletes on RAW, and that the Resistance does not deserve their spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match." Grenier replies. "They both beat you guys fair and square. What are you talking about?" Mathews argues. "Hey, you'd better watch your mouth, or we'll have to talk to Mr Layfield about your job." Taylor says. "The Resistance want to talk trash to us? They can take it to the ring." However, at around the 13 minute mark, JBL is out distracting the referee, whilst Elijah Burke enters the ring. Big Show spots him and tosses him out of the ring, before turning into an RKO. JBL tells the ref to turn around, as Banks makes the cover. (Rating: B+) *Break* "This is Angel Williams, and I'm here with Kurt Angle... Kurt, in just six days, you're going to be facing John Cena. What are your thoughts?" Angel Williams asks. "You want to know my thoughts about my match with John Cena this Sunday? It's Wrestle-freakin'-Mania! The biggest event of the year! I'm going to go out there and pull a five-star match out of the least talented wrestler in the world. He thinks he can make a music video, showing off some basic holds, and that puts him on par with me? He's a freakin' moron! At WrestleMania, I'm going to destroy him, and break his freakin' ankle!" Angle says. (Rating: B+) John Bradshaw Layfield walks into shot. "Kurt, you had better break Cena's ankle, because if you lose at WrestleMania, you're going to make me look bad. And if you make me look bad, there's going to be consequences." "JBL, are you insane? You want to come here and threaten me? You're lucky you're my boss, because anyone else who even suggests that I'm going to fail is going to get their ass kicked. At WrestleMania, it's tap or snap time! It's true! It's DAMN true!" However, Taylor distracts the referee, giving Hernandez enough time to jump in and hit a Border Patrol on Conway, before Taylor hit a flying forearm on Dupree, taking him over the top rope, as Grenier pins Conway to take his spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. (Rating: B) *Break* Lance Storm's music hits, and he heads down to the ring. Styles: Well, we're six days away from the grandaddy of them all, WrestleMania, and anyone who is anyone is going to be there. Corny: Including this man, Lance Storm, when he defends his Intercontinental Championship against 'Tough Enough' Adam Booker. A graphic appears for the match. (Rating: C+) The graphic changes to the Title on a Tightrope Match. Styles: And in what promises to be a high-risk, high-flying classic, Billy the Kid defends that Lightweight Championship of his against four of the greatest lightweights the world has ever known. Corny: We've got the Prince of Punk, Shannon Moore, Teddy Hart, grandson of the legendary Stu Hart, and two Japanese legends of the lightweight division, Ultimo Dragon and Jushin 'Thunder' Lyger! (Rating: B-) The graphic changes to the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Styles: And speaking of high risk, William Regal, Rene Dupree and Mr Grenier will be competing for RAW in the six-man Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Corny: But they're up against Sean O'Haire, Kane and Jeff Hardy. The winner is granted a title shot at any point before WrestleMania next year. (Rating: B-) The graphic then changes to Big Show vs Randy Orton. Corny: This match has been months in the making. Big Show doesn't get along with Randy Orton or JBL, and it's coming to a head this Sunday. Styles: If Big Show wins, JBL's reign of terror ends. If Randy Orton wins, Big Show and The Resistance get traded to SmackDown after the Draft. (Rating: B) The graphic then changes to John Cena vs Angle. Styles: And the battle for brand supremacy rages on, Kurt Angle and John Cena face off in a huge matchup, representing their respective brands. Corny: There's more than that on the line, it's personal. (Rating: A) The graphic changes to Ken Anderson vs The Undertaker, Buried Alive. Styles: And the biggest match of Ken Anderson's career... Title vs Streak... Buried Alive. This is a make or break match for Ken Anderson, and I, personally, can't wait. Corny: I can't wait either. Will it be the end of an era? Or will we see the rise of this man... 'MIS-TER!!! AN-DER-SON!!! ANDERSON!' (Rating: A) vs Ken Anderson vs Lance Storm These guys show why they hold the gold on RAW, putting on the match of the night, Storm's veteran skills the perfect counter for Anderson's raw talent, but there has to be a winner. However, we'll have to wait to find out who really is best, because a distraction from Adam Booker results in a roll-up, giving Ken Anderson a somewhat cheap victory over the Intercontinental Champion. (Rating: B+) Anderson and Booker move to beat down Lance Storm, but the lights go out. When they come back, The Undertaker is standing in the middle of the ring. Anderson was bright enough to get out of there, but Booker isn't... Chokeslam! Undertaker then points to Ken Anderson and does the throat-slit pose, before making the title belt gesture around his waist. (Rating: B+) Overall: B+ Attendance: 4473 Rating: 1,152,883 (USA Network)

Two months between shows... Oops. Only one show left before WrestleMania, and my real break, while I'm updating to TEW2008. Then I'll probably be starting a completely new thread over in the 08 forums, because this one's getting quite crowded...

Presents... Friday, March, Week 4 The show opens with black-and-white footage of last week's ending...
Enraged by his loss, Cade snatches up what was his championship belt, and waffles O'Haire in the face with it, busting him open.
(Rating: B+) Triple H and Brian Kendrick are standing in the middle of the ring, microphones in hand, looking mighty pissed off. "Usually I'd be out here making jokes, but tonight, I'm not in the mood." Trips says. "You saw the footage. Sean O'Haire did the unforgiveable. Because of him, my most loyal follower, Garrison Cade, is lying in a hospital bed. His career could be over." The crowd pops. "Are you people that insensitive? That's a man's livelihood. There's no coming back from an injury like that. He'll never work in a top-level company again. He'll be lucky if he can beat some two-bit indy loser." Kendrick says. "It's pure and simple, Sean O'Haire thinks he can get away with what he did last week to a member of Degeneration X... Let's just see how he likes it when Degeneration X fights back... It's about time he went toe-to-toe with the King of Kings." Trips finishes. (Rating: A) 'No Chance... That's what you've got' Vince McMahon steps out onto the stage. "Hunter... For once in my life, I agree with you. What Sean O'Haire did last week was unforgivable. Which is why, tonight, in the main event, we're going to see the World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H, taking on the European Champion, Sean O'Haire! And, it pains me to say, I hope you kick his ass!" Vince says. (Rating: A) *Break* vs Bob Inc vs The Hardys A good, close tag team match, until Bob Sapp gets fed up with Lashley, walking off on him, leaving him to the mercies of the Hardys, and it's pretty predictable from here, Jeff Hardy scores the pinfall. (Rating: C+) *Break* Backstage, we see Bob Inc. "You abandoned me!" Lashley shouts. "You were getting your ass kicked! I was tired of seeing it!' Sapp replies. "Well maybe if you pulled your weight in this team once in a while, we wouldn't have this problem!" "Oh, is that how it is?" Sapp turns to walk away. "I'll see you Sunday." (Rating: C+) The shot changes, to show Quicksilver sitting in their locker room, watching on a monitor. "Well Joey, it looks like we won't even need to lift a finger. WrestleMania is going to be the easiest night of our lives." Nitro says. "Things are certainly looking up for us... We're Tag Team Champions... We kicked that ho Melina to the curb... And now, our opponents hate each other. It's good to be Quicksilver! We can't lose!" Mercury adds. (Rating: B) "And tonight! We've only got to face one guy!" Nitro says. "Kane might think he's all big and bad, but the fact is, he's got nothing on the numbers game." Mercury replies. "Not to mention we can wrestle rings around that big slow moron, he doesn't stand a chance." Nitro finishes. (Rating: B) We go to a shot of the crowd, who pop loudly as John Cena's music hits, and the former Doctor of Thuganomics comes out. "Well, well, well... We're only two days off of the grand-daddy of them all... WRESTLEMANIA!!! That means it's only two days until you guys get to see me beat the ever-loving crap out of everybody's favourite Olympic Gold Medallist, Kurt Angle. He thinks he's got one up on me because he's a 'wrestler'... Because he knows a bunch of different ways of rolling around on top of a guy... Yeah... You're tough. He thinks that's the only way to win a fight. He doesn't know anything about guts... About determination... About heart. On Sunday, it's not going to be about who knows the most variations of the suplex... It's not going to be about who knows how to do a Fujiwara-Armbar/Atomic Drop/Triangle Choke/Moonsault/Figure Four Leglock ( *WOOOO!*)/540 Splash/Sharpshooter combination with four twists and a cherry on top! It's going to be about who can go out there and take it to their opponent from bell to bell... Who won't give up, no matter what gets thrown at them... It's about who has the greatest will to succeed... And I'm sorry Kurt, but this week... It's ME!" (Rating: A) *Break* "This is Jeremy Borash and I'm here with SmackDown's Most Wanted... Sean O'Haire... Last week you-" JB begins. "Please, Mr Borash, any mention of what happened last week may trigger a reaction... My patient is in a severely volatile mental state." Dr Bayless interjects. "Oh... Mr O'Haire, tonight you're facing Triple H, in a non-title match, champion vs champion... Any thoughts?" JB asks. "All that glitters is gold... But only shooting stars BREAK the mold." O'Haire says, slapping his championship belt. "Well folks, that was Sean O'Haire. Insightful as always." JB says into the camera. (Rating: B-) The shot changes, now showing Booker T standing in another interview area. "Once more, I am relegated to a secondary position... Without an interviewer... But that's not what this is about. On Sunday, at WrestleMania, it's the final chapter. Booker T vs Carlito one more time. Because Vince McMahon put a clause in the match contract that Carlito was to stupid to notice... It says that regardless of the result at WrestleMania, Booker T and Carlito will not be in the ring in one-on-one competition for one whole year. Finally, the pest that is Carlito will be out of my hair, and I can once more focus on becoming a six-time World Heavyweight Champion. Now can you dig that? SUCKA!!!" (Rating: A) vs Kane vs Quicksilver A fairly even match, with Quicksilver being intelligent enough to keep tagging to stay fresh against the superior singles worker. However, it gets to them eventually, with Kane scoring a Chokeslam on Mercury, followed by the pin. (Rating: B-) *Break* As we return, we're treated to a music video, highlighting Paul London's WWE Career, his debut, his Cruiserweight Title win, his Tag Team Title win (with Billy the Kid), his return last year, his Royal Rumble win, and last week's pinning of Triple H in a tag team match. (Rating: B+) "Wow, when you see it all together like that, I'm pretty badass, aren't I?" Paul London is in the interview area, with JB. "Well, you are the #1 Contender going into WrestleMania... It's kind of a prerequisite." JB replies. "This is true... Speaking of... It's only two days until WrestleMania, and let me tell you folks at home... It's not a nice place to be backstage here... You've got all these guys at each other's throats... Tensions are high... Tempers are flaring... Everyone's nervous... Because they know that in just a couple of days, they're going to have to go out there and give the performance of their lives. It doesn't get any bigger than WrestleMania. That's the way they see it. But to me... I go out there every night... Not just WrestleMania, not just Pay Per Views... And I put on the greatest match I possibly can. I don't care if it's WrestleMania at Madison Square Garden. I don't care if it's a house show in Australia, or a TV taping in the Alumni Hall! (*Cheap Pop*). I go out there and I put on a match the likes of which you have never, ever seen... Why?... You know the rest. See you Sunday." (Rating: B) Shawn Michaels walks over. "Paul, I just wanted to come over here and wish you luck. In just two days, my hardest working student gets the shot he's earned. The biggest show of the year, and you're headlining it. But don't get ****y. You might have pinned Hunter last week, but he's a tough customer. He's an 11 time champion for a reason. Be careful out there Sunday. Good luck." "Thanks Shawn, I'll try my hardest." Paul replies, shaking his hand, as the two embrace in a manly fashion. (Rating: A*) "Now, Mr Borash... I was looking for an interview..." Michaels turns his attention to the bewildered announcer. "Sure Shawn, what's up?" JB replies. "Well, you see, Paul's not the only one with a huge match at WrestleMania... I'm facing off against another one of my pupils... He might not work as hard as Paul... He might not be a nice guy... But no offense to the others, I honestly believe that Brian Kendrick has the most potential to shine in this business. Brian honestly reminds me of myself, over a decade ago. He's ****y, he's talented, he's a star in the making. Maybe he deserves to share the name 'The HeartBreak Kid'. But there's a difference between 'maybe' and 'definitely'. In order to become the New HeartBreak Kid, he has to prove he can hang with Ol' HBK here. Or, as a man I know would put it... 'To be the HeartBreak Kid... You've gotta BEAT the HeartBreak Kid! WOOOO!'." "Well, there you ha-" "I'm not done yet. I've got a few former students floating around the industry, and I just wanted to give a shout-out to Garrison Cade. He's in a bad place right now, the worst he possibly could be. But kid, if you work hard, maybe you'll be strong and healthy enough to have another shot over here in the big-leagues. And Brian, Hunter... I'm heading to the hotel right now... So whatever you two decide to do tonight... I'm not going to be around to stop you." Shawn finishes. (Rating: B+) *Break* Cole: And you can feel it in the air, we're just two days away from the biggest show of the year, the Grand-daddy of them all, WrestleMania 23: Rebirth. Coach: And we'll be seeing the return of the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Cole: That's right, three of SmackDown's finest take on Raw's best in a six-man, every man for himself, ladder match for a World Championship shot that can be cashed in at any time during the year. Coach: Jeff Hardy, Kane and Sean O'Haire will be representing SmackDown, and I honestly don't see how we can lose. Cole: Don't sell Rene Dupree, Sylvan Grenier and William Regal short. A graphic appears on screen for the above match. (Rating: B+) Coach: And in the first SmackDown exclusive match, we'll be seeing Quicksilver defending their WWE Tag Team Championships against Bob Inc. Cole: And will the tensions we've seen flare between the former champions be a factor? Coach: I guess we'll have to wait and see. The graphic changes to the Tag Title match. (Rating: B) Cole: And we heard it earlier tonight, for the last time this year, we'll be seeing Carlito and Booker T lock up one more time, hopefully they can settle things, because we're not going to get another chance to see it. Coach: And what a shame that is, I never get tired of watching Booker T beat the hell out of Carlito. Cole: Have you been watching the same matches we have? Coach: Of course. The graphic changes again. (Rating: A) Cole: And perhaps the most anticipated match of the year... Shawn Michaels will be taking on the man he called his most promising student... Brian Kendrick. Coach: It's a meeting of the generations. They're calling this one the Battle of the HeartBreak Kids. Cole: The Main Events, The Icons, The Showstoppers, which one will be left standing? Coach: My money's on HBK. Cole: Which one? Coach: I'll let you know after the match. Second last graphic change for the night... (Rating: A) The graphic changes once more, to the World Heavyweight Championship. Cole: And will the Cinderella story have a happy ending on Sunday? Coach: Paul London shocked us all when he won the Royal Rumble in January, and shocked us again when he jumped ship to SmackDown, can he shock us again? Cole: Well, on Sunday, it's all on the line, when Paul London makes his attempt at the World Heavyweight Champion... This man, The Game, Triple H! 'Behold the King... The King of Kings...' (Rating: A) (w/)vs(w/) Triple H (w/Kendrick) vs Sean O'Haire (w/Dr Bayless) A lack of chemistry is more than made up for by the great performance both workers put in, Triple H makes the European Champion look like a star, the two fighting tooth and nail. A wild elbow from O'Haire takes out the ref, and Brian Kendrick is in the ring. Even O'Haire can't beat this pair, and a Superkick/Sliced Bread #2 combination is followed by a Pedigree, as Kendrick revives the ref, who makes the three count. I was rather disappointed in my RAW last month, or whenever I wrote it, but I think I really came back and made up for it with SmackDown... Let's just hope I'm channeling whatever it was I had when I was writing it, when it's WrestleMania time. Get those predictions in, the winner this month (in-game month :P) gets to suggest names for the new thread I'll be making in the 2008 section for my converted database (whenever that happens ;)).
