Good match to start the show. Reed on loan from HCW taking on one of our young stars. Pretty even match throughout. In the end the veteran Reed gains the advantage and hits a flying shoulder block and covers for the pin at the 3:46 mark.

 

Road Agent Notes> Interesting challenge for Rotundo. Unfortunately the two of them didn't click which made for an awkward bout. Thought they did a good job in pulling off a good opening match nonetheless.

Good match. These two went at it pretty good. With the larger and tougher Williams finally getting the upper hand. Wham, Oklahoma Stampede, cover, pin at the 2:56 mark.

 

Road Agent Notes> Williams has a way to go on the mic, but his in ring work is worth the effort that it will take to get him there. He looked to be improving in the rumble segments with the veteran Condrey. Whom I'd love to have in the fold, but I still need to clear some room off the roster before I bring anymore on.

Ouch, this match wasn't as good as I would have liked. But onward. Animal defeated Nikita with a flying shoulder tackle at the 3:48 mark.

 

Road Agent Notes> The interview was one thing, but the match wasn't very good. I honestly expected better pitting the Warriors against the Koloffs. Oh well. Ivan came out looking good in the match.

The Masked Superstar v Marty Lunde

Good match pitting two of HCW's stars against each other. These two put on a good show which saw Masked Superstar getting the pin after a Superstar neck breaker at the 4:08 mark.

 

Road Agent Notes> Surprisingly these two didn't click. Hehe, who's side is Paul on anyway? lol Despite the chemistry issues and the awkward bout that ensued, I was pleased with it as it was received well by the crowd. Lunde's performance is improving. I may have to see about signing him.

Good match pitting two teams of tag champs. Open match, decided by the most inexperienced one in the ring as the National Champs retain when Hansen almost unmasked Assassin #2 with a vicious lariat and the pin at the 3:51 mark.

 

Road Agent Notes> The Tag Champs looked good in the interview. Crowd was really into it. Jones did a great job at ringside. Stan looked excellent out there. These teams played off each other very well. There was one exchange between Hansen and The Assassin that showed Stan's improvement in technical skills. Overall the Assassin delivered an improved performance.

Decent match. Sarge controlled most of the action. Almost toying with the masked man, until finally clothesline. Cobra clutch, submission at the 5:50 mark to retain the Title.

 

Road Agent Notes> Slaughter looked good out there. The crowd really hates him. I continue to be impressed by Jerry. He does whatever is asked of him and never complains.

Good match, just not as good as I was expecting. Great display of wrestling. Nice and clean. Steamboat with a flying body press at the 6:35 mark for the pin to retain the Titles.

 

Road Agent Notes> Both interview segments went over well. The star of the match was JYD. His great performance really stood out. The performance of MW2 also stood out as being good. Both Jay and MW2 showed improved performance skills. JYD is improving in technical aspects.

An excellent match. Verne let us use Adonis and he and Dusty hit gold. Back and forth, very even. Crowd was really into this one. Adonis with the pin following a DDT at the 13:59 mark.

 

Road Agent Notes> Dusty was great on the mic as usual. This match lifted the crowd. These two put on a great show. Dusty wasn't happy giving the rub to Adrian, but he'll get over it.

Excellent. These two put on an excellent exhibition of wrestling. Back and forth. Slater using every underhanded trick in the book, Flair countering it with move after move. Finally Flair gained the advantage. Couple of elbows to the inside of the leg. Vertical suplex. Figure four. Submission at the 19:33 mark.

 

Road Agent Notes> Flair came across well in his promo. The match was great. Best match on the card. It lifted the crowd. They love Flair and hate Slater.

Harley Race NWA World Hwt Champ v Bruiser Brody

Another excellent match. Race was overconfident, but that was soon realized as Brody gave him all he could handle. It took everything the champ could muster to escape this one with the title intact. But he managed to do just that. Pile driver, pin at the 20:56 mark to retain the World title.

 

Road Agent Notes> Race cut an brilliant promo. The performance of the champion stood out as being good. The match lifted the crowd. Brody is improving in his performance skills.

Great show! Most of the match's being kind of having mismatched opponants... I hate that note (A and B do not click very well together). Especially during a show, lol.

 

I like that a HUGE upset almost happened, with Brody giving Race a run for that belt. Hopefully he don't succeed before Flair's able to get in on it.

Hope to get the show up tomorrow sometime. Have worked everyday for the last three weeks. And have to work again all this weekend. Man having to work for a living really sucks sometimes!

 

Looks like it will be at least tomorrow. Kids had parties today. Son baseball, daughter cheerleading. Sorry.
