  1. I wanted to play a theme for my RTTI company (In the alternative 2018 mod) where the AI would only hire workers which are of Pacific race and or Pacific nationalities (Toga/Fiju/Samoan/Hawaiian) etc. I see the best i could do is "No foreigners" but there is no option to chose nationalities or race.
  2. Training centers not creating workers from those regions. I have a bunch of dojo's and i was expecting that the various regions would produce workers of those regions. For example Iberia would create Portugese / Spanish workers, Russia will produce Russians, Ireland would produce Irish workers, Hawaii would produce more Pacific race workers etc. It seems all workers are randomised by country not region. For example in Iberia i has 12 new workers created and not even one was from Iberia. Ireland had exclusive English workers etc. This kind of ruined the idea i had because i was planning to create an Russian company and add a cap on Russian nationality.
  3. In my opinion, the 2005 era of the game was the best, great job with this one.
  4. Please provide the option to: #1 Filter according to Open/Closed/Yet to open facilities. #2 Have the option to edit opening/close date. The #2 is to basically stop the massive influx of workers joining the game, it is clogging the database.
  5. I have a questions regarding the regeneration in game. If you have that disabled, does this mean that none of the existing workers, including new regens will regenerate correct? Irrelevant if they have as their default setting as being Yes or Yes as a Legacy?
  6. Maybe it should be dependent on them being (or not being) a young lion instead of age.
  7. Basically i have too many of them already opened and they are pumping ridiculous amount of workers. I lowered the facilities, but at the moment we are still getting an average increase in workers of around 200 per year. Within 10 years we will have over 5000 workers and it will basically kill the game loading times. I want to have the option to edit their closing date.
  8. I noticed that if 2 workers are in a storyline and booked in an angle / match, the storyline is not automatically not being advanced. I think this should be done automatically unless you manually remove it.
  9. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="FINisher" data-cite="FINisher" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="49804" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>A bit regretting buying it. My impression right now is that everything is too easy, no one goes bankrupt, every promotion gets 60-70 rated cards (with very select few exceptions). Finances are still all over the place.<p> </p><p> There's a lot of upsides, sure, but it isn't there yet for me.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Try creating an era and having Lower for TV and PPV. I also reduced Arena sizes by 25% and removed locations. On these settings USPW is still making significant cash (about 25 million profit in 5 months). SWF made 6 million, TCW under 2 million in that same period. I would say that Big level companies will never go bankrupt, but then again, they never did for me in 2016 as well. </p><p> </p><p> Smaller companies are not really increasing their money at all from what i see, maybe making a small profit. It is not impossible for those that fail to get large enough going out of business.</p>
  10. I read in the latest patch that the AI has been made less aggressive when going for top stars. I get that, especially when they have so many workers and many are barely being used, HOWEVER in the case of USPW, they are having a massive surplus of cash every month. I actually think they should be more aggressive when trying to sign the best talent. Especially when we are talking about the most popular stars in the area. I think the AI should be willing to seriously over pay if: #1 They are running a big surplus. #2 If the talent is in their prime (Not more than 35y). #3 In particular if the talent is their own member of the roster. #4 If you have a bad relation or are direct rivals. #5 Depending on the roster size, especially top level talent (Major + Stars). The current system works in a way, where the AI bases their offer on the wage demands. This makes perfect sense at the lower levels, but makes little sense for the best stars. I am thinking that around 5% of their surplus should be a realistic option. In the case of USPW, that is way more than 500k per worker. So basically this means that top stars are paid based upon inflation, NOT based upon worker demands. So if you have PPV + TV ratings at Much higher (in the Era's), it means that wages will also be higher, because the whole universe has more cash. I am not sure if the AI will increase their offers later, but at the moment, if you offer 2.5 times more than the wage demand, you essentially sign everyone. That makes zero sense when USPW is making 30m profit per month (they already have over 100m) and they are unwilling to make an offer of 250k for one of their main eventers.
  11. very interested in this one, i am a bit dissapointed with the downfall of AAA/CGC/NOTBPW/GCG in particular. Also the fact that Japan got hit hard in the latest update.
  12. <p>I noticed one other thing now..............workers are not only deputing from Dojo's only. </p><p> </p><p> I think the optimum solution for this is to have 3 options:</p><p> </p><p> -No new workers (this means only workers you have added to depute will join, this is best for historical only mods).</p><p> -Regen's only. So only existing workers regenerate, this is best to have a balance and fixates the total workers in the game. If there are Dojo's, they will use the pool of regens</p><p> -Regens + Dojos (no random generated, everyone needs to have training center attached to them).</p><p> -How it is now (Regens + Free pics)</p>
  13. ok, it seems i was right about the game slowing down due to the amount of random workers being pumped into the game: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=547298 This dude did a watcher game with very few companies, but the game generated way too many workers than intended and that is where the player controlled the Dojo's. Almost 2000 workers generated when the intended amount was suppose to be under 400. This made the game very slow after 3 decades in.
  14. As said in the title. This is something from 2016. Currently you have to sign them and then send them to the developmental, in 2016 you saved yourself 2 clicks and a search. If i intend to send them down there to begin with, why not have this feature? It was in the game before.
  15. I agree with this 100%. There was at least 2 more topics already on this. To bring back 2016 form of Dojo's where you could pick a focus (and ideally size) of workers coming out. It is weird to say the least when your Lucha dojo is pumping up Super HW monsters.
  16. ok, i see the problem here. Dojo's have a fixed amount of workers per year and "you pay" a certain amount of money per year to guarantee you that amount of workers. I think the solution is that "regenerated" workers get added to the "pool" that the Dojo's recruit from. This does not solve the issue though because there could be a lack of regenerated photo's available. The short term solution is have the dojo promote a Non Regenerated worker with a free pick. I also think that Dojo's should open or "depreciate" their facilities at a pace that balances out this issue. For example, if there is a massive pool of regenerated photo's, then there will be a bigger chance that a worker (who retired) will open a school. If there is a lack, then dojo's are more likely to close or their facilities will depreciate faster (if owned by a company). Option B is to simply remove the option to fix the amount of workers joining the game. Now that is regulated by the dojo facilities. If that is removed totally, then the dojo will recruit based on available regenerated photo's .
  17. I am looking for a worker with 70 microphone............and i have some dead person pop up. Why do dead people have skills in the first place? Anyway, i would like these workers to be removed from the search or at least be in a separate section labelled "deceased"
  18. I want to be able to exclude my own workers when "viewing". In some of these searches, i have to scroll down these long lists where a large portion are my own workers.
  19. Basically have the option to run a league. Essentially have everything exactly the same as the Robin tourney, however instead of each worker needing to face each other, you simply accumulate points for your wins and draws whenever they compete against each other. The options with something like this are endless: -This could be great for people who want to see who did best in their main event scene on a yearly basis. Fan's of football or team sports (especially in Europe) can appreciate something like this. -This could also be great if you run an end of the year achievement trophy, you can put the top 2 in the match in a playoff. -Or if you run an MMA (shoot / Faux MMA) type company, this can be a fantastic way to see who the best performer, i know that in the USA they had that MMA organization a few years back who had team based competitions. I do not think this should be difficult to implement because we already have the Robin round tournament. Basically this is the same thing, just you do not have to pitch specific workers against each other. Regarding the tournament format we have now, it would be great if we could "run tournament". This means after picking the matches, we simply click "run tourney" and the matches will be booked.
  20. I want the option to add a few filters. The main 2 are age and personality types (not negative). At the moment it is giving me suggestions for workers i am not interested in (negative types or workers over 30y). Another option is to have the option to remove them without needing to black list the worker.
  21. <p>Yeah, i want this one back! I actually thought i just could not find where it was, but this is not the case it seems. I even started a topic on this: <a href="http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=547273" rel="external nofollow">http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=547273</a></p><p> </p><p> In my 2016 game i had to remove companies and workers from joining the game because the game got VERY slow after a couple of decades. </p><p> </p><p> In fact, i had to convert the save game into a database and i had to close the companies manually + i also removed about 1000 workers to speed up the game.</p><p> </p><p> So it is not only an issue with historical mods, it is also a performance issue as well.</p>
  22. This would be good, if possible please add this one back. I am ok with "deceased" not being an option :-) but hiatus / left the business should be available for editing.
