You can use the in game create MDB file to turn a save game into an open MDB file to see in Access.

It is. It's largely because the render production line just isn't there to produce enough quality renders that don't get assigned a character - if we have a render we like enough to include in the mod then it's most likely going in as a full fleshed out worker.

Are you on patch 1.40 or patch 1.40 (II)? From the tech support forum, it seems like this issue should be patched with 1.40 (II).

Look, I get it but we have this same discussion like every couple of months or so. Adam/Arlie/GDS Higher Ups made the call and there isn't really anything much else we (referring to the slightly more active mod team) can advise. Until the stance changes (should it change), the best thing to do is either to subscribe to the thread so you can find it in your User CP on here or bookmark the thread on your browser. It's not an ideal solution but it's the only one we've got at the moment really. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
