  1. Jagged vs Magnifico Magnifico has had a fun role as Remmy's #2 ally, but of all the lucha guys at the tail end of their careers you've brought in, I feel like he's never really had a strong match unless matched up with a great opponent. I lean towards Jagged getting the win here LAP Women's Electric Dreamer ©️ vs Purple Viper Electric Dreamer is IMO the best pure babyface women's wrestler in the game at the start that isn't locked up on a written deal, so I can't really see myself picking against her until she has an opponent with a really strong build Amazing Fire Fly vs Pantera Roja This has MOTN potential - I hope Pantera Roja gets a good PPV win since he's always felt like the bridesmaid in all of his big moments. I could see Fire Fly getting the win if you want to get behind a babyface lucha singles guy, as you don't really have any in your singles division that aren't on the backswing of their careers other than Sunburst. Chess Maniac vs ??? Am I crazy for thinking Chess Maniac's opponent is going to be Teresa Perez??? I can't see him losing to any babyface on your roster not occupied other than Axxis, who you would definitely announce for a match going into an event. LAP Parejas (Tables Match) Perez Xtreme (Frankie Perez & Jonnie Perez) ©️ vs Segunda Generación (El Hijo Del Neutron & Mustang Blanco Jr) Time for Frankie to move on to Remmy Main Event: LAP Lucha Remmy Skye ©️ vs Frederique Antonio Garcia If one of Grace's clients is ending Remmy's increasingly impressive streak and title reign, it sure as hell won't be Frederique (TIE-BREAKER) Which 3 matches will have the highest rating? (in order) Perez Extreme vs Segunda Generación Amazing Fire Fly vs Pantera Roja Remmy Skye vs Frederique Antonio Garcia
  2. Main Event Singles Match FCW Puerto Rican Championship Frederique w/ Clare South vs. Mutant (c) Mutant continues to run with the ball and work his way through House Handsome as he establishes himself as the "guy" Semi Main Event Singles Match Texas Death Match Kip Keenan vs. Giant Brody Could see this going either way - you're inheriting a feud between these two, and logic would say the babyface usually wins that "final" bout. However, I think House Handsome doesn't stand a chance at being long-term challengers for Mutant, and Giant Brody seems like a perfect guy to really test Mutant. Kip is great but Kip can take a loss. Singles Match Future Shot at the Puerto Rican Championship Ox Mastadon vs. Handsome Stranger w/ Clare South I think Handsome Stranger loses as the challenger to kick House Handsome out of Puerto Rican title contention after their vice grip on it for years Singles Match FCW People's Championship "The Jackhammer" Joffy Laine vs. Xavi Ferrera (c) w/ Clare South Could see this going either way Singles Match USAce vs. Hell's Bouncer I could not see this going either way Opening Match Tag Team Match The Gonzalez Family vs. Young & Wasted Time to see if Carlos can put together the pieces for a late career run, and if Marco can break out of the pack of young guys with potential
  3. 4C X FACTOR MATCH CARD 4C CHAMPIONSHIP: TYRONE GRAY VS EAST SIDE ASSASSIN (C) Champ doesn't lose his first defense 4C TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS: THE BERZERKERZ VS THE GILBERT BROTHERS (C) I could see The Berzerkerz winning here, but I have no hard logic for this so I will lean with the champ BRADLEY BLAZE VS SHIVA New guy doesn't lose his debut 4C HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP HARDCORE MATCH: KOBRA KHAN VS SETH WISH (C) Hmm I think I've seen this one before... I'm not sure where you want to go with Kobra Khan and Seth Wish, but I could see Khan winning and reigniting their long rivalry AARON KNIGHT & THE HARDCORE TORONTONIANS VS CHRISTIAN PRICE & MINNESOTA AWESOME I can't imagine Christian Price is given any big spotlight anymore in 4C, as an owner of a company in the COTT CAPTAIN CANADA VS PAUL VAUGHAN Against another young prospect I think Vaughan has it in the bag based on the lavish praise he's received for his potential CANADA'S MOST WANTED VS ERIC LAMONICA & REILY PATTON I think the team with the name has the edge here DARK MATCH: IEYOSHI SHIMAKAGE VS THE CANADIAN MONSTER (4C ACADEMY DEBUT) Shimakage coming for all of your titles
  4. DIW Title: Seth Wish (c) vs Bryant Hall Tough one here. I think there's more money in Wish chasing vs holding the title, and if he beats Hall it definitely shouldn't be a clean simple 1-2-3 in the ring. Wish has been solid but I don't know if he's skilled enough to be "the guy" yet. Tag Titles: The Dream Team (Milton Hittlespitz and Rob Edwards) (c) v The Barracudas (Chopper Rourke and Vaughan) I am more intrigued with a Barracudas win (and given the proximity to their former penitentiary, maybe they do some recruiting?), and the Dream Team storyline doesn't need the titles Australian Title: Rick Horn v Kobra The Conqueror (c) Good for Horn earning this match, but he's not winning it Con McReady v Dexter Mattell Dex gets a bounce back win after his title loss Wrecker v Hack The Hunter Another match I can see going either way. It think Wrecker "turns" pretty soon, but whether it's to win the match or as a result of losing I can't be sure Pat Rigsby and Bonnie Bogan v Death Ref and Lori Lori takes the fall against a future DIW Champion in Bonnie, burying the lingering belief she brought Momoe to DIW to put herself over
  5. Sounds good - I will still hold off on posting the belts (they are your design for your dynasty, so you should get the first reveal IMO), but I'll update with the events. Don't feel that way - just for context, what I am doing is COMPLETELY different from actually making the graphics myself. Think of it like this - I am a middle manager and ChatGPT is making the designs. I've done designs for a promotion I don't care about (FCW) and loved doing their graphics, and I've done graphics for promotions I hate and enjoyed what I got out of it. I am going to do every CVerse promotion eventually, and I have no real bias towards any one promotion or another - that's why I'm always asking for people to toss out ideas of promotions to do. Thanks, and Happy Holidays to everyone as well! ______________________________ Here's the two RAW logos, RAW Attitude and their now-defunct monthly TV special "The Stars of RAW" (which I think I'll be bringing back in my personal game to give them some more chance to compete with me). If anyone plays as RAW or has any other TV shows or events that they use for this company, please let me know. Otherwise, this is all we got. I'm going to repost the rest of the graphics for RAW, but they were done a while ago: RAW: EVENTS/TV: TITLES: TV / Tag / Quest Unused: Women's
  6. With how much you're paying him, I figure Bryant Hall can afford some entrance gear like that...
  7. BOW Tag Team Championship Tournament Semi-Finals: The Northern Lights (Alton Vicious & Riddick Jordan) w/ Mo Adebola vs The Shooters (Billy Robinson & Don Henderson) Comments: Big Northern Lights guy - you have two babyface teams on the opposite side of the bracket, so logic justifies my emotional pick Smoked Out (Stevie Stoat, Louie Peyton & Stefan Raynor) vs Stuart Wilson and A Pair Of Aces (Grant Taypen & Leighton Buzzard) Comments: First trios match for your top heel faction, and first win Merle O'Curle w/Lenny Mochin vs Padraig O'Hearne w/Konrad Makinen Comments: Gives Merle some momentum heading into the four way match - despite it being a 4 way match, the story has revolved around 3 people so far, and I think if Paddy picks up the win it won't be a straight up clean win. Of these 4, Merle has the most decorated pedigree and I can see him being the first champ of the bunch of them, even with his lost to Makinen a couple weeks ago. Cain Carlile vs Clubber Kohl w/ Eva Berlin Comments: Cain fills out his bump card and gets a free ice cream when he gets back to catering Aud Valkyrie vs Zofia Jankovic Comments: Aud's on borrowed time and Zofia is the "now" - great wrestler who just needs exposure, which wins will help with Colin Picalo vs Matthew Macks Comments: 0/2 on their matches the past two weeks - I'm leaning on Macks winning, but I wouldn't be surprised if Night Spyder costs him the match again... Jeri Behr vs Viper McKenna Comments: Both are older but Viper has the heritage and story going for her. Gram Gorman w/Rachel Dearheart vs Puffy The Sand Iron Player: Comments: Hopefully JK Lee doesn't cost Gram the match. I have PTSD from the Macks loss earlier now...
  8. Sad I missed the last show, you posted it too fast Lloyd! Sebastian Koller and Aldous Blackfriar [vs] Blackheart and Chuck Frisby w/ Gulliver Chuck's been outperforming his hired role but he's not at the level of beating the babyfaces on the opposite side of him 21CW UK Championship: Viktor Beskov | Jase Cole | Christopher Lister | Luke Cool | BW Eddie | Antithesis (c) On paper, multimans favor the challengers, but in practice I find the champion typically retains in a multiman, as you usually want someone to get the "rub" of beating a champ in a singles match or something more personal. With good old Cliff willing to lace up the boots, I think a title match with his brother is on the horizon, especially considering their altercation in the battle royal. Still too soon for Antithesis to drop the title, especially with the t Cain Carlisle and Rolling Johnny Stones [vs] Grave Digger and J-B Cash Cain Carlisle about to earn that paycheck after Grave Digger buries him The Fight at the Factory: Apollo Prince [vs] Phillip ‘Cooper Man’ Cooper I think I called Apollo winning their last match anticipating that to be their final match, but I should have known better. This has been the highlight feud of the diary so far for me, I've never really had any opinion of Cooper but I really like what you've done with him. He's a perfect antagonist between your main event and your midcard 21CW United Tag Team Championships: Absolutely Flawless (c) [vs] Clifford Wilson and UK Dragon Should be a fun match but I don't see the road agents beating your tag champs tonight 21CW World Championship: ‘The Squashasaurus’ Roly Muckletruck [vs] Beast Bantom [vs] ‘All Business’ Edward Cornell (c) Something smells funny about this match - on paper, you have two allies who should beat the piss out of Eddie, but I suspect there's some trouble brw BONUS: 1). How many Titles will change hands…? 1 A classic hedge bet - I am not confident at all in the multiman or the World title match, so I'll hedge even though I predicted all champs retaining 2). Who will take the fall in the Main Event…? Roly Muckletruck I think there's something fishy going on as I said before, and if anyone takes the pin in the main event it's the only 100% pure babyface in the match 3). Which match will be the Match of the Night…? Apollo Prince vs Phillip Cooper I think a multi man with a couple of large less talented wrestlers might bring the main down below this blow off match - both these guys have been putting in great ratings in their previous bouts and if booked right I could see this topping both of them
  9. All full size events, company logos, and titles are in the ZIP file in the first post. Rather than save them all as separate PNGs, they are in XCF (GIMP version of a PSD with layers retained) in the associated folder. When I update the download link it'll update the full size graphics as well. Yeah, I'm very grateful for that, but I think I'll still come up with 6 or so "Supershow" events, just so people have the option beyond the two shows that are in the default data. I'm in 2023 and I'm kind of whooping RAW's ass, so I think I might edit and give them some supercard events so they can at least try to fight back. I'll toss QAW on the list - after IPW I want to do a non-American company, then I'll circle back to QAW just for you. Appreciate the praise. I have belts (and the rest of the event logos) for SZW - I am going to let @HiPlus be the first to post those, since they are for his creation and his diary, but I don't see why you can't use them in a personal game. If you end up using any of the graphics anywhere just make sure to run it by HiPlus first. I'll send you a PM with the belts and the rest of the event graphics. ______________________________ No updates yet, been getting the house ready for relatives visiting for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately that means I won't be able to keep to the daily updates I've been doing, but I should still have time to crack out some stuff during break (maybe more time, really depends on how this next week goes). I think I'll see if I can do IPW and RAW tonight, and maybe start with QAW.
  10. I'm not super happy with these, but I'm going to call them good for now. I'll probably go back and re-do some once I don't have a goal in sight (Red White and Blue text colors are triggering but getting a usable logo was hard enough, Made In America good idea but a bit too realistic, etc). I think most of them look good, and USPW is my least favorite promotion so I'll table it for later. @Black Pegasus II Alliance titles (should) be on the list too, so I'll get to them at some point. IPW sounds like a good change of pace from the past couple, so I'll tackle them tomorrow. USPW: EVENTS: TITLES: Active: World / Tag / Women's National / Television (retired) Unused: Cruiserweight / Military
  11. I love seeing the game world flesh out, but one thing that has always been jarring to me is the limitations with the AI when it comes to tournaments. If you think about modern wrestling, some of the most notable tournaments are Round Robin tournaments, but an AI company is incapable of doing a round robin tournament. Which got me thinking... For every single wrestling show around the world, in game, you have no idea what matches will be on the show until after the show happens. It's an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE pre-booking, and I think it adds a lot of realism to playing TEW. I think it would be a great upgrade for a future TEW's AI if the AI companies were forced to "pre-book" at least a simplified version of all of their shows, potentially dependent on things like the company product. If the AI can "pre-book", then I think it would be possible for them to book something like a Round Robin tournament using pre-booking, or something similar. I think it would make the game world way more interesting if you could look at any other promotion and see what they have pre-booked for their next PPV. It could also add a ton of depth to the stock news stories as well - if an AI changes a pre-booking for injury or other reasons, it could be a story about a change to booking plans for the upcoming event. If a company holds a show with a particularly strong pre-booking and the attendance matches, you could add some flavor to the news stories based on that, and even the brief show write ups could be more detailed as well.
  12. I forgot a couple of MAW events (Sam Keith Classic in game does not have an event logo, and in my save MAW has a TV show called World Of Wrestling). A also added the All Action belt as well: So far in the past 3 weeks I've made a ton of progress. Next one I'm working on is another big one, USPW - I have had trouble losing interest with the bigger promotions that have tons and tons of events and belts, so I want to get USPW done with now, as the last promotion with pre-set default event logos. Below are the promotions I have left to do, for belts and events: Active: APW (just a handful of belts)* BHOTWG CILL CWA CWW DIW (just events)* EILL* EMLL EWA EX2010 GSW IPW NYCW OLLIE PGHW PSW QAW RAW (just events)* RIPW SAISHO SNP UEW USPW* WLW Closed: 4C AAA BSC DAVE GCG INSPIRE MOSC MPWF NOTBPW ROF HINOTE WEXXV Closed Prior to My TEW Knowledge: AAFW ALF APWF CPW CWB CWF PPPW RPW SCCW TWL UCR XFW Yet To Debut: CWWF DSPW ELITE ELPF FEW GDS (kind of a meme, but there was a logo in the default data, so why not whip up some random events and belts?) HIW JCW* KANZEN KCCW* KITSUNE L-RING LWW MGPW MHW NWF OCW PWC PWMAX* RMW SAW TIER1 UCW WPL XWA YEPW At the moment, I'm thinking it's not worth creating events for the "Closed Prior to Modern TEW" group - I don't think they'd get much use and there's nothing in the default data anyway. I do think it's worth creating event graphics for the recently closed ones - I think there is much more likelihood of a CGC event set being used than a, PPPW or RPW one. I will be doing all of these over the next couple months - if there are any you want to see first, let me know! It's not really a request, because I am going to do it anyway, and I'm willing to take any feedback on what events to use, since I'll be working off a clean slate for a lot of these. I put an * next to the ones I'm currently thinking of doing, but nothing is set in stone.
  13. I tried to keep it similar to MAW's base graphics, but when I go back through and do some different takes of promotions, I think MAW is first. The promotion itself has changed so much since the initial iterations, so I think it'd make sense if they had a more substantial overhaul - especially after the TCW partnership. MAW: EVENTS: TITLES: Active - Mid Atlantic Championship / Tag Team / American Rip Chord Invitational / Sam Keith Classic Unused - World / Heavyweight / Women's Regional / Traditional / United States All Action
  14. I feel you 100% on that feeling of hitting a wall, I've been there plenty of times. Don't feel like you have to push out shows just for us readers - if you need to take a break, don't just push through it because then you'll just burn out even harder. One thing I've toyed with doing if I ever get my dynasty running (might be a while until I get all the graphics done first) is "taking a break" by just talking about the game world at large while the save sits. Just do write ups on regions or promotions - you've got 3 years of a "watcher save" so there's tons of content to pull from, and it might just start giving you ideas and getting your creative juices flowing again. When it comes to the schedule for the year, I think the "best" way to do it is weekly TV and an event every 6-8 months. I was running 6/year until my PPV broadcaster demanded 12 events/year in game, which is a cool feature while also frustrating... I think 2023 SZW takes a big step up - the past 3 years you've had stand out events mixed with ones that have a lot of "predictable" matches, and now you can focus on your events all being the level of Final Chapter which will be great in the long run. The four vets making their exit all make sense, there wasn't really much for any of those 4 left to do in SZW and they were just getting worse with time. Of your signings, I think Frankie Robertson, Francis Burke, Lance Lott, and Reed Buckfield all slot in to that veteran gatekeeper role the four men before them leave, all while being better wrestlers and not in decline yet, so all four of those guys have the chance to break out like Lee Bawes did. Funny enough, all but Burke were some of my core guys in my KCCW diary from nearly 15 years ago, so they have a special place in my heart. Custard and Jelly seem like a fun tandem of big young rookies, not sure where they fall but they likely take the spot the Taheres would have had a couple years ago if not for their backstage issues. Luke Pope is a stud, and it almost feels remiss to list him with the rest of the 7 - I think he walks in as one of your top 5 wrestlers, he's a complete package with time on his side. I can see him being involved with Jesse and Armando, it's a natural pairing that I find impossible NOT to do whenever I sign those guys. Nasty Nate is a solid young guy with some upside, he's good a good starting skill set and I believe he's a tag specialist, so I can see him floating around with a lot of teams, taking losses and getting experience, until he hits it big and finds a partner with some chemistry. Jake D'Angelo making it in the Top 13 of the singles division, that's not something I ever expected to see. Without having the whole roster in front of me, I can see Luke Pope jumping into one of those vacant spots. I can see Michel Bernard possibly joining these guys - he overshadows his partner in skill and experience atm, and if he breaks out in singles with YEPW he could end up earning a singles run. Jesse Tasman always an option if him and Pope stay singles guys, too. As for guys breaking into and falling out of the "Top 8" this year? I think The Kipper slides down for obvious reasons. IDK is Peril is ready to be in "top 8 singles focus", so if his first half of the year his singles matches look like his one against Jake, I see him dropping down a peg. Armando has never been a star for me, but he's really broken out this past year and I think he's the closest to cracking that top 8. Blackwell Bush has the in-ring skill and Dizzy-G has the character, bodyguard, and title history to crack it with a strong year as well.
  15. Damage Control is the first chapter in a true love story - how Bonnie Bogan and Pat Rigsby became the most celebrated DIW Tag Team champions in history.
  16. Personally I think the writing has been fine - I think you put yourself in a tough spot trying to recreate your TEW2016 roster as well as picking up where the story left off from so long ago, but I think you've handled that tough transition well. Not sure how I feel about the idea of opening your own network, but for a small broadcaster through just Oceania it should be fine, and the product you are putting out lends itself more to being broadcasted than playing for a live crowd of a couple hundred. An Arena, though, is a pretty minimal investment and seems like a pretty great idea to me! I've found it hard to have reasoning behind each individual match, so I guess I'll talk about my initial impressions. Still taking some time to get familiar with the roster again. I remember really enjoying the build up for Dick & Morty, though they haven't been "main characters" the first couple episodes. I think my favorite part(s) of the dynasty have been Vance Sturt's powder ring [him and Crime Wave both got hired to DIW in my save and won gold, and I 100% kayfabe them running a similar gimmick with a bit more edge there) and your characterization for Ceri and Melissa as interviewers. Fuzzy Freeman v Vortex D-Pod v Francis Burke Vance Sturt's Test - Round 2 Dick & Morty (Felix Harding & Mortimer Pyle) v ??? Vance Sturt's Test - Round 2 The Party People (Cody Cook & Toasty Bonnar) v ??? Lance Maddigan & Lone Rider v The Soul Collectors (Bile & Eraser) Black Flash v Quick Silver
  17. Sharp & Heath vs Lee & O'Hearne #1 contenders get a win, and JK Lee continues frustratingly coming up short in every match - lost finals for tag titles, lost first big event title match against Welsh Dragon, lost to Manchester after both men's defeats, and he loses this match here. Lee is good and he's been given a lot of big matches, so I'm sure this will lead to some development down the line. Red Dragon vs Brilliant White Red > White Taypen & Buzzard vs The Tribe (Rhys Vali & Rohan Kirchner) Methinks that the left pair, especially Buzzard, have been punching above their weight class in some of the matches they've been given, so a free win against The Tribe is a good reward for them to start building up momentum Landon Mallory vs Stardust Phil Cox Cox exists to get pinballed by Mallory Nate Manchester vs Byron This one is interesting - from a meta perspective, idk if the gap in popularity is small enough where Byron winning doesn't crater Manchester, but if Nate is going to do stuff outside of the Championship then he needs to take some losses to make the big event matches more compelling.
  18. Well this is all I have for tonight, thanks to some of MAW's event names being incredibly difficult to land (I can't wait to try Where It All Begins Again...). Pretty happy with the RCI graphic though;
  19. WINNOW: EVENTS: TITLES: True Heart / Dynamic Duo / Shooting Star Grand / Duet / Pure Heart Rising Star / Joshi Royalty Summit / Joshi Royalty Tag Summit
  20. Cheers, that's my goal! No roster as they are a yet-to-debut company in the CVerse. I'm not doing any renders until all events/logos/promotions etc or done so might be a while, but I'll get to the Canada guys eventually... Appreciate the praise, and will always be happy to get some pointers. Thanks again. Thanks! RSW is actually in the Alt22 Cverse mod, so titles might already exist for them, not 100% sure on that. Thanks for this, greatly appreciated - I'm relying on ChatGPT to steer me in the right direction with translations, and while I trust it more than Google, I have seen some very frightening stuff from ChatGPT... I will likely do more French events at some point (Parisian Grapple Gala would likely have them), so if you are around when I eventually get there I'd love it if you could give a second look at the names. Thanks - so far I have that change and the TCW World title name as fixes I'll push through the next download pack, so continue to update these if you see them! ____________________________ I have all the events done, but I wasn't able to get them all cleaned up before Full Gear. I'll get the rest posted afterwards, but for now here are some WINNOW Events:
  21. I've always loved your diaries @DarK_RaideR. I love that I have no idea who any of these guys are, and I love the art.
  22. LAP People's Sunburst ©️ vs Ultimate Phoenix I think Ultimate Phoenix is on the back half of his career, and a win for Sunburst would be what really changes him from a "fluke" champion to a real deal, given Phoenix's pedigree LAP Women's Parejas Perez & Torres (Pinky Perez & Mariana Torres) ©️ vs Las Gatas (Hellcat Hernandez & Darkness Cat) One thing I noticed (having read though a year+ at once) is that Darkness Cat is frequently not pulling her weight in her tag team, while Hernandez pulled her weight in her singles feud for the title. I think Cat takes the pinned and Hernandez moves on to wrestling singles full time Chess Maniac vs El Toro De Oro Jr I don't know if it happens, but Chess Maniac is my pick to beat Remmy (though right now I think it's Relampago) Mustang Blanco Jr vs Remmy Skye Mustang Blanco gets a chance to have his first big singles match since primarily working tag matches, and it's against the ace. Main Event: Eléctrico's last match in LAP Eléctrico vs Hijo Del Relampago I knew Relampago was going to be a top guy, so that was why I picked him to win the Supercopa. Putting Electrico down in his last ever match is a bigger W (Optional) Leave a message for Eléctrico
  23. That Titan and Tyson Baine are so damn good. I really love your renders of the older vets, they really look like "older" versions of their OG CVerse renders, with way more details.
  24. It's pretty mental to see this, it's crazy how far AI images have come in the past year.
