  1. Have you tried using the Story Browser utility at all? It's sort of a library of pre-written storylines that have been in various mods over the years. Ranging from DOTT to Sonfaro to my own Cappy Pack and includes real world stories from parts of five different decades. The 60's to the 2000's. The later decades being the better represented of course.
  2. They were ranked number 5. Can't fault the rest of the sentiment though
  3. It's a pretty new unit. Essentially an extension of the Gresham/Lethal tag team mixed with putting the Pure division over combined with trying to do Lifeblood right this time. That last part explaining the presence of Titus. Who like him or not you have to acknowledge is a heart and soul guy when it comes to RoH. And on that basis really should have been part of Lifeblood the first time around.
  4. Okay. Maybe I'm totally out in left field here. I know little of Japanese wrestling and promotion names like Dragon Gate, Pro Wrestlng NOAH and STARDOM tend to sound really bizarre to me. But given your interest in the King's Road style of product, the thought that comes to my mind is to focus on that air of the nobility. So a name like Wrestle Palace or Royal Lane.
  5. And I'm with you on preferring hard copies for those games you're gonna keep going back to. For the Batman:Arkhams, the Elder Scrolls, Sly Cooper, Ratchet & Clank so forth and so on, I definitely want the hard copy. That way I can keep going on with those stalwarts whether the stream is co-operating or not. But for the gambles, give me the yearly payment for streaming and keep me from paying for discs I may end up wanting to hustle to the thrift shop

I remember years ago when Grand Theft Auto San Andreas first came out I stood in line for two hours starting at midnight, just so I could have the chance of getting the game the first day. Now I could wait months before I go out and buy the latest hit game.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> That's one of the things I've loved about Playstation Now. Quite a few of the games I've played on it have been blockbusters that either passed me by when they were the rage or cult faves I was unsure about. Your Red Deads. Your Horizon Zero Dawns. Your Kingdom Comes. And each case I've been glad I did experience the game that way. Both with unexpected surprises like Kingdom Come and the ones that fell flat for me like Red Dead and Horizon. If I'd had to pay for a hard copy of Kingdom Come, I'd never have wanted to take the risk. If I'd had to have a hard copy of Red Dead 1 or Horizon, I'd have felt like I wasted that money. This way, no risk all reward. Last game I've bought in hard copy form was the special edition of Skyrim fall of last year because Now lets me be so much more strategic and mindful in my hard disc buys.</p>
  7. Still with Kingdom Come which is a real testament to the quality of that game but I find myself hitting a personal wall. I've reached the point in the main story where I was scouting out the abandoned village the bandits took over and I'm starting to feel woefully undertrained as I'm only level 7. I've felt so hustled along the main storyline I've done hardly any side quests or stopped at what are meant to be points of interest. To the point I'm fearing I'm about to get myself horribly wrecked. I can't decide if I want to restart from scratch and try to take a more lesiurely approach to the game or plunge ahead and hope for a long enough lull in the story to do some personal catchup. I am also trying to play the game as scrupulously honest as possible. I hope that's not part of my issue but it does seem like my gear may be weaker than ideal.
  8. With you on Caster's freestyles but I would happily never have a second Waiting Room if we could have the return of Undesirable To Undeniable.
  9. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Matt_Black" data-cite="Matt_Black" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="46243" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>And GOOD storylines. I don't think any of us want a repeat of the Nightmare Collective. *shudder*</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Or its aftermath for that matter. Aside from the obvious thing with Brandi that most people comment on, it feels like another issue with her presentation is that they swept the aftermath of that story line under the rug way too quickly and abruptly. One moment she's this emotionally broken character who got gaslighted into that whole Collective mess. And then the 10 lashes segment pops up and she's miraculously healthy enough to be the perfect supportive wife. For someone they arguably put on screen too much, Creative sure doesn't like to present Brandi in a consistent fashion.</p>
  10. Hard to have a bad match when Sydal is involved. I may not rate Cage as anything special. But even I can acknowledge it would take a far lesser talent than Cage to ruin a Sydal carry job. Two words jumped into my head for this segment. Point. And less. The whole idea was patently absurd. Like a highly acclaimed, much loved personality in our culture like Shaquille O'Neal would need a mouthpiece to say anything for him. Much less a no-name skank who looked like she just walked out of Central Casting three minutes ago. The whole thing made Cargill look like a delusional buffoon. Shaq being so cowardly heelish as to deliver his intentions second hand? Ridiculous. It was like one of those school sitcoms where the lead girl promises the megastar will do a benefit concert for their uniform drive knowing she can't deliver. That's one of the great things about Darby. He is so creative in how he responds to stuff. The loaded skateboard deck. The thumbtack jacket. The stunts at the skate park while inside the body bag. Darby is very much his own man and that is awesome. Hadn't really noticed until you mentioned it actually. But maybe that strengthens your complaint rather than nullifying it. Viewers sluffing mistakes like that off could be even worse for them than people noticing and commenting as you did. At least noticing and commenting can inspire a solution. Oh indeed. All four men let the hate flow from them and the blood followed. It was intense. It was brutal. It was all you could ask it to be. My favorite part though was Allie going through the table at the end. She's been needing a bit of comeuppance for what she did to QT and neither he nor Dustin were cruel enough to give it to her directly. So for her to suffer friendly fire and get tabled that way was perfect. Put over how dangerous that match was nad gave her a bit of what for. Very cool spot indeed. Oh no doubt. A prime example of what natural charisma can do when it isn't straining itself and just making the material it's given come to life No surprise. Been a Sky fan since Championship Wrestling from Hollywood. And while Spears will never have people inflating paper bags the way guys like Omega or the Bucks do, the guy always gives a strong, workmanlike performance. Very much look forward to seeing how far these two can push each other before the feud is over. Oh no doubt. Two totally different styles at play here. The straight forward, turkey talking Moxley cutting to the heart of the matter vs the bluster and bombast that Omega's working to recapture. LAtely, Mox has been dealing with folks ready and willing to get just as down and dirty as he is. Is he prepared for the elaborate Bat-villian kind of schemes that Omega will concoct? Should be a lot of fun indeed. True to a point but I do find it strange some of the people AEW does and does not choose to focus on in this division. I mean I get that Conti is pretty and she does have some talent but the relationship between her and Anna Jay feels awfully transitory to be front and center of a storyline. Not to mention how easy it is to find a pretty blonde with some talent. Heck Anna Jay herself could fit that description. Nyla feels a dime a dozen. Not only does it seem dozens of power women could do everything she does, it feels like you could give her whole act lock stock and barrel to someone like a Justin Smooth and he could run with it. Nothing about Nyla feels uniquely Nyla. Swole was cool at first and she certainly rises above the cliche moniker. But she can wear on a body after a while. Heck, not even Britt Baker seems to have a consistent shine on her for as heavily as she's pushed. I do like the Red Velvet/Brandi relationship. But in general, the division just feels like a jumbled mess. Well, you take two masters of their craft. MAke them brothers and add in all the classic sibling drama. Then add an instigator the caliber of Kingston who is biased toward one brother over the other. I'd be shocked if it were anything other but PPV quality. That's a pretty good recipe for a powder keg right there. Oh I know. That was my moment of the night. Going into the show with all the chatter about Tony Khan's message about all the big surprises I was incredibly nervous. I was afraid we were going to have one of those moments were Cody might not survive the beating unless Maximus Bigname didn't save him. Or the kind of moment where the only thing containing the explosion of Excalibur's head was his mask. Despite the fact somebody was debuting only he and the debutante's friends and family even knew about. Was I ever glad that the big suprise of the night was the official return of PAC. That guy's been badly needed for months upon months and been unavailable for obvious reasons. And to see what's become of would be stablemates while he's been gone. The fireworks between him and Kingston should really blow some roofs off. Two loud, angry bastards who love to get into and stir up trouble. You know neither one's gonna back down easy. Should make for great TV.
  11. Just been playing this the last few days because it became available on PS Now. Normally I don't like first person games because I can get lost easily and I just feel more comfortable in general in third. But I've really been digging Kingdom Come. They have created a terrific story world, a really appealing hero in Henry and a solid balance of challenge to potential to progress. It can be tough but it still feels fair. At least in the early goings. If that balance can be maintained, I may be with Kingdom Come for far longer than I've spent with any other first person game in a hound's age.
  12. Oh I hear you about the ring work. He's also been in the ROH Pure Title tournament and shown off the expanded repetoire there. Dude's been terrific on that front. Right there with you where you intended to focus Not sure the Deeb comparison works though. She may not be an impressive speaker. But she is able to project her alignment. The charisma could be better but I don't find reason to question her sincerity. I don't know if its his off-camera personality bleeding onto it or just my personal perception. But it's been ages since Sydal's cut a face promo that didn't make me feel like I could oil my door hinges with it. I'm not looking for him to be Cody on the stick or anything. As long as I could believe he meant the good things he was saying the way I do when Deeb speaks, that would be fine. But he's lacked that credibility for quite a while now and that's the problem I was speaking of.
  13. Indeed. Very fun much. Guy I watched grow up before my eyes elsewhere in Adam Page vs a guy who's doing it now in Wardlow. Quite impressive how far Wardlow gone from being an apparent random lump of muslce when he debuted to the talent he shows now. If AEW did something like the Slammies, Wardlow would have to be a nominee at the very least for Most Improved. Agreed. I find this conflict to be particularly amusing in the light of what both men were prior to AEW. When both were in MLW, Sammy tended to be an afterthought. Almost seems like they didn't know what they had in him back then. Where MJF been a star from the first time I saw him and had his own stable before making the jump up to AEW. Seeing MJF treat Sammy like he's still the afterthought in the setting where Sammy's flourished just makes this subplot all the better Feels like this match really benefitted both men as Wardlow looked tough and fought hard in defeat while Page got to advance to the showdown we all knew was in the cards at some point. And the pop for Page doesn't surprise me at all. People had been behind him ever since the "cowboy excrement" promo early on Two quality veterans who are among the best in the respective styles. Just what you would hope for on a weekly show like Dynamite. Even if the average bear might not have known Eddie priior or knew Matt better under the Bourne handle Oh no doubt. And two guys who do it with a very underrated mic skill. Conviction. You can talk about both having charisma if you want. But both guys drown any showmanship within what they say in intensity and the ability to make you believe they mean every word of it. And yet the guy seems to have a very serious problem. Maybe it's all just in my head and how my personal filiters hear him. I don't know. But it's been years since I could buy Sydal as a face. Going back as far as his "Reborn" run in Ring Of Honor, I've found him incredibly smarmy and insincere in promos. I know we're all supposed to feel for him because of the botch at the battle royal. And we're supposed to see the mystical elements as how he stays in balance. But again it all feels so fake. If Sydal were to have the spot in Dark Order that Colt Cabana holds right now, that would feel so much more of a fit. Dude has the ill-fated debut to live down, he's long had the suspect personality and he knows so much better than Cabana how to be a convincing plastic banana. If AEW weren't in turn and tease overdrive right now, I'd be begging for Sydal to make one. Maybe once these current ones are all made and have time to bake in, Sydal can be next. And this suggests to me they are about to get the belts. This isn't like Cody who had a place he could retreat to when the stipulation went against him. Cody had the TNT title scene coming that he could be a fixture in. If the Bucks lose and can't ever contend for the belts again, what is their safety net? Do they climb over each other to take Cody's place away from him? Do they start a six man division and who could they even get to tag with them as they are now in character? This stip feels tantamount to just flat out advertising the title change. The segment was good. I really enjoyed it. It's the match I don't get. If MJF gets in this way, it would seem to corrode Jericho's hold on leadership a little too quickly. If MJF doesn't it would seem to make him look lesser than. Which I can't imagine is what they want right now. It really feels like they want MJF to set up a power struggle within the Inner Circle and I fail to see how a match between the two at this juncture makes that tussle appear at all balanced. I mean MJF is good but do you really want him looking that much stronger than Jericho so early on? No argument here. Cassidy as a character may seem a little much at times but certainly can't question the man between the ropes. And I've always enjoyed the Rhodes brothers - And two words kept echoing loudly through that match for me. Team Tazz. Team Tazz. TEAM TAZZ!! One of the really cool things in AEW is where stables in most companies seem to forget the women, Dark Order can have their Anna Jay, The Nightmare Family can include Brandi and the Kingston Family can have their Bunny. I may have quibbles about Allie's character shifts in 2020 but another topic for another time. She's there and in this sense that is good. So if the gender diversity works for Dark Order, The Nightmare Family and the Kingston Family, why not Team Tazz? Feels like Hirsch would be a perfect fit as much as her style resembles Tazz's. Might need development before she's in his league but the foundation is there. And I am so glad the squashee was a newbie rather than someone like a Pillman Jr or an Avalon who has a history beyond AEW. No need to waste someone you might need to build up later in that quick of a massacre. And good story on both sides. Could Kenny reach the shiny showdown with his former partner in the tourney final vs could Penta overcome the family turmoil to spoil Kenny's apparent date with destiny? I don't know if we're going to see the Lucha Bros explode or not. I would like to hope not given how turn crazy the company feels right now. The better story might be Kingston showing how good a general he is by holding these two together. But the Lucha Bros could go either way right now and it wouldn't surprise me. As for the entrance, my favorite part was the Lucha Brother masks on the sweeping girls. Talk about a caustic burn in an alpha-dominated, testosterone-filled field like pro wrestling. If the Lucha Bros were to interfere against Omega at Full Gear, I could see that being a fun curveball given the attack on their collective manhood that was.
  14. Find myself at a bit of a crossroads and wondering if things are quite dire as they may appear. Have been replaying Arkham Knight the last couple weeks and had gotten midway through the Cloudburst battle when I get the message on screen that my database has been corrupted. Now since I'm in the middle of a major boss fight, I don't may that proper attention and just keep going. Turning the system off after its too late to remember I'd had that warning. The system was able to restore itself to usable condition this morning but anything loaded directly onto the hard drive is now completely gone. Can play by PS Now stuff normally but I guess that saves to cloud rather than machine. But the games I physically own have to be reloaded and restarted from scratch. Anyway what I'm wondering is how much I can continue to rely on my console. Should I look at this corrupted database as a sign my console may be on its last legs? Is this a Blue Screen of Death type situation or should I view it as a fluke? I have had my PS4 for like four years and it was second hand when I bought it. So it is going into its last days that wouldn't be a surprise. I'd just like to know what's ahead of me. If I do need to start thinking about a new console, well Christmas wouldn't be the worst time to get a PS5. But I'm not usually one for early adoption. Usually like to let the new consoles have time to settle in and work the kinks out before I jump generations. The big thing though is do I really even have a decision to make or am I making a mountain out of a molehill?
  15. You don't have Gino as part of The Dynasty? I get he doesn't fit and that Holiday and Hammerstone will likely turn on him at some point because of it. But when they were last conducting shows Gino was in the group.
  16. That name was a real Roaring 20's feel to it so my thought would be The Speakeasy like what they called underground bars during Prohibition.

After the underwhelming introduction and the Pillman Jr affont, I needed to see exactly what all the fuss was about. And boy did Miro deliver on that front. Anyone know where I can find a cashier? I'd like to officially buy in. That bodyslam tease into the side slam made my eyes go all Tex Avery and he showed so much passion and aggression it was easy to go along for the ride. With all the effort they've been putting into Cassidy, it felt like they could have gone the double main event route with this episode and put both singles title matches back to back. Was also kind of happy to be wrong. I sit outside the Cassidy phenomenon. He's not bad in my mind. Some of the athletic feats he does with hands in his pockets are truly impressive. I've just never related to his brand of cool. So it was nice to get his part over with.</p><p> </p><p> Will definitely agree with you on John Silver and his part of this match though. Maybe it was because I came to the Broken party too late but it was always too overwhelming and bizarre to get into. Besides Matt was always the more interesting Hardy to me to start with. See the Orange Cassidy thoughts above and apply them to Jeff. Same general concept. Much rather see Matt be himself and share his expertise with young guys who can take those insights to the next level than be some Zordon wannabe with a kooky sppech pattern anyday.Save that jazz for somebody who actually needs it. The hungry street urchin Kingston's always been against the borderline psycho Mox can be is a natural story dynamic. Put those elements together in their best forms and you're guaranteed an epic battle. One thing that did bug me was how they went into the history between Kingston and Moxley on commentary this week but completely overlooked that dimension in Kazarian v Page last week. But only a minor quibble in the grand scheme of things. Certainly didn't detract from proceedings in a meaningful way.</p><p> </p><p> And I love how this match came about. Talk about the perfect plan B once Archer had the virus issue. Kingston's issue about not having been eliminated in the battle royal is one that could have easily gotten lost in story shuffle over time. And the factuality of that point could easily have been overlooked if revisited later. So being able to resolve that point in a timely fashion worked perfectly in both story and off-camera senses. Now though a story segment I'd love to see down the road is Kingston finding another beef with management at some point and Khan or whoever being able to point to this match as a means of reassurance. Would love to see that jutxaposition with Kingston's impatient streak.</p><p> </p><p> The symmetry of the brawl was cool too. Nice nod to the main event we were supposed to have and hope to still get it down the road. Little touch that could have been lost in the backstage time crunch but thankfully wasn't. Very good job of taking lemons and making lemonade on management's part.</p></div></blockquote>
  18. Was just watching Dark and I gotta say how much I love that show on a week in, week out basis. I think back over the B shows I've seen over the years and Dark just smokes them all. Superstars. WCW Worldwide. Sunday Night Heat. Not a one can hold a candle to Dark. On all the memorable B's past, there seemed to be a very strict dividing line between stars and jobbers and God forbid a jobber show much of anything. I remember Mick Foley mentioning in Have A Nice Day a match where he was to job to I want to say the British Bulldogs early in his career. Mick mentions he has an elbow drop he very proud and would like to work in before the inevitable loss only to get put off and condescended to. On Dark, the jobbers really get the chance to show off their best stuff and demonstrate why they have the chance to work with such a large company. The vast majority of matches may still be a foregone conclusion. But the road there is so much exciting than when the Red Tylers and Barry Hardys of the world were getting borderline mugged every week.
  19. That or maybe the fact they didn't see it to begin with. Less affluent fans often don't buy pay per views.
  20. Nope. But was watching the first eppy of the tournament during breakfast this and that was an excellent show. First time I've watched a complete Ring of Honor episode in one sitting in quite a long time. Still had some of the clip show presentation but regardless it felt like the most complete episode of ROH TV I've seen in a year and a half. Even with the curated open from Quinn McKay and the matches so obviously being tape delayed. But both matches were complete. The promos were fully intact. Was no undue shilling of Honor Club or sense only members would get the complete experience. Given the current state our country's in, I'm plenty satisfied with how the show was aired. Hopefully as we get more back to normal, the show will feel more and more like an in the moment show than a delayed event chopped up to promote the premium service. But the way they are airing this tournament is a good start. Much better point to build back up from than when events were halted to be sure.
  21. I have no doubt you're right but knowing that doesn't make things sit any better. They could have done that bit with anybody. And I know I'm probably in a very deep minority to see Pillman Jr as a bigger star than Miro. But Pillman's the one I've watched regularly and whose path I've followed. Having not watched the E in years and only being able to get it in Spanish when I've tried checking back in, Miro's second hand news. He certainly wasn't the guy I wanted to see in that moment. Had Pillman's slot gone to a jobber I hadn't known pre-AEW all's good. Would have felt perfectly logical. Or had the best man been someone with an equal profile to Pillman in Cappy Land like a Rocco Bellagio or a Shane Taylor, okay. I'm good with that too. The fact Pillman got made to look silly for someone who's a stranger to me is what's galling. Now hopefully Miro can sell himself to me going forward. I'd like to think the fact he was able to sell himself to fans I trust while in the E is a good sign. But in this house, he's a completely new face and reputation guarantees nothing. Brian Cage also came in with one and he's been a dud in these walls. So time will tell. For now, I can't help feeling what I feel.
  22. Oh no doubt. Two masters of the game playing off each other. Hard to argue with that as an opening. Very much enjoyed this match. That chokeslam was a mindblower and the outcome a legit surprise. Not to mention the brotherly strife between Penta and Rey. But such a great showcase for what makes Kingston the addition he is. Being able to be the badass tough guy and still respect the value of family is not a blend you see too many people even attempt. Kingston makes it feel natural. Oh indeed. I especially liked the barb directed at Allie. I have yet to understand the in-character logic of why she is no longer with Butcher & Blade. Some of the Nightmare Sisters stuff has been good but the Robin Green/Rick Steiner style romance with QT Marshall should have paid off ages ago if it were going to. Really feels like that should have been done with someone else. Anna Jay breaking QT's heart being her entree into The Dark Order for example. I get the feeling that's not the plan. Love Archer and his intensity but that promo gave me the feeling he's so convinced of his own dominance he can't respect another's. Moxley may not have Archer's size and power. But his attitude and approach are so similiar to Archer's that I can see failing to recognize that being the Murderhawk's downfall. Indeed. Even just hearing about what happened second hand was enough to make one fearful for Matt's well-being. Only smart to let the guy take care of himself and reload when he's good to go. You don't want an asset like him being lost to you forever because you lead him to a career ending, potentially paralyzing injury. We don't need any more Dynamite Kids in the 21st century. Indeed. Being on Dark is one thing but The Hybrid 2 are both guys you would think would be on Dynamite more often if you looked at this roster on paper. Should be interesting. Been ages since the last time I saw them heel and IIRC they were more cocky heels than angry ones back then. Man did this segment kill itself off quickly for me. The first fakeout was kind of fun. But what idiot thought that Brian Pillman Jr should be the second one? They had the chance to spark a new feud and give a very talented performer his basic cable coming out party to a wider more average bear audience and they threw it away. When I look at the guys who've come here from MLW and look at how Pillman's been used, something just feels terribly out of whack. The rocket already on MJF's back has been upgraded and given higher grade fuel. Sammy's been saved from the shuffle and rocketed in his own right. The Lucha Bros have hyped as serious assets since Day 1. And then there's Pillman. I think of all the story Pillman got with mega stars of the sport in ML Dub. Kevin Sullivan. Low Ki. The next gen Hart Foundation with Teddy and Bulldog Jr. Story opportunities Sammy couldn't even sniff and Pillman's the one made to look this weak? Terrible, horrible miscue in my mind. Feels like what should have happened is Pillman attacks Sabian and scuttles the announcement. Kip reloads next week saying that Pillman's assault just re-affirms his choice in best man. Then not only are you debuting this dude, you have reason for Sabian to have muscle as backup. Maybe if I knew this Miro dude from some zero who picks things up and puts them down. But the guy I know, the guy I've seen and know anything about got made to look like a worthless buffoon. Not happy. Oh indeed. The chemistry with Kiss & Janela is such an in character surprise. Most Bad Boys would hate a guy like Sonny on sight. Always great to see that Joey sees how well he and Sonny mesh and has the smarts to just go with it. And really why not? Aren't too many other ways a slimy weasal like MJF are going to keep an angry beast like Wardlow in check. Heck, aren't too many other reasons for a beast like Wardlow to even associate with a punk like MJF to begin. Oh indeed. And I am so happy for the baker. All too often when these segments feature cake someone ends up with it all over them. The fact it survived long enough to be eaten was a refreshing change. Was time that old trope was subverted so we don't all just reflexively brace for the smashing. Meh. Nyla always makes me wish somebody else were in her spot. She's not bad as such but she' just never resonated for me. I always find myself thinking of folks like Awesome Kong, Bull Nakano, Bertha Faye and wishing someone else in that vein could have Nyla's spot instead. Storyline for this match was good though. I like that they played to the fact Nyla's last defeat had involved Conti and teased her doing it again before Nyla countered into the pinfall. Well-written match. Just a pity who had to be in it. And so many ways they could take Hangman after this. This frustration could either be the fuel that turns Page bad. Or it could be impetus for Kenny to turn and break Adam down to the point he has to dig and find inner strength the young Virginian either doesn't know he has or drowned in the booze. Lots of material to build on those story points regardless of which you choose Excellent finish to the show. Like your analysis of how Lee treated Dustin. Also really loved Dustin getting the symbolic revenge on Lee by hitting the Cross Rhodes for Cody and Lee overcoming it anyway. Thereby highlighting your point. As for Colt, I didn't much like the story of him joining up with The Dark Order in the first place. Never saw what a veteran of Colt's caliber was supposed to get out of such a partnership. Has always felt more like a vehicle for young guys who hadn't learned to deal with wrestling's rocky road yet and get them some notice. So really looking forward to seeing the relationship fall apart and hopefully the big fight that springs from it.
  23. Very good title for this. That certainly would have been my understanding of the company at the time. In every wrestling discussion I had in the months and years leading up to the final Nitro, I kept saying I'd have to see WCW fall to believe it could. Sadly I was made to believe.
  24. Don't ever think you're the only one doing anything you do in this game. With the series having existed for 16 years now, it would be pretty hard to come up with something that was completely new to do. As far as this particular question, it really seems like a matter of taste. When I'm playing, I prefer to work from pre-planned outlines. Easier to to pick up where I left off that way and to shift people around when needed. But that's just me being me and I'd imagine the split is a lot closer to 50/50 than you might think.
  25. Very much look forward to seeing what comes of that and I'm certainly with you as far as putting out actual TV shows. Clip shows and Honor Club infomercials should be reserved for things like Christmas week or the lull between TV seasons where it might be the best you have for that week. Although I will say the spotlight shows they have been doing with guys since being locked down have been a very good idea. They let latecomers get familiar with the talent roster and showcase just how strong the talent pool is. Not to mention giving established fans opportunities to see guys in a different light. The Brody King episode was so good it enabled me to see how short I was selling the dude. But as well done as these spotlight episodes are, it is certainly starting to feel like time to get fresh material. Hopefully that can start coming soon.
