You can either choose your own employed fighters, or have the game spawn/hire low level fighters for you. Please be aware, however, that if you use spawned fighters too much, the game will end up slowing down because of the volume of created fighters. I would suggest hiring fighters of your own for the show. It's fairly tedious, but it does work out.</p>

Eric Eisen is The Miz of this game, I swear. He can be really good if you stick with him.

Here's my experience with playing it on the second highest setting...</p><p> </p><p> The main problem with the game is that money doesn't really matter, but it certainly matters to the AI. You can poach lower pop fighters simply by added a 0 to their contract offer. The AI will think "This is nuts, he's offering him ten times my offer!" and never play ball. You can win so many borderline negotiations simply by just ending it quickly with ridiculous bids. </p><p> </p><p> However, for the tippy top fighters, it's going to be a fight. If they're offering 200,000, prepare for some negotiating and changing of the terms. From my experience, the top fighters typically stay put, but it really depends on you. If they are a 200,000, they're not going to take a 300,000 offer, 400,000 is close, 500,000 and you most likely got them because there have been situations where they didn't take it. The AI is more inclined to the brand that got them popular, but you can break it with outrageous bids. Also typically I give up on the bids simply because I just want to move on and book my next show and not have to deal with it.</p><p> </p><p> It's yin and yang. It's both good... and bad.</p>

Move contenders from other divisions to challenge. </p><p> </p><p> Anyway, I think the smartest thing to do is just not have them fight for a long while. Like once a year. This could also be a failure on your part to cut people. I mean, if you've got five fighters all 0-2, I think you're holding on to people way too long without replacing them.</p>

I have a 1920x1200 17-inch monitor, smaller than your 27-inch monitor, and the TEXT IS NOT TOO SMALL! </p><p> </p><p> Unless you are sitting 5 feet from your desk, or have eye problems, no one else has complained about the size of the text. People don't care if it's windowed, and many people, including myself, prefer it this way. </p><p> </p><p> This is a very small team of a couple people making the overall game. They're not going to take the time scaling pictures and coding multiple resolutions to appease only a handful of people. I know nothing about making games, but I definitely don't think it's as simple as "Well just scale it..."</p><p> </p><p> It's fine if it's a dealbreaker for you if you want the game larger, but it's not going to happen and there's not a whole lot to say about it.</p>

I chose America, female, strawweight and spread for ability and experience and the game said there weren't enough available valid names. What happened? The game is set at 1366 x 768, and can be placed on any part of your screen. It doesn't need fullscreen. It's a text sim with minimal graphics. Put the window to the side, and watch WWE Network, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, whatever while playing.
