In my Cverse SWF game, I was thinking of giving Darryl Devine a big push after being stuck in a midcard team with Steven Parker for a few months now, although if it weren't for Sexual Aggression being the SWF Tag Champs, Devine and Parker would be in the Tag Team title scene, lol.

Also, Valiant is in the midst of a rise to the top, having beaten Rich Money for the NA title back in April 2008, and I plan to have him get the World title in 2009.

I was able to obtain Cult status. After one month, (and from some advice I received here :) ) I decided to drop back down to regional so I can continue to make money and boost my popularity throughout the US instead of having C- in my home region (South West, US) and being pretty popular down in Mexico (C-, D, D+).

So....I take a look at my roster and figure out that my main workers are actually almost hitting their late 30's or early 40's. I was surprised because I wasn't paying attention to age and a few of them I thought were younger. So I'm in the process of getting some of my younger workers over. I hope within a year or two, my main event scene will be filled with younger talent and having my midcard filled with up and comers.

Just for good measure, here are my champions at the moment.

ICWA World Heavyweight Championship: Benny Benson (Pushing as a jerk heel)

ICWA American Championship: El Metico Jr (Pushed as a face, and one of my younger workers that I'm hoping to have headline next year)

AAA Undisputed Femme Fetale Championship: Emma Bitch

AAA Tag Team Championship: Team AAA (Stephanie Wade and Miss Sara)(They beat Team ICWA for the titles in an on going feud between the women of ICWA and the women of AAA)

  • 2 weeks later...
The Brian Kendrick is testing positive for soft drug use at every single show (4 incidents a week, HAH!).

Lol, that must suck.

Anyways, I guess here's an update on my game.

As I've said before (In my last post), I've been trying to get some of my younger talent over so I could start phasing out some of my old midcarders. Well, I finally got El Mitico Jr. so well that he is A* across the board in Mexico and A in my home region. So anytime I head to Mexico, it's like people freak out, faint, and anytime his name is mentioned, he gets an awesome grade in the segment. The last time I was down there, the first thing I did was announce that he would be in action. That's a One minute segment. The segment scored a B+, the best segment in our company's history, and all in 1 minute. Thankfully I have a TV deal down in Mexico (my pop is C- across the board).

So at the moment, there arn't any groundbreaking storylines or anything going on, I'm just trying to get over in Puerto Rico so I can score a TV deal down there so I can have extra income coming in. My goal right now is to maintain my TV deal in Mexico, get a TV deal in PR until I can get a TV deal that covers the US.

Does anyone know what the numbers are in order to allow me to score a TV deal throughout the US? I'm at a regional level right now but I'd like to get one before I hit Cult.

Here are my champions:

ICWA Double World Champion: El Mitico Jr.

ROF #1 Contenders Champion: Treason (Masked Patriot)

AAA Undisputed Femme Fetale: Sara York

AAA Contender Champion: Stephine Wade

After I get settled into Cult, I'm doing a brand split. ICWA and AAA...

To kind of revive this...

I am in September 2008 with USPW, fresh of the heels of our biggest PPV of the year, Apple Pie and Wrestling, where James Justice finally ended the 8 month long title reign of Peter Valentine.

Currently in my game, Shawn Gonzalez has turned heel over jealousy of it being Justice, and not he, who ended Peter Valentine's dominating reign as champion. The animosity here is huge, and a big time feud has emerged, as these two spent the better part of the year as allies.

Meanwhile, Davis Wayne Newton and Darryl Devine are firmly entrenched in the other Main Event feud, as Davis has deemed himself the greatest young wrestler in USPW, and called out Darryl as nothing more than a mere spot monkey, who will never amount to anything. For a while, both men were vying for the affections of Alicia Strong, who ultimately sided with Davis, leaving a bitter taste in both USPW golden boy Devine, and the owner Sam Strong's mouth. Sam has taken to managing the career of the amazingly popular fan favorite Devine, as they collectively try to keep the egos of Davis and Alicia in check.

Also, I have promised Giant Redwood a main event title reign over the course of the next year, so he is busy crushing people trying to build up enough overness for a transitional title reign.

The main midcard feuds pit Steve Flash vs. Jesse Christian for the TV Title, Stevie Grayson and Freddie Datsun vs. Matthew and Greg Keith for the Tag Titles, and Nicky Champion, Avalanche, and Barry Kingman (as Sneer Co.) vs. the alliance of Des Davids, The Cannonball Kid, and DC Rayne.

I just made a sim only game and in 2008, Bethany Hurst posed for an adult magazine twice. She is now a b-/c+ in UK/Europe/Australia. She is unemployed because shes obviously too big to work for those feds.

Just booked 5 shows (I think) for my CGC diary, something that I don't usually do. I usually do just one show at the time but made an exception and it was worth it, I was on fire! I can't wait for you guys to see what I have in store for you, it's going to be amazing. The both nights of DeColt Wrestlefestival are just pure awesomeness! And big news around the world, something that you won't expect. And and and.. I'm so enthusiastic! I got the burning inside back!

I'm back. Oh it's true, it's damn true! :D

Supreme Wrestling Federation - Week 3 May 2008

SWF World Heavyweight - Jack Bruce

SWF North American - Rich Money

SWF World Tag Team - Joe Sexy & Squeeky McClean

SWF Shooting Star - Marc DuBois

My main feuds are Jack Bruce taking on the corporate endorsed Rocky Golden, Rich Money taking on Steve Frehley and a vicious battle between Warrior (Lobster Warrior) and Vengeance.

I've also created a Money In The Bank style title called the Golden Briefcase which will be a tradition at The Supreme Challenge, with the winner getting a title shot which can be used at anytime in next 12 months and the briefcase also contains $100,000.

I currently book two television shows a week called SWF Supremacy (A Show, 2hrs) and SWF Revolution (A Show, 2hrs) with Supremacy being a 70% match ratio sports entertainment show and Revolution being the 80% more edgy and in-ring based show.

I've also created a new show that's yet to debut called SWF Supreme Superstars (B Show, 1hr) which will serve as the proving and training ground for young workers before moving to the A shows.

I plan to split into two brands after The Supreme Challenge in July, along with plans to establish a women's division.

<p>So, I decided to try something different and copied my QAW save. I then made women's wrestling integrated (instead of 'entire promotion') and added some male workers. I opened up all the titles to them (which is odd considering the top title is named 'Queen of the World' <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />) and just let the rest of the promotion remain the same. In my mind, we're a Women's wrestling promotion with a men's division.</p><p> </p><p>

Anyhow, I'm doing the slow burn thing with several storylines. Wanda Fish has been Queen of the World for two years now but there's trouble in paradise. Brooke Tyler just made main event and she's kinda itching for gold. Problem is, Wanda's the leader of the stable and the holder of the only gold worth going after. This problem has been brewing for a year now (since Brooke's meteoric rise up the card) and it'll end soon (think: Nation of Domination). Since the stable's called the "House of Tradition", I'm sure you can guess what's going to happen. What I have planned is a botched interference in a title match that leads to Wanda dropping the title to someone else (still deciding between Melody Cuthill, Michelle Cox, Suzanne Brazzle, and Lauren Easter) which should make the stable pot simmer a bit more.</p><p> </p><p>

At the upper midcard level, I've got some heat going. I have a war planned between the members of Absolutely Fabulous (Megumi Nakajima and Sandra Shine) after they lose yet another attempt at claiming the tag titles (this time from Seek & Destroy) and Sandra turns on Megumi (even though their last loss was due to Sandra passing out in the Sensational Sleeper).</p><p> </p><p>

My current Twinstar champs are Seek & Destroy (Huntress Makiko & Ikuko Temko) and they will soon lose the titles to the Fire Pro Girls (Kuniko Matsura and Otsune Tsumura) due to interference from The Distinguished Gentlemen (Steve Flash & Stevie Grayson), leading to a war between those two teams. FPG will go on to feud with FUSION (Sae Akutagawa & Romi Yamato), trading the titles once, before (hopefully) Amber (Allen) & Ash (-ley Grover) develop enough to butt in and contend. In the meantime, they're feuding with Rated-R (Stephanie Wade & Wendy Anderson). I also have a trios feud going between the Brendon Sisters & Thunder Hike against The Crush Gals (Sensational Ogiwara & Christy Higgins) and Lauren Easter.</p><p> </p><p>

My Triple-X (high flying) title is currently held by DEVIL Karube, after what turned out to be an awesome match. The previous holder was Kit Hatoyama but she lost the title in a fatal four-way match when J.Ro ran in, took out Golden Delicious then beat Kit up the ramp, allowing DEVIL to hit the DEVIL Drop on Steve Flash for the win and the title. Of course, J.Ro and Kit had been feuding for months and in their last match, Kit put J.Ro on the shelf with a (worked) knee injury so J.Ro's return was felt throughout the promotion. DEVIL will defend the title against the likes of Golden Delicious, The Natural, California Love Machine, Nicolas Lopez, Fumihiro Ota, and Champagne Lover. Hopefully when that storyline runs its course, DEVIL will have earned a spot in the main event (as well as a few grades in her skills). She'll pass the title off to either Golden Delicious or someone else who comes up the ranks (or up from development).</p><p> </p><p>

The Prime Time (TV) title is held by Steph Blake who just hired an enforcer in the form of Shooter Sean Deeley, to protect her from folks like Laura Flame, Fuyuko Higa, Yu Hashimoto, Mokuami Maita, Emma Bitch, and Masutaro Kataoka. Bruise Crew (Flame & Bitch), within the storyline, are feuding with The Purists (Maita & Masutaro) so the plan is for Steph to drop the title to Higa when Shooter turns on her. That's about 6 months away though.</p><p> </p><p>

Even my low card is active, since I use my dark time for them (mainly) with only their big matches on the main show. Future Legend champion Dragon Assassin is in a pinch right now. She challenged Steph to a match for the Prime Time title but was thwarted by Nemesis (co-GM) who told her she had to vacate her current title in order to get the Prime Time shot. She declined but Phil Vibert (the other co-GM) was convinced by his assistant (Faith) that it would be "majorly awesome" to add a 24/7 rule to the title, for 30 days. If, at the end of that 30 days, she's still champion, she gets her Prime Time title shot. I figured that was the best way to explain matches under 5 mins in length. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

I've got lowcard tag feuds going too like Above & Below (Etsuko Arihyoshi & Speedy Marie) against Beauty Pair (Kiko Sakakibara & Yuma Maruya). I imported a bunch of unemployed established tag teams (Los Academios, Los Destructores, Yoshii Shiomi & VENOM, Dirty White Boys, the Show Stealers (well, I stole Matravers), etc. My major projects now are developing Sakura Sada, getting Ochiyo Iijima to switch from spot monkey (by feuding her with Keith Adams, Geena the Warrior Princess, Miss Information, Scarlet Samurai, Cal Sanders, Eva Berlin, and signing Kalu Owusu from INSPIRE to feud with her). I'm also looking to move Umeko Hotta up the card. I have plans for Anna Ki to get into a fight with her boyfriend (Joey Beauchamp), catch him in a compromising situation (probably with Aurora or Emma Evans), and snap. At which point, she'll be "transformed by the night" and become Anar-ki and join The Darkness stable (led by Raven Nightfall, with Devil's Daughter and Vixxen).</p><p> </p><p>

That's not even mentioning all the workers I have in development. TV's scheduling now but I don't know if I want another show (takes me long enough to book the one I have!) so I may just expand it.</p>

I'm in CGC, July of 2009. I have surpassed NOTBPW in the rankings and am doing fairly well, SWF fell to cult, so I've picked up guys like Runaway Train, Remo Richardson, Lobster Warrior and Squeaky McClean from them. Plus with the NOTBPW guys signing PPA contracts, I can also grab them.

I am C Importance in 3 regions and C- and D in the other two, all I need to do is boost three of those up to C+ to get to National.

Unfortunately Steve DeColt just decided he doesn't want to work with me...despite his loyalty. SNAP!

Then I find out, out of NOWHERE, NOTBPW has risen to National. And they've offered a ton of my big guns contracts...

I'm still in my APW game (not the aussie one, custom american fed that started at 0 popularity, but with 3 mil). Mid September 2009, down to about 890K. I'm at regional level already and have a roster of about 100.

Last 3 months had a deal with great lakes regional II (imported all of the networks and ppv carries from dott to add options, not sure which data this particular one belongs to, it covers midwest and great lakes) for graveyard that got me 5K/show with an 20/80 rev. split. Chose to cancel for the last three episodes to renegotaite and got a late afteroon slot with a 10/90 split that's netting 10K/show.

My first show in the new slot featured my first 2 B- matches and was my 2nd or 3rd C+ overall show. yet ratings are still 0.00

Prior to last month had done 2 hows weekly from the start (was going one tv, one event/week). When I dropped my TV deal I cut to one show/wk to limit the bleeding. Now that it's back I'm trying a biweekly event in addition to the TV. event's are usually selling out 2000 tickets at $12, that's $8 for TV. I'm holding a show every so often in mid south and tri state to keep my popularity from dropping and get about .2-.4 pop boost per show there due to internet ditribution. All regions not covered have dropped from 6.4 back to 0.

Financial performance

Jan 08 -133,179 (took a few weeks beofre I strarted having shows)

Feb 08 -316,925

Mar 08 -393,094 (imported some expensive stars)

Apr 08 -377,391

May 08 -271,597

July 08 -235,929

Aug 08 -115,303 (3 less shows)

This month -13,220 so far after one show. going into my second show (2hr medium event) in week two, projected to lose about 40-50K despite 24,000 in ticket sales.

Wolrdwide - rated 18 in importance, 20th in influence

US Rated 5th in importance, 7th in influence. Expect to leapfrog to 4th or 5th at the end of the month.

Title Hx, with current champ at the top

US Title (B)

2. Freddie Datsun (will lose to phunk in a month or so. shortly afer primus allen, who is recieving a goldberg push along with danny patterson as phunks bodyguards, will turn and likely be the next champ. hoping to have both of the bodyguards momentum up high for an eventual face off between the two undefeated brawlers, also hoping patterson learns how to sell before then)

1. Grandmaster phunk

X Division (B)

4. Art Reed (will evenually lose to DWN most likely, and who will then pass it on to ultimate phoenix)

3. JD morgan

2. Johnny Martin

1. Davis Wayne Newton

Tag Team (B-)

1. Java and Tribal Warrior (fueding with and may lose to the mcwades)

- have a lot of tag teams, but none pull of good ratings so they only defend about once/month to limit the loss of value in title prestige

All-American (C+)

1. Donnie J (didn't want to start this title yet, but he wouldn't resign without a mid card title so here it is, he just won it. Will eventually go to mean jean cattely to fullfill a promise and then to the newly acquired william hayes who will have a long run)

William hayes is the first person I've had listed as 'the next big thing'. Other recent useful acquistions... Art Reed, American Elemental St. Pierre Garron (a pro boxer) and Gordon clark of the TCW school. Trying to acquire the newly generated Mr. Lucha III and reacquired Hell Monkey who left for Japan. Just missed out on Sam Keiths kids who signed to tour in Japan upon becoming active in the game. Was hoping to create a 2nd generation stable with Kingman, Vessey, the Gauages and was then going to try to sign Jay Chord to join. Since they aren't coming I'm skipping jay for now. He's too demanding and seems like a prick. The game also generated a characted who blows, but is ironcally named masked legend.

Most frustrating talent is Alejandro Carrasco a 17 yo mexican announcer who I edited to allow me to hire after thee months of unemployment. He's A* for all of the entertainment skills including announcing, but he sucks as an announcer because he doesn't speak english, but he is finally starting to pick it up. Currently Masked Cougar's manager which he does quite well with. I do use him as an announcer when I go to tri state at the end of the month to ensure my regional win vs NYCW and PSW because they speak spanish there.

Am also intentionally avoiding having my character - Jack Avatar - win titles, instead using him as a stepping stone with lots of wins over low and mid card and then jobbing to main event and to up and comers. However, he's consistently putting out the best matches even against scrubs, so I may have to rethink this. maybe he could save the tag titles.

This doesn't matter one whit. Announcers (and color commentators) don't have to speak the local language at all. Their linguistic skills have no bearing on their performance (unless you use them in angles). If your roster is as big as you say, there's no need to use your announce team in angles (you probably already have someone who can be a backstage interviewer).

are you sure? I seem to remember it telling me he performed very poorly due to his language barrier, although it's possible I used him in an announcing angle. I'll have to try it again and see. I'm grooming him and the newly acquired sue danes to either take over a B show if I get one or outright replace doc messing and mitch naess to save some cash.

In my SWF game, Christian Faith needs a gimmick change and I've thought of an idea...giving him a gangsta gimmick!

"Yo yo yo, it's the Faith-mester here!"

If you still have Big Smack Scott, you could always make BSS Faith's mentor... That would be fun...
