TakerNGN74
I could definately see Daniel Bryan being the new GM but I also heard rumors that Bryan was the one that drive the limo on the backstage NXT attack on Bret.
b0shey
PETA wants Daniel Bryan back in the WWE People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) sent a letter to Vince McMahon asking for Bryan Danielson to be hired back. In the letter PETA wrote, "I might not personally carry the same clout as other Bryan supporters like John Cena or Shawn Michaels (although I do consider myself 'The Showstopper of PETA'), but I am, along with many of my colleagues, a huge Daniel Bryan fan, not only because he humiliated the Miz and Michael Cole a few weeks back on Raw but also because he's vegan. Just by being vegan, Bryan saves more than 100 animals a year, a feat far more impressive than any of Jack Swagger's 'accomplishments.' Savvy athletes go vegan for the health benefits, too, as they slash their risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. So what do you say, Mr. McMahon? Bring back Bryan and let him prove that he belongs. And maybe there could even be a storyline romance between Bryan and the gorgeous vegan diva Tiffany! (Who, in your PETA fans' opinion, deserves another shot at Layla.)" Lol, thats funny.... go Danielson

Tha Black Phenom
Well, that was confusing as hell... I just rewound the end over and over, to try and understand what happened... Vince admitted to being behind the Nexus... they're all in a good mood, then they're not... then they are... then they're not... then they beat up Vince... Clusterf^(K.... ??????? What did I miss that explains that....? Well clearly they never were in a good mood so that explains a good part of it. I'm sure they always wanted to attack Vince from the get-go. Maybe what he said just sinked it in.

Candyman
Personally, I liked this episode. It was uber lame when they all apologized, but then they still ruin the main event...then it's uber lame that Vince tries to take credit, but then they destroy him just like everyone else. The last segment was a little awkward, they teased attacking him just a little too long. I'm guessing the rookies missed a cue and were supposed to surround him sooner. The good thing is, we still have no idea where this is going. Who is the new GM? Daniel Bryan makes a lot of sense, and would explain why they "released" him. Vince said he couldn't take full credit...who else can take credit? Is there another mastermind? Is it the new GM or someone else? What do they want, now that they all have contracts? And who the F was in that limo??? Edit: Also, am I the only person outside of Ireland that likes Sheamus?
MrOnu
Edit: Also, am I the only person outside of Ireland that likes Sheamus? Nah, I have no problem with Sheamus. His RAW debut was horrible as was his buildup to his first run with the title. After losing the belt, we saw more character development and I think he's now a credible contender. He showed that he can hang with the top guys in my opinion and it could probably be argued that's why he has the belt again.
bigphesta
Are they in the same arena as Fatal 4 Way? They were doing it last night as well. Ive never heard is so loud an clear before! Did you not watch WM22? I was there live and it was CLEAR that half the Chicago croud HATED Cena and wanted HHH to destroy him (I was in that half) It was a constant "lets go Cena" "F**K you Cena" (and in the match, when HHH kicks out for the last time (before tapping) it cuts to me and my friends cheering.) juggaloninjalee
I love this NXT group. When everyone was chanting for them at the end of the show that was great. As long as they continue to destroy people until we get answers I like this.

Maybe at the next PPV they promise to give some answers on RAW the next night. Then the next night the show starts with NXT in the ring already. They say the time isn't right. Then some RAW guys come out and get beat down. A match is made for later in the night between x and y. That match is about to begin and then BAM!!! The NXT guys hit the ring and jump the RAW guys. Then they hold Cena and VKM up after a nice beatdown.

Out onto the stage walks the man behind the NXT's brutality comes out. Hopefully not the new RAW GM.

Dragonmack
Although I haven't been following it much the last few weeks, I would expect the new 'GM" to either be Daniel Bryan, which would tie into the NXT storyline, or someone like Triple H or Shane or Stephanie McMahon, which would make more sense as to why the top stars have been targeted by NXT.

Daniel Bryan would be interesting, but it would be pretty out there for him to go from 'fired rookie' to having the power to become GM. ( Yeah, I know, this is sports entertainment, and they have had more improbable stuff than this. )

A real wild card would have it being Shawn Michaels. He is perfectly capable of pretty much going after everyone and anyone and now that his 'in ring' career is over, having him be a vindictive GM would allow him to still be active and visible, and I could see him having a sort of cult leadership of the NXT group.

Oh, and I have to give props to Vince for taking those moves. A power bomb and a fairly stiff 450 splash at his age. I may not like him as a character, but I have to respect the man for doing that.
juggaloninjalee
Bryan is working indy shows now. He isn't going to be the GM or mastermind at this time unless they stretch this out awhile.

I didn't really understand the 'apology' part as it pertains to developing their characters (both collective and individual). Now, if they come back next week and joke around that it was a ploy in which to get everyone to think that they had turned over a new leaf; then maybe? Overall, though, it felt very weird to see these guys apologize and say that they did it out of love for the WWE. That's cool and fine but don't have them apologize to John Cena, etc. It made them look super weak.

As for Vince taking credit, I did roll my eyes a little. Then again, It's the WWE. Vince will take credit for everything as a character. That's his M-O. That said, I have to give the man credit for taking the strikes that he did at the close of the show. Just goes to show you that he really loves this company.

The size, the distinct look, the recognizable imagery of the Celtic Cross? If he could wrestle at all he'd be in good shape for at least an obligatory monster heel title run, but since he's actually a pretty solid worker for a big man it isn't surprising that he's already been given the title back.

Also I hope Mysterio's reign doesn't last and we end up seeing Punk and the SES running things on Smackdown, but that might be wishful thinking.
