<em>- The blueblood continues his perfect record of losses.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Backbreaker Simpson</strong> vs. Mike O’Reilly</p><p>

<em>- You really need to hire a Scotsman and a Welshman to round this out. Just for fun maybe add a Northern Irishwoman for them all to fight over. </em><img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Wolfgang Lorenz</strong> vs. Magnus Borg</p><p>

<em>- Cheatin' punks!</em></p><p> </p><p>

Spiros the Mighty vs. <strong>Sasha Pavlovic</strong></p><p>

<em>- Spiros *IS* mighty, but he doesn't know a wristlock from a padlock. Pavolovic ties him in knots. Delicious Greek knots.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Jan Stuessen & Alexander Tomov vs. <strong>The Brotherhood</strong></p><p>

<em>- The Brotherhood need to look dangerous to consider being a threat as opposed to a shameful joke. At some point during the match I'll be looking for a Goosestep maneuver. Double team Goosestep Slam, legdrop combo would work nicely and evilly~!</em></p>

<strong>Jan Stuessen & Alexander Tomov</strong> vs. The Brotherhood </p><p>

-The faces win. But likely by DQ or a heel miscommunication rather then a decisive pinfall or submission. Need to keep those heels chasing it.</p>

The ex-member of the Israeli army showed no respect for aristocracy, beating and stretching the blueblood Livingstone, who simply wasn’t prepared for such “uncouth” tactics. Sabra Man eventually charged ahead and leapt into the air, hitting his impressive Flying Body Press, to flatten and pin Livingstone.</p><p> </p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Sabra Man defeated Alabaster Livingstone in 6:26 by pinfall with a Flying Body Press.</p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Commandant Markus Maier:</span></strong> Last month, a great tragedy befall the great German people!</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#2F4F4F;">The Aryan Barbarian:</span></strong> Heil tragedies!</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Commandant Markus Maier:</span></strong> Like a wolf in sheep’s clothing, preying on newborn lambs, a man proclaiming himself “The Spirit of Germany” spit in the face of the country he allegedly claims to love! This Jan Stuessen waves to colors of our great land, but do not be fooled: he too is an enemy of OUR people, of all of DEUTSCHLAND!!! He is a deceiver and a coward, who would give our land and the birthrights of our children over to the inferior peoples! He may be German by birth, but he is part of the cancer that must cut from our flesh so that our greatness may thrive!</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#2F4F4F;">The Aryan Barbarian:</span></strong> Heil major surgery!</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Commandant Markus Maier:</span></strong> TONIGHT… The Brotherhood will demonstrate its superiority over both the Slavic dog and those who would coddle rather than conquer! Make no mistake: Jan Stuessen is an enemy of Deutschland, and he shall be destroyed like any other!!!</p><p>

Backbreaker Simpson vs. Mike O’Reilly</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Two imports from the British Isles faced off in a solid bout, featuring a display of “classic” British wrestling with a little brawling mixed in to keep things exciting. Simpson’s intensity eventually overwhelmed O’Reilly, and Irish Mike was unable to prevent him from stringing together several takedowns and tosses, which lead to a match ending Backbreaker.</p><p> </p><p>

In a match that had an average crowd reaction and some decent in-ring action, Backbreaker Simpson defeated Mike O'Reilly in 7:49 by pinfall with a Backbreaker.</p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">D</span></strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Wolfgang Lorenz vs. Magnus Borg</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Lorenz didn’t look prepared, and his fast past brawling was, for the most part, easily countered by Magnus as the smaller member of the Borg Brothers began to systematically take apart the punk rocker. Ever resourceful, Wolfgang managed to use some well timed dirty fighting to prevent the match from going one sided, but soon found himself set-up for Magnus’s patent Overhead Bell To Belly Suplex…</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/JodoKastTRL/WBW/KaiserGrund.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

When Kaiser Grund slid into the ring with a chain in hand, using it to choke Magnus Borg out from behind, instantly forcing a DQ!!!</p><p> </p><p>

In a match that had an average crowd reaction and some decent in-ring action, Magnus Borg defeated Wolfgang Lorenz in 11:38 when Wolfgang Lorenz was disqualified when Kaiser Grund ran in and attacked Magnus Borg.</p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">D-</span></strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Wolfgang Lorenz spun around, firing a volley quick punches into Magnus’s ribs as Grund held him in place with the chain around his neck. Lorenz pulled back for a haymaker… and instead spit in Magnus’s face! He charged backwards, looking to bounce off the ropes for momentum…</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/JodoKastTRL/WBW/DieterBorg.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

And instead dives out of the ring as big Dieter Borg slides into the ring behind Grund! Grund spins around, swinging the chain at Dieter… but Dieter catches it in his hand, snatching it away from Grund. Dieter holds the chain out in front of himself… and snaps it in half, dropping its halves at Grund’s feet! Grund attempts to turn around to flee… but Dieter catches him by his Mohawk! The big man turns him around, lifts him up, and tosses him with ease over the top rope. Triumphant, Dieter Borg helps his brother to his feet as Nicht Meir beat a hasty retreat.</p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">E+</span></strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/JodoKastTRL/WBW/SpirostheMighty.jpg</span><strong>VS</strong><span>http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/JodoKastTRL/WBW/SashaPavlovic.jpg</span><p><strong>

Spiros the Mighty vs. Sasha Pavlovic</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Ukraine’s Pavlovic was obviously the more skilled competitor… but you don’t need skill when you have the power of THE GODS THEMSELVES on your side! Pavlovic’s attempts to tie Spiros into knots met with repeated failure, as he just used his Herculean strength to power out, no matter what kind of leverage Pavlovic had. Soon, Spiros was just tossing Sasha around the ring, and throwing in some hard punches, for which the technical master had no defense. A final attempt by Pavlovic to grabble with the Greek powerhouse was his undoing, as Spiros simply overpowered his opponent and locked him in the devastating Spiros Bear Hug, forcing the submission.</p><p> </p><p>

In a bout that had a good crowd and some decent in-ring action, Spiros the Mighty defeated Sasha Pavlovic in 12:04 by submission with a Spiros Bear Hug after blatantly cheating. During the match we also had Fadzaev distract Spiros.</p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">D+</span></strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Victory in hand, Spiros the Mighty raises his massive arms above his head in celebration as “O Fortuna” crackles in all its glory through the PA system before walking over to the edge of the ring and retrieving a microphone.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#00FF00;">Spiros the Mighty:</span></strong> HARK and give heed, good Saxons of Germania! I, Champion of the GODS THEMSELVES, come bearing a most dire of ill tidings! During my travels through West Berlin Hall in search of the mythical Golden Fleece, I have encountered a most unsettling of revelations: it is not I alone that seek the inestimable artifact! Indeed, from his cavernous lair of fire and stone, the dark god Hades has enlisted insidious agents to perform his vile bidding, a pair of mortals who would sacrifice the virtues of honor and decency so that they may acquire fleeting wealth upon this plane!</p><p> </p><p>

And with that, the national anthem of the Soviet Union menaces its way through West Berlin Hall’s speakers. As cold as a Siberian winter, the Iron Curtain slowly stroll down to the ring, their icy gaze never breaking from Spiros.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/JodoKastTRL/WBW/Fadzaev.jpg</span><span>http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/JodoKastTRL/WBW/ViktorYakimov.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">Fadzaev:</span></strong> Wealth? Iron Curtain no fight for wealth. No spill blood for precious minerals and shiny coins like capitalist pigs.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#8B0000;">Viktor Yakimov:</span></strong> CRUSH CAPITALISM!!!</p><p> </p><p>

Spiros has no time to respond as Yakimov slams his forehead into his chest… but Spiros doesn’t even flinch!!! Instead, he just raises one arm high into the air…</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#00FF00;">Spiros the Mighty:</span></strong> Mighty Zeus, grant me your infinite strength!!!</p><p> </p><p>

He brings the arm back down, connecting with a powerful right fist right into Yakimov’s face! Fadzaev charges, but he too is flattened by Spiros’s unstoppable right hand! Back and forth, they take turns getting sent flying to the mat by Spiros the Mighty…</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>BOOM…</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong><em><span style="font-size:18px;">BOOM…</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong><em><span style="font-size:24px;">BOOM…</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p>

Spiros continues to wail on the Iron Curtain, paying no attention to the nearing rumble…</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><em><span style="font-size:36px;">BOOM…</span></em></strong></p><p> </p><p>

And then, it appears: a mountainous pile of muscle with eyes, thundering down to the ring, a Hammer & Sickle emblazoned on the piece of clothing seemingly sucked in by the massive amount of muscle’s gravitational pull.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d12/JodoKastTRL/WBW/BillPopinowski.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

As it charges, Spiros finally takes heed of the impending threat, firing off his powerful right hand… to no avail! The giant pair of biceps with legs shrugs it off, then fires a powerful right of its own, sending Spiros stumbling backwards! The giant continues its assault, the Iron Curtain joining in and finally overwhelming Spiros the Mighty!!! Finally, the mountain of muscle lifts Spiros up, jackhammering him down to the mat with enough force to make all of Germany shudder (seismologists in Munich were baffled by the tremor)! As the Soviet national anthem plays once more, the massive muscle mountain stands in between the Iron Curtain over the crumpled form of Spiros, all three men staring wickedly into the crowd…</p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">D-</span></strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Jan Stuessen & Alexander Tomov vs. The Brotherhood</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

A classic German-style bout, rife with stiff technical wrestling with some (mostly) small strikes thrown in from nearly all involved. The Brotherhood took the early advantage, with The Aryan Barbarian using his unmatched size and strength to bludgeon Jan Stuessen. Stuessen finally got the tag to Tomov, who managed to outwit and out strategize the massive Barbarian, forcing Maier to tag in and fight fire with fire with his own brand of ultra-precise technical wrestling… eventually using a thumb to the eye to take the full momentum of the match! Stunned, Tomov could do nothing to stop Maier from slowly tearing him apart, piece by piece… but he countered a hold with a toss, and dove to make a tag to Stuessen! Stuessen charged in, slapping Maier with European Uppercuts, forearms shots, and elbows… but a desperation low blow from Maier left both men down and out and crawling towards their corners…</p><p> </p><p>

They both tagged in their partners simultaneously, The Aryan Barbarian looked to decapitate Tomov with a HUGE clothesline… but in one fluid motion, Tomov ducked, got behind the Barbarian, and somehow used the momentum to hit the monster with the Bulgarian Suplex!!!</p><p> </p><p>

1…</p><p> </p><p>

2…</p><p> </p><p>

3!!!</p><p> </p><p>

In a bout that had a good crowd and some decent in-ring action, Alexander Tomov and Jan Stuessen defeated The Brotherhood in 19:31 when Alexander Tomov defeated The Aryan Barbarian by pinfall with a Bulgarian Suplex.</p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#FF8C00;">C-</span></strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

A second too late to break up the pin, Commandant Markus Maier dives in, getting on top of Tomov’s back and raining punches down on the back of his head. Stuessen, however, comes charging in, sending both himself and Maier tumbling to the outside of the ring! Both men spring to their feet, throwing wild punches at one another and they soon spill out over the barrier and into the audience. Tomov and The Aryan Barbarian follow suite, soon causing a two on two brawl all across the arena! Finally, security is forced to intervene as the audience starts moving aggressively in on The Brotherhood, pulling them out of the crowd and away from Tomov & Stuessen. Holding a fan brought German flag above his head, Stuessen grins in victory as The Brotherhood, safely behind a wall of security guards, respond with a “certain infamous group of fascists”-style salute.</p><p>

Ouch.

But I'm glad you're honest. Trust me, I'll take this to heart.

Ok, I wouldn't go so far as to say that they've become the Sisterhood of the Traveling Whatnots, but I think they could've kept their heat by beating the piss out of Stuessen and Tomov after losing instead of ending in a pull-apart. I think you'll find a way to make Barbarian and Maier (in particular) real threats to Tomov's title.

Dear sir. I would like to express my extreme dislike about your lack of following good wrestling traditions of making the heels look like unstoppable, then having the faces pull an unlikely upset after being beaten up for a year in a row.

It deeply saddens my european heart to see this turn so Russoesque. I will proceed to act in a very european way until you apologize by making Spiros the Mighty WBW Champion, by showing up at every show and boo you and invent the concept of bringing signs to the show some many years early.

Furthermore, i would like to deride your decision to make the communists call for the aid of a man from plumberland.

I will now return to listening to classic Ric Flairs promo's all while dreaming that one day, someone, maybe me, will man up and make a classic 98 UCR diary.

The Brotherhood are pretty much a joke now. Need a big lower card fued to get them back to serious main eventers.

I could have accepted the tag loss if Maeir stayed strong, tagged in Barbarian and losing to a quick rollup or something, but to lose 100% cleanly just killed them. And Barbarian is making the promo's seem Comedic ("The Aryan Barbarian: Heil major surgery!") which would be accepted if he got a big win to make up for it, but seems silly atm.

However, to your credit, you are using Spiros, The Iron Curtain, The Borg's and Nicht Meir better than I have in my WBW game. And you have given Tomov more character than me (And Im officially stealing how you have used him for my game "Tomov True Champion").

But yeah, the Brotherhood need a real re-moddeling to re-establish themselves.

<p>Sorry Comradebot, that came out more harshly than I intended. I wasn't advocating a change in booking styles or writing styles but that was my gut-honest reaction to why people picked The Brotherhood to go over.</p><p> </p><p>

There is a lot of good, fun stuff going on here, but The Brotherhood's gimmicks make them difficult to keep relevant and serious - it is easy to go too far towards offensive (most people on these boards wouldn't take offensive but you know what I mean) or too far towards comedic.</p><p> </p><p>

I look forward to the next installment of WBW... because I still care about wrestling in Europe!</p>

If you disagree with something/don't like something, tell me. If GruntMark hadn't told me the first way I wrote Double Dutch in EWA sucked donkey dong, they wouldn't have changed into the awesome guys flipping off kitten they become (and, thankfully, I managed to realize the first incarnation of Nicht Meir sucked <strong>HARD</strong>, and changed that long before any of you had to be subjected to me outright butchering one of my favorite C-Verse tag teams ever). Both booking and writing are constant learning processes, and feedback (both positive and negative) is a necessary tool toward improvement. So thanks: being called "Russo-esque" is probably gonna help me in the longrun (though made me feel like crap in the short!)</p>

<p><span style="color:#006400;">"YEAH BABY, YEAH!!! CHECK OUT THOSE FREAKIN' BICEPS!!! TOTALLY PLAYER STYLE BRO, YEAH!!!!!"</span></p><p> </p><p>

A grunt of displeasure is the old man's initial reaction. A quietly pleading Spaniard is enough to make him reconsider his second, which was likely to involve some combination of his cane and Bam Bam Johansson's throat.</p><p> </p><p>

"Hmph. 'Player style.' If 'player style' was injecting animal testosterone directly into your arms and scrotum, then I guess Popinowski had it."</p><p> </p><p>

Bam Bam nearly leaps from the sofa as his face brightens with unimitigated excitement, <span style="color:#006400;">"WOAH! This ALPHA PACK LEADER used bull shark testosterone too!!?!? Me and him need to hit the town and sire our own FREAKIN' RUGBY TEAM!!! A WHOLE LEAGUE, NONE OF KEVIN BACON'S SEVEN DEGREES GONNA STOP THIS GRABOID FROM PLOWING THROUGH THE EARTH!!!"</span></p><p> </p><p>

A second grunt.</p><p> </p><p>

"Actually, I believe it was 'wolverine tesosterone'..."</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#006400;">"WOAH, wolverine...", </span>placing a hand on his chin (and noticeably flexing his arm as he does so), Johansson begins drifting into the child's pool level depths of his "deep thought"...<span style="color:#006400;"> "and into the scrotum you said?"</span></p><p> </p><p>

Grunt three: you're out.</p><p> </p><p>

"Manico."</p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#FF8C00;">"Si, my friend?"</span></p><p> </p><p>

"Apologies."</p><p> </p><p>

With a wicked crack, issuing forth like thunder over a Texas sky, the old man delivers a devasting blow with his cane into Bam Bam Johansson's ribcage. Despite "The Alpha Norwegian" once again writhing in pain and incessantly groaning behind him, the old man remains utterly focused... his eyes almost unblinking as he stares as the flickering screen before him...</p><p> </p><p>

Lower Midcard (1977)</span></strong></p><p> </p><p>

"Polish Power" Bill Popinowski is a freakishly strong guy who was a former powerlifter. He got a heavy push upon entering SWF as a part of Dick Pangrazzio's athlete-themed stable, the All-Star Team. However, Popinowski got a reputation for clumsiness and an affinity for no-selling, which Richard Eisen only approved of for his main eventers.</p><p> </p><p>

Polish Power suffered a major setback in the summer of 1975, while re-shingling his roof. His freakish amount of muscle mass was simply too much for the structure to handle, and it collapsed under his weight. He suffered numerous injuries in the accident and will likely be unable to compete for a long period of time.</p></div><p></p><p></p>
