Not saying there isn't a difference, but if there is then it's probably not a big deal. I also haven't noticed cuts or injuries (from leg kicks, for example) carrying over into the later fights, but I haven't played with one night tournaments enough to be sure about that either. To me it <em>appears</em> that they start fresh with each fight.</p>

So my BCF Lightweight Champion Seth O'Breen is a part of Team Bulldog. No problem right? Well #1 contender Jake Keane, #3 Tim Oldacres and #4 Duncan Thistlewood are also all part of Team Bulldog. So now, unless Doug Hansen beats O'Breen; Keane, Oldacres and Thistlewood have nothing to do. Might move one of them up to Welterweight to face David Webb.

<p>Upon Hassan Fezzik's first loss in 2000 to Armen Sarkisian (epic fight that went the distance), this piece of news came to my attention: he left Mantas Andreyev Fighting, his friends saying that it was just a case of Fezzik wanting to move on to avoid becoming stale and 'too comfortable', and that there were no hard feelings from anyone at Andreyev's. </p><p> </p><p>

Pretty cool. Will be interesting to see where he heads next.</p>

<p>I only just bought the game so I hope I'm not too late to the party in using this forum.</p><p> </p><p>

Anyway I'm at August 2001 and I haveonly just realised that 5/7 of my champions are undefeated, and the other 2 only have one loss (Women: Layla Holmes (9:0), Featherweight: Philip Ziskie (20:1:1) (1 loss) , Lightweight: Naizen Hamacho (9:0) (though he only beat Brandon Sugar by split decision so a rematch will take place), Welterweight: Nathan Chambers (19:1) (beat Ichisake Miyagi by UD so rematch to take place), Middleweight: Buddy Garner (21:0), Light Heavyweight: William Harrison (12:0), Heavyweight: Hassan Fezzik (32:0)</p><p> </p><p>

No matter who I throw at Fezzik, he always comes out on top. I've tried Carlton, Foster, Hughes, Kikuchi (twice), Lette and Mauricio.</p><p> </p><p>

I shall also share my proudest moment in WMMA3 history so far. In January 1999, Jin Katou beat Tadamasa Yamada to win the Light Heavyweight title. I thought that this was a clear upset so I scheduled a rematch for September 1999, which Yamada won. The final battle took place in May 2000 and Katou won again (he was beaten by Harrison in November of the same year but that's not relevant)</p><p> </p><p>

The reason this was my proudest moment is because of the end of year awards for 1999 showing this:</p><p>

- 'The Big Bad' Hassan Fezzik vs. Tomoji 'HULK' Takaoka

- From AI event 'ALPHA-1: Fezzik vs. Takaoka II' (from the save game 'CCC')

- Created 14 July 2014

>It's time for the main event of the evening! 'The Big Bad' Hassan Fezzik goes up against Tomoji 'HULK' Takaoka in the ALPHA-1 Heavyweight division.

>This match is for the ALPHA-1 Heavyweight title.

>We are underway!

>Takaoka keeps his cool as Fezzik fakes shooting in.

>Both fighters throw strikes at the same time, both miss.

>Fezzik shoots in, looking for a close range double leg.

>Takaoka sprawls, stopping the takedown and forcing Fezzik down to the ground into a type of turtle position.

>Fezzik cannot stop himself being rolled and secured in side control.

>Takaoka starts hammering away at Fezzik with right hands.

>Fezzik is taking lots of shots, and can't seem to find a way out from this position!

>The referee gives Fezzik time to do something, but eventually has to come in and stop the fight!

>Tomoji 'HULK' Takaoka takes the win by TKO!

>Official Result: Tomoji 'HULK' Takaoka defeats 'The Big Bad' Hassan Fezzik (TKO (Strikes) in 2:10 of round 1). The match was rated as being Great.

Fezzik finally goes down, kind of easily I'd say.

From my game with the CVE only women's mod :

http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/30/1406110289-hester.png

The rematch with Watson is because Hester was dominated from the 1st round to the 5th before the finish in a wild exchange.

The promotion run a 4x5 minute for the match, and a 6x5 for the championship match

Strange, in all of my game i've had a loooot of Flying KO, TKO, and the famous Flying knee who do nothing at the opponent <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Decided to take the leap and go to Low Level National after idling on HLR for around 1.5 year.

Luckily the shows were good and my fighters put on good shows giving me around 10% LLN in the USA right now, giving me some space to work with.

I also expanded to a second TV show (XCC TV) which I will hopefully also dual air in USA/Canada just like my first show. And now I finally have a system where I got 4 events a month, which really causes the game to fly by at a brisk pace where I go from show to show.

The most interesting story I got right now is Carl Andersson, he was part of a sort of TUF-like tournament I held last year, and he got KO'd in the semi finals.

But since then he has won the 3rd place fight, and then proceeded to beat two top 10 LW fighters, putting him firmly on the map.

Thanks to his Very Strong Marketability and Menace (despite looking as dangerous as a puppy) his name value has really shot up fast. He's facing a LLN guy next, so if he can continue winning he'll certainly be on the map for a title shot.

currently have a save going on where im focusing on just BW and FW, I have all the BW's under control (127 fighters) and like 95% of the FW fighters. (178) fighters fight in the lower class they can possibly fight in. Current date is October 2000. GAMMA 65 saw Bantamweight champion and number 3 P4P fighter in the world Li-Kong Ho knocked out cold by Phillip Ziskie. Ziskie moves to 4-0 in GAMMA and 22-2-1 overall. He's got a plethora of challengers waiting for a title shot. Daisuke Kimura is 7-0 in GAMMA 12-0 overall. The 23 year old currently is ranked higher in the Blurcat rankings than the champ Ziskie. This fight is rumored to headline GAMMA 68 which will be located in Los Angeles.

at Featherweight Brandon Sugar 31-6 was mollywhopped by Lars Bohlin 53-6. Well Lars doesn't have the name value to headline ppv's just yet, he's been breezing through top Featherweights thus far. Sukarno looks like he will be Lars next challenger. Sukarno 2-0 in GAMMA 27-1 overall has been on a tear since losing to Julio Regueiro two years ago in what was dubbed the superfight of the decade.

really enjoying this save so far. my idea was to eventually get far enough into the future that I would have a bunch of fighters in the hall of fame from one weight class and save them when they are at their peaks in order to make them up later in a all time great tournament. but with wmma4 coming out soon I might just hold off and try to do something like that in the updated version.

I wish there was a way to edit contracts. when I started I had released some guys from my roster and they refused to sign back with me or else I'd have all the FW under my roster. Pralong Sangsomwong is locked into a contract with J-1 and i'll plan a fight and than look and he be booked with J-1

I'd also like the ability to edit injuries. its not easy scheduling fights for 178 fighters so I usually do it in blocks. BW - FW, go through and get fights for all the BW than all the FW. write them all down on paper and than I see a couple of the important fights have to be put on hold because a couple fighters are taking 5 months off to spend with their family.

In July of 2015 on my UFC save.

Champions:

Flyweight: Demetrious Johnson (5 title defenses), he also went up to bantamweight and beat Faber and Renan Barao for the bantamweight title when I had no flyweight contenders (relinquished the belt though). His upcoming title defense is against Joseph Benavidez, and if he gets by him and Justin Scoggins (#1 contender) he is going to be moving up to bantamweight permanently.

Bantamweight: Renan Barao (2 time champ, 0 defenses) After losing a close decision to Mighty Mouse for the belt, he KO'd Eddie Wineland to win the belt back. His next title defense is against Dominick Cruz when he recovers.

Featherweight: Frankie Edgar (1 defense) He upset Jose Aldo for the belt and Aldo moved up to lightweight. Recently beat Chad Mendes by decision for his first title defense. His next defense is the final fight in the trilogy between him and BJ Penn who has had a career resurgence at featherweight.

Lightweight: Anthony Pettis (3 defenses) After barely squeaking by Gilbert Melendez, Pettis has dominated his last 2 title fights, brutalizing Jim Miller for 3 rounds before armbarring him in the 4th. He KO'd Josh Thomson next 30 seconds into the fight with a sweet jumping head kick. His next defense is against Jose Aldo in his first fight at lightweight. Should be the fight of the year.

Welterweight: Carlos Condit (2 defense) Condit won the belt with a thrilling 5th round finish against Johnny Hendricks. Hendricks won all the first 4 rounds with a wrestling heavy gameplan. In the 5th, he was tired and Condit avoided a takedown and got his back and sunk in a RNC with 2 minutes left to win the belt. Since then he has won 2 more fights by RNC in the 5th round to keep his title, against Rick Story and Mike Pierce. Condit has a big wrestling problem, but he seems to be able to outlast them and sub them late in the fights. He's fighting fellow striker Nate Marquardt next.

Middleweight: Chris Weidman (4 defenses) After beating Anderson Silva twice, Weidman has KO'd Vitor Belfort, won a close decision against Souza and recently dominated Luke Rockhold for 4 rounds before submitting him with a tight guillotine. His next fight is against Lyoto Machida who is his toughest test yet.

Light Heavyweight: Alexander Gustaffson (Just won belt) Phil Davis shocked Jon Jones and stole the belt from him. Gustaffson got the fight next and KO'd Davis really easily. Next up is a grudge rematch between Jones and Gustaffson after Gus arguably won the fight fight.

Heavyweight: Cain Velasquez (#1 P4P, 5 title defenses) Velasquez has won through his 3 opponents so far, TKO'ing Alistair Overeem, Travis Browne and Josh Barnett all in the first round with GNP. Nobody can stuff his takedowns or get back up to their feet. Up next is a fourth and final fight between JDS and Cain. If Cain wins, I think he could go down as the best fighter ever.

P4P rankings:

http://i.gyazo.com/f90bb91616942c3347c19ef88b4de478.png

Anderson Silva, Big Nog, Dan Henderson, Dan Severn, and Rich Franklin have all retired and made the hall of fame. There isn't many left of the old guard. It will be interesting to see who all make the HOF.

XCC Game

I’ve been playing a game as XCC and so far have put on 80 events. I started in 1998 and it’s now July 2001.

I do an event every 2 weeks with 5 fights each. At first I was doing 4 per event, but after I added a welterweight and middleweight division I went to 5.

So far I have: Mens - 145, 155, 170, 185

Womens - 135, 145

Once I get to 2002 I’ll add my LHW and HW divisions.

ORGANIZATION

As far as the organization I just hit the national level and XCC is ranked 3rd right after GAMMA and ALPHA-1 as they are both Mid-Level National.

I've put on 5 PPV events, even started doing events in Nevada. Can’t wait to be International and start doing events in other countries, but for now getting a Canadian audience is good enough for me.

WEIGHT CLASSES

MENS

Featherweight: By far the best men's division in XCC.

Strength: Strong(57%)

Champion: Li-Kong Ho [23-0] (#1 PVP, #1 FW) - 2 Defences

Philip Ziske was the champ since the start and defended the title 5 times until he finally lost to Ho. Both of Ho's title defences were against Ziske as Ziske was a dominant champion and got an immediate rematch. Maybe I just really wanted Ziske to stay champ, but Ho choked Ziske out both times.

Besides Ziske and Ho this division is quite stacked, we have Luiz Machado choking everyone, Lamont Banner destroying cans, and Lito Alcala is developing into a beast.

Lightweight: High level division, you'll notice the quality of each divison will get worse the heavier they become.

Strength: Becoming Established(29%)

Champion: Atep of Indonesia [14-2] (#11 PVP, #1 LW) - 0 Defences

Atep just won the title against Tarcisio Dantas, who had 3 defences at the time (Though he lost to Jake Keane while champion but in a non-championship fight. This was during a Grand Prix tournament, which Atep actually won). I think Atep will reign for a long time, he's nowhere near his prime and already a beast. His only real challenger in the division is an upcoming Helio and Chan Kim Huat has a win over Atep from 1998, but I doubt he could win now.

Welterweight: Pretty crappy division, have a couple good prospects.

Strength: Very Weak(9%)

Champion: Evan Pizzarro [9-1] (#13WW) - 1 Defense

Not much to say about this weight class, it's in development. I have some good prospects but no one amazing, mostly fighters with very high level stats but fairly one dimensional. Once I throw some cans at these guys and they get a bit older I'll start picking up top 10 talent and the division should rise from there.

Middleweight: worst division, doesn't even have a champion.

Strength: Weak(12%)

Champion: Vacant

A lot of young prospects that should all be top 25 by the time they develop. It will be an interesting weight class to watch develop, but at the moment it is garbage.

WOMENS

Bantamweight: XCC dominates this division, in fact, all of women's MMA.

Strength: Extremely Impressive(85%)

Champion: Fusae Miura [8-1] (#3 PVP, #2 BW) - 1 Defence, 2X champion

This is an incredibly competitive division, it's almost impossible to crown a true champion. Miura is the only one to ever defend the title. In 1999, there were 3 different champions.

Featherweight:

Strength: Very Impressive(78%)

Champion: Piper Evergood [8-0] (#1 PVP, #1 FW) - 0 Defences

Evergood just beat Emma Birch for the title, which has been changing hands ever since Sarah Vaughan retired and vacated the title.

>And here we go!

>Sylvia counters a flurry of punches by hitting a solid left jab.

>Able to secure a flying heel hook, Sylvia locks it in tight and forces Butterbean to the ground and then to tap out!

Currently in December 2001. top 5 p4p fighters are:

5. Li-Kong Ho 31-2 current GAMMA BW champion. Should be higher in the p4p because of his strength of opponents. my save focuses on BW & FW's so the champs at those weights fight at least 4 top 5 opponents every year. Ho's lone defeat at BW was against Ziskie who he defeated in a rematch nearly a year later. There are a plethora of challengers awaiting him. Masahiro Maeno took 6 months off is returning soon has a 5 fight win streak. Ziskie won his last fight and is a fight or two away from a rubber match which would certainly be the biggest fight in mma to this date. Manish Khan who handed Ho his first defeat at FW is 6-1 at BW and certainly has the name value to warrant a rematch against Ho. Markus Waller and Nuno Valentino also are waiting. both are being brought along very slowly. Waller the closer of the two is 9-0 has mid international name value, is probably a fight away from a title shot as well.

Ho's next opponent is a very tough choice. Maeno has fought Ho already but it was 2 years ago and that's his only sim loss to date. he did however take 6 months off recently while other guys had to fight twice during that time. Khan holds a win over Ho and the rematch could def be sold already fought for the title early in the year losing to Ziskie. I want Ho to be able to revenge the lost as that's a fight I fight like he would want over a rematch with Maeno. Finally Ziskie won his last fight the rubber match would be the biggest fight of the year for the 2nd time. in a perfect world Ho would fight Khan and win and Ziskie would fight someone and win setting up a huge rubber match but that's a lot ifs.

I think i'll end up going to Li-Kong Ho vs Manish Khan and Ziskie vs Maeno winners fight and than if Waller wins his next fight he challenges the next with a perfect 10-0 record. by that time it will be 2003 and Valentino should be ready to challenge for a title as well. really excited about the future of this division.

# 4 p4p jeez im only on number 4? Buddy Garner 23-2 #1 WW

one thing I really hoping for improvements for WMMA4 is the rankings. while Garner deserves a lofty ranking he isn't even champion. Nathan Chambers is and has a much better record in terms of recent opponents. but anyway this would be a factor once these two guys fight next to determine to date who is the best WW in the world.

#3 Gavrie Cerny 10-0 #1 Heavyweight

who? Gavrie is a regen Vladimir Nozorov. is literally the only regen in all the rankings. I brought him over to GAMMA after he was 6-0 in J-1 and subbed Dirk Jackson in the finals of a tournament to boost his name value in America. Sarkisan was next in line only to be upset in my mind. So I gave him a title shot thinking Hassan Fezzik albeit past his prime at 36 could get a easy win lining up a bigger better title shot against someone else. in the end Cerny tko Hassan in the first round to become the youngest GAMMA champ. hes the only regen in my current save that is noteworthy at the moment and not sure if I like him or not.

#2 Tasamasa Yamada 28-1

I hate that I can't edit fighters contracts. he has a champion clause in his alpha contract so I can't bring him over to GAMMA.

#1 Pralong Sangsomwong 13-0 #Featherweight.

Pralong has fought and beaten the best fighters in the world in 2001. hes a virtue lock for fight of the year for 2001 I think. wins of Kenji Akita #4 , Tomohiro Takeucki #2 to capture the FW title, Easton Frye #2, Sukarno #2. all finishes all kicks. next up for Pralong is Atep.

  • 2 weeks later...
Haven't been able too play in awhile and I finally got to start a new game the other day. Using my Redone data Kaihei Shigeki has been a beast. He beat Li-Kong Ho, Brandon Rush and Masahiro Maeno to win the first ever KDM FC Featherweight title. He has since defended the title 4 times against Li-Kong Ho, Sammy Gaffigan, Genki Shinashi and Templeton Crumb. Up next is more then likely a Re match against Maeno. Also after his second defeat to Shigeki I moved Ho down to Bantamweight where he has since won the title.

just had my best rated fight to date in gamma. I've had other excellent fights prior this however this one now appears #1 on the gamma records. 14 ranked bw Paulo Roberto Bezerra vs 16 ranked bw Hiroshi Yamashita. Unfornatley I didn't notice it was excellent and didn't save it. My very next event had a co-main of Kafu Bunya vs Sean Morrison also had a excellent rating and again didn't notice the excellent rating so that fight wasn't saved.

perhaps in a future wmma game it will be possible to save each fight, although this will take up even more space.

I personally miss saving many of my best fights because I schedule 20 fights on each card and rush through the event to start the next one so having a option to go back and see the fight after the event would be nice.

Paulo is now on a 5 fight win streak and has had a similar run to current ufc fighter matt brown. early on he lost every other fight and had a bad loss against Curtis Madrell of all people. He's due for a big fight against a top BW now against perhaps Viggo Olrik or even Manish Khan perhaps.
