Not so much a central download location but both i effin rule and MJStark put out their render packs so they might be worth looking up via their usernames. Granted I am not sure if they had a lot of black announcers in them but I am pretty sure MJ's had four or five. I would link it to you but I am on a NOOK and it is a huge pain in the butt to do so, but yeah just look them up and you should come across the threads that they posted. I wasn't originally going to do Moroi as he didn't seem so great in the stats I doubted I would have hired him.
