It was funny because in TEW it would've been like "(your scrubby wrestler) was used too much on the show."</p><p> </p><p> One thing I always did in WS, WS II, TEW '10, and '13 was add Phil Chase (the trainer from WS, always felt he should've been in the games as an active wrestler) and play as Masahiro Indohara (from EWR).</p><p> </p><p> I rarely pursued relationships in WS2 though. The first few times I did and it's actually easy, but it becomes a hassle at times to move those relationships forward or try to form them as opposed to simply chatting with them if they were backstage. </p><p> </p><p> Always felt both options should've been available depending on what that wrestler is doing at the moment (chilling backstage where you could talk and select from some general topics--music, TV, wrestling, politics, etc, playing cards--play that card game, thinking about his/her match--suggest strategy for their match or give encouragement).</p><p> </p><p> WS3 should be fun. It's what I felt a wrestling sim should be (not limited to one general promotion, move around as your popularity and skill allows, integrate yourself into a promotion and choose your own career path). Obviously it won't be the same, but it might be fun. After all, I presume the game will behave like a competitive match, instead of the player deliberatively jobbing for someone. TLCJR4LIFE Posted November 10, 2013 Share Posted November 10, 2013 I'll probably buy this unless I'm terribly underwhelmed with the demo...which is definitely possible given the amount of times I unceremoniously jobbed out with almost zero offense in 3 minutes in my frequent attempts to play WS2. But this one looks awesome, and i plan on getting it next month and on doing some diaries with it. It's going to be my first WreSpi purchase and third purchase of GDS games.
