The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE NXT:

NXT Championship: Seth Rollins © vs. Xavier Woods vs. DT Porter vs. Luke Harper

The main event of tonight’s edition of NXT will see Seth Rollins put the coveted NXT Championship on the line in a Fatal Four-Way match against Xavier Woods, DT Porter, and the big man Luke Harper. Tonight will be the second week in a row that the NXT Universe inside what is sure to be a sold out NXT Arena will be treated to an NXT Championship match after Seth Rollins defeated Bray Wyatt last week on NXT to make his eighth successful title defence. Seth Rollins is the first ever NXT Champion having won the title by defeating 3MB member Jinder Mahal in the finals of the Gold Rush tournament last summer to decide the first ever NXT Champion. Upon winning the title Seth Rollins was handed the Championship belt by the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. Rollins has gone on to hold the title for over six months and is without a doubt the top star on NXT who regularly receives praise from NXT Commissioner Dusty Rhodes who works as the sole announcer on NXT since William Regal and Byron Saxton left to compete on the main WWE roster. Seth Rollins has said in recent months that he is well aware that his future lies competing in front of the WWE Universe but has said that although both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T are heavily monitering Rollins and his progress, he will not leave NXT whilst he remains the NXT Champion. Last week Seth Rollins defeated Bray Wyatt in the evening’s main event to make his eighth successful title defence. The first successful title defence for Seth Rollins came against Michael McGillicutty, now known as Curtis Axel, last September on an episode of NXT. Seth Rollins made his second successful title defence last October by defeating William Regal, Briley Pierce and Percy Watson in a Fatal Four-Way match. Last November Rollins made his third successful title defence with a victory over Conor O’Brian and then last December Rollins defeated William Regal and Xavier Woods in a Triple Threat match on the main event of an episode of NXT to make his fourth successful title defence. The next week Seth Rollins defeated Jake Carter to retain his title for the fifth time and the week after that Rollins defeated Alexander Rusev, DT Porter and Bray Wyatt in a Fatal Four-Way match to retain his title for the sixth time. In the last episode of NXT of 2012 Seth Rollins defeated Alexander Rusev in a one on one match to make his seventh successful title defence and last week on NXT Rollins put the NXT Championship on the line for the first time in 2013 and managed to defeat Bray Wyatt to once again retain his title. Tonight’s main event will be DT Porter’s first match on NXT since he last challenged for the NXT Championship in a Fatal Four-Way match back in December of last year. In fact, tonight’s main event will only be DT Porter’s second match on NXT, with both matches being for the prestigious NXT Championship. Luke Harper made his return to NXT two weeks ago following making his debut on Monday Night RAW last month in a loss to Chris Jericho.

Derrick Bateman versus Alexander Rusev

Also tonight on NXT the highly charismatic Derrick Bateman will be in action as he will take on the big Russian competitor known as Alexander Rusev. Derrick Bateman has a connection with the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena and those in attendance are sure to be behind him tonight. Both of these competitors would love the chance to compete in front of the WWE Universe but in order to do that they have to first catch the attention of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. Bateman and Rusev are both regulars on NXT so must already have shown something to the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. Alexander Rusev had the week off last week but Derrick Bateman was in action with an all-important victory over Xavier Woods. Derrick Bateman may well feel aggrieved, therefore, that Xavier Woods is challenging for the NXT Championship in tonight’s Fatal Four-Way main event despite Bateman defeating Woods last week in singles action. Alexander Rusev already holds one victory over Derrick Bateman, albeit in six man tag team action as two weeks ago on NXT the main event of the evening saw Luke Harper, Xavier Woods and Alexander Rusev defeat Derrick Bateman, Percy Watson and the NXT Champion Seth Rollins in a six man tag team match. Bateman and Rusev have met in singles competition just once before, back in November of last year, with Derrick Bateman picking up the victory over Rusev on that occasion. With the NXT Commissioner Dusty Rhodes sitting on commentary tonight both men will know that they have a chance to impress and will both do all they can to achieve victory.

Naomi versus Maxine

Finally, Divas action tonight on NXT will see the highly athletic Diva known as Naomi in action as she will take on the Diva many call a bitch in Maxine. Both of these Divas would love to one day compete in front of the NXT Universe and be given the chance to challenge for the Divas Championship by Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T, but first they must aim to impress Dusty Rhodes, the NXT Commissioner, tonight on NXT.

Quick Picks:

NXT Championship: Seth Rollins © vs. Xavier Woods vs. DT Porter vs. Luke Harper

Derrick Bateman versus Alexander Rusev

Naomi versus Maxine

WWE NXT (Live from Townsend Livestock Pavilion (FL), 1,300 in Attendance)

Naomi versus Maxine

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Maxine defeated Naomi in 7:54 by pinfall with a DDT. Tonight’s edition of NXT kicked off live from the sold out NXT Arena in Florida with the NXT Universe on their feet as the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes welcomes the television viewers to NXT as the sole NXT commentator. Divas action then kicks off the show as the former professional dancer Naomi takes on the Diva that many see as a bit of a bitch in Naomi. The crowd inside the NXT Arena were fully behind Naomi in this one, and Naomi is perhaps best known for performing in front of the WWE Universe on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown as a dancer for the “Funkasaurus” Brodus Clay, accompanying the big man down to the ring for his matches alongside Cameron. However, for the past several months Naomi has been competing as an in-ring Diva on NXT following Brodus Clay’s decision to drop Cameron and Naomi and focus on his in-ring acumen and his tag team with Alex Riley. Both Naomi and Maxine put on a decent performance here tonight in NXT’s opening contest in the hopes of not only impressing Dusty Rhodes who was avidly watching from the commentary table but also the upper echelon of WWE management, such as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T, both of whom who are said to constantly watching NXT looking for the next breakout star. The Divas division in the WWE is as competitive as ever at the moment with the WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn set to put her title on the line this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View against newcomer Olive Melissa. The Divas Championship may well be a long way away for Maxine and Naomi but the pair were highly competitive tonight with Maxine in particular desperate to pick up the all-important victory following her loss to Caylee Turner, the younger sister for former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox, just last week on NXT. Tonight was Naomi’s first appearance on NXT for four weeks since Naomi teamed up with the “Original Diva” Audrey Marie to defeat the team of Maxine and Raquel Diaz four weeks ago. For large portions of tonight’s match Naomi was able to use her athletic prowess to get the better of Maxine with some incredible moves that many Divas on the main WWE roster would not be able to use. However, it was ultimately Maxine who showed her ruthless aggression to pick up the win here and won the match after hitting Naomi with a vicious DDT. If Maxine is able to focus on her in-ring career as opposed to seducing the male competitors then she will likely have a lot of success in her future. However, the temptress may well feel that she likes causing mayhem too much to stop.

Match Rating: E

Derrick Bateman versus Alexander Rusev

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Derrick Bateman defeated Alexander Rusev in 7:49 by pinfall with a Crossbody. Following a commercial break on NXT, the sole commentator and NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes introduced the television audience back to ringside for the next match of the evening that saw the charismatic Derrick Bateman in action against the big Russian known as Alexander Rusev. Both Derrick Bateman and Alexander Rusev have the physical looks that could well see them succeed in front of the WWE Universe competing on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown but tonight the pair went one on one in front of the sold out NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena in only their second ever singles encounter. The look of Alexander Rusev and the charisma of Derrick Bateman may well mean that they are already in the plans of Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T and the pair put on a decent match tonight with the NXT Universe in attendance in Florida fully behind Derrick Bateman for the duration. The big Alexander Rusev had the week off last week on NXT whilst Derrick Bateman was victorious against Xavier Woods, and tonight Bateman competed with an aggressive side that hinted that he was a little aggrieved not to be included in tonight’s main event instead of Xavier Woods, who will join DT Porter and Luke Harper in challenging Seth Rollins for the NXT Championship in a Fatal Four-Way match. Instead of complaining about it, however, Bateman let his in-ring work do the talking for him tonight and he pinned Rusev with the Crossbody to be victorious for the second week in a row.

NXT Championship: Seth Rollins © vs. Xavier Woods vs. DT Porter vs. Luke Harper

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Seth Rollins defeated Xavier Woods, DT Porter and Luke Harper in 18:14 by pinfall after pinning DT Porter with the Blackout. Seth Rollins makes defence number nine of his NXT Championship. Following a commercial break the NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena come to their feet as the NXT Champion Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring for tonight’s main event when Rollins will put the title on the line in a Fatal Four-Way match against Xavier Woods, DT Porter and Luke Harper. The NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes noted on commentary that he couldn’t be prouder of Seth Rollins as the NXT Champion but he expects a tough challenge for Rollins tonight with three different challengers to worry about. Seth Rollins once again surpassed everyone’s expectations, however, and pinned DT Porter to retain his title whilst Luke Harper and Xavier Woods were brawling on the outside of the ring.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars:

Richie Steamboat versus Primo

The main event of tonight’s episode of WWE Superstars will see two Second-Generation Superstars face off in singles competition as Richie Steamboat, the son of the WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, will take on Primo, one half of the former WWE Tag Team Champions Primo and Epico and the son of the legendary Puerto Rico performer Carlos Colon. In recent weeks Richie Steamboat has been competing on Monday Night RAW in tag team action along with his tag team partner Fatsuhiko Nakajima, and the WWE Universe seem to have took to Steamboat and Nakajima and got behind them largely to their associations with their two managers at ringside, the Godfather and WCW Legend Norman Smiley. Steamboat and Nakajima have been dubbed the “Oriental Dragons” by many and despite them failing to pick up an all-important victory thus far; they continue to be given matches on Monday Night RAW by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. For the past three weeks on RAW the Oriental Dragons have lost consecutive tag team matches to the newly formed team of Roman Reigns and William Regal. Tonight’s match between Primo and Richie Steamboat is a rematch from last week’s WWE Superstars main event which saw Primo defeat Richie Steamboat in what was Primo’s first match on WWE television of 2013. This past week on Friday Night SmackDown Primo was rewarded with his victory over Steamboat last week with a match on SmackDown as he and his cousin Epico teamed up to take on the WWE Tag Team Champions Kane and Daniel Bryan, known as Team Hell No, in Primo and Epico’s home state of Puerto Rico. However, Primo and Epico were unable to get the victory over Team Hell No in tag team action. The manager of both Primo and Epico, the beautiful Latino Diva Rosa Mendes, is likely to be ringside tonight cheering for Primo throughout the match. Both Steamboat and Nakajima as well as Primo and Epico would love the opportunity to be the next time in line to challenge Team Hell No for the WWE Tag Team Championships and a victory for either Primo or Steamboat in singles action tonight on Superstars may well lead them to gaining a future title shot from Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. Richie Steamboat is yet to hold gold during his short time in the WWE although in his last match competing in front of the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena on NXT he teamed up with the NXT Champion Seth Rollins to defeat Calvin Raines and Big E Langston in the evening’s tag team main event. NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes must have saw something in Richie Steamboat to advise WWE management to give him a spot on the main WWE roster. Primo is a former three-time WWE Tag Team Champion having held the titles most recently from last January to last April with his cousin Epico, the other two title reigns coming with his brother Carlito. Primo’s victory over Steamboat last week was his first singles match in over six months and was also his first victory in just as long as he and Epico have failed to win any of their matches on WWE television since last September.

Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara versus Hunico and Camacho

Also tonight on WWE Superstars the high-flying tag team of Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara will be in action as they will take on the team of Hunico and Camacho. The WWE Universe in attendance are sure to be fully behind the team of Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara in this match which is a rematch from last week’s edition of Superstars when Mysterio and Sin Cara were able to defeat Hunico and Camacho in the evening’s opening contest. Both of these tag teams would love the opportunity to challenge the Team Hell No pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan for the WWE Tag Team Championships and a victory for either team tonight may well lead to them gaining the attention of either the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. Rey Mysterio has taken Sin Cara under his ring in recent months and Rey Mysterio sees himself as somewhat of a mentor to Sin Cara. There are far worse mentors that the Mexican Sensation Sin Cara can have as Rey Mysterio is a former Royal Rumble match winner, having won the Royal Rumble match in 2006 and then gone on to Wrestlemania 22 to become the new World Heavyweight Champion for the very first time. Rey Mysterio then won his second World title in the summer of 2010 and is also a former WWE Champion although he only held the title for one evening back in the summer of 2011. Rey Mysterio is also a former two-time WWE Intercontinental Champion and has held the WWE Tag Team Championships on four separate occasions.

Alicia Fox versus Portia Perez

Finally, Divas action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox in action as she will once again take on Portia Perez. Tonight’s match is another rematch with Alicia Fox having defeated Portia Perez for the past two weeks on Superstars. The WWE Universe in attendance are likely to be behind Alicia Fox in this one as she attempts to gain the attentions of both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T and potentially earn herself a future Divas title opportunity. This Sunday Kaitlyn will put the Divas title on the line against Olive Melissa.

Quick Picks:

Richie Steamboat versus Primo

Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara versus Hunico and Camacho

Alicia Fox versus Portia Perez

WWE Superstars (Live from Reitz Arena (MD), 3,500 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Emma versus Aksana

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Aksana defeated Emma in 18:04 by submission. Aksana was visibly tiring towards the end of this match with the dancing Australian Diva Emma having superior physical conditioning to the Lithuanian Diva Aksana. However, despite Emma being the fitter of the two, it was Aksana who picked up the all-important victory over Emma here after forcing the less experienced Emma to submit to a modified dragon sleeper.

Match Rating: E

Pre-Show: Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu versus The Ascension

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Trent & Yoshi defeated The Ascension in 17:33 when Yoshi Tatsu defeated Kenneth Cameron by pinfall with a Gobstopper Knee. Unfortunately this tag team contest needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe in attendance not knowing too much about the Ascension pairing of Conor O’Brian and Kenneth Cameron despite the team spending several months competing in front of the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena in NXT last year. Trent and Yoshi were the ones to get the win here after Yoshi Tatsu pinned Cameron after Barreta had hit him with his Gobstopper Knee.

Match Rating: E+

Pre-Show: Quenki Horiguchi versus Byron Saxton

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Quenki Horiguchi defeated Byron Saxton in 17:43 by pinfall with a Beach Break. The Japanese Superstar Quenki Horiguchi made his debut here and came across as a bit of a weirdo.

Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara versus Hunico and Camacho

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Mysterio & Cara defeated Hunico & Camacho in 8:13 when Sin Cara defeated Camacho by pinfall with a La Mística. The WWE Superstars commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker noted that both of these tag teams would love the opportunity to challenge for the WWE Tag Team Championships somewhere down the line. Mysterio and Sin Cara picked up the win here after Sin Cara pinned Camacho.

Match Rating: C-

Following a commercial break WWE Superstars airs the RAW Rebound which recaps events from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. The show began with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring to a chorus of boos from the WWE Universe in attendance in Puerto Rico. Punk was quick to criticise Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero for putting him in RAW’s non-title main event against Ryback just six days prior to the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View this Sunday when Punk will put the WWE Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match against Ryback, Batista, Chris Jericho, Brock Lesnar and the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose. Brock Lesnar then joined CM Punk in the ring and reminded Punk of their mutual associate Paul Heyman’s plan for both Punk and Lesnar to work together in the Elimination Chamber match this Sunday until all of the other Superstars are eliminated. Later on in the evening we saw Paul Heyman backstage with Brock Lesnar asking former Team Lesnar members Antonio Cesaro, Kassius Ohno, Jack Swagger and Tensai if they had any idea how Punk could defeat Ryback in the evening’s main event until Ryback walked into the room and the room fell silent. Batista came to the ring later in the evening and was attacked by both CM Punk and Brock Lesnar until Ryback rushed to the ring to make the save. In the evening’s non-title main event CM Punk was able to once again defeat Ryback and continue his unbeaten streak which stands at almost six months without defeat.

Rating: B

Alicia Fox versus Sexy Star

In an extremely short match, Alicia Fox defeated Sexy Star in 2:44 by pinfall with a Watch Yo Face. Layla accompanied her friend Alicia Fox to ringside for this match and offered Alicia vocal support throughout the match that Alicia was able to win in quick time.

Match Rating: D-

Following a commercial break WWE Superstars airs highlights from this past week’s edition of WWE Superstars as the show began with the Big Show making his way to the ring and proclaiming to the WWE Universe that this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View he will defeat Randy Orton, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth, Wade Barrett and Alberto Del Rio in their Elimination Chamber match and go on to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. The Big Show also claimed that he and the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler would defeat Sheamus and Randy Orton in SmackDown’s tag team main event. Randy Orton then made his way to the ring and struck the Big Show with an RKO. Later in the evening we saw Sheamus and Randy Orton backstage having a discussion prior to the pair teaming up in the evening’s main event. Also on SmackDown a new Intercontinental Champion was crowned as Curtis Axel made his debut in his new persona by defeating the former Champion Wade Barrett as well as R-Truth in a Triple Threat match to become the new Intercontinental Champion for the first time. Following the match Ted DiBiase challenged Axel to a title match at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View. SmackDown General Manager Booker T announced before the main event that Sheamus will get his rematch for the World title with Ziggler at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View and in the main event Ziggler and the Big Show defeated Sheamus and Orton. A tweet is then shown from Booker T announcing tomorrow night’s main event as Ziggler taking on Ted DiBiase in non-title action.

Rating: B

Richie Steamboat versus Primo

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Primo defeated Richie Steamboat in 7:41 by pinfall with a Backstabber. WCW legend Norman Smiley accompanied Steamboat to ringside.

Post-Show: Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Leo Kruger

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown!:

Non-Title: World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler versus Ted DiBiase

The main event of tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier this week by a tweet sent out by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T and will see the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler in action as he will take on Ted DiBiase in a non-title match. The WWE Universe is likely to be fully behind the “Fortunate Son” Ted DiBiase in this match, the Third Generation Superstar DiBiase being a fan favourite as he continues his comeback from injury. Ted DiBiase is the son of the “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase and the grandson of “Iron” Mike DiBiase and will this Sunday look to become the new WWE Intercontinental Champion for the very first time as he challenges Curtis Axel for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. An all-important victory for Ted DiBiase against the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler in tonight’s SmackDown main event will give DiBiase a lot of momentum heading into his title match with Curtis Axel this Sunday at the WWE Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View. Curtis Axel, also a Third Generation Superstar, made his debut under his new persona last week on SmackDown and was able to defeat the former WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett as well as R-Truth in a Triple Threat match to become the new Intercontinental Champion for the very first time. Following Curtis Axel’s victory last week, Ted DiBiase came to the ring and promptly challenged Axel to a title match at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, which Curtis Axel accepted. Ted DiBiase is yet to taste victory on television since returning to the ring last month following a long term shoulder injury. Dolph Ziggler actually defeated Ted DiBiase in what was the “Fortunate Son’s” first match back on SmackDown three weeks ago. Since then DiBiase also lost to the Miz two weeks ago and was unsuccessful in the Royal Rumble match last month when John Cena outlasted twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the Royal Rumble match for the second time in his career. Two weeks ago on SmackDown Dolph Ziggler made history when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract to defeat She.amus and become the new World Heavyweight Champion for the second time in his career. Sheamus was severely weakened following a gruelling physical match with then Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett when RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero came to the ring and announced that Dolph Ziggler was cashing in his Money in the Bank contract. Ziggler then defeated Sheamus in a matter of minutes to become World Champion. Last week on SmackDown Booker T announced that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Sheamus will execute his rematch clause and challenge Ziggler for the World Heavyweight Championship. Dolph Ziggler defeated Sheamus for the second week in a row in last week’s SmackDown tag team main event when Ziggler and the Big Show defeated the team of Sheamus and Randy Orton.

Non-Title: Tag Team Champions Team Hell No vs. IC Champion Curtis Axel & JTG

Also tonight on Friday Night SmackDown the WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No, the team consisting of Kane and Daniel Bryan, will be in action as they will face the team of the WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel and his tag team partner, JTG. Last week on SmackDown Curtis Axel revealed his new persona to the WWE Universe and then defeated the former Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett as well as R-Truth in a Triple Threat match to become the new Intercontinental Champion for the first time in his career.

R-Truth versus Alberto Del Rio

This Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, R-Truth, Kofi Kingston, Randy Orton, Wade Barrett, the Big Show and Alberto Del Rio will all compete in an Elimination Chamber match with the winner going on to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. Before they are opponents in the Elimination Chamber match this Sunday, however, Alberto Del Rio and R-Truth will take on one another tonight on Friday Night SmackDown. Alberto Del Rio will likely have his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez in his corner tonight as both Del Rio and R-Truth look to build momentum heading into Sunday.

Kofi Kingston versus Abraham Washington

Kofi Kingston will also be competing in the Elimination Chamber match this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, joining R-Truth, Randy Orton, the Big Show, Wade Barrett and Alberto Del Rio in a match that will see the winner go on to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. Kofi Kingston will also be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on Abraham Washington in what will be Washington’s first ever match on Friday Night SmackDown. The manager of Darren Young and Titus O’Neil, the Prime Time Players, Washington will look to impress SmackDown General Manager Booker T in his in-ring SmackDown debut tonight.

Rey Mysterio versus Mark Henry

Two former World Heavyweight Champions will face one another tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as the high-flying Rey Mysterio will take on the World’s Strongest Man Mark Henry. The WWE Universe will witness a classic case of speed versus strength tonight as Mysterio looks to cause an upset over the larger Henry.

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn versus Portia Perez

Finally, the WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown in a non-title match against Portia Perez. This Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Kaitlyn will put her title on the line against Olive Melissa.

Quick Picks:

Non-Title: World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler versus Ted DiBiase

Non-Title: Tag Team Champions Team Hell No vs. IC Champion Curtis Axel & JTG

R-Truth versus Alberto Del Rio

Kofi Kingston versus Abraham Washington

Rey Mysterio versus Mark Henry

Pre-Show: Alicia Fox versus Tamina

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Tamina defeated Alicia Fox in 17:47 by pinfall with a Samoan Drop. Layla accompanied her friend Alicia Fox to ringside for this one and Layla offered Alicia Fox vocal support throughout the match. However, Layla’s presence at ringside was not enough to help Alicia Fox get the all-important victory here as the more powerful Tamina won the match after hitting Alicia with a Samoan Drop.

Match Rating: D+

Pre-Show: The Uso’s versus Team Rhodes Scholars

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, The Uso's defeated Team Rhodes Scholars in 17:54 when Jey Uso defeated Cody Rhodes by pinfall with an Alley-Us. Alicia Fox remained at ringside following her loss against Tamina and she offered vocal support to twin brothers Jimmy and Jey Uso throughout their match with the Team Rhodes Scholars pairing of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Alicia Fox cheered on the Uso’s throughout the match and her support seemed to give the Uso’s confidence and they hit the double team manoeuvre the Alley-Us and then Jey pinned Cody Rhodes to get the win for his team.

Match Rating: C+

Pre-Show: Ezekiel Jackson versus The Miz

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, The Miz defeated Ezekiel Jackson in 18:08 by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. Ezekiel Jackson was visibly tiring towards the end of this match.

Match Rating: B

Friday Night SmackDown begins with the “Viper” Randy Orton making his way to the ring to a terrific ovation from the WWE Universe in attendance. Orton retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that it is far too long since he has been the World Champion and proclaims that this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View he will defeat Kofi Kingston, R-Truth, Wade Barrett, the Big Show and Alberto Del Rio and go on to Wrestlemania to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship. Orton says that he has been in Elimination Chamber matches before and that this Sunday inside the Elimination Chamber he will do whatever it takes to ensure victory. Orton warns all of the competitors this Sunday as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T that he is a dangerous person and that he will hurt people this Sunday. The Big Show then joins Randy Orton in the ring and says that he will be the one to win the Elimination Chamber match this Sunday and that despite Orton hitting him with an RKO last week he was still able to defeat him in the evening’s tag team main event last week. Orton tells the Big Show that he didn’t pin him last week and that he won’t pin him this Sunday. The Big Show then unleashes a knockout punch that sends Orton spiralling to the mat. The Big Show then heads to the back as SmackDown heads to a commercial break.

Rating: A

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn versus Portia Perez

In an extremely short match, Kaitlyn defeated Portia Perez in 4:56 by pinfall with an Atomic Wedgie Bomb. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note that this Sunday Kaitlyn will put her Divas title on the line against Olive Melissa.

Match Rating: D

Following Kaitlyn’s non-title victory over Portia Perez she celebrates in the ring in front of the WWE Universe until Olive Melissa comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand. Olive Melissa proclaims that this Sunday she will defeat Kaitlyn to become the new Divas Champion.

Rating: D

The following contests are confirmed to take place at tonight’s WWE Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View:

EC: WWE Title: Punk © v US Champ Ambrose v Batista v Ryback v Y2J v Lesnar

The main event of tonight’s Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View will see the WWE Champion CM Punk put the WWE Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match against the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Batista, Ryback, Chris Jericho and Brock Lesnar. The winner of this match will then go on to defend the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania against John Cena after John Cena defeated twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the Royal Rumble match last month. Batista shocked the entire WWE Universe when he made his return on RAW a few weeks ago to make the save after CM Punk and Brock Lesnar were attacking Ryback. CM Punk has been upset with the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero in recent weeks for putting him in high profile non-title main events of Monday Night RAW against the likes of Batista and Ryback, though Punk has been victorious in all of his matches since last September and is currently on a winning streak that has lasted almost six months. CM Punk is also the longest reigning WWE Champion of the past twenty-five years and his title reign currently stands at over four-hundred and fifty days after Punk defeated the former Champion Alberto Del Rio at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View in November of 2011 to become the new WWE Champion for the third time in his career. Both CM Punk and Brock Lesnar have claimed heading into tonight’s match that they will work together to eliminate their competition before competing one on one to determine who will head to Wrestlemania as the WWE Champion. Both CM Punk and Brock Lesnar are associates of Paul Heyman and Heyman concocted the plan to ensure that one of his clients will be headlining Wrestlemania as the WWE Champion.

Elimination Chamber Match: Orton v Kofi v R-Truth v Del Rio v Big Show v Barrett

Another Elimination Chamber match will take place tonight with Randy Orton, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth, Alberto Del Rio, the Big Show and Wade Barrett all competing in an Elimination Chamber match with the winner going on to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T selected the participants for this match and three of them in Orton, Del Rio and Barrett are already former World Heavyweight Champions. The “Viper” Randy Orton and the Big Show have been battling one another on SmackDown in recent weeks and the Big Show sent a message to Orton as well as the entire WWE Universe this past week on SmackDown when he knocked Orton out with a Knockout Punch. Two of the participants in tonight’s match faced off this past week on SmackDown with Alberto Del Rio defeating R-Truth. Del Rio will be unable to get any assistance from his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez in tonight’s match as he will be stuck outside of the steel structure.

World Heavyweight Championship: Dolph Ziggler © versus Sheamus

The World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line tonight as Dolph Ziggler looks to make his first title defence as he takes on the former World Champion Sheamus. Three weeks ago on SmackDown the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero came to the ring following a match between Sheamus and then Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett and announced that Ziggler was cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Ziggler would then defeat Sheamus in a matter of minutes to become the new World Champion for the second time in his career and tonight Sheamus will challenge for the title using his contractually obligated rematch clause.

Tag Team Titles: Team Hell No © vs. Reigns & Regal vs. Team Rhodes Scholars

It was announced this past week on Friday Night SmackDown that the Team Hell No pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan will put their WWE Tag Team Championships on the line tonight in a Triple Threat tag team match against the team of Roman Reigns and William Regal as well as the Team Rhodes Scholars pairing of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Team Hell No have held the titles for almost six months after becoming Champions at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View last September.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Curtis Axel © versus Ted DiBiase

Two weeks ago on Friday Night SmackDown Curtis Axel unveiled his new persona to the WWE Universe and then defeated the former Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett as well as R-Truth in a Triple Threat match to become the new Intercontinental Champion for the very first time. Tonight Axel will make his first title defence against Ted DiBiase.

2013 Royal Rumble Winner John Cena versus Antonio Cesaro

Last month John Cena outlasted twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the 2013 Royal Rumble match and the next night on Monday Night RAW announced that he will challenge for the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania. Before then, Cena will take on Antonio Cesaro tonight.

WWE Divas Championship: Kaitlyn © versus Olive Melissa

Finally, Kaitlyn will look to make the second successful defence of the Divas Championship she won at the TLC Pay-Per-View in December tonight as she takes on the challenge of Olive Melissa.

http://cdn2.khloekcdn.celebuzz.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/WWE-Monday-Night-Raw-580x326.jpg

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW:

Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Batista

The main event of tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW will see the WWE Champion CM Punk in action as he will take on the “Animal” Batista in a non-title match. The WWE Champion CM Punk has criticised Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero in recent weeks for putting him in tough matches every week on RAW and Punk will likely be very irritated at having to take on Batista once again just twenty-four hours after defending his WWE Championship inside an Elimination Chamber last night. The WWE Universe watched on in almost disbelief as CM Punk again continued his historic title reign last night at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View when he defeated the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Brock Lesnar, Ryback, Batista and Chris Jericho inside the Elimination Chamber. CM Punk will now head to Wrestlemania next month as the reigning and defending WWE Champion and will put his title on the line in the main event of the “Grandest Stage of them all” against John Cena after John Cena won the 30 Man Royal Rumble match last month at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View, outlasting twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the Royal Rumble match for the second time in his career and earn the right to challenge for the Championship of his choosing at Wrestlemania. It will also be interesting to see if there is any interaction between CM Punk and Brock Lesnar tonight after CM Punk failed to follow through with Paul Heyman’s plan last night. Paul Heyman, who is associated with both CM Punk and Brock Lesnar, planned for CM Punk and Brock Lesnar to work together in the Elimination Chamber match to eliminate the competition before finally competing one on one to determine who will head to Wrestlemania as the WWE Champion. However, CM Punk rolled up Brock Lesnar and pinned him last night whilst Dean Ambrose was still in the match and then Punk went on to defeat Ambrose to retain his title. CM Punk’s opponent tonight, Batista, made his return to the WWE three weeks ago by coming to the aid of Ryback after the “Wrecking Machine” was the victim of a two-on-one attack at the hands of Punk and Lesnar. Two weeks ago on RAW Batista faced Punk in the evening’s non-title main event in what was Batista’s first match in several years. However, CM Punk was victorious over Batista two weeks ago and the “Animal” also seemed really off his game in last night’s Elimination Chamber match as he was eliminated first by Brock Lesnar. Batista will need to put on a better performance tonight if he is to beat CM Punk, whose title reign is currently the longest in the past twenty-five years after he defeated the former Champion Alberto Del Rio at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View back in November of 2011 to become the new WWE Champion for the third time. The self-proclaimed “Best in the World” is also currently on an almost six month winning streak that has spanned twenty-four matches without defeat thus far. A victory over Batista tonight, with Punk’s advocate Paul Heyman likely to be at ringside, would put his winning streak at a quarter of a century and give Punk a lot of momentum heading into his next title defence against John Cena in the main event of Wrestlemania.

Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

Also tonight on Monday Night RAW we will see tag team action as the “Team CoBro” pairing of Santino Marella and Zack Ryder will take on the team of Roman Reigns and William Regal. Last night at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Reigns and Regal failed to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions as Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow defeated Reigns and Regal as well as the former Champions Team Hell No in a Triple Threat tag team match to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions.

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose versus Evan Bourne

Last night at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Dean Ambrose competed in the biggest match of his career as he joined Brock Lesnar, Batista, Chris Jericho and Ryback in challenging CM Punk for the WWE Championship in the Elimination Chamber match. The United States Champion Ambrose almost shocked the entire WWE Universe as he was the final challenger remaining in the match before Punk defeated him to retain his title. Tonight on Monday Night RAW Dean Ambrose will be in non-title action against the high-flying Evan Bourne.

Chris Jericho versus Jack Swagger

“Y2J” Chris Jericho will also be in action tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on the former World Heavyweight Champion Jack Swagger. Last night at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Chris Jericho failed to become the WWE Champion inside the Elimination Chamber match as CM Punk defeated Jericho, Batista, Ryback, Brock Lesnar and the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose to retain his title.

Alex Riley versus Antonio Cesaro

Last night at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Antonio Cesaro was unable to defeat the 2013 Royal Rumble winner John Cena as Cena defeated Cesaro. The WWE Universe was shocked last night as the Rock came to the ring and claimed that he wants him and Mick Foley to team up one more time to take on Cesaro and Kassius Ohno at Wrestlemania. The Rock ‘n’ Sock Connection may be on Cesaro’s mind, but tonight he needs to focus against Alex Riley.

Emma versus Kharma

Finally, Divas action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the Dancing Australian Diva Emma in action against the behemoth known as Kharma. Emma has been victimised by Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero in recent weeks.

Quick Picks:

Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Batista

Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose versus Evan Bourne

Chris Jericho versus Jack Swagger

Alex Riley versus Antonio Cesaro

Emma versus Kharma

WWE Monday Night RAW (Live from TD Garden (MA), 18,044 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Brodus Clay versus Tensai

In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, Brodus Clay defeated Tensai in 18:22 by submission. Brodus Clay was visibly tiring towards the end of this match between two Superstars that both weigh a substantial amount. However, Brodus Clay had the WWE Universe behind him throughout the match and was able to pick up the all-important victory despite his inferior physical condition after forcing Tensai to tap out to a bear hug.

Match Rating: B-

Pre-Show: Ryback versus Kassius Ohno

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Kassius Ohno defeated Ryback in 18:05 by pinfall with a Hangman's Elbow. Ryback was visibly tiring towards the end of this match against the less muscular Kassius Ohno. Competing in an Elimination Chamber match at last night’s Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View had clearly took its toll on Ryback tonight and he was very tired by the end of this match. It was Kassius Ohno that was able to pick up the victory and build momentum heading into a potential tag team match against the Rock and Mick Foley at Wrestlemania.

Match Rating: C-

Pre-Show: Mason Ryan versus Curt Hawkins

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Mason Ryan defeated Curt Hawkins in 18:16 by pinfall with a Batista Bomb. The former WWE Tag Team Champion Curt Hawkins was really off his game tonight which led to the Welsh powerhouse Mason Ryan picking up the win.

Match Rating: D+

Monday Night RAW begins with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring to a chorus of boos from the WWE Universe in attendance. Punk takes a microphone and says that last night in this very ring he did what nobody else thought possible, he defeated the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Batista, Ryback, Chris Jericho and Brock Lesnar to win the Elimination Chamber match and retain his WWE Championship. Punk claims that the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View is now behind him, and he is now looking to the future. Punk notes that his future is Wrestlemania and is next title defence, which will be in the main event of Wrestlemania against the winner of the 2013 Royal Rumble match, John Cena. Punk says that Cena may have outlasted twenty-nine other Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the Royal Rumble match, but Punk is the best in the world. Punk says that he is once again unhappy with the incompetence of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero for putting him in a match against Batista in tonight’s main event. Punk says he will nevertheless beat Batista tonight in their non-title match. Brock Lesnar then joins Punk in the ring and says that he wants to speak to him about last night, when Punk failed to follow Paul Heyman’s plan and eliminated Lesnar. Punk says that business is business, and leaves Lesnar alone in the ring.

Rating: B

Emma versus Kharma

In an extremely short match, Kharma defeated Emma in 4:10 by pinfall with a Sitout Powerbomb. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler use this match to discuss the confrontation we just saw between Punk and Lesnar.

Match Rating: D

Following Emma’s victory she celebrates with the WWE Universe until Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero comes to the ring flanked by Beth Phoenix and Natalya. Beth and Natalya look as though they are going to attack Emma until Kelly rushes to the ring to make the save. Vickie, Beth and Natalya then retreat up the entrance-way where they are joined by Sexy Star, who glares at Emma and Kelly in the ring.

Rating: D

Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

In an extremely short match, Reigns & Regal defeated Team CoBro in 4:39 when Roman Reigns defeated Santino Marella by submission. The commentary team announce that at Wrestlemania the winners of this match will join another as of yet unnamed tag team in challenging Team Rhodes Scholars for the WWE Tag Team Championships in a Triple Threat tag team match. It was Reigns and Regal who got the win and a place in the title match at Wrestlemania.

Match Rating: D+

Paul Heyman comes to the ring and says that he needs to address the situation between his two clients, the WWE Champion CM Punk and Brock Lesnar. Before Heyman can say anything else, however, the WWE Universe comes to their feet as Randy Orton makes his way to the ring. Orton announces that Booker T has banned him from SmackDown due to his brawls with the Big Show, so Orton is looking for someone to fight tonight. Orton then hits Heyman with a right hand.

Rating: A

Chris Jericho versus Jack Swagger

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Chris Jericho defeated Jack Swagger in 8:19 by submission with a Walls of Jericho. Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero accompanied Swagger to ringside.

Match Rating: C+

John Cena comes to the ring and says that at Wrestlemania he will defeat CM Punk to become the new WWE Champion. AJ Lee then comes to the ring and asks if Cena is angry that she aligned herself with Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero last night. Cena says that he needs to focus on his own career and leaves the ring.

Rating: C

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose versus Evan Bourne

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Dean Ambrose defeated Evan Bourne in 7:05 by pinfall with a Powerbomb. Ambrose and Bourne have great chemistry as opponents.

Alex Riley versus Antonio Cesaro

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Antonio Cesaro defeated Alex Riley in 6:45 by pinfall with a Ricola Bomb. Riley and Cesaro have great chemistry as opponents.

Match Rating: B-

As Cesaro is celebrating his victory the WWE Universe rises as one as the Rock makes his way to the ring. The Rock tells Cesaro that he and Kassius Ohno better be ready to face Rock and Foley at Wrestlemania and the Rock wants an answer from Foley soon.

Rating: A

Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Batista

In a match that had a fantastic crowd and great wrestling action, CM Punk defeated Batista in 7:41 by submission with an Anaconda Vice. JR and King claim that Punk will face his biggest challenge yet against Cena at Wrestlemania, while Cole argues that Punk is on the biggest role of his career.

http://wrestlingnewsandviews.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/nxt.jpg

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE NXT:

Eli Cottonwood versus Xavier Woods

The main event of tonight’s edition of NXT will see the giant known as Eli Cottonwood in action as he will take on the unpredictable competitor known as Xavier Woods. This should be a tremendous main event in front of what is sure to be a sold out NXT Arena and the fans in attendance will likely be behind Eli Cottonwood after Xavier Woods has shown an aggressive side as of late that has made the NXT Universe question his character. Both of these competitors will be doing all they can in tonight’s main event to impress the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes and potentially earn a future opportunity to challenge Seth Rollins for the NXT Championship. Eli Cottonwood and Xavier Woods will also both know that higher ups in the WWE management structure such as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T regularly watch NXT looking for the next break out star and both Eli Cottonwood and the uber-confident Xavier Woods would no doubt love the opportunity to one day compete in front of the WWE Universe on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown. Three weeks ago on NXT Xavier Woods earned a victory over the NXT Champion Seth Rollins in the evening’s six man tag team main event, although Xavier Woods did not pin Seth Rollins in that match. Three weeks ago the team of Xavier Woods, Luke Harper and the big Russian known as Alexander Rusev defeated the team of the NXT Champion Seth Rollins, Derrick Bateman and Percy Watson. Two weeks ago on NXT however Xavier Woods was unsuccessful as he was defeated by Derrick Bateman in singles competition. Just last week on NXT Xavier Woods competed in the evening’s Fatal Four-Way main event for the NXT Championship as Woods joined DT Porter and Luke Harper in challenging the first ever NXT Champion Seth Rollins for the NXT Championship. However, it was Rollins who was victorious in that match and yet again retained the Championship he has held for over seven months when he pinned DT Porter following the Blackout after Xavier Woods and Luke Harper were brawling on the outside of the ring. Tonight will only be Eli Cottonwood’s second appearance on NXT for the past twelve months as his first match on NXT in over a year came at the end of January when he teamed up with PAC to take on the team of Xavier Woods and Alexander Rusev. That match ended in a double count out after the two teams brawled on the outside of the ring with the NXT official unable to separate PAC and Xavier Woods or the two big men Alexander Rusev and Eli Cottonwood. Tonight on NXT Eli Cottonwood will make only his second appearance on NXT in over a year and will look to make a big impact in the evening’s main event against the “Prince of Funk” Xavier Woods. The experience and speed factor in this match will likely go to Xavier Woods who has been competing for several years as well as studying for a PhD.

NXT Champion Seth Rollins and Luke Harper versus Bo Dallas and PAC

Also tonight on NXT the reigning NXT Champion Seth Rollins will be in action as he will team up with the big man Luke Harper in a tag team match against the team of Bo Dallas and the “Man that Gravity Forgot” PAC. Seth Rollins is the reigning NXT Champion after winning the NXT Championship last summer against Jinder Mahal in the finals of the Gold Rush tournament to become the first ever NXT Champion. The NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena tonight are sure to be behind Seth Rollins although his opponents, Bo Dallas and PAC, are also very popular. It is unclear whether Seth Rollins and Luke Harper will be able to work together tonight after being opponents last week when Seth Rollins defeated Luke Harper, DT Porter and Xavier Woods in the evening’s Fatal Four-Way match to make the ninth successful defence of his NXT Championship. Since handing him the title last summer the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes has shown a lot of faith in Seth Rollins and is certainly giving him a test tonight teaming up with the unpredictable and often crazed Luke Harper in a tag team match against two of NXT’s fastest rising stars. Luke Harper already has experience of competing in front of the WWE Universe as he made his debut on Monday Night RAW last month in a losing effort against the legendary Chris Jericho. Both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T are regularly watching NXT scouting for talent and another impressive performance by Luke Harper tonight could see him get the call to appear on RAW or SmackDown again in the near future.

Caylee Turner versus Raquel Diaz

Finally, Divas action tonight on NXT will see Caylee Turner in action against the daughter of the late, great WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero, Raquel Diaz. Caylee Turner is the younger sister of the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox and would love to follow in her sister’s footsteps and one day compete in front of the WWE Universe on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown. However, some argue that Raquel Diaz has more chance of appearing on WWE television sooner as she is the daughter of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Caylee Turner’s best hopes of getting the call to appear on WWE television may well be impressing the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T.

WWE NXT (Live from Townsend Livestock Pavilion (FL), 1,300 in Attendance)

NXT kicks off with Audrey Marie walking down a corridor backstage until she bumps into Maxine. Audrey Marie apologises to Maxine and says that she should have been looking where she was going, and Maxine glares at Audrey Marie. Maxine tells Audrey Marie that she might call herself the “Original Diva” but Maxine thinks that Audrey Marie isn’t even a Diva at all. Audrey Marie tells Maxine that every single Diva inside the NXT locker-room thinks that Maxine is nothing more than a man-eating bitch. Maxine replies to Audrey Marie that perhaps she is just jealous because every single man inside the sold out NXT Arena tonight would do anything to be with Maxine. Audrey Marie tells Maxine that she would advise all members of the NXT Universe to stay as far away from Maxine as possible, as not only does nobody know exactly where she’s been, but if a man turned their back on Maxine she would take their wallet from under their nose faster than you can say “Derrick Bateman”. Maxine tells Audrey Marie that she knows what this is about, it’s jealousy. Maxine says that she may have a bit of a reputation for being a sexy temptress but at least people are talking about her. Maxine says that everyone has her eyes on her, including the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. Audrey Marie asks Maxine why she’s not involved in tonight’s Divas match if Dusty Rhodes likes her so much, and why is it Caylee Turner taking on Raquel Diaz tonight and not Maxine in action. Maxine asks Audrey Marie the same question, and Audrey Marie replies that honestly she feels that Raquel Diaz gets special treatment because she is the daughter of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Audrey Marie says that she is the only Diva on NXT who works for things by herself, claiming that Raquel Diaz uses her mother’s position of power to get her way, Maxine seduces men into doing her dirty little bidding and that Caylee Turner may not even be competing on NXT if her older sister wasn’t the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox. Maxine tells Audrey Marie that everyone needs something to get by in life, and that she has a feeling that the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T would give her a contract anytime she chooses if she just clicks her fingers. Audrey Marie tells Maxine that if there is any justice in this world then she will be the one appearing in front of the WWE Universe on WWE television before Maxine. The saucy temptress Maxine tells Audrey Marie that she wouldn’t be surprised if she was the one challenging Kaitlyn for the WWE Divas Championship at Wrestlemania next month whilst Audrey Marie is still toiling on NXT failing to pick up any noteworthy victories of any kind. Audrey Marie then reminds Maxine that she has been on NXT for many years and has not once made any waves within the WWE Universe. Maxine tells Audrey Marie that she’s a total hypocrite as even though Audrey Marie says that she doesn’t need anyone’s help to be successful everyone saw her in the back flirting with the NXT Champion Seth Rollins three weeks ago. Audrey Marie says that she’s heard enough of Maxine’s bile, and heads down the corridor.

Caylee Turner versus Raquel Diaz

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Raquel Diaz defeated Caylee Turner in 8:16 by pinfall with a Frogsplash. NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes welcomes us to NXT as the sole commentator and says that he is looking forward to tonight’s opening contest between two of NXT’s fastest rising Divas. The NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena are fully behind Caylee Turner throughout the duration of this match. Caylee Turner would no doubt love to one day follow in the footsteps of her older sister, former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox, and compete in front of the WWE Universe on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown. However, many feel that Raquel Diaz will be the one appearing on Monday Night RAW in the not too distant future due to her mother being Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. The best chance that Caylee Turner has of appearing on WWE television may be to catch the attention of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T.

NXT Champion Seth Rollins and Luke Harper versus Bo Dallas and PAC

In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, NXT Champion Seth Rollins and Luke Harper defeated Bo Dallas and PAC in 8:22 by pinfall after Seth Rollins pinned PAC with the Blackout. NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes noted on commentary that he is testing Seth Rollins by putting him in a match where he has to team up with somebody that he may not be friends with. The WWE Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena are unsure as of who to cheer in this one with Rollins, Bo Dallas and PAC being very popular competitors. It is Rollins and Harper that get the win here after Seth Rollins pins PAC.

Xavier Woods versus Eli Cottonwood

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Xavier Woods defeated Eli Cottonwood in 8:05 by pinfall with a DDT. Tonight’s main event sees the “Prince of Funk” Xavier Woods in action against the giant known as Eli Cottonwood. The NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes notes on commentary that a victory for either of these men could well put them in the reckoning for a future title opportunity against the NXT Champion Seth Rollins. It is Woods who picks up the all-important win here.

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/5/5e/WWE_Superstars_logo.png

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars:

Zack Ryder versus Jack Swagger

The main event of tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars will see “Long Island Iced Z” Zack Ryder in action as he will take on the former World Heavyweight Champion, the “All American American” Jack Swagger. Both of these Superstars have been competing in tag team matches recently on Monday Night RAW with Zack Ryder teaming with Santino Marella as “Team CoBro” whilst Jack Swagger has been teaming up with Tensai as of late. Both Ryder and Swagger would therefore like an all-important victory tonight to potentially put their respective team in the running for a future shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships, currently held by Team Rhodes Scholars, the pairing of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Team Rhodes Scholars became the new WWE Tag Team Champions for the very first time this past Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View when they defeated the former Champions, the Team Hell No pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan, as well as the team of Roman Reigns and William Regal in a Triple Threat tag team match. It was announced this past Monday on RAW that the winner of Reigns and Regal versus “Team CoBro”, that took place this past Monday on RAW, would earn a spot in a Triple Threat tag team match at Wrestlemania when two teams will challenge Team Rhodes Scholars for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Reigns and Regal defeated Santino and Ryder on RAW to earn the first spot in the Championship match at Wrestlemania but there is still one spot remaining and the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T may well reveal the other challengers this Friday night on SmackDown. If Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero has her way, then it will be Swagger and Tensai in the Championship match at Wrestlemania as Vickie Guerrero still manages Swagger and will likely accompany Swagger to ringside in the main event of WWE Superstars. The WWE Universe in attendance are sure to be fully behind Zack Ryder in this match as the self-proclaimed “Internet Champion” is quite popular among the WWE Universe and has built quite a following for himself using social media. Zack Ryder is a former WWE Tag Team Champion having held the titles with Curt Hawkins back in the summer of 2008 and is also a former WWE United States Champion as he held the title from December of 2011 to January of 2012, when he lost the title to tonight’s opponent, Jack Swagger. The “All American American” would go on to hold the WWE United States Championship up until March of last year. As aforementioned, Swagger is also a former World Heavyweight Champion after he cashed in the Money in the Bank briefcase he won back in 2010 at Wrestlemania on Chris Jericho on an episode of Friday Night SmackDown the next week to become the new World Heavyweight Champion for the very first time. Swagger would hold the title for almost three months until he lost it in June of 2010. Just like Ryder, Jack Swagger was also on the losing side of things this past Monday on RAW as he was defeated by Chris Jericho. Three weeks ago on WWE Superstars Swagger was also in action in the evening’s main event, defeating Zack Ryder’s tag team partner Santino Marella. Last month on Monday Night RAW Swagger and Ryder’s teams also met in tag team action as Swagger and Tensai defeated Santino and Ryder.

Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Hunico and Camacho

Tag team action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the team of Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima take on the Hispanic duo of Hunico and Camacho. There is a clear international flavour in this match with Fatsuhiko Nakajima being a Japanese Superstar from the Orient thus the name of Steamboat and Nakajima’s team being referred to by many as the “Oriental Dragons”. Richie Steamboat is of course a second generation Superstar being the son of the legendary WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat and the WWE Universe in attendance are likely to be fully behind the team of Steamboat and Nakajima tonight on WWE Superstars. WCW legend Norman Smiley as well as the Godfather have been accompanying Steamboat and Nakajima to the ring of late, and we may well see an appearance from one or both of the legendary competitors tonight on WWE Superstars mentoring Steamboat and Nakajima. Both of these tag teams would love to be a part of the Triple Threat tag team match at Wrestlemania for the WWE Tag Team Championships which will see the new WWE Tag Team Champions, the Team Rhodes Scholars pairing of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow, put their titles on the line against Roman Reigns and William Regal as well as one other tag team that is as of yet unannounced. A victory tonight on WWE Superstars for either of these teams could may well catch the attentions of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T and earn themselves a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships on the “Grandest Stage of them all” Wrestlemania.

Alicia Fox versus Kharma

Finally, Divas action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox in action as she will take on the behemoth of a Diva known as Kharma. The WWE Universe in attendance tonight are likely to support Alicia Fox in this one after Kharma has been doing the bidding of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as of late. Kaitlyn defeated Olive Melissa this past Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View to make the second successful defence of her WWE Divas Championship. Both of these Divas will be hoping to be next in line for a title shot.

Quick Picks:

Zack Ryder versus Jack Swagger

Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Hunico and Camacho

Alicia Fox versus Kharma

WWE Superstars (Live from the Hart Center Arena (MA), 3,284 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Kelly Kelly versus Portia Perez

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Kelly Kelly defeated Portia Perez in 18:09 by pinfall with a K2. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe still not knowing too much about Portia Perez despite her competing in several matches on Friday Night SmackDown and WWE Superstars over the past few months. It was the more experienced Kelly Kelly who picked up the all-important victory in this one.

Match Rating: D

Pre-Show: Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu versus The Ascension

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Trent & Yoshi defeated The Ascension in 17:37 when Yoshi Tatsu defeated Conor O'Brian by pinfall with a Gobstopper Knee. This match also needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe not caring too much for the Ascension despite the Ascension competing in several matches on Superstars and SmackDown over the past few months and despite spending the majority of last year competing in front of the NXT Universe on NXT. It was Trent and Yoshi who got the win in this one after Yoshi pinned Conor O’Brian after Barreta had delivered his trademark Gobstopper running knee.

Match Rating: E+

Pre-Show: Uncle Elgin versus Byron Saxton

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Uncle Elgin defeated Byron Saxton in 17:34 by pinfall with a Sitout Powerbomb. This was Uncle Elgin’s first match in the WWE and he came across as a complete Bad Ass.

Match Rating: F-

Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Hunico and Camacho

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Hunico & Camacho defeated The Oriental Dragons in 7:52 when Camacho defeated Richie Steamboat by submission. The Godfather accompanied the team of Steamboat and Nakajima to ringside for tonight’s opening contest on WWE Superstars and the Godfather offered vocal support to Steamboat and Nakajima throughout the match but his presence was not enough to lead them to victory tonight as Camacho made Steamboat tap out to an armbar to win the match for his team.

Following a commercial break WWE Superstars airs the RAW Rebound which recaps events from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. The show began with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring and bragging about his victory in the Elimination Chamber match this past Sunday at the WWE Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View when he defeated the United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Brock Lesnar, Chris Jericho, Batista and Ryback to retain his title. Punk said that he shocked the entire WWE Universe by once again retaining his title. Punk proclaimed that he will now go on to Wrestlemania to put the title on the line in the main event against John Cena, the winner of the 2013 Royal Rumble match. Punk said that Cena may have outlasted twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to retain his title, but Punk is the best in the world. Brock Lesnar then came to the ring and confronted Punk about not following Paul Heyman’s plan in the Elimination Chamber match as Punk pinned Lesnar before all the other competitors were eliminated. Punk said that business was business and left the ring. Later in the evening Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero tried to lead an attack on Emma with Beth Phoenix and Natalya before Kelly Kelly made the save and then Kelly and Emma had a stare-down with Sexy Star. John Cena would later come to the ring and claim that he will defeat CM Punk to become the new WWE Champion at Wrestlemania. AJ Lee then joined Cena and asked if he was angry with her after she aligned herself with Vickie Guerrero at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View in an attack on her former best friend, the Divas Champion Kaitlyn. Cena told AJ that he needs to focus on his own career and left the ring. In RAW’s non-title main event the WWE Champion CM Punk defeated Batista.

Rating: C

Alicia Fox versus Kharma

In an extremely short match, Alicia Fox defeated Kharma in 2:40 by pinfall with a Watch Yo Face. Layla accompanied her good friend Alicia Fox to ringside for this one in a match that Alicia won in quick time.

Match Rating: C-

Highlights are shown from this past Sunday’s Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View including the opening Elimination Chamber match of the evening which saw Alberto Del Rio defeat the Big Show, Wade Barrett, R-Truth, Kofi Kingston and Randy Orton to earn a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. Del Rio’s personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez was outside of the structure for the duration of the match so was unable to assist him physically in the match. Also on Sunday Dolph Ziggler made the first successful defence of his World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Sheamus. Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero was in Ziggler’s corner at ringside on Sunday. At Wrestlemania therefore Dolph Ziggler will put his World title on the line against Alberto Del Rio. A tweet is then shown from Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T announcing that this Friday’s SmackDown main event will see Ziggler take on Sheamus one more time, this time in non-title action.

Rating: B-

Zack Ryder versus Jack Swagger

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Zack Ryder defeated Jack Swagger in 8:29 by pinfall with a Rough Ryder. Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero accompanied Swagger to ringside.

Match Rating: B-

Post-Show: Alexander Rusev versus Leo Kruger

In an absolutely wretched bout that was devoid of action or heat, Leo Kruger defeated Alexander Rusev in 12:44 by submission. The crowd were totally turned off during this match as they care so little for either man.

Match Rating: F-

Post-Show: Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd versus Peter Orlov and Mike Dalton

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Justin Gabriel & Tyson Kidd defeated Orlov & Dalton in 12:40 when Justin Gabriel defeated Mike Dalton by pinfall with a 450 Splash. The WWE Superstars commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker remained at ringside to watch this match which saw Gabriel win the match for his team after pinning Mike Dalton.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown!:

Non-Title: World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler versus Sheamus

The main event of tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was announced by a tweet sent out by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T earlier this week and will see the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler in action as he will take on the former World Champion the “Celtic Warrior” Sheamus in a non-title match. Three weeks ago on Friday Night SmackDown the main event saw then World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus taking on then WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in a non-title Champion versus Champion match. The match between Barrett and Sheamus, two Brits, was very physical but ultimately saw Sheamus pick up the all-important victory. Following the victory for Sheamus, the WWE Universe would enter a state of shock as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero came to the entrance-way with a microphone and announced that her client Dolph Ziggler was cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Ziggler would then defeat Sheamus in a matter of minutes to become the brand new World Heavyweight Champion for the second time. This past Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Sheamus challenged Ziggler for the World title in what was his contractually obligated rematch. However, Ziggler was able to defeat Sheamus again and retain his World Heavyweight Championship successfully for the very first time. We now know that at Wrestlemania Dolph Ziggler will put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Alberto Del Rio after Alberto Del Rio defeated the Big Show, Wade Barrett, R-Truth, Randy Orton and Kofi Kingston in an Elimination Chamber match this past Sunday to become the new Number One Contender to the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. Like Ziggler, Sheamus is also a two-time World Heavyweight Champion having held the title for the first time from last Wrestlemania in April of 2012 and holding it until the Tables, Ladders and Chairs Pay-Per-View last December when Del Rio defeated Sheamus in the evening’s Tables, Ladders, Chairs and Chains main event to become the new World Champion in controversial circumstances. Sheamus would then defeat Del Rio at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View last month to become the World Heavyweight Champion for the second time before losing it to Ziggler the next Friday on SmackDown. Sheamus is also a former King of the Ring winner having won the tournament back in 2010 and is also a former two-time WWE Champion and a former WWE United States Champion having held the title from March of 2011 to May of 2011. As well as defeating Sheamus to become the new World Champion three weeks ago and defeating Sheamus to retain the title again this past Sunday, Ziggler also holds a recent tag team victory over Sheamus as two weeks ago on Friday Night SmackDown the team of Dolph Ziggler and the Big Show were victorious over the team of Sheamus and Randy Orton. Dolph Ziggler is undefeated since becoming the World Champion earlier this month and has not lost a one on one match since last November when he was defeated by the high-flying Kofi Kingston on Friday Night SmackDown.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Team Rhodes Scholars versus The Uso’s

Also tonight on Friday Night SmackDown the new WWE Tag Team Champions, the Team Rhodes Scholars pairing of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow, will be in action as they will take on the twin brothers Jimmy and Jey Uso in a non-title match. This past Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Team Rhodes Scholars defeated the former WWE Tag Team Champions, the Team Hell No pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan, as well as the team of Roman Reigns and William Regal in a Triple Threat tag team match to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions for the very first time as a unit.

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel versus Kane

This past Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Curtis Axel made the first successful defence of his WWE Intercontinental Championship when he defeated Ted DiBiase. Tonight on Friday Night SmackDown Curtis Axel faces another stern test as he will take on Kane in a non-title match. Kane is likely to be in a very bad mood tonight on SmackDown after he and Daniel Bryan, Team Hell No, lost the WWE Tag Team Championships this past Sunday in a Triple Threat tag team match to Team Rhodes Scholars, the team of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow.

R-Truth versus The Big Show

Both R-Truth and the Big Show will likely be showing signs of the gruelling Elimination Chamber match that they competed in this past Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View when the pair face off against one another in singles competition tonight on Friday Night SmackDown. This past Sunday it was Alberto Del Rio who was victorious in the Elimination Chamber match over R-Truth, the Big Show, Kofi Kingston, Randy Orton and Wade Barrett and Del Rio will now head to Wrestlemania to challenge Dolph Ziggler for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Inaomichi Marufuji versus Mark Henry

The “World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on Inaomichi Marufuji in what many members of the WWE Universe will see as a very one-sided contest. Mark Henry will be hoping to impress Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T with an emphatic victory tonight.

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn versus Olive Melissa

Finally, the WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn will take on Olive Melissa tonight in a non-title match in a rematch from this past Sunday’s Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View when Kaitlyn defeated Melissa to retain her title.

Quick Picks:

Non-Title: World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler versus Sheamus

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Team Rhodes Scholars versus The Uso’s

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel versus Kane

R-Truth versus The Big Show

Inaomichi Marufuji versus Mark Henry

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn versus Olive Melissa

(Predictions are welcomed, there will be a prediction contest held every month. This is the final show of this month’s contest and the overall winner will be able to pick the stipulation for the WWE Championship match at the upcoming WWE Extreme Rules Pay-Per-View!)

Alicia Fox remained at ringside throughout this tag team match following her match earlier in support of Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd. <em>Friday Night SmackDown begins with the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler making his way to the ring to a mixed reaction from the WWE Universe in attendance in Arizona. Ziggler takes a microphone from the ringside area and proclaims that this past Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View he proved just how damn good he is when he defeated Sheamus once again to make the first successful defence of his World Heavyweight Championship. Ziggler says that he will now go on to Wrestlemania to put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Alberto Del Rio after Del Rio defeated five other Superstars to win the Elimination Chamber match on Sunday. Ziggler says that Del Rio’s opponents in the Elimination Chamber match, Wade Barrett, Randy Orton, R-Truth, Kofi Kingston and the Big Show, are all impressive, but none of them compare to Dolph Ziggler. The World Champion then notes that Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T has put him in a non-title match with Sheamus tonight, and Ziggler looks forward to beating Sheamus for the third time in as many weeks. Alberto Del Rio then comes to the ring along with his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez and the pair immediately attack Dolph Ziggler. The music of Sheamus then hits the arena and the “Celtic Warrior” runs down the entrance-way but doesn’t get in the ring and instead turns around and heads to the back. Del Rio and Rodriguez then stand over a fallen Ziggler as SmackDown heads to a commercial break.</em></p><p>

<strong>Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn versus Olive Melissa</strong></p><p>

In an extremely short match, Kaitlyn defeated Olive Melissa in 5:30 by pinfall with an Atomic Wedgie Bomb. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker use this match to discuss the mindset of Sheamus after he refused to save Ziggler earlier.</p><p>

<em>Following her victory over Olive Melissa, Kaitlyn celebrates in front of the WWE Universe and then Layla comes to the ring to join her. The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW: </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>

<strong>Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Ryback</strong></p><p>

The main event of tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW will see the WWE Champion CM Punk in action as he will take on the powerhouse known as Ryback in a non-title match. Two weeks ago at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View CM Punk shocked many members of the WWE Universe by once again retaining his WWE Championship, this time in an Elimination Chamber match against the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Brock Lesnar, Chris Jericho, Batista and Ryback. Last week on Monday Night RAW CM Punk began the show by coming to the ring and proclaiming that he is still the WWE Champion and that he will defeat John Cena at Wrestlemania in the evening’s main event to once again retain his WWE Championship. CM Punk seems to believe that even though John Cena outlasted twenty-nine other Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the Royal Rumble match back in January, CM Punk is the best in the world and that he is better than every single participant that took part in the Royal Rumble match. There is an ongoing tension between Paul Heyman’s two clients, the WWE Champion CM Punk and Brock Lesnar after CM Punk eliminated Brock Lesnar in the Elimination Chamber match despite Paul Heyman planning beforehand for Punk and Lesnar to work together in the match until they were the only two Superstars remaining. Brock Lesnar came to the ring last week and seemed unhappy with CM Punk but the self proclaimed “Best in the World” CM Punk simply walked off claiming that “business is business”. In recent months CM Punk has been unhappy with the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero for putting him in high-profile matches every week on RAW and he will be unhappy again tonight as he faces a stern test in the “human wrecking machine” Ryback. CM Punk faced another physical challenge in last week’s Monday Night RAW non-title main event but was able to overcome with a victory over the “Animal” Batista. CM Punk is currently the longest reigning WWE Champion in the past twenty-five years having defeated the former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View all the way back in November of 2011 to begin his third reign as WWE Champion. CM Punk is also currently in the middle of a historic undefeated streak that currently stands at twenty-five matches, otherwise known as a quarter of a century of matches, without defeat. CM Punk’s winning streak has lasted over six months since it began last September. There are several victories over Ryback in that winning streak with Punk being the first Superstar to ever defeat Ryback when they faced off last October in a Hell in a Cell match for the WWE Championship at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View. In that match CM Punk became the first Superstar to ever pin Ryback. CM Punk is also the first person to ever force Ryback to submit having made Ryback tap out to the Anaconda Vice last December at the TLC Pay-Per-View when he defeated both John Cena and Ryback in a Triple Threat match to retain his WWE Championship. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Brodus Clay and Alex Riley versus Roman Reigns and William Regal</strong></p><p>

Also tonight on Monday Night RAW we will witness tag team action as the team of Brodus Clay and Alex Riley, always ever popular with the WWE Universe, will take on the team of Roman Reigns and William Regal. It was announced last week on Monday Night RAW that Reigns and Regal will be challenging Team Rhodes Scholars for the WWE Tag Team Championships at Wrestlemania in a Triple Threat tag team match, and the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T announced last week that the Uso’s will be the second challengers in that match.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose versus Evan Bourne</strong></p><p>

The WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose will be in action tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on the high-flying Evan Bourne in a non-title match. Evan Bourne is continuing his comeback following a long term injury and will hope to impress both the WWE Universe as well as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero with an all-important victory over Ambrose tonight.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Randy Orton versus Jack Swagger</strong></p><p>

Last week on Monday Night RAW Randy Orton made his way to the ring to interrupt Paul Heyman and announced that he has been banned from Friday Night SmackDown by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T due to his constant brawling with the Big Show. Last week on SmackDown the Big Show challenged Orton to a match at Wrestlemania and tonight on RAW Orton will be in action as he takes on the former World Heavyweight Champion Jack Swagger.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chris Jericho versus Tensai</strong></p><p>

“Y2J” Chris Jericho will also be in action tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on Tensai in singles competition. With Wrestlemania just around the corner, Jericho will be looking for a decent performance in front of the WWE Universe tonight in the hopes that Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero will give him a match at the “Grandest Stage of them All”.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Emma and Kelly Kelly versus Kharma and Sexy Star</strong></p><p>

Finally, tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the Divas take centre stage as Emma will team with Kelly Kelly to take on the team of Kharma and Sexy Star. Both Emma and Kelly have had problems with Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero in recent months.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Quick Picks:</strong> </p><p>

Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Ryback</p><p>

Brodus Clay and Alex Riley versus Roman Reigns and William Regal</p><p>

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose versus Evan Bourne</p><p>

Randy Orton versus Jack Swagger</p><p>

Chris Jericho versus Tensai</p><p>

Emma and Kelly Kelly versus Kharma and Sexy Star</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

(Predictions are welcomed, there will be a prediction contest held every month.)</p>

WWE Monday Night RAW (Live from Blackham Coliseum (LA), 11,625 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Batista versus Chavo Guerrero

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Batista defeated Chavo Guerrero in 18:30 by pinfall with a Spinebuster. The “Animal” Batista was visibly tiring towards the end of this match as he is still getting used to being in the ring again following a hiatus of several years. The much smaller Chavo Guerrero therefore had an advantage over Batista from a stamina point of view but it was Batista who gained his first victory since returning to the WWE in this one.

Match Rating: B-

Pre-Show: Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Kings of Wrestling

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Kings Of Wrestling defeated The Oriental Dragons in 18:11 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Richie Steamboat by pinfall with a K.R.S. O.N.E. The Godfather accompanied the fledgling team of Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko to ringside for this tag team match against the Kings of Wrestling duo of Antonio Cesaro and Kassius Ohno. However, despite the presence of the Godfather at ringside offering vocal support to Steamboat and Nakajima, it was the Kings of Wrestling who picked up the all-important victory here after Cesaro pinned Richie Steamboat.

Match Rating: C-

Pre-Show: Mason Ryan versus Bray Wyatt

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Bray Wyatt defeated Mason Ryan in 17:44 by pinfall with a Standing Senton Splash. Bray Wyatt was visibly tiring towards the end of this match but was still able to pick up the win.

Match Rating: D

Monday Night RAW begins with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring to a chorus of boos from the WWE Universe in attendance. Once in the ring Punk retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and immediately proclaims that he is the best wrestler in the world. Punk says that he has proven it time and time again and he will prove it again in tonight’s non-title Monday Night RAW main event when he will take on Ryback. CM Punk claims that he is being victimised by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero by having to face Ryback tonight after facing Batista in last week’s non-title main event. Punk claims that despite everyone trying to stack the deck against him, he will be victorious again tonight and will also win against John Cena in the main event of Wrestlemania. Punk says that Cena may have outlasted twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the Royal Rumble match but none of Cena’s opponents that night are worthy of tying the laces of CM Punk. Brock Lesnar then joins CM Punk in the ring and Punk is immediately cautious given Lesnar’s anger towards Punk last week. However, Lesnar tells Punk that he has spoken to Paul Heyman, an associate of both Punk and Lesnar, and Lesnar has agreed to forget about Punk eliminating him in the Elimination Chamber match. Punk and Lesnar then shake hands and the pair head to the back together.

Rating: B

Emma and Kelly Kelly versus Kharma and Sexy Star

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Emma and Kelly Kelly defeated Kharma and Sexy Star in 6:19 when Emma defeated Sexy Star by pinfall with a Roaring Elbow. Sexy Star seemed off her game tonight which allowed the team of Emma and Kelly Kelly to capitalise and pick up the win in this Divas tag team match after Emma pinned Sexy Star.

Match Rating: D

Following the Divas tag team match Emma and Kelly celebrate in the ring until the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero comes to the entrance-way flanked by Beth Phoenix and Natalya. Vickie orders Beth and Natalya to get in the ring and attack Emma and Kelly Kelly but Emma and Kelly stand their ground in the ring and Beth and Natalya retreat back up the entrance-way. Vickie then introduces the newest Diva on the roster, her daughter Raquel Diaz. Vickie’s order then joins Beth, Natalya and Vickie on the entrance-way and has a stare down with Emma and Kelly in the ring.

Rating: D+

Brodus Clay and Alex Riley versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Brodus & Riley defeated Reigns & Regal in 5:45 when Brodus Clay defeated Roman Reigns by pinfall with a Big Splash. Brodus Clay was really off his game tonight but he and Riley were still able to pick up the win here after Brodus Clay pinned Roman Reigns. This is a bump in the road for Reigns and Regal as they head towards their title match at Wrestlemania.

Match Rating: D

The 2013 Royal Rumble winner John Cena comes to the ring and proclaims that at Wrestlemania he will defeat CM Punk to become the new WWE Champion. AJ Lee then comes to the ring and tells Cena she wants to talk to him and explain her relationship with Vickie Guerrero, and Cena replies that he’s done talking and leaves AJ alone in the ring.

Rating: C

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose versus Evan Bourne

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Dean Ambrose defeated Evan Bourne in 7:45 by pinfall with a Powerbomb. Ambrose and Bourne have great chemistry as opponents.

Match Rating: B-

Following his victory, Dean Ambrose celebrates in the ring until Vickie Guerrero comes to the entrance-way and tells Ambrose that she would like to introduce him to his two challengers for the US title at Wrestlemania, and Santino Marella and Zack Ryder then come to the entrance-way.

Rating: C

Chris Jericho versus Tensai

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Chris Jericho defeated Tensai in 8:20 by pinfall with a Lionsault. Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler note on commentary that Jericho has looked good in recent weeks, while Michael Cole argues that Jericho doesn’t deserve a match at Wrestlemania as he hasn’t won a “big” match.

Match Rating: B-

Following his victory Chris Jericho celebrates in the ring until Brock Lesnar comes to the entrance-way, flanked by Paul Heyman. Heyman says that Jericho has been a victim of Lesnar in the past, and he will be a victim again when they meet at Wrestlemania. Jericho tells Lesnar and Heyman to bring it on, challenge accepted.

Rating: B+

Randy Orton versus Jack Swagger

In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, Randy Orton defeated Jack Swagger in 7:39 by pinfall with an RKO. Orton seemed off his game tonight but was still able to defeat Swagger.

Match Rating: B

Another strange and dark video plays featuring the Undertaker. The “Phenom” says that he has already listed Wade Barrett and Ryback as potential victims at Wrestlemania, and a third potential is Batista.

Rating: A

Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Ryback

In a bout that featured great action and great heat from the audience, CM Punk defeated Ryback in 11:52 by submission with an Anaconda Vice. This was a decent victory for the WWE Champion CM Punk.

Match Rating: B

Post-Show: Alexander Rusev versus Curt Hawkins

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Tyler Reks defeated The Road Dogg in 13:21 by pinfall with a Burning Hammer. The Road Dogg was visibly tiring towards the end of this match.

Match Rating: D

Final Show Rating: B

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE NXT:

Non-Title: NXT Champion Seth Rollins versus Bo Dallas

The main event of tonight’s edition of NXT will see the reigning NXT Champion Seth Rollins take on Bo Dallas in non-title action. Seth Rollins is the first and only ever NXT Champion since winning the title last Summer by virtue of winning the Gold Rush tournament to decide a first Champion. Seth Rollins has won the respect of the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena over the past six months or so as well as the plaudits of the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes.

Derrick Bateman versus Luke Harper

Also tonight on NXT the charismatic Derrick Bateman will be in action as he will take on Luke Harper in singles competition. Luke Harper has recent experience of competing in front of the WWE Universe as back in January he made his debut on Monday Night RAW in a losing effort against Chris Jericho.
