Monday Night RAW begins live from the world famous Madison Square Garden arena with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring. Punk basks in the boos he receives from the WWE Universe in attendance before taking a microphone from the ringside area. Punk says that last night at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View he did what nobody else thought he could do, he defeated the mighty “Great One”, the “People’s Champion” the Rock to once again successfully retain his WWE Championship. CM Punk says that his road to Wrestlemania will be consistent with more victories, continuing his winning streak that currently stands at twenty matches without defeat. Punk says that John Cena should think very carefully about what Champion he chooses to challenge at Wrestlemania after Cena won the Royal Rumble match last night, outlasting twenty-nine other Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to book his place in the main event of Wrestlemania. Punk says that in tonight’s non-title main event he will defeat Mason Ryan. Brock Lesnar then joins CM Punk in the ring and informs Punk that he has just come from the office of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero, and she told him that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Punk will put the WWE title on the line in the Elimination Chamber match. Lesnar then announces that he will be one of the five challengers in that match. Punk and Lesnar then stare at one another as RAW cuts to a commercial break.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE NXT:

NXT Champ Seth Rollins, Bateman & Watson vs. Luke Harper, Rusev & Woods

The main event of tonight’s episode of NXT will see six man tag team action as the NXT Champion Seth Rollins will team up with the charismatic Derrick Bateman and the highly athletic Percy Watson to take on the team of Luke Harper, the big Russian Alexander Rusev and the egotistical Xavier Woods. NXT Commissioner, the WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes will likely be watching tonight’s main event very closely and the team of Luke Harper, Alexander Rusev and Xavier Woods will no doubt recognise that a victory over a team including the NXT Champion Seth Rollins could well earn them a future title opportunity. A jam packed NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena will be treated to what is sure to be a fantastic main event with all six NXT competitors looking to impress not only the NXT Commissioner Dusty Rhodes but also the higher ups from the WWE such as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T who regularly watch NXT looking for the next breakout star. Luke Harper has some experience of performing in front of the WWE Universe as he took on the legendary Chris Jericho last month on an episode of Monday Night RAW in a losing battle. Seth Rollins has held the NXT Championship for over six months now after becoming the first ever NXT Champion by virtue of winning the NXT Gold Rush tournament last summer to become the first ever NXT Champion, defeating 3MB member Jinder Mahal in the tournament final. Seth Rollins has gone on to make seven successful title defences including most recently defeating Alexander Rusev, DT Porter and Bray Wyatt in a Fatal Four-Way match back in December of last year. Seth Rollins is yet to make his first title defence of 2013 but a victory for Luke Harper, Alexander Rusev or Xavier Woods, albeit in six man tag team action, over Seth Rollins tonight could well earn them a future Championship opportunity. In recent weeks Seth Rollins has been the victim of attacks by the dark and mysterious Bray Wyatt. Four weeks ago Bray Wyatt attacked Seth Rollins in the ring whilst Rollins was addressing the NXT Universe until Percy Watson, one of the NXT Champion’s partners tonight, made the save. Three weeks ago on NXT a brawl once again ensued between Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt after Bray Wyatt interrupted Rollins in the ring once more and launched an attack on Rollins. Two weeks ago Seth Rollins once again brawled with Bray Wyatt earlier in the evening before Rollins defeated one of his opponents tonight, Alexander Rusev, in non-title action. Last week on NXT Seth Rollins had a rare night off and did not appear on NXT for the first time in several months. Xavier Woods and Alexander Rusev teamed up last week to take on the team of Eli Cottonwood and PAC but the match ended in a no contest after the referee lost control of the action as Alexander Rusev and Eli Cottonwood brawled with one another on the outside of the ring whilst Xavier Woods and PAC also fought on the outside of the ring. Tonight Rusev and Woods team up once again with Luke Harper also on their team.

Bo Dallas versus Bray Wyatt

The dark and mysterious Bray Wyatt will also be in action tonight on NXT as he will take on the second generation competitor Bo Dallas, the son of Mike Rotunda, in singles competition. Bray Wyatt will look for an all-important victory in front of the NXT Universe inside the packed out NXT Arena tonight in order to continue to impress not only the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes but also the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T as Bray Wyatt continues to campaign for not only a shot at the NXT Championship currently held by Seth Rollins but also the chance to perform in front of the WWE Universe on the main WWE roster. In recent weeks on NXT we have been introduced to Bray Wyatt’s “family” of Joey Matthews, a former WWE Tag Team Champion, as well as Julius Smokes, a former street thug and gangster who claimed that his life was not only saved but also turned around by the “Eater of World’s” Bray Wyatt. It was four weeks ago on NXT that Joey Matthews and Julius Smokes first introduced themselves as members of Bray Wyatt’s family and later that evening Bray Wyatt made his intentions clear as he attacked the NXT Champion Seth Rollins in the ring before Percy Watson made the save. Later on in the evening both Matthews and Smokes would watch at ringside as Bray Wyatt defeated the debuting Marcus Owens in the evening’s main event. Wyatt will be hoping for another big victory tonight over Bo Dallas.

Mia Yim versus Vanessa Harding

Finally, Divas action tonight on NXT will see Mia Yim make her NXT debut as she will take on the arrogant Vanessa Harding. Both of these Divas will be looking to impress the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes tonight on NXT with the hope of being given more opportunities to perform in front of the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena in the coming months. Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T regularly watch NXT looking to boost the Divas roster and both of these Divas would love to one day compete in front of the WWE Universe.

Quick Picks:

NXT Champ Seth Rollins, Bateman & Watson vs. Luke Harper, Rusev & Woods

Bo Dallas versus Bray Wyatt

Mia Yim versus Vanessa Harding

<strong>Mia Yim versus Vanessa Harding</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Mia Yim defeated Vanessa Harding in 7:48 by pinfall with a Crossbody. NXT kicks off live from a sold out NXT Arena with Divas action as the debuting Mia Yim takes on Vanessa Harding in singles competition. NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes introduces television viewers to the show from his position at the announce table as Rhodes is now the sole commentator on NXT. Rhodes notes that he sees big things in Mia Yim’s future so has decided to give her what is an eagerly anticipated debut match in front of the raucous NXT Universe in attendance tonight. Both of these Divas did whatever they could in tonight’s match in an effort to impress not only Dusty Rhodes but also higher members of WWE management such as Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. Both of these Divas would no doubt love to one day perform in front of the NXT Universe and tonight Mia Yim got one step closer to that dream as she defeated Vanessa Harding with an impressive Crossbody from the top rope to pick up the all-important victory in her debut match.</p><p>

<em>Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find the beautiful “Original Diva” Audrey Marie walking along the corridor until she bumps into the reigning NXT Champion, Seth Rollins. Audrey Marie seems embarrassed about having bumped into Rollins but she eventually opens her mouth to tell Seth Rollins that as in recent weeks the Wyatt Family have tried to recruit Divas to their group, including Maxine and Caylee Turner, Audrey Marie wants to assure Seth Rollins that she would never join the Wyatt Family. Audrey Marie says that she respects Seth Rollins so much for all of his incredible performances he has put on inside the NXT Arena since becoming the first ever NXT Champion. Audrey Marie says that Rollins has also rightfully earned the respect of the NXT Universe and that she is sure that the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes is very proud to call Rollins the first ever NXT Champion. Seth Rollins thanks Audrey Marie for her array of compliments and once again comments that he is well aware that it is his destiny to some day perform in front of the WWE Universe but until that day Seth Rollins wants to become the greatest NXT Champion of all time and create a legacy that can never be duplicated. Seth Rollins says that he is sure that is disappoints both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T but Rollins will not leave NXT whilst he is the NXT Champion. Seth Rollins says that he had the week off last week and that he felt uncomfortable watching on from the sidelines, and is looking forward to getting back in the ring for tonight’s six-man tag team match when Rollins will team with Derrick Bateman and Percy Watson to take on the team of Luke Harper, Alexander Rusev and Xavier Woods. Rollins says that even though he wasn’t competing in last week’s edition of NXT he did see Audrey Marie’s match against Maxine in last week’s opening contest. Audrey Marie looks embarrassed and says that she let herself down in losing to Maxine last week. Rollins consoles Audrey and tells her not to worry about Maxine, as she’s a man eating bitch. Rollins says that although Audrey Marie look last week’s match she showed a lot of promise. Audrey Marie perks up at hearing this and reminds both herself and Rollins that it was only two weeks ago on NXT that Audrey Marie teamed up with Naomi to defeat Maxine and Raquel Diaz in tag team action. Seth Rollins thanks Audrey Marie for her support and says that he hopes that she doesn’t get sucked into joining the Wyatt Family currently comprised of the father, the “Eater of Worlds” Bray Wyatt and his family of Joey Matthews and Julius Smokes. Rollins says that ever since Matthews and Smokes first introduced themselves to the NXT Universe four weeks ago Wyatt has took it upon himself to attack Rollins. Rollins says that he was lucky that one of his tag team partners tonight, Percy Watson, had his back four weeks ago when Wyatt attacked Rollins in the ring. Rollins says that Wyatt also attacked him in the ring three weeks ago and that Rollins is fed up of it. Rollins once again thanks Audrey Marie for her support and continues on his way and Audrey Marie heads for the Divas locker-room.</em></p><p>

<strong>Bo Dallas versus Bray Wyatt</strong></p><p>

In a bout that featured great action and average heat, Bo Dallas defeated Bray Wyatt in 8:29 by pinfall with a Belly to Belly Suplex. Two of NXT’s fastest rising competitors faced one another inside the sold out NXT Arena as Bo Dallas faced Bray Wyatt. NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes notes that Wyatt wants a shot at the NXT Championship but he will need to win tonight to prove that he deserves a title shot. Wyatt does not succeed as Bo Dallas gets the win here.</p><p>

<strong>NXT Champ Seth Rollins, Bateman & Watson vs. Luke Harper, Rusev & Woods</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, Luke Harper, Alexander Rusev and Xavier Woods defeated NXT Champion Seth Rollins, Derrick Bateman and Percy Watson in 7:41 by pinfall when Luke Harper pinned Percy Watson following a Lariat. Tonight’s NXT main event was a feisty six-man tag team match and the NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena were firmly behind the team of the NXT Champion Seth Rollins, Derrick Bateman and Percy Watson throughout. However, it was Luke Harper who picked up the win for his team when he pinned Percy Watson with a huge lariat.</p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/5/5e/WWE_Superstars_logo.png</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>

<strong>Santino Marella versus Jack Swagger</strong></p><p>

The main event on tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars will see the “Master of the Cobra” Santino Marella in singles competition as he will take on the former World Heavyweight Champion, the “All American American” Jack Swagger. Santino Marella is exceptionally popular with the WWE Universe who are regularly entertained by his madcap antics, but tonight he will have to be serious in the ring against a formidable opponent in Jack Swagger. Both Santino Marella as well as Jack Swagger competed in the 30 Man Royal Rumble match this Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View when John Cena outlasted twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to become the Royal Rumble winner for the second time in his career. Santino Marella was also in action this past week on Monday Night RAW when he joined Dean Ambrose in challenging Antonio Cesaro for the WWE United States Championship in a Triple Threat match. However, Santino was unable to once again become the new United States Champion this past week on Monday Night RAW as Dean Ambrose was victorious and the newcomer Ambrose became the new United States Champion for the very first time in what was an eventful night for Ambrose in Madison Square Garden, the World’s most famous arena. Santino will be hoping for an all-important victory tonight against Swagger to perhaps put him in line for another United States Championship opportunity in the future. Both Santino as well as Jack Swagger have been competing in tag team matches as of late with Santino teaming up with his fellow “Team CoBro” tag team partner Zack Ryder whilst Jack Swagger has competed in several tag team matches with Tensai as his partner recently. As well as earning an important singles victory with a win tonight on Superstars, a victory for either man could also put their respective tag team in line for a future shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships, with Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T potentially looking for the next team to challenge the Team Hell No pairing of Daniel Bryan and Kane for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Santino Marella is a former WWE Tag Team Champion as well as being a former United States Champion, last holding the US title from March to August last year until he was defeated for the title by Antonio Cesaro on the night of the Summerslam Pay-Per-View last August. Santino Marella is also former two-time WWE Intercontinental Champion, last holding that highly respected and coveted Championship back in 2008. Jack Swagger is also a former Champion having held the WWE United States Championship from January to March of last year until he was defeated for the title by Santino Marella himself. Jack Swagger is also a former Money in the Bank ladder match winner having cashed in the Money in the Bank contract to become the new World Heavyweight Champion for the very first time in March of 2010.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara versus Team Rhodes Scholars</strong></p><p>

Also tonight on WWE Superstars we will see tag team action as the high-flying tandem of Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara will take on the Team Rhodes Scholars pairing of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Both Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara are well known for their high-flying manoeuvres that regularly mystify and astound the WWE Universe, and Rey Mysterio has taken Sin Cara under his wings in recent months. Both of these teams would also love a future opportunity to challenge Kane and Daniel Bryan, Team Hell No, for the WWE Tag Team Championships and know that a victory tonight on Superstars could go a long way in gaining the attentions of both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. All four of these Superstars also took part in the 30 Man Royal Rumble match this past Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View which was ultimately won by Jack Swagger. Both Sin Cara and Damien Sandow are yet to hold Championship gold in the WWE but their respective tag team partners tonight are decorated former Champions with Rey Mysterio being a former two-time World Heavyweight Champion having won the title for the first time in the main event of Wrestlemania in 2006 by virtue of winning the 2006 Royal Rumble match. Rey Mysterio is also a former WWE Champion but only held the title for a few hours and has held the WWE Intercontinental Championship on two different occasions. Rey Mysterio is also a former four-time WWE Tag Team Champion and has held the titles with four different partners in Edge, Rob Van Dam, Eddie Guerrero and Batista. Cody Rhodes is also a former two-time Intercontinental Champion and has held the WWE Tag Team Championships on four occasions, twice with Ted DiBiase, once with Hardcore Holly and once with Drew McIntyre.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alicia Fox versus Portia Perez</strong></p><p>

Finally, Divas action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the beautiful and athletic Alicia Fox in action as she takes on relative newcomer Portia Perez. Both of these Divas would like to impress the WWE Universe tonight as well as the WWE management personnel watching, including Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T in the hopes of gaining a future shot at the Divas Championship, currently held by Kaitlyn who was able to defeat Paige this past Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View to make her first successful title defence. Alicia Fox is a former WWE Divas Champion having held the title for two months in the summer of 2010 whilst Portia Perez is yet to hold the Divas title.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Tamina versus Rosa Mendes</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Tamina defeated Rosa Mendes in 18:07 by pinfall with a Samoan Drop. Tamina could use something to freshen her character up, as the WWE Universe in attendance seemed a little bored with Tamina. Nevertheless, Tamina was still able to pick up the all-important victory in this one.</p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu versus Hunico and Camacho</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Trent & Yoshi defeated Hunico & Camacho in 17:37 when Trent Barreta defeated Camacho by pinfall with a Gobstopper Knee. This match was far too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe still not caring too much for the team of Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu despite them teaming up for several months now. Barreta picked up the win for his team here after pinning Camacho following hitting the big man with his trademark Gobstopper Knee.</p><p>

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Team Rhodes Scholars defeated Mysterio & Cara in 7:32 when Cody Rhodes defeated Sin Cara by pinfall with a Cross Rhodes. Sin Cara was acting like a bit of a simpleton during this match and did not implement as many high-flying moves as he usually does. Sin Cara plodding around the ring actually ended up costing his team the victory as Cody pinned Sin Cara after hitting the Cross Rhodes to win the match for his team.</p><p>

<em>Following a commercial break WWE Superstars airs the RAW rebound which recaps events from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. Monday Night RAW began with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to ringside at the sold out Madison Square Garden arena to a chorus of boos from the WWE Universe in attendance. CM Punk bragged at how he had defeated the Rock this past Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View to once again successfully retain his WWE Championship. Brock Lesnar then joined CM Punk in the ring and although both Lesnar and Punk are associates of Paul Heyman, Lesnar announced that he had been told by Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View later this month CM Punk will put his WWE Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match and that Brock Lesnar would be one of the five challengers. Later on in the evening Chris Jericho was in action as he defeated Chavo Guerrero and the commentary team announced that Chris Jericho will also be in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match. The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown!:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>

<strong>Non-Title: Champ vs. Champ: World Champ Sheamus vs. IC Champ Wade Barrett</strong></p><p>

The main event on tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown will see the new World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus in action as he will take on the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in a non-title Champion versus Champion match. This match was announced by a tweet sent out from Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T earlier this week and is sure to be a very competitive hard-hitting contest that will enthral the WWE Universe watching in attendance as well as those watching on their television sets all over the world. This past Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View Sheamus defeated Alberto Del Rio to become the new World Heavyweight Champion for the second time. Alberto Del Rio had previously won the World Heavyweight Championship from Sheamus in controversial circumstances at the TLC Pay-Per-View last December in the evening’s Tables, Ladders, Chairs and Chains main event. Controversy surrounded Del Rio’s Championship win as earlier in the evening Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez entered the locker-room where Sheamus was preparing for the evening’s main event and sprayed some sort of liquid in the eyes of Sheamus. The “Celtic Warrior” was still able to valiantly fight on and defend his title in the main event but he lost the match after Ricardo Rodriguez got involved, holding onto Sheamus and stopping him from interfering as Del Rio climbed a ladder and retrieved the title belt. Justice was served at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View this Sunday however as Sheamus won back the World Heavyweight Championship in his contractually obligated rematch. The opponent of the World Champion tonight is the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, who was also victorious this past Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View as he defeated both the Miz as well as Kofi Kingston in a Triple Threat match to retain his Intercontinental title. Barrett also put on a decent showing in the Royal Rumble match later this night as he joined Kingston, Brock Lesnar and John Cena as the final four participants in the 30 man Royal Rumble match until John Cena outlasted them all, overcoming twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the Royal Rumble match for the second time in his career. However, Sheamus does not have to worry about John Cena whilst he is World Champion as Cena announced this week on RAW that he will be challenging for the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania. Sheamus and Barrett last faced one another last November on SmackDown with Sheamus defeating Barrett in the main event of the evening for two weeks in a row. Barrett does however hold a tag team victory over Sheamus as three weeks ago on SmackDown Del Rio and Barrett defeated Sheamus and Kofi Kingston in the evening’s tag team main event.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd versus The Prime Time Players</strong></p><p>

Also tonight on Friday Night SmackDown we will see tag team action as the high-flying tandem of Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd will team up to take on the Prime Time Players pairing of Darren Young and Titus O’Neil. Gabriel and Kidd are sure to entertain the WWE Universe with their athletic and high-flying manoeuvres. Both teams will be looking to impress General Manager Booker T.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>The Uso’s versus Hunico and Camacho</strong></p><p>

Another tag team match tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see twin brothers Jimmy and Jey Uso take on the Hispanic duo of Hunico and Camacho. The WWE Universe should be well behind the Uso’s in this one as two more teams will look to grab the attention of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T in the hopes of getting a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>WWE Tag Team Champion Daniel Bryan versus Mark Henry</strong></p><p>

One half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No, Daniel Bryan, will also be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on the “World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry. Daniel Bryan’s tag team partner Kane will likely be watching this match closely as will the WWE Universe as two former World Champions go head to head.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Ted DiBiase versus The Miz</strong></p><p>

The Miz was in action twice this past Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View as he joined Kofi Kingston in challenging Wade Barrett for the WWE Intercontinental Championship in the evening’s opening contest in a losing effort as Barrett defended his title successfully and later on in the evening the Miz also took part in the 30 Man Royal Rumble match. The Miz was also unable to win the Royal Rumble match as John Cena won the Royal Rumble match for the second time in his career, outlasting twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown. Tonight on SmackDown the Miz will be in action against Ted DiBiase, who will be looking to impress not only the WWE Universe but also General Manager Booker T as he continues his comeback following a serious shoulder injury.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn versus Aksana</strong></p><p>

Finally, the WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn will also be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as she will take on Aksana in a non-title match. Kaitlyn made the first successful defence of her Divas title this past Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View against Paige. The WWE Universe will likely be behind Kaitlyn for this match as Aksana will look to pick up the all-important victory that may put her in Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T’s plans as a potential future challenger for the Divas title.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Quick Picks:</strong> </p><p>

Non-Title: Champ vs. Champ: World Champ Sheamus vs. IC Champ Wade Barrett</p><p>

Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd versus The Prime Time Players</p><p>

The Uso’s versus Hunico and Camacho</p><p>

WWE Tag Team Champion Daniel Bryan versus Mark Henry</p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Alicia Fox and Layla versus Eve and Portia Perez</strong></p><p>

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Alicia Fox and Layla defeated Eve and Portia Perez in 18:22 when Layla defeated Portia Perez by pinfall with a Lay-Out. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved as the WWE Universe still do not know much about Portia Perez despite her competing on SmackDown for the past month or so. Alicia and Layla picked up the all-important victory in this one after Layla pinned Portia Perez.</p><p>

<em>Friday Night SmackDown begins with the World’s Largest Athlete, the Big Show, making his way to the ring to a chorus of boos from the WWE Universe in attendance. The Big Show takes a microphone from ringside and announces that as John Cena announced on Monday Night RAW that he would be challenging for the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania, the Big Show has just been informed by Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T that he will be one of six participants in an Elimination Chamber match at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View later this month with the winner going on to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. Randy Orton then makes his way to the ring and informs the Big Show that he will also be competing in the Elimination Chamber match and that he will be the one to go on to Wrestlemania and challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship, currently held by Sheamus. Orton then reminds the Big Show that this past Sunday at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View he eliminated the most participants and that the Big Show was one of them. Angered by Orton’s comments, the Big Show hits Orton with a knockout punch before leaving the ring and heading to the back as SmackDown cuts to a commercial break.</em></p><p>

<strong>Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd versus The Prime Time Players</strong></p><p>

Wade Barrett, the Intercontinental Champion, then comes to the ring and says that he will also be in the Elimination Chamber match and then Alberto Del Rio comes to the ring with his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez and says that he will also be in the Elimination Chamber match. <strong>Rating: B+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Alicia Fox accompanied the Uso’s to ringside just as she did Gabriel and Kidd earlier tonight. It was the Uso’s that got the win here after Jey Uso pinned Camacho following a double team manoeuvre.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We cut backstage where R-Truth is storming into the locker-room of Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio is with Ricardo Rodriguez and asks Truth what he wants. <strong>Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Batista</strong></p><p>

The main event of tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW will see the WWE Champion CM Punk in action as he will take on the “Animal” Batista in a non-title match in what will be Batista’s first match in several years. The WWE Universe will no doubt be looking forward to seeing Batista back in action after he returned to the WWE last week on Monday Night RAW but he faces a stern test against the reigning WWE Champion CM Punk, who will do all in his power to pick up the all-important victory. Last week on Monday Night RAW the show began with CM Punk bragging following his victory over the Rock at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View until he was interrupted by another of Paul Heyman’s clients, Brock Lesnar. The “Beast” Brock Lesnar informed CM Punk that he had been told by Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View later this month CM Punk will put the WWE Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match and that Brock Lesnar will be one of the five challengers in that match. Throughout the night last week the other participants in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match were revealed to be Chris Jericho, Ryback and the new WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose, leaving one position vacant. Ryback came to the ring last week on RAW to announce that he will be participating in the Elimination Chamber match until he was attacked by the WWE Champion CM Punk and Brock Lesnar. Punk and Lesnar were beating on Ryback until Batista rushed to the ring to make the save in what was his first WWE appearance in several years. Punk and Lesnar quickly fled the ring as Batista announced that he will be the final participant in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match. Batista is a former four-time World Heavyweight Champion having won the Royal Rumble match in 2005, outlasting twenty-nine other Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to go on to headline Wrestlemania 21 when he defeated Triple H to become the World Heavyweight Champion for the very first time. Batista is also a former two-time WWE Champion as well as holding the WWE Tag Team Championships on four different occasions, twice with Ric Flair, once with Rey Mysterio and once with John Cena, the winner of this year’s Royal Rumble match. John Cena announced last week on RAW that he will be challenging for the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania and will likely be watching tonight’s main event very closely as he scouts two potential opponents at Wrestlemania. CM Punk is currently in his third reign as WWE Champion and is the longest reigning WWE Champion of the past twenty-five years having won the title from Alberto Del Rio at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View back in November of 2011. CM Punk has also won every single match that he has competed in for the past five months, a run stretching back to September of last year and currently standing at twenty-one matches without defeat.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Roman Reigns and William Regal</strong></p><p>

Also tonight on Monday Night RAW the WWE Universe will be treated to tag team action as the “Oriental Dragons” pairing of Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima will once again take on the team of Roman Reigns and William Regal. This is a rematch from last week’s episode of RAW when Reigns and William Regal defeated Steamboat and Nakajima in what was Reigns and Regal’s first match as a team.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose versus Evan Bourne</strong></p><p>

The new WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose will also be in action tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on Evan Bourne. Dean Ambrose defeated the former US Champion Antonio Cesaro as well as Santino Marella last week on RAW in a Triple Threat match to win his first Championship in the WWE, the prestigious United States Championship. Tonight’s match with Bourne will be a non-title affair.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chris Jericho versus Tyler Reks</strong></p><p>

At the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View later this month Chris Jericho will join Ryback, Batista, Brock Lesnar and the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose in challenging CM Punk for the WWE Championship in an Elimination Chamber match. Before the title match inside the Elimination Chamber, however, Chris Jericho will be in action tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on Tyler Reks. Reks has not had too many opportunities to compete on RAW in recent months so will be looking to impress the WWE Universe with what would be an upset victory tonight.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Zack Ryder versus Curt Hawkins</strong></p><p>

Two former tag team partners will go head to head tonight on Monday Night RAW as Zack Ryder will take on Curt Hawkins. Always popular among the WWE Universe, Zack Ryder has been teaming with Santino Marella recently in a tag team known as “Team CoBro” but will be hoping that a singles victory tonight on RAW will give him more opportunities in the future from Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Hawkins and Ryder held the WWE Tag Team Championships together for a period of two months back in the summer of 2008.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Emma versus Sexy Star</strong></p><p>

Finally, Divas action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see Emma take on Sexy Star. Emma has not endeared herself to the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as of late but is gaining a following from the WWE Universe.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Quick Picks:</strong> </p><p>

Pre-Show: Brodus Clay versus Michael McGillicutty

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Michael McGillicutty defeated Brodus Clay in 17:45 by pinfall with a Hennig Plex. The much larger Brodus Clay was visibly tiring towards the end of this match which led to the much more conditioned and smaller Michael McGillicutty hitting the Hennig Plex to pick up the all-important victory.

Match Rating: C-

Pre-Show: Alex Riley versus JTG

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Alex Riley defeated JTG in 17:44 by pinfall with a Spiked DDT. It was Riley that got the win here after pinning JTG following his DDT finisher.

Match Rating: C

Pre-Show: Santino Marella versus Jack Swagger

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Jack Swagger defeated Santino Marella in 18:21 by pinfall with a Gutwrench Powerbomb. Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero accompanied Swagger to ringside for this one.

Monday Night RAW begins with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring to a chorus of boos from the WWE Universe in attendance. CM Punk takes a microphone from the ringside area and proclaims that he is the longest reigning WWE Champion for the past twenty-five years so is very angry at the treatment being given to him by Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Punk says that not only does he have to put his WWE Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match later this month at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View against Ryback, Chris Jericho, Batista, Brock Lesnar and the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose, but Vickie has also put him in a non-title main event match with Batista tonight. CM Punk says that Batista made a big mistake in returning to the WWE last week and saving Ryback from the attack that was being given to him by CM Punk and Brock Lesnar. Punk says that he will beat Batista tonight in his first match in years and prove that he is what he says he is; the best in the world. Brock Lesnar then joins CM Punk in the ring and tells Punk that he has spoken to their manager Paul Heyman, and the plan is for them to work together in the Elimination Chamber match until all over Superstars are eliminated. CM Punk says that’s good with him and the pair shake hands before heading to the back together as RAW cuts to a commercial break.

Rating: B+

Emma versus Sexy Star

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Emma defeated Sexy Star in 5:58 by pinfall with a Roaring Elbow. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler use this match to discuss tonight’s main event as CM Punk will take on Batista in non-title action.

Match Rating: E

Following Emma’s victory Kelly Kelly comes to the ring to celebrate with her until Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero comes to the ring flanked by Beth Phoenix and Natalya, who look as though they are going to attack Emma and Kelly until AJ Lee rushes to the ring and charges at Vickie. Beth and Natalya manage to get Vickie out of the ring and to the entrance-way where they are joined by Kharma who stares down the trio remaining in the ring.

Rating: C+

Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Reigns & Regal defeated The Oriental Dragons in 7:59 when Roman Reigns defeated Fatsuhiko Nakajima by pinfall with a Double Powerbomb. The Godfather accompanied Steamboat and Nakajima to ringside but was unable to lead them to victory as Reigns pinned Nakajima following a double team powerbomb.

Match Rating: D

We cut backstage to find the 2013 Royal Rumble winner in conversation with AJ Lee. AJ asks Cena why he didn’t help her against Vickie Guerrero earlier tonight and Cena tells AJ that he has been told that he will face Antonio Cesaro at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View and needs to focus on that match right now.

Rating: C

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose versus Evan Bourne

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Dean Ambrose defeated Evan Bourne in 7:36 by pinfall with a Moxicity. Dean Ambrose and Evan Bourne have great chemistry as opponents and it showed in their performances here.

Match Rating: C

Ryback comes to the ring and proclaims that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View he will win the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match to become the new WWE Champion for the very first time. WWE Champion CM Punk and Brock Lesnar then rush to the ring and once again attack Ryback until the WWE Universe explodes as Batista makes the save.

Rating: A

Chris Jericho versus Tyler Reks

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Chris Jericho defeated Tyler Reks in 7:57 by submission with a Walls of Jericho. This was a decent victory for Jericho heading into the Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship.

Match Rating: B-

John Cena comes to the ring and says that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View he will defeat Antonio Cesaro. The WWE Universe then boo as Cesaro comes to the entrance-way and says that Cena may have won the Royal Rumble match, but he will not defeat Cesaro at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View.

Rating: B

Zack Ryder versus Curt Hawkins

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Zack Ryder defeated Curt Hawkins in 7:16 by pinfall with a Zack Attack. Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins don’t seem to click as opponents and it made for an awkward bout.

Match Rating: C-

The glass shatters and the WWE Universe come to their feet as “Stone Cold” Steve Austin makes his way to the ring. However, before he can say anything he is hit with a kick to the skull from WWE Champion CM Punk.

Rating: A

Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Batista

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE NXT:

NXT Championship: Seth Rollins © versus Bray Wyatt

The main event of tonight’s edition of NXT will see the NXT Champion Seth Rollins put his NXT Championship on the line against the leader of the Wyatt Family, the “Eater of Worlds” Bray Wyatt. Seth Rollins became the first ever NXT Champion by virtue of winning the Gold Rush tournament last summer, finally defeating now 3MB member Jinder Mahal in the tournament finals to become the first ever NXT Champion. Seth Rollins won the title on a historic night inside the NXT Arena and was applauded by the NXT Universe in attendance as well as the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes who presented Rollins with the Championship belt. Whilst the opponent of Seth Rollins that night, Jinder Mahal, went on to compete in front of the WWE Universe on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown as a part of the Three Man Band known as 3MB alongside Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre, Rollins has forged a legacy on NXT and has made seven successful NXT Championship title defences thus far. Seth Rollins made his first successful title defence against Michael McGillicutty in the main event of an episode of NXT back in September of last year, and in October of last year Rollins defended the title for the second time by defeating William Regal, Briley Pierce and Percy Watson in a Fatal Four-Way match. Last November Rollins made his third successful title defence by defeating one half of the Ascension in Conor O’Brian in the main event of an episode of NXT and last December Rollins made his fourth title defence with a big Triple Threat match victory over both William Regal and Xavier Woods. The next week on NXT Rollins defended the title for the fifth time with a victory over Jake Carter and the week after that Rollins put the NXT Championship on the line for the third week in a row with a Fatal Four-Way match victory over Bray Wyatt, Alexander Rusev and DT Porter. In the main event of the last episode of NXT last year, Seth Rollins defeated Alexander Rusev in one on one action to make his seventh successful title defence. Tonight’s main event will therefore be the first time that Seth Rollins has defended the NXT Championship in 2013. Rollins has stated on several occasions in recent months that he wants to become the greatest NXT Champion of all time and despite gaining the attentions of both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T, Rollins wants to remain on NXT for as long as possible as the reigning and defending NXT Champion. In recent months on NXT Seth Rollins has been the victim of sneak attacks by Bray Wyatt, who appears to be more powerful than ever now that he has revealed his Family to be former WWE Tag Team Champion Joey Matthews as well as the former street thug known as Julius Smokes. The Family also appear to be trying to recruit a Diva to join their ranks with Audrey Marie assuring the NXT Champion Seth Rollins backstage last week that she would not join the Wyatt Family.

Percy Watson versus Luke Harper

Also tonight on NXT the sold out crowd inside the NXT Arena will be treated to a highly competitive singles match as the charismatic and highly athletic Percy Watson will take on the large Luke Harper. Luke Harper has somewhat recent experience of competing in front of the WWE Universe as he was given his debut on Monday Night RAW earlier this year by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero in a losing effort to the former World Champion Chris Jericho. Luke Harper will be hoping that an all-important victory tonight over Percy Watson will gain the attentions of not only Vickie but also the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T and a win for Harper tonight may lead to more appearances on WWE television in the not-too distant future. In the meantime, however, both Percy Watson and Luke Harper need to continue to impress the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes, in order to be given more matches on NXT. Luke Harper was victorious over Percy Watson in last week’s NXT main event as Harper teamed with Alexander Rusev and Xavier Woods to defeat the team of Watson, Derrick Bateman and the NXT Champion Seth Rollins in six-man tag team action.

Derrick Bateman versus Xavier Woods

Two unpredictable competitors will come face to face and head to head inside what is sure to be a jam packed NXT Arena tonight as Derrick Bateman will take on Xavier Woods. The NXT Universe in attendance are likely to be behind Derrick Bateman during the course of this contest as Xavier Woods has displayed a more aggressive side in recent weeks. Both men know that WWE management are constantly monitoring NXT looking for the next break out star so will be doing all they can to attain a victory that may impress both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T and gain them a future opportunity to compete in front of the WWE Universe. With a Championship match tonight on NXT, the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes will also be watching this match looking for potential future title contenders.

Caylee Turner versus Maxine

Finally, Divas action tonight on NXT will see Caylee Turner take on the bitchy man-eater of a Diva known as Maxine. Caylee Turner is the youngster sister of the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox and Caylee would love to one day follow in her sister’s footsteps and compete in front of the WWE Universe on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown. In order to do that, Caylee Turner will have to string together victories on NXT in order to be given more matches by the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes.

Quick Picks:

NXT Championship: Seth Rollins © versus Bray Wyatt

Percy Watson versus Luke Harper

Derrick Bateman versus Xavier Woods

Caylee Turner versus Maxine

http://wrestlingnewsandviews.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/nxt.jpg

WWE NXT (Live from Townsend Livestock Pavilion (FL), 1,300 in Attendance)

NXT kicks off with the NXT Champion Seth Rollins walking down the corridor until he stops and stares at somebody, and the camera pans to reveal that person as being Bray Wyatt. Both Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt have a stare-down before Bray Wyatt walks over to Rollins and attempts to hug him. Rollins moves away from Wyatt in disgust not wanting any part of a hug between the pair. Bray Wyatt smiles and tells Seth Rollins that later tonight in the main event of NXT he will defeat Seth Rollins and become the new NXT Champion, and the entire NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena will have to admit that the Family of Bray Wyatt and Joey Matthews and Julius Smokes are the true leaders and the only truth in this world, and that the rest of the world are liars. Seth Rollins says that he is glad that the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes has given Bray Wyatt a title match tonight as now Rollins can defeat Wyatt and prove that he is the better man and that what he believes in, the music of dark grunge, is far stronger than the weird and surreal beliefs that Wyatt has. Bray Wyatt replies that he is the “Eater of Worlds” and that becoming the brand new NXT Champion later tonight is only the first step in his Family’s dominance. Wyatt says that once he is the NXT Champion those in power in the WWE such as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T will be forced to listen to him and eventually the entire WWE Universe will see that the world that Bray Wyatt lives in is the world that they need to be in. Seth Rollins says that Bray Wyatt isn’t going to accomplish any of his goals and that the Family’s attempts to recruit a Diva from NXT are not even going to work as Audrey Marie told Rollins backstage last week that she would never join the Wyatt Family. Bray Wyatt tells Rollins that there are plenty of other Divas on the NXT roster who are willing to listen and if they follow the buzzards they will reap the rewards just as Joey Matthews and Julius Smokes have done. Seth Rollins tells Wyatt that even Bray Wyatt himself doesn’t seem to be reaping too many rewards as just last week on NXT he lost to Bo Dallas. Wyatt says that there will be a few shortcomings and bumps along the way in his journey but he will still reach his final destination. Wyatt then laughs and reminds Rollins that he was also on the losing end of things last week on NXT as Seth Rollins, Derrick Bateman and Percy Watson were defeated by Luke Harper, Alexander Rusev and Xavier Woods in last week’s six man tag team main event. Rollins retorts that he was not involved in the decision last week so was not the loser of the match. He tells Wyatt that for months now Bray Wyatt has put it upon himself to attack Rollins from behind and Rollins has had enough of it. Rollins says that he has held the NXT Championship since last summer and is a very proud Champion. Rollins says that tonight he and Wyatt will settle it in the ring with the NXT Championship on the line and that he hopes that the Wyatt Family will not get involved. Wyatt says that his loyal followers will do whatever he asks of them, for they are enlightened. Wyatt then walks away leaving Rollins looking confused as we head to ringside for our opening contest.

Rating: C-

Caylee Turner versus Maxine

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Caylee Turner defeated Maxine in 7:45 by pinfall with a Crossbody. NXT Commissioner and WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes introduces us to NXT as the sole commentator and our opening contest sees Divas action as Caylee Turner takes on Maxine. The NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena are fully behind Caylee Turner in this one. Caylee Turner is the younger sister of the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox and Caylee would no doubt love to one day follow in her sister’s footsteps and perform in front of the WWE Universe on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown. Caylee picked up the all-important victory here after pinning Maxine with a Crossbody.

Match Rating: E+

Derrick Bateman versus Xavier Woods

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Derrick Bateman defeated Xavier Woods in 8:21 by pinfall with a DDT. The NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena were fully behind Derrick Bateman during this one as the NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes noted on commentary that he has been impressed with the aggression shown from Bateman in recent weeks. Both of these men would love to one day compete in front of the WWE Universe on either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown and Bateman was the one who got a step closer to his dream tonight as he defeated Woods with a DDT.

Match Rating: D+

Percy Watson versus Luke Harper

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Percy Watson defeated Luke Harper in 7:44 by pinfall with a Missile Dropkick. NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes noted on commentary that this is a classic case of speed against power with the athletic Watson against the strong Harper. Speed won here as Watson pinned Harper following a Missile Dropkick from the top rope.

Match Rating: D-

NXT Championship: Seth Rollins © versus Bray Wyatt

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Seth Rollins defeated Bray Wyatt in 13:20 by pinfall with a Blackout. Seth Rollins makes defence number eight of his NXT Championship. NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes noted on commentary that if the Wyatt Family interfered in tonight’s main event there would be severe consequences. Rollins won the match cleanly to retain his title once again.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>

<strong>Richie Steamboat versus Primo</strong></p><p>

The main event of tonight’s edition of WWE Superstars will see the second generation Superstar, the son of the legendary WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, Richie Steamboat, in singles competition as he will take on Primo. Both Richie Steamboat and Primo have been performing in front of the WWE Universe as part of tag teams in recent months with Richie Steamboat teaming up with the Japanese Superstar Fatsuhiko Nakajima on Monday Night RAW whilst Primo has been teaming up with his cousin Epico on Friday Night SmackDown, Primo and Epico being former WWE Tag Team Champions. Both Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima as well as Primo and Epico would love the opportunity to be the next challengers to the reigning WWE Tag Team Champions, the Team Hell No pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan. A victory for either Steamboat or Primo in singles competition tonight on WWE Superstars could see them move closer to gaining the attentions of Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T and gaining a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships in the not too distant future. Primo will likely be accompanied by Rosa Mendes, the beautiful Latina Diva that manages Primo and Epico, tonight on Superstars. Tonight will be Primo’s first televised match in 2013 and with that will naturally come a lot of pressure for the Puerto Rican Superstar as he looks to pick up an all-important victory to build momentum not only for him but for his cousin and tag team partner Epico. As aforementioned, Primo is a former three-time WWE Tag Team Champion and most recently held the WWE Tag Team Championships with his cousin Epico from January of last year to the end of April last year. Richie Steamboat is yet to hold gold in the WWE but he and Fatsuhiko Nakajima would no doubt cherish an opportunity to challenge for the WWE Tag Team Championships. Richie Steamboat has been managed by WCW legend Norman Smiley in recent months and Smiley is likely to accompany Steamboat to ringside tonight. The Godfather also usually accompanies Steamboat and Nakajima to ringside for their tag team matches, and it was the Godfather that asked Vickie Guerrero to give them another chance on RAW following their first match as a team, when Steamboat and Nakajima were defeated. Richie Steamboat impressed many during his time on NXT last year and the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena were impressed with the character shown by Steamboat. NXT Commissioner, WWE Hall of Famer the “American Dream” Dusty Rhodes also showed a lot of faith in Steamboat and during an episode of NXT last October Steamboat competed in the main event as he teamed with the NXT Champion Seth Rollins to defeat the team of Calvin Raines and Big E Langston. That was Steamboat’s final appearance on NXT and was not seen on television again until he debuted on Monday Night RAW last month with a match against then WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro, which Steamboat lost despite putting on a good showing. The tag team of Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima have been referred to as the “Oriental Dragons” but they are yet to pick up their first victory in tag team action having most recently lost to the team of Roman Reigns and William Regal for the past two consecutive weeks on Monday Night RAW.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara versus Hunico and Camacho</strong></p><p>

Tag team action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the high-flying tandem of Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara in action as they take on fellow Latinos in Hunico and Camacho. The WWE Universe are regularly entertained with the high-flying antics of Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara although last week on WWE Superstars Sin Cara seemed a little slow at times and cost Mysterio and Sin Cara their match against the Team Rhodes Scholars pairing of Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Both Mysterio and Sin Cara as well as Hunico and Camacho would love the opportunity to be the next challengers for the WWE Tag Team Championships, currently held by the Team Hell No pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan. A victory tonight for either team on WWE Superstars could see them move a step closer to being given a title match from the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero or the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. Sin Cara, despite being a sensation in Mexico, is yet to hold gold in the WWE but his mentor and tag team partner Sin Cara has had a storied career and has won a multitude of Championships and accolades including winning the 2006 Royal Rumble match and going on to Wrestlemania 22 to become the World Heavyweight Champion for the very first time. Mysterio would then hold the World Heavyweight Championship for a second time during the summer of 2010 and became the WWE Champion for the very first time during the summer of 2011 only to lose it later on in the same night to John Cena. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Alicia Fox versus Portia Perez</strong></p><p>

Divas action tonight on WWE Superstars will see the former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox in action as she will take on Portia Perez in singles competition. We learnt this past week on Friday Night SmackDown that newcomer Olive Melissa will be the next challenger to Kaitlyn’s WWE Divas Championship and Melissa will get her title shot at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View later this month. A victory for either Alicia or Portia Perez tonight on Superstars however could put them next in line for a title shot and gain the attention of both Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Emma versus Olive Melissa</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Olive Melissa defeated Emma in 17:49 by pinfall with an Air Raid Crash. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved as the WWE Universe still do not know too much about Olive Melissa following her debut when she was seen backstage with Kevin Nash at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View. Regardless, the Number One Contender to the Divas title Olive Melissa picked up the all-important victory here.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu versus The Ascension</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Trent & Yoshi defeated The Ascension in 17:35 when Trent Barreta defeated Kenneth Cameron by pinfall with a Gobstopper Knee. This match also needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved as the Ascension are still not very popular among the WWE Universe despite them competing on NXT for the majority of last year. Trent and Yoshi picked up the win here after Barreta pinned Kenneth Cameron with his trademark Gobstopper Knee.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: E+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Jay Briscoe versus Epico</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Epico defeated Jay Briscoe in 18:21 by submission with a Figure Four Leglock. Rosa Mendes accompanied her client Epico to ringside for this one and offered the Puerto Rican Superstar vocal support throughout the match which led to Epico picking up the win after forcing Jay Briscoe to submit.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: D+</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara versus Hunico and Camacho</strong></p><p>

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Mysterio & Cara defeated Hunico & Camacho in 7:51 when Sin Cara defeated Camacho by pinfall with a La Mística. The WWE Superstars commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note that Sin Cara performed much better tonight than last week on Superstars when he cost his team a victory against Team Rhodes Scholars. Sin Cara pinned Camacho here to win the match for him and Rey.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: C</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Following a commercial break WWE Superstars airs the RAW Rebound which highlights events from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. The show began with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring to boos from the WWE Universe in attendance and immediately proclaiming that he is the victim of unfair management from Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as not only does he have to put his WWE Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View later this month but he was also facing the former WWE Champion Batista in RAW’s non-title main event in what was Batista’s first match in several years following his return last week. CM Punk claimed that he would defeat Batista and that he would also defeat Batista, Ryback, Chris Jericho, Brock Lesnar and the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose in the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match. Brock Lesnar then joined CM Punk in the ring and said that he had spoken to Paul Heyman, the manager of both CM Punk and Brock Lesnar and that he had agreed that Punk and Lesnar will work together in the Elimination Chamber match until they are the only two men remaining. Later in the evening Ryback claimed that he would win the WWE Championship in the Elimination Chamber match until he was once again attacked by CM Punk and Brock Lesnar until the “Animal” Batista rushed to the ring to make the save for the second week in a row. We also learned on RAW that the 2013 Royal Rumble match winner John Cena, who outlasted twenty-nine other Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown to win the Royal Rumble match, will take on Antonio Cesaro at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View. Before RAW’s main event “Stone Cold” Steve Austin made his way to the ring but before he could say anything he was once again attacked by CM Punk who hit Austin with a kick to the back of the skull. In RAW’s non-title main event CM Punk defeated Batista in non-title action in what was Batista’s first match on RAW in several years.</em></p><p>

Randy Orton then came to the ring and announced that he will also be in the Elimination Chamber match and then the Big Show knocked Orton out. SmackDown’s main event saw World Champion Sheamus take on Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in a non-title match which Sheamus won and then Dolph Ziggler came to the ring, cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and beat Sheamus to become the new World Champion. The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown!:

World Champion Dolph Ziggler & The Big Show vs. Sheamus & Randy Orton

The main event of tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown will see the new World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler team up with the largest athlete in the world, the Big Show, to take on the team of Sheamus and Randy Orton. Last week on Friday Night SmackDown the main event saw Sheamus, the new World Heavyweight Champion after winning the title from the former Champion Alberto Del Rio at the Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View, in action against the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett. This non-title Champion versus Champion match last week was a highly competitive affair that eventually saw Sheamus pick up the all-important victory. Then, following the Celtic Warrior’s victory, Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero made her way to the ring and announced that Dolph Ziggler was cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase and was challenging Sheamus for the World Heavyweight Championship. Sheamus and Ziggler then had a very short match with Ziggler capitalising on the weariness of Sheamus following his match with Barrett to become the new World Heavyweight Champion for the second time in his career. Dolph Ziggler shocked the WWE Universe last week by becoming the World Heavyweight Champion but tonight he must face the former Champion Sheamus as well as the “Viper” Randy Orton in a tag team match announced earlier this week by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T. Last week on Friday Night SmackDown the show began with the Big Show making his way to the ring and announcing that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View later this month there will be a six man Elimination Chamber match with the winner going on to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania, and that the Big Show would take part in that match. Randy Orton then joined the Big Show in the ring and announced that he would also be taking part in the Elimination Chamber match until he was hit by a Knockout Punch from the Big Show. Later on in the evening we learnt that joining Orton and the Big Show in the Elimination Chamber match will be Kofi Kingston, R-Truth, Alberto Del Rio as well as the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett. Tonight’s main event will see three former World Heavyweight Champions in the ring with the current World Heavyweight Champion, with Ziggler likely to be accompanied to the ring by Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Ziggler is now a two-time World Heavyweight Champion having also held the title in 2011 albeit only for one night. Ziggler is also a former WWE United States Champion, a former WWE Intercontinental Champion and a former WWE Tag Team Champion. Ziggler’s partner tonight, the Big Show, is also a former World Heavyweight Champion and has also held the WWE Championship on two separate occasions. The Big Show has had a decorated career as he is also a former WWE Intercontinental Champion, a former WWE United States Champion and he has held the WWE Tag Team Championships on six different occasions.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Wade Barrett © vs. R-Truth vs. Curtis Axel

Also tonight on Friday Night SmackDown the WWE Intercontinental Championship will be on the line as Wade Barrett, the reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion, will put his title on the line in a Triple Threat match against both R-Truth as well as Curtis Axel. Michael McGuillicutty sent out a tweet earlier this week that from now on he wishes to be known as Curtis Axel, and that the WWE Universe will see his new persona tonight on SmackDown. Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Booker T has given Curtis Axel a stern test in his first match but if he is able to defeat Barrett and R-Truth he will win the Intercontinental Championship for the first time.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No versus Primo and Epico

The WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No, the pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan, will also be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as they will take on the Puerto Rican team of Primo and Epico. Primo and Epico will likely have the beautiful Latino Diva Rosa Mendes by their side and a victory over Kane and Bryan could see them get given a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships from General Manager Booker T.

Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd versus The Prime Time Players

Another tag team match tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see the high-flying tandem of Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd in action as they will take on Darren Young and Titus O’Neil, known as the Prime Time Players. Gabriel and Kidd are expected to entertain the WWE Universe with their high-flying offence but will have to look out for the Prime Time Players and their manager Abraham Washington who may be lurking at ringside.

Christian versus Mark Henry

Two former World Heavyweight Champions will go one on one tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as Christian will take on the World’s Strongest Man Mark Henry. The WWE Universe should be fully behind Christian for this one.

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn versus Aksana

Finally, the WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as she will take on the Lithuanian Diva Aksana in a non-title match. We learnt last week that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View later this month Kaitlyn will put her Divas title on the line against newcomer Olive Melissa.

Pre-Show: Alicia Fox versus Rosa Mendes

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Alicia Fox defeated Rosa Mendes in 18:10 by pinfall with a Watch Yo Face. Pre-Show: Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara versus Team Rhodes Scholars

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Team Rhodes Scholars defeated Mysterio & Cara in 17:45 when Cody Rhodes defeated Sin Cara by pinfall with a Cross Rhodes. Both of these tag teams would love the opportunity to challenge the Team Hell No pairing of Kane and Daniel Bryan for the WWE Tag Team Championships in the near-future and tonight it was Team Rhodes Scholars who edged closer to a title shot after Cody Rhodes pinned Sin Cara after hitting him with the Cross Rhodes.

Match Rating: C

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW: </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>

<strong>Non-Title: WWE Champion CM Punk versus Ryback</strong></p><p>

This Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View CM Punk will put his WWE Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match against Ryback, Chris Jericho, Batista, Brock Lesnar and the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose. Before Punk’s huge title defence this Sunday, however, Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero has put Punk in tonight’s non-title main event in a non-title match against one of his opponents this Sunday, Ryback. Last week on Monday Night RAW Brock Lesnar revealed to the WWE Universe that he and Punk plan to work together in the Elimination Chamber match as they are both associates of Paul Heyman and that once they have eliminated the competition they can then go one on one to determine who will headline Wrestlemania as the WWE Champion. We already know that John Cena will challenge for the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania after he defeated twenty-nine other WWE Superstars from both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown last month in the 30 Man Royal Rumble match to earn himself a shot at a title of his choosing in the main event of Wrestlemania. CM Punk is the longest reigning WWE Champion of the past twenty-five years having held the title for over four-hundred and fifty days since winning it from the previous Champion Alberto Del Rio at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View back in November of 2011. CM Punk is currently in his third reign as WWE Champion and already holds two victories over Ryback being the first man to pin Ryback back at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View last October in the evening’s Hell in a Cell main event. CM Punk is also the only Superstar to have ever forced Ryback to submit having forced Ryback to tap out to the Anaconda Vice last December at the TLC Pay-Per-View in a Triple Threat match when Punk defeated both Ryback as well as Cena to once again retain his WWE Championship. Punk’s Anaconda Vice last December actually injured Ryback and he was unable to compete throughout the duration of January up until the Royal Rumble match when Ryback made his in-ring return. For the past two weeks on Monday Night RAW CM Punk and Brock Lesnar have attacked Ryback after Ryback has proclaimed that he will win the WWE Championship at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View only for Batista to make the save on both occasions. Last week CM Punk faced Batista in the evening’s non-title main event in what was Batista’s first match in several years. Ultimately Punk picked up the all-important victory over Batista last week building momentum heading into his title defence inside the Elimination Chamber and Punk will be hoping to do the same when he takes on Ryback tonight. Ryback has yet to hold a Championship in the WWE but a victory inside the Elimination Chamber this Sunday would earn Ryback the WWE Championship, the most prestigious title in the industry today. The WWE Champion CM Punk is looking to continue a winning streak tonight that currently stands at twenty-two matches without defeat. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima versus Roman Reigns and William Regal</strong></p><p>

Tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the team of Roman Reigns and William Regal in action once again as they will face the team of Richie Steamboat and Fatsuhiko Nakajima, also known as the Oriental Dragons. Steamboat and Nakajima are very popular among the WWE Universe likely as they are managed by former stars the Godfather and Norman Smiley. A victory for either side tonight may well earn them a future shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose versus Mason Ryan</strong></p><p>

This Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Dean Ambrose will compete in the biggest match of his career to date as he will join Brock Lesnar, Batista, Ryback and Chris Jericho in challenging CM Punk for the WWE Championship inside the Elimination Chamber. Before that, however, Ambrose will take on the Welsh powerhouse Mason Ryan in non-title action tonight on Monday Night RAW. Mason Ryan has often amazed the WWE Universe with his displays of strength and will need to do the same tonight in order to defeat the United States Champion.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chris Jericho versus Chavo Guerrero</strong></p><p>

The veteran Chris Jericho will also be in action tonight on Monday Night RAW as he will take on a fellow veteran in Chavo Guerrero. This Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Jericho will join Batista, Ryback, Brock Lesnar and the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose in challenging CM Punk for the WWE Championship in an Elimination Chamber match. The WWE Universe will likely be behind Jericho tonight against Chavo, who was given his job back a few months ago by his aunt, the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Evan Bourne versus Corey Graves</strong></p><p>

The high-flying Evan Bourne returned to action a few weeks ago on Monday Night RAW following a shoulder injury that kept him out of action for the better part of a year. Tonight Evan Bourne will continue his comeback from injury as he takes on Corey Graves. Both of these young Superstars will be hoping to impress the WWE Universe with a decent performance tonight.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Emma versus Kharma</strong></p><p>

Finally, Divas action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the dancing Australian Diva Emma in action against the behemoth known as Kharma. Emma has gained the respect of the WWE Universe over the past few weeks on RAW but is not shown any respect by Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Zack Ryder versus Curt Hawkins</strong></p><p>

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Zack Ryder defeated Curt Hawkins in 17:49 by pinfall with a Rough Ryder. <strong>Match Rating: C</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Brodus Clay versus Tyler Reks</strong></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Santino Marella versus Mike Dalton</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Santino Marella defeated Mike Dalton in 17:54 by pinfall with The Cobra. <strong>Match Rating: D</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<em>Monday Night RAW begins with the WWE Champion CM Punk making his way to the ring to a chorus of boos from the WWE Universe in attendance. Punk retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that due to the ineptness of Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero he will be competing in tonight’s main event in a non-title match against the dangerous wrecking machine known as Ryback. Punk says that he should not be competing just six days before putting his WWE Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View against Ryback, Batista, Chris Jericho, Brock Lesnar and the WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose. However, Punk says that he will win tonight’s main event and then get out of Puerto Rico as soon as possible and that this Sunday he will once again continue his historic title reign and his historic winning streak and retain his WWE Championship. CM Punk guarantees that he will be the one defending the WWE title against the 2013 Royal Rumble match winner John Cena in the main event of Wrestlemania. Brock Lesnar then joins CM Punk in the ring and tells Punk not to forget Paul Heyman’s plan that the pair of them will work together this Sunday until they are the only two Superstars remaining. Punk says that he is aware of the plan and the two men leave the ring together as RAW cuts to a commercial break.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: B-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Emma versus Kharma</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Kharma defeated Emma in 5:50 by pinfall with an Implant Buster. <strong>Match Rating: C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Following Emma’s loss to Kharma, the behemoth Kharma looks as though she is going to assault Emma until Kelly Kelly rushes to the ring to make the save. Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero then comes to the ring with Beth Phoenix but Emma stands her ground and squares up to Vickie. Sexy Star then comes to Vickie’s aid and Vickie retreats flanked by Beth Phoenix and Sexy Star.</em></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>John Cena comes to the ring and declares that this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View he will defeat Antonio Cesaro and then as the winner of the 2013 Royal Rumble match go on to become the new WWE Champion at Wrestlemania. AJ Lee then joins Cena in the ring and says that she thinks she has a plan that can finally get her job back as General Manager from Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero. Cena tells AJ that he needs to focus on his own career and leaves the ring.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: C</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chris Jericho versus Chavo Guerrero</strong></p><p>

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Chris Jericho defeated Chavo Guerrero in 6:56 by submission with a Walls of Jericho. This was a decent victory for Jericho heading into the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match this Sunday.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: B-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We cut backstage to find Paul Heyman in discussions with Brock Lesnar and former Team Lesnar Survivor Series members Antonio Cesaro, Kassius Ohno, Tensai and Jack Swagger. <strong>Rating: B+</strong></p><p> </p><p>
