What kind of changes? Also, any thoughts on grabbing Seiya Sanada?

Alterations to psychology for certain wrestlers. Shibata had something like 45, which isn't remotely accurate to me. Sakuraba also had a full board of 50's in the technical wrestling stats, which I didn't agree with either. Stuff like that to make everything a little more accurate.

With regards Seiya Sanada, I'm not sure. But I could give him a tryout since he usually gets released from W-1 in all the games I play.

This is the standard, quintessential New Japan opener. The young lions work hard to earn respect, but El Desperado shows the ultimate sign of disrespect, walking out mid-match and leaving his team to fend for themselves. This is no way to win a match but KUSHIDA locks on the Hoverboard Lock on little Sho Tanaka and picks up the submission victory. Liger shakes his head as he celebrates, his team might have won, but it was slightly tainted.

Mauro Ranallo explains early on that reDRagon have already returned stateside, hence why this match was set up to see if Romero and Koslov are worthy contenders. This little match exceeds all expectations, even Tonga has a very strong showing here. Just as it seems to be heading to its natural conclusion - a victory for the CHAOS representives - Nick Jackson rolls up Alex Koslov in a school boy, sticks his legs on the ropes and steals the win. "SUCK IT", the Bucks proclaim as they head back up the ramp as the three CHAOS members look crestfallen in the ring.

366 days ago, Tetsuya Naito had just main evented Wrestle Kingdom fighting for the IWGP title, look at how far he's fallen. He's out for revenge tonight though - Fale cost him his match yesterday and the 'Stardust Genius' wants to send a message. The two have a brief exchange but Yujiro, as per, spoils the party, running in and clobbering Naito from behind. Later on in the match, Taguchi comes in off a hot tag and appears to be getting the better of Kenny Omega, but Yujiro spoils that too. Naito exacts some revenge on the 'Ladies Man', pinning him off a Stardust Press, but, as commentator Josh Barnett explains, he'll have to wait until The New Beginning perhaps to get his hands on Bad Luck Fale.

Six Man Tag Team Match

Satoshi Kojima, BUSHI & Yohei Komatsu vs. CHAOS (Kazuchika Okada, Gedo & YOSHI-HASHI)

http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/kojima.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/bushi.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/yoheikomatsu.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/nydvs.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/okada.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/gedo.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/yoshihashi.jpg

Kojima demands a fight from his team tonight and young lion Komatsu quickly obliges. He throws brave forearms and soaks up punishment, he's out to earn respect and he refuses to be bullied by the CHAOS unit. BUSHI rallies too, using his speed and agility to strike from the skies. The crowd rally behind the strange bedfellows, they want an upset tonight, they want to see Okada lose twice in two days! But that's not happening sadly. Even with Kojima's class in the mix, it's only a matter of time before CHAOS break the resolve of their opponents and Okada's Rainmaker Lariat turns young Yohei Komatsu inside out, confirming a victory for CHAOS.

Post-match, Kojima hangs around. No victory celebration for The Rainmaker and his mouthpiece. In front of 13,000 in the Ryogoku, Satoshi Kojima grabs a microphone and Mauro Ranallo translates roughly what is said. Kojima claims that Okada has learned nothing from defeat last night, which 'The Rainmaker' quickly shrugs off in smug ignorance. Okada retorts, he lost to Tanahashi but he will win back HIS IWGP Heavyweight Title, and when he does, Kojima will thank him for the money raining down on New Japan. He admits he lost last night and it hurt, but he is not humbled, Tanahashi is 1 in a thousand but Kojima isn't. At The New Beginning, Satoshi Kojima will see what 'The Rainmaker' is all about.

NWA World Heavyweight Championship

Rob Conway © vs. Hiroyoshi Tenzan

http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewTitles/nwaworld.jpg

Mauro Ranallo explains that Bruce Tharpe is busy attending to business in America and thus, he's not here tonight. Early on in this one, Conway downs Tenzan and starts flexing. Even Josh Barnett has to concede that the 'Iron Man' has an impressive physique. Tenzan is clearly the better wrestler though, he might be getting on but this old dog has some fight left in him yet. Conway's conditioning gives him the clear advantage here, but Tenzan keeps pushing the issue. He locks on the Anaconda Vice, but Conway manages to power out. Never mind, back to the well again, an Anaconda Buster is followed by a second Anaconda Vice, and with nowhere to go, and no assistance to call upon, Rob Conway has no choice but to submit his NWA World Heavyweight Championship!

The 'Iron Man' hits the road clutching at his neck, he'll be back to fight another day. It's time for sentimentality in the ring, the sight of Hiroyoshi Tenzan having a belt strapped round his waist seems oh so familiar. He stands on the second turnbuckle and poses, he's the 90th NWA World Heavyweight Champion!

Match Time: 15:19

Six Man Tag Team Match

Yuji Nagata, Manabu Nakanishi & Togi Makabe vs. CHAOS (Shinsuke Nakamura, Tomohiro Ishii & Toru Yano)

The arena lights up with the appearance of Shinsuke Nakamura, truly one of a kind he has an aura that follows him. Mauro Ranallo observes that Nagata, Nakanishi and Makabe did not exactly get what they wanted yesterday and you can see it in their wrestling tonight. These three grumpy veterans are in a foul mood. Makabe has his right knee heavily taped, which is an instant target for Yano. He takes great joy in chop blocking the 'Unchained King Kong' down to size, pointing and laughing as Makabe writhes in pain on the canvas. Nagata, Nakanishi and Makabe prove hard to beat though and after physical contests yesterday, Nakamura and Ishii are easy targets. Nagata wipes Nakamura out with a Backdrop, leaving Nakanishi to hoist the NEVER Openweight Champion, Tomohiro Ishii, into position for a torture rack. Ishii grits his teeth, but the pain is too much. He taps out, and the veterans score the upset submission victory.

Post-match, the CHAOS representives re-gather their bearings. But Nagata, Nakanishi and Makabe stick around for some choice words. The two teams exchange verbals with it becoming immediately obvious that Yuji Nagata and Manabu Nakanishi are laying down challenges for the IWGP Intercontinental and NEVER Openweight Championships respectively. Josh Barnett adds that neither Nakamura nor Ishii are particularly known for backing down from challenges, so we expect to see those two matches at The New Beginning.

Match Time: 22:19

Six Man Tag Team Match

Hiroshi Tanahashi, Hirooki Goto & Katsuyori Shibata vs. Bullet Club (AJ Styles, Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows)

http://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/champtanahashi.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/goto.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/shibata.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/nydvs.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/styles.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/anderson.jpghttp://i1354.photobucket.com/albums/q685/RynWlsn/NJPW%202015/NewRoster/gallows.jpg

For the most part in this match, the 'Biz Cliz' simply pick apart their opponents, isolating one and keeping him in their corner of the ring as they bend the already-lax New Japan ruleset. This works for a while, but two hot tags derail their momentum enough for the New Japan Army to rally back. When Tanahashi enters, the Bullet Club members zero in on those injured ribs, sapping him of his breath and forcing the IWGP Champion out of the match for short periods so they can continue their assault on the new IWGP Tag Team Champions. Meiyu Tag are never short of endurance though, they drive on but their bodies can only take so much punishment. With Tanahashi down on the outside, again clutching at his ribs - and Hirooki Goto being kept firmly at bay by the lumbering giant Doc Gallows - Shibata is isolated in the ring. As A.J. Styles takes him up for the Styles Clash, he makes sure to turn around so that a prone Tanahashi can see the full effect of the move. Shibata is slammed onto the canvas and Styles points his gun fingers at Tanahashi as referee Red Shoes Unno counts to three.

Post-match, Tanahashi has taken exception to that. He confronts the 'Biz Cliz' in the middle of the ring. Meiyu Tag leave, they're smart enough to know they need to fight another day. Karl Anderson mouths off as Tanahashi and Styles stand face-to-face. The IWGP World Heavyweight Champion tries to leave... but Guns & Gallows ambush him from behind! This cheap shot is followed by a swift beatdown, they stomp away at the Champion before bringing him back to his feet... just to send him crashing back down to the canvas with the Magic Killer! A.J. Styles scales the top turnbuckle and in front of our capacity crowd, he leaps off with a Frog Splash - the High Fly Flow - and slams down hard on Hiroshi Tanahashi's already hurt ribcage. As if that wasn't humiliating enough for New Japan's Ace, the show closes with A.J. Styles holding up the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship next to the Bullet Club standing tall.

Match Time: 23:33

Rating: B (match), B (attack)
