John Greed vs Marshall Dillon

Comments: John Greed will get to the final so that he can job to Everest. Dillon could win, but Greed would give a bigger boost.

James Prudence vs Randy Bumfhole

Comments: Both of 'em are under the limit, and Randy isn't on your "exceptions" list. I'm guessing the Zimmy turn is being planned, so maybe Randy starts losing a lot, which results in frustrating Zim?

SWF SUPREME TV

Announcers

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Duane%20Fry_alt1.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Peter%20Michaels_alt1.jpg

Duane Fry & Peter Michaels

Duane Fry and Peter Michaels barely got a chance to introduce the show before

kicked in and Jack Bruce strutted his way out of the Supreme Gate to the delight of the SWF Galaxy.

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Jack%20Bruce_alt15.jpg

Soaking in the atmosphere, Bruce baited the crowd for a minute by going to speak before letting the crowd continue to cheer. Eventually quieting them down, he adjusted the SWF World championship on his shoulder and raised the microphone.

JB: "Miss me? Had band business to attend to last week, nice to see Richard Eisen give me the choice of turning my back on each and every one of you gorgeous fans and give up the biggest prize in professional wrestling to day or face getting ran over by Remo. I mean it was a very convincing offer...to someone who isn't Jack Bruce Baybay.

I mean c'mon Richard. You're talking to the voice of a generation, the Galaxy's Choice, MISTER Dani California and, most importantly of all, YOUR CURRENT, REIGNING AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND DEFENDING [parodying former SWF ring announcer Bob Johnson's famous way of introducing the champion in any championship bout] SWF WORLD CHAMPION, Jack Bruce. And even When Hell Freezes Over, that ain't ever going to change..."

Bruce is interrupted by the intro of

which can only mean one thing, the fans making some noise as Angry Gilmore makes his way down to the ring to join Jack Bruce, Jack Bruce eyeing up his colleague as he makes his way into the ring.

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Angry%20Gilmore.jpg

AG: "Jack, sorry to cut into your time here. I know how much it means to you [bruce laughs and nods along with Gilmore's statement]. But I've actually got a reason to be out here. You see, these fine people in Clover Stadium deserve a quality main event. The problem is, I'm not seeing one. You see where I'm going with this?"

JB: "Tommy my dear boy, I can see exactly where you're going with this. And I think we're on the same wavelength. Clover Stadium, make some noise if you want to see JACK BRUCE BAYBAY vs Angry Gilmo...."

Once again Bruce is interrupted, this time by

playing, Bruce visibly annoyed he's not getting to finish sentences. Only standing at the Supreme Gate, Rich Money stands flanked by his part time tag team partner Remo and focuses solely on his PPV rival Angry Gilmore.

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Rich%20Money.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Remo.jpg

RM: "Thomas, Thomas, Thomas. Surely the "Best Wrestler in the SWF Galaxy" would want to preserve his strength before the big pay per view clash between us? I'm a little insulted that you'd consider challenging that relic in the ring just a mere two days before Hell Freezes Over. Remo's insulted too [Remo doesn't answer, he's too busy pacing back and forth on the entrance stage] How about this? Remo and I take on you two in the ring and give these fans something to look forward too in their miserable existence? [Heavy boos at this]"

AG: "Cut the patronizing crap Money. I fight for these people day in, day out. It doesn't matter if I'm facing Marc DuBois or if I'm facing you. I accept, Jack you in?""

JB: "Richie Rich, it's a date. Don't forget to tell your goon there that we're on as well."

Remo doesn't take too kindly to this, sprinting down the ramp and going straight for Bruce. Gilmore goes to help his partner for the night but Money, hot on the tails of Remo, gets him with a cheap shot and it takes the entire refereeing staff to get the four apart!

SWF TELEVISION TITLE SEMI-FINAL

John Greed vs Marshall Dillon

  • The sneaky style of John Greed dominated the early goings of the match, Greed adopting a hit and run tactic against SWF's resident lawman and got results, a surprise small package almost ending the match in a quick two minutes.
  • Dillon's raw power overwhelmed Greed's sneakiness, Dillon taking Greed down with a series of bodyslams, Greed looking ever increasingly hurt after each big slam.
  • Greed almost stole the win again after a desperation Enziguri seemed to knock Dillon silly but instead of covering, Greed played to the crowd and paid dearly for it as Dillon shook off the cobwebs and hit the Crackdown big boot on Greed for the upset victory!

Marshall Dillon pulled off the massive upset by pinning John Greed cleanly after the Crackdown in 4:56

49

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/James%20Prudence.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/Definitely%20WORLD-1/LogosBannersBeltsWhistles/VS.pnghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Randy%20Bumfhole.jpg

James Prudence vs Randy Bumfhole

  • The more honourable of the Bumfhole twins, Randy went to shake Prudence's hand before the match started, only to receive a kick to the guy for his troubles.
  • Randy wasn't one to take this lying down though, getting back up and chopping an unaware Prudence into the corner where Prudence plead for forgiveness and screamed at Darren Smith to get "that savage Bumfhole" away from him!
  • Good back and forth action soon followed with Randy making the scores between The Amazing Bumfholes and The Platinum Blondes tied at 1 - 1 after a Bumfhole Buster to Prudence

Randy Bumfhole avenged his brother's loss last week by beating the other half of the Platinum Blondes in James Prudence with the Bumfhole Buster (7:35)

70

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Squeeky%20McClean.jpg

Squeeky McClean appears backstage, the SWF North American championship prominently on display. Shooing Dawn The Cheerleader away and taking her microphone, Squeeky is walking and talking to the ring, dressed in his ring attire of black slacks and sensible boots.

SMC: "Ladies and Gentlemen, it's that time again! After conducting important championship business and promoting the McClean lifestyle in my homeland - the great Toronto, Canada - I have returned once again to show America how to live a McClean life! As you can all see, I'm on my way down to the ring to demonstrate the positive attitude of McCleanliness by giving one of you lucky fans the chance to face me in a sporting exhibition bout"

Not even letting his music play, he walks out of the Supreme Gate and starts to inspect the crowd. Stopping in front of a fairly average man who appeared to be in his late 40s.

SMC: "Ah, you look like someone in need of a little McCleanliness! Tell your peers what your name is!"

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Leo%20Davis.jpg

???: "leo davis."

Squeeky doesn't seem too enthused with the tone of the reply, dragging Leo Davis out of his seat, over the barrier (with a little help from security) and into the ring.

68

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Leo%20Davis.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/Definitely%20WORLD-1/LogosBannersBeltsWhistles/VS.pnghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Squeeky%20McClean.jpg

Leo Davis vs Squeeky McClean

Leo never got a chance as Squeeky toyed with him for 40 seconds, trying to "motivate" Leo to fight before marching over and applying the Clean Out Chickenwing to force the instant tap out.

Local Man Leo Davis was forced to accept the challenge and lost instantly to the Clean Out, not even lasting a minute (0:43)

44

Having not even broken a sweat, Squeeky kicks Leo Davis out of the ring before taking a microphone from ringside.

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Squeeky%20McClean.jpg

SMC: "And there you have it, the power of McCleanliness! For those who felt like they didn't get a long enough demonstrationg thanks to the unwillingness of YOUR local everyman, I will be hosting a special live edition THIS THURSDAY When Hell Freezes Open for MY SWF North American championship!"

73

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/EricEisen_alt3jt.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/Definitely%20WORLD-1/LogosBannersBeltsWhistles/VS.pnghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Robbie%20Retro.jpg

Eric Eisen vs Robbie Retro

  • A clearly pissed off Eric Eisen awaited Robbie Retro. Attempting to draw the Supreme Son of SWF into a dance-off, Retro was instead sucker punched by Eisen who followed it up with a relentless takedown.
  • Raining blows down on Retro, Eisen was almost disqualified by referee Shane Stones but every time the count reached four, Eric would pull away and shout at Shane that "he's got until 5 you idiot".
  • Ending the match with the Supremacy, Eisen's message to Valiant was clear.

Eric Eisen made short work of Robbie Retro, finishing him off with The Supremacy in 5:13

59

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/EricEisen_alt3jt.jpg

Celebrating as if he'd just won a gruelling 30 minute contest, Eisen's celebrations were brief as he turned his eyes to the Supreme Gate and saw Valiant - standing alone with no Hannah at his side.

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Valiant.jpg

A man possessed, Valiant went to make his way down to Eisen to get some pre-Pay Per View justice for his trials and tribulations but a host of officials and Valiant's colleagues got between him and the ring, Eric being heard screaming that after When Hell Freezes Over, Valiant is going to wish he'd never came to SWF!

73

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Everest.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/Definitely%20WORLD-1/LogosBannersBeltsWhistles/VS.pnghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Huey%20Cannonball.jpg

Everest vs Huey Cannonball

  • One of the men who came out to talk Valiant down, Huey was jumped by his scheduled opponent Everest.
  • More of a beatdown than an official match, Everest would squash Huey with the Tidal Wave Splash and get the easy win going into this SWF Television Title Tournament final at the exclusive to SWF.com When Hell Freezes Over Kick Off Show!

Everest squashed Huey Cannonball

34

The television feed would go dark at this point with flickering images of Jack Bruce, Angry Gilmore, Valiant, Christian Faith, Remo, Eric Eisen, Rich Money, Brandon James and Steve Frehley all being shown. As each one fell, they began to burn until the ashes on the ground left one message.

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Vengeance_jhd-1.jpg

One by one they all will fall. Thy will be done for I am SWF's reckoning. I...am...Vengeance.

84

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Big%20Cat%20Brandon_alt2.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/Definitely%20WORLD-1/LogosBannersBeltsWhistles/VS.pnghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Lobster%20Warrior.jpg

Brandon James vs Lobster Warrior

  • Not taking Lobster Warrior seriously, Brandon was laughing as he got into the ring, even asking if this was the best SWF had to offer him. Lobster soon shut him up by throwing one of his detachable claws right at James' face.
  • Using his unorthodox style, Lobster Warrior dictated the pace of the early goings, forcing James onto the ground where James' power was neutralised.
  • A timely Emma Chase distraction soon changed the favour and James - clearly focused now - took to taking apart SWF's resident crustacean with clinical strikes and precision throws.
  • A Lobster Warrior revival was nixed as Emma Chase tripped him as he bounced off of the ropes for the Lobster Line, by the time he had recovered, Brandon James had him in his sights for the Big Money Move. The three count was just academic.

Brandon James got a tune-up match in as he went toe to toe with the Lobster Warrior. Winning in 12:13 with the Big Money Move, James looked clinical and ready to take on Steve Frehley in 2 days time.

80

Emma Chase didn't even let Ana Garcia announce the victor, stealing the microphone and pushing Ana away - Ana not bothering to fight back when she caught the look of intimidation on Brandon James' face.

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Emma%20Chase_alt1.jpg

EC: "Mr. Frehley, I trust you're watching this. Last week, we placed you on the injury list for one week. Come Thursday, we're not just content with the injury list. You're not what SWF needs and Brandon is more than willing to escort you into a quiet retirement. Come Thursday, "SWF SUPERSTAR STEVE FREHLEY" will be a distant memory."

Brandon takes the microphone from Emma and stares straight down the hard camera.

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Big%20Cat%20Brandon_alt2.jpg

BJ: "Frehley. You're going to wish you'd never messed with me".

Statement made, Chase & James left the ring as Duane Fry and Peter Michaels ran down the When Hell Freezes Over matches announced so far:-

SWF World Championship: Jack Bruce vs Remo

Angry Gilmore vs Rich Money

SWF World Tag Team Championships: Hero Squad vs The Pain Alliance

Brandon James vs Steve Frehley

Eric Eisen vs Valiant

Squeeky McClean's Open North American Challenge

82

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Angry%20Gilmore.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Jack%20Bruce_alt15.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/Definitely%20WORLD-1/LogosBannersBeltsWhistles/VS.pnghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Remo.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Rich%20Money.jpg

Angry Gilmore & Jack Bruce vs Remo & Rich Money

  • No love lost here as the two teams picked up straight where they left off at the beginning of the show.
  • Constantly getting to the near reaches of counts from Referee Ric Young, none of the four men in the ring really seemed like they wanted a straight wrestling match, even the normally cautious Rich Money looking to deal as much damage to Angry Gilmore before the PPV in the hopes of an easier match.
  • Ric Young eventually called for the double DQ just after ten minutes after Remo and Jack Bruce ignored his calls to get back into the ring and Angry Gilmore and Rich Money ignored his calls to get to their respective corners.

Jack Bruce & Angry Gilmore drew with Remo & Rich Money when Referee Ric Young lost control of the proceedings and disqualified both teams just past the ten minute mark.

69

The battles waged on, Gilmore and Money taking a backseat after Gilmore tackled Money into the barricade (not destroying it however).

http://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Remo.jpghttp://i1102.photobucket.com/albums/g452/El_Scotcho/SWF/Jack%20Bruce_alt15.jpg

In the ring was a different story as Remo looked like an absolute monster, throwing Jack Bruce from corner to corner and eventually dropping Bruce with the Destroyer. Picking up the championship and standing over Jack Bruce's body, the picture said a thousand words, Duane Fry and Peter Michaels statements about this potentially being the scenes at the end of When Hell Freezes Over adding to the sheer carnage.

Brutal rating (69!) from Bruce/Gilmore vs. Almighty Dollar -- has to be a combination of bad chemistry, bad luck and probably time decline in there somewhere. Usually that match is AT LEAST a solid B if not B+ for me.

Could've been the draw as well. Wonderful show, Hero. Love the format. Not too complicated, easy on the eyes, and the perfect amount of pictures. Keep it up dude.

Everest vs. Marshall Dillon for the TV title is hilarious. You couldn't have picked two less photogenic personalities for that title. :')

Good show, but this will all become great when you can start giving it your own spin. That double DQ probably killed your main event but more proof that Angry can't cut it at the top!

I think it was the combination of the draw plus possible usage of the Keep Strong note. I'm not worried honestly, TV isn't meant to draw great (in my eyes). It's the PPVs that bring home the bacon.

And thanks for the compliments on the show and format Dave! :)

What, you saying you don't want to see the living embodiment of the biggest mountain in Earth vs a cowboy, especially over a championship belt? :p

Aye, we're getting into the swing of things now. And Angry Gilmore is 100% at fault for the main event rating. Damn vanilla midget.

And I'm still a ghost.</p><p> </p><p> Every week Jessie. Every week I'm here and I'm ready to go out there and outclass everyone in the ring. Jack Bruce, Angry Gilmore, Remo, Rich Money? He gets matches.</p><p> </p><p> So I'll say it again. This conspiracy to stop me from stealing the show has to end and it has to end soon. Is it because I'm Canadian?"</p><p> </p><p> <strong>J:</strong> "No, I just don't think Congress get involved in the matters of professional wrestling".</p><p> </p><p> With a saddened look on his face, Marc walks away, mumbling about how "Congress should listen to me", leaving Jessie behind on her own.</p><p> </p></div></blockquote>

Supreme TV #2 Stuff

Scores + Responses!

Mootinie - 4/6 - Was tempted to give you a point for having Everest winning when I flubbed the card. Everest vs Everest would have been fantastic brother.

thecoolestjedi12 - 3/6 - Welcome to the diary! Greed would get pushed if a) I had any ideas for him and b) If he was a heavyweight. Dillon is a heavyweight and one of my rules is to make sure it's all heavyweights who get the focus. Plus I dig him. He's a wrestling cowboy!

Tiberious4 - 4/6 - First person to call the main event draw (although for the entirely wrong reason. I think there would be a legitimate revolt if Everest crashed the main event. ¬_¬)

Dave_Scott - 4/6 - Sending crowds home happy, who do you think we are? USPW? SWF is pushing the boundaries of getting fans to be annoyed with us.

Atticus - 4/6 - As alluded to earlier, I like Marshall Dillon. He's staying out of RIPW for me, going to make him into something by hook or by crook! Also, Gilmore can't fare any better here. 1) He's not a heavyweight. 2) He's bald. 3) I don't like him. :p

Pteroid - 5/6 - Again, another person thinking I'm sending fans home happy. If you want happiness, go to USPW and watch Sam Strong Jr. squash all the villains from your youth!

smurphy1014 - 5/6

Uncrewed - 5/6 - All dat star power maggle and they underpeformed. I blame Gilmore.

SWF_Fan - I enjoy that you enjoy this!

Hitman74 - 2/6

djlightning - 4/6 - Confirmed AG hater here and proud of it. Also, I totally didn't really plan it to be a heel victory heavy card but eh, it happened. *shrug*

MisterRomanini - 5/6

DAVEFAN95 - 4/6 - You're right. Greed wasn't happy about taking the loss. But he's a lower card worker and I'm the boss so he can sack it up and like it.

codeydbw - 4/6 - Greed might give the bigger boost to Everest, sure, but Dillon is where it is at. Can safely say as well at this point, no Zimmy turn is planned. I'm too heel heavy as it is.

Asaemon - 4/6

It's mental to me to see that I've broken double digits with predictions for a TV show again. Maybe I should have done this SWF stuff sooner. :p

PPV preview will be the next "official" post in here. As always, if I've gotten scores wrong feel free to correct me. If I'm pushing the wrong people, give me a ten page essay as to why I should push your guy(s). :p
