First post on the forums I'm pretty sure

I started up a WWE game with Fleisch's mod and just got done booking Money in the Bank which was my first PPV.

My storylines at the moment are:

Roman Reigns vs AJ Styles vs The Authority: Basically started as The Family (Usos and Roman) vs The Club (AJ and Karl/Luke) but Triple H recently came back and wants revenge on Roman yet he's not planning on doing it himself. On the go-home RAW show, I debuted Finn Bálor as Triple H's big surprise and the Club turned on AJ now being the backup for Finn and HHH.

Shane vs Stephanie:The fight for power and with HHH now back thinking he stills runs things, Shane is not too happy. Not too sure where I'll go from here but it might result in a brand split.

Money in the Bank:I basically put all the guys I wanted to compete in the Money in the Bank (Ambrose, Ziggler, Owens, Zayn, Rusev and a debuting Austin Aries) as they had to have matches to qualify for it. All of these guys will now split into different storylines since MiTB is over with Ambrose vs Ziggler, Owens vs Zayn and I'll have to find something for Rusev.

Austin Aries vs Chris Jericho:As I said, Austin was involved in the MiTB match and he did it by beating this man. Jericho thought he had a free pass because of his stature in the WWE but Shane disagreed and he had to qualify like every other guy. Shane introduced Austin as his opponent and on a surprise win, Austin beat Jericho which left him furious.

Cesaro vs The Miz:My main Smackdown feud. Basically just took it from real life and might keep it for another few months.

Charlotte vs Natalya: Another one I took from real life just to give Charlotte something to do. Plan on ending it soon.

Paige vs Asuka:I called up Asuka and she made her debut by attacking Paige but on her debut RAW match she sustained an injury which meant their match at MiTB couldn't happen. Will still keep the storyline for later.

Becky vs Emma&Dana: Took it from real life as well and involved Paige in it when Asuka got injured so she had a match at MiTB. Not impressed with Dana so she'll go back to NXT.

New Day vs The Vaudevillians:This one is fun to write and I'm thinking of ideas to end The New Day so I can start pushing Big E as a singles guy.

As for Money in the Bank it went like this:

http://image.prntscr.com/image/856e23b5050347f497b73a26ad327e6d.png

Could have been better but I'm guessing the ending on the Main Event cost me the rating.

Sorry if the post is too big, kinda got carried away. Any questions, feel free to ask!

Logan Wolfsbaine is still in developmental, but since I have my own Broadcaster showing my developmental company's shows, he's grown to B- popularity throughout USA and Canada, all the other workers pushed at Main Event in my dev company are in the C range for popularity.

I really love how your developmental companies can also develop overness for your new workers, so when they debut they can jump right into meaningful storylines in the Upper Card.

My plan is to introduce a Television title for the Midcard, and bump my US title to Floating to be a step above the TV title, and a step below the World title.

That sad moment when Starrcade is just over a month away and you get the house show email saying Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair have poor chemistry. I know they didn't exactly gel well in their WWF matches. Damn, this is Starrcade 1985, though, my Wrestlemania, and my main event will be a dud.

Hogan and Flair are 2/3 in USA popularity. Paul Orndorff holds the number 1 pop spot. He went up to 100s because he was called up for a movie.

Absolute dream match at this point. I tell myself this might be the biggest match I've ever booked <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> Flair being NWA champion for almost 2 years, etc.

Looks like I'll have to do it and take the hit.

I'm not exactly sure what the Crockett Cup was. I ended up creating a Crockett Cup special event for TV. A tag team tournament. Winners got a nice trophy and 100k between them. Road Warriors won.

If so, you should be looking at a decent show rating anyway, Flair and Hogan could still put out something decent despite the poor chemistry.

Road Warriors vs Tully&Arn will be the semi main event. That will get a better rating, no doubt.

As for Flair and Hogan.

Flair has been saying that Hogan can't keep up with him, so maybe that plays into it. Hogan will face a backlash from 'JCP fans' because of the good matches Kerry Von Erich was having with Flair and Vader. Did Hogan really earn his NWA title shot? Propaganda started by James D Dillon, etc. Are the fans really turning on Hogan? No, actually. They will respect him more after they see the result of this match.

The plan is for Flair to retain once again. I've thought about it and Flair needs the win in his territory. It might not be a clean win and Hogan will be protected, but it feels boring to just give the title to Hogan on his first go at it.

Post match Flair ''I told you all. Hulk Hogan will never be the man. You said that, I, the greatest wrestler in the world today, WOOOOO, you thought Hulk Hogan could beat me? Delusions of Grandeur and now it has come crashing down for you all, and most important, it has come crashing down for Hulk Hogan. What are you going to do now, Jack? hahahah, WOOOO, WOOOOO, WOOOOOOOOOOO''

Next Starrcade main should be Vader vs Hogan. Savage should definitely be in the world title picture by then. I like having two world titles. Treating them like boxing titles when they were more prestigious. Not defended on every show, the challenger has to be a real challenger, etc.

In my BHOTWG game I had to pay upwards of $300,000 to get rid of Fugunaga for spreading rumors about Nakasawa. He did this 3 TIMES and wrecked my backstage area from over 90% to just 38%! I ended meddling in a bunch of negative Nakasawa relationships until I could get it to 51% and then did a Hardline stance speech....NOBODY walked out and backstage improved to 63%.

I'm about to try and sign El Leon (A Pop in Mexico and USA) to my USA based company, even though he's out injured for 8 months. I don't have any immediate plans for him, but his 90 psychology and 94 Star Quality make the fact I will be paying him to sit on the sidelines for 8 months to be worth it, I'd think.

I make $4,000,000 per month, what's another $100k per month contract? I'm all for gutting SOTBPW's roster, I need to prepare for when I decide to really push into Mexico. At the rate I am signing all these stars, I'm going to need a Brand Split, LOL

I forgot to mention, I also have Sammy Bach coming in, I got him specifically because SWF offered him a deal while I was in a National Battle with them, so I have no idea what to do with him, he's on time decline, and I got him for 4 years, I might just send him down to be a Developmental Trainer, and call him up if I am dire need of his Star Quality/Popularity if I ever get into a fierce National Battle.

I created a network to see if I could get the minor promotions big coverage in USA by making the values kind of low. MAW, 4C, NYCW, and AAA have all taken advantage of this and I am really interested to see exactly what happens to these said promotions. Will they fold, will they gain enough pop to make a profit, will they be pillaged, or will they grow to be a force in the wrestling world? I'm so freaking excited.

However, you can turn chemistry effects on and off. So if you want to run Hogan/Flair, you could go that route, though you'd sacrifice any good chemistry that is discovered. That's the trade off.

I'm buying out companies as I can, and making them children promotions, and then having them air on my company's own broadcaster, I like to roleplay it as getting content for my Subscription service.

So far, I have

My Own Developmental company, with all my dev workers

MAW

SAISHO

I am allowing MAW and SAISHO to get their own rosters, and such. They just each have a weekly TV show now, and their events are Broadcast. It has an added bonus of any money they make I get as profits at the end of the month, between my Dev company, MAW and SAISHO, I made $2,100,000 from my three children promotions, my net profits after all deductions were for my entire company was $4,100,000, so they're a LARGE portion of my overall profits, which allow me to expand my Broadcaster quicker, which in turn will continue to increase long-term profits.

Right now my Broadcaster's coverage is Big in USA, Medium in Canada and Mexico, Very Small in UK and Tiny in Europe and Australia. I don't have any coverage in Japan right now, because I have existing TV and PPV deal there, because I bought out GCG and disbanded them, which absorbed their Japan popularity, allowing me to secure independent Broadcasting deals there.

In my game in October 2017, WWE were down to Cult after my promotion rose to National. Seth Rollin's contract came up, and there began a bidding war between WWE (Cult), ROH (Cult), Dragon's Gate (Cult) and NJPW (National). Seth jumped ship to NJPW, and a week later they fell to Cult.

An amusing thing I've noticed is that every time I try to sign one of my workers to a written deal, WWE without fail will try to sign them. I had one worker, Mackenzee keep turning up high on pain killers. I went through each stage of reprimand, a slap, a stern warning, a fine. I wanted to send this girl to rehab, but she was on a written deal. It occurred to me that signing her would mean she could go to rehab, but more likely is that WWE will try to sign her, and then they can deal with her poor behaviour, while I don't upset her friends still on my roster. A perfect finish! Except now she's doing really well in WWE..

What I do is, once the workers start complaining about being in developmental when set to 'Work Down There' , I check their stats and if I feel like their stats are good enough, I call them up, if not I just shortlist them, then release them.

Each January, I'm going to be looking to hire 5-6 new workers to developmental deals, preferably workers under 25, I also check the Star Quality of the independent workers regularly, and snatch the guys that have 85+ up to developmental deals, if they won't sign a dev deal, I just shortlist them for the time being.

The Kane match was probably mainly good because of Morrison.

The World Title match didn't have the best rating because I had Dolph Ziggler pull a Seth Rollins two and a half years early and cash-in during the match to win, so the limited-involvement penalty was in play.

I think I gave a stern warning after the Vince/Brock thing happened; nothing noteworthy happened, though. Guys, I have a bit of a dilemma. Remo Richardson is my World Champion, and 60% towards a HoI induction. I am heading into my season finale, and Antonio Maxi Marquez (Champagne Lover) is the Number One contender, because he won my Survival Of The Fittest match (Royal Rumble), and he's 100% towards a HoI induction. Part of me wants to save the 1v1 so I can book a "Once In A Lifetime" down the road, when Remo gets a bit more progress towards the HoI, but I don't know how long that would take, he might never get there.

What would you do? Book the 1v1 or find some weird shenanigans to make it a triple threat?

If he is gonna go a little longer than 6 months or a year than you should save it. Saving for your next big event maybe a great option and you can throw subtle teases throughout the year and would make for an epic video package in theory.

Im playing as TCW and wondering if i should do a King of the ring style Tourney in honor of Tommy Cornell . Story line wise the options i have thought of 1st it being for mid carders and upper mid carders who have not had a title shot in last year and make it an auto #1 contender for the following ppv after its held. 2nd just have a way to play up Cornell as Wolf former protege and having him lose to feud with the eventual winner.

Marat is my current champion

Mighty Mo - International

American buffalo and Bryan Vessy (Violent Conduct) tag champs

Brought Christian Faith back to the wacky world of professional wrestling to open his own wrestling school. Then, with Faith as my avatar, I set new worker gen to start in Jan 2016 and be extremely high and simmed forward a year.

Now I have a roster of of hungry young stars, all trained by Christian Faith to start a company with. For added cool perk only one of them popped up as a protege and he just so happens to be an overly charismatic, muscular young heavyweight babyface. Im excited to see what these guys can do.

Starrcade 1985 is in the books and it is definitely my most successful show in terms of match ratings, etc. One of those rare times that everything seems to come together.

Best match was Road Warriors defeating Arn and Tully. It is also the best rating I've had for a match in this save. 94. Awesome. In hindsight, that would have been semi main event, but Randy Savage vs Harley Race got 88 and you never know, it might have lost points in another position.

And

Hogan and Flair may have poor chemistry. They don't seem to click, but the biggest match of all time still delivered. It got a 89 rating. The game recognizes how well I've booked the buildup to this match, so it got me this great rating. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

I'd like to think this will get show of the year. I shall find out soon.
