A consummate pro, he put over Greg Gauge and Kirk Jameson clean on his way out. NOTBPW seems to be doing their yearly hiring spree early this time around. I expect Lauren Easter to go back, but Findlay O'Farraday (who just won the National title) re-upped with us. We're still waiting on Bulldozer Brandon Smith's decision.

Easter left, as I figured. BBS re-signed. However, we lost both Jameson and Nelson Callum to SWF. Jameson was about to start an extended program with Des Davids centered around Kirk's lack of success with Allison Addison as his manager, how he didn't turn things around until he went heel and dropped her, and he was going to try and convince Des (who she now manages) to do the same. That would have been fun. Callum was one-half of All-American Perfection, which was always meant to eventually launch him as a singles star. (I suppose it did.) Still, I'm interested to see what happens to them up there.

In developmental, Ace Kincaid (TAFKA Skip Beau) won the MAW Championship in October.

Ace made a bit of history, becoming the first reigning MAW Champion to win the Rip Chord Invitational.
Started another C-verse '97 game and am booking DAVE atm.

The first was really rough. Nemesis was poached by HGC, but I got almost 9 months out of him. Johnny Martin and Vengeance were also poached shortly after by HGC too.

Not really going to go into detail but Scout and Guide just debuted and they have bad chemistry together, makes me really sad.

Another update in the world of UPJ in the Thunderverse.

We're 10 nights in the Junior Mountain Cup Blocks and the groups are taking shape as we move towards the latter stages and the battle for block winners. Standings are as follows;

Block A;

Kozue - 5-0-0 (10)

Tiger Singh - 4-1-0 (8)

Kris Phoenix - 4-1-0 (8)

Graham MacKenzie - 3-2-0 (6)

Jin Fujiwara - 3-2-0 (6)

Thunder Iesada - 3-2-0 (6)

Furosuto - 2-3-0 (4)

Akito Nakada - 1-4-0 (2)

Haruko Yamada - 0-5-0 (0)

Dragon Prince - 0-5-0 (0)

Block B;

King Fergus - 5-0-0 (10)

Junichi Matsuo - 5-0-0 (10)

Aydan Farrell - 3-2-0 (6)

Ryuko Mishamoto - 2-3-0 (4)

Nakano Yuki - 2-3-0 (4)

Shingo Hashi - 3-2-0 (6)

Super Kenshi - 1-4-0 (2)

Richie Santana Jr. - 2-3-0 (4)

Mr Yamashita - 1-4-0 (2)

Léon De Oro - 1-4-0 (2)

Kris Phoenix, Graham MacKenzie, King Fergus & Aydan Farrell are all having strong showings for Erik Van Rijn's led RENEGADES (Bullet Club for a RW comparison)

Junichi Matsuo has surprised a few by going undefeated so far but he does face King Fergus on night 12 in what could very much prove to be a bout in which the winner goes to the final.

Current Junior Heavyweight champion and reigning champion of the Junior Mountain, Furosuto is struggling whilst previous winner Kozue is flying through his block. However, it seems he's had the easier bouts so far as he has Graham MacKenzie, Tiger Singh and Kris Phoenix to face in 3 of his last 4 fights. Phoenix and Kozue went into this block as favourites and they face each other on the final night in what could prove a blockbuster encounter.

More updates to follow.

Elite Combat Zone is now in 2019, having just run our "Season Finale" event, Night of Champions. All 4 titles changed hands at Night of Champions, with reigning Rip Chord Invitational winner Mobstar dethroning Scythe to become the first 2-time North American Champion (and make himself the first worker to get suggested when I run a HoF check), Heart of Honor (Chris Caulfield & Jeremie Courtney) knocking off The Good Ol' Boys for their first Tag Title run, Aldous Blackfriar winning a 6-way match to take Gram Gorman's Hardcore title, and Bunrakuken Torii ending Jimmy Drake (Drake Young)'s 20 month Pennsylvania title reign. Also Steven Parker made his debut after SWF released him, Nate DeMarcus won a Battle Royal to become #1 Contender to any non-ME title of his choice (it'll be Pennsylvania), and The Diamond Dogs picked up another big win, as they knocked off The Highlight Reel (Devyn Reynaud and Sonny Wildside).

From here, we go to ECZ Uncensored, which I'm not exactly sure what to do with, then from their to the Sam Keith Classic, which will be the story of The Diamond Dogs coming full circle, from coming in from SAISHO (which I bought out 15 months ago) and struggling in the ECZ style to being one of the premier tag teams in the company.

We're closing in on Cult level status, currently 46 popularity across the US, and only running monthly events in a Graveyard slot on MySelectUSA Pay Per View. The goal is Cult by the end of the year, but I wouldn't complain about building a little more cushion into the $2.5 million war chest I have now, in case I need to start signing some written deals.

Flying ahead in my AJW save, into April in 2019 and just finished my second Grand Prix.

After losing in their past two meetings, Mayu Iwatani was finally able to beat Meiko Satomura to win the GP Final so she will now meet Satomura with the title on the line in the main event of our first Wrestle Queendom event.

On that show our AJW International Champion Davina Rose will take on Toni Storm for the title, before our first AJW in the US Tournament which is set to take place in the middle of the summer.

New #1 contenders for the WWWA tag titles are Nattie Neidhart and Ayako Hamada, a pair of bitter veterans with a real mean streak that have had enough of Oedo Tai and their antics. Whoever wins there will go into the second World Tag League as champions.

Was a bit concerned about the long term potential of this save with the women's scene never being the most stacked in real world mods. But Mika Iwata, Mayu Iwatani, Hana Kimura and Konami are all becoming pretty big stars and are all under 25.

Just booked Total Mayhem 2018, and the show went fantastic. I run two brands, Total Takedown and Total Wrestling, so I'll highlight the matches in red and blue respectively so you know what's what. Also, basically everyone is in stables, so that's why you'll see some partnerships.

The roster looks really different at this point. I like to fill developmental, so lots of guys come from there, and I needed a lot of guys to get to two brands, so I started to steal, steal, steal workers!

This was the first show I got to run on my new TCW Network after I got off Reverie, and I managed a 14.99 rating on the network and .12 on some Euro PPV service.

$10,000 Ten Man Battle Royale: Mighty Mo defeats Atom Smasher, Freddy Huggins, John Greed, Marat Khoklov, Masked Cougar, Randy Quarry (Bumfhole), Sammy Bach, Tanyu Toshusai, and Trent Shaffer. 75

Started the show off with a fun ten man battle royale that saw each man put $1000 on the line. Lots of new names to TCW. I just picked up Tanyu. I'd never played Japan before but he was available and has 98 SQ, so he's a future star for me.

Adonis (High Flyin' Hawaiian) beats The Architect and Lassana Makutsi to retain the TCW US Championship. 78.

Adonis is Hawaiian in a beautiful people type gimmick. He beat Architect at the last PPV, then Architect got himself DQ'ed in a rematch. Lassana inserted himself into the mix, and voila, triple threat.

Spencer Spade and Lenny Brown beat Ross Henry and Scythe. 80.

All next big things here. Well, Spade has actually been champ already, so yeah. He lost the belt to Remo two months ago, and since he can't get a rematch because he lost decisively, he went after Remo's stablemates, Ross Henry and Scythe. Spade recruited Brown to help him, and they won here. Not much else to say.

Frankie Perez/Mikey James beat Youngman/Prometheus, Cannonball/Stardust, and Running Wolf/Roger Monteiro for the TCW World Tag Team Titles. 78.

This tag division is hot. Ernest Youngman doesn't have a performance below 90. He and Prometheus were the champs, so I'm gonna split them up since Prometheus is massively holding him back.

Wolf Hawkins and Rick Law beat Sean McFly and Human Arsenal. 84

Wolf and Law both want back in the title scene, and since McFly is a recent title challenger, they picked a fight with his stable to use him as a stepping stone to the belt.

"Jungle" Jack Marlowe beats Sam Savage. 79.

Sam Savage is a regen from Dread's Titan Factory, and has an 83 brawl stat and a 94 SQ. His selling is still in the orange, but we're working on that. I can't remember who he's a regen of, but I gave him one of the CVFP pics of a guy smoking a cigar. Jack Marlowe is a key member in my main heel stable, the DD10 (Damn Dirty 10), and this was a basic young-guy-trying-to-earn-respect storyline. Spoiler: he didn't earn Marlowe's respect.

Steven Parker beat El Mitico for the International Championship in a submission match. 82.

Mitico is on the precipice of stardom. He just changed his body to muscular and no in addition to 90+ performance skills he has a 94 SQ. I had him lose here, but kept him strong in the loss. There was a ref bump, and Parker used a loaded glove to knock Mitico out. He locked a sleeper on the unconscious luchador, and when they ref came to he awarded Parker the match.

Zimmy Quarry (Bumfhole) beat Aaron Andrews, 82.

Zimmy's kind of a sourpuss in my TCW, but still a face. He's just super intense. He previously lost to Nicky Champion in a title match, and when Andrews made fun of him for it as a guest commentator for one of Zimmy's matches, Zimmy snapped on him.

Remmy Miller and Miller Ford beat American Elemental II and (Garry) The Entertainer for the US Tag Titles. 79.

Basically gave Remmy and Miller the win so I can push The Entertainer to the top. This guy is going to carry my company, and Elemental has only been pro a year and he's already one of the best in the world.

Benny Benson and Greg Black beat Killer Shark and Troy Tornado. 79

This was my quick match. Tornado bet High Concept that he and Shark could beat them, and spent the entire month bragging about it. Shark starts the match and dominates. Tornado tags in, taunts, and is quickly rolled up for a High concept win.

Remo defeated Tom Gilmore to retain the TCW Championship. 95.

Gilmore is the co-leader of a stable with Spencer Spade, who Remo defeated to win the title. Gilmore has made it a goal to get the belt back in the stable as Spade got sent to the back of line for title shots. That's basically it.

6-Man Total Mayhem Cage Match: Nicky Champion defeats Rocky Champion, Joshua Taylor, Jay Chord, Greg Gauge, and Nate Johnson to retain the TCW World Championship. 100.

Not even the top match of the year!

This was the culmination of several storylines. Nate Johnson was the previous challenger to Nicky's belt. He's been on sort of a one-last-run quest. He lost, but Nicky cheated. Also, Nicky is the leader of DD10 and Greg Gauge is a member with him.

Taylor is booked as super intense, and he's been pissed at Greg because he refuses to use the Keith name. Taylor remember Sam on the roster, and respects him.

Jay and Rocky fought at the last PPV in a #1 contender match. Rocky won by DQ when Jay had some goons attack. Because of this, GM Floyd Goldworthy declared that there was no #1 contender.

The next night, there's some mix and match action between all six, and the show ends with a huge brawl as Greg helps Nicky, Rocky helps Nate, Taylor goes after Greg, and Jay gets involved to keep himself in contention. After this brawl, Goldworthy announces the modification of the Total Mayhem match. Instead of a tag, it's now 6 singles wrestlers.

Anyway, the match ends with Greg, Nicky, and Rocky tied for the lead (Total Mayhem has every fall count as a point, and the winner is the one with the most points at the end.). Greg could win, but sacrifices himself so Nicky can get an easy pin on him for the win in the final seconds.

Total: 96

Playing some 1994 WCW and having a blast as I'm currently in 1995, but when I go to extend the deal with our PPV carrier, Time Warner, Turner Broadcasting won't let me because it interferes with the broadcasting under their umbrella. So here we go looking for a TBS PPV network or to just show it non the TBS tv station.

I just wanted to ask if anyone here ever creates alternate backstories for their games? Like, play around with the default title histories, set up a lengthy backstory for feuds and the like before they start playing?

I did a short lived diary and long term game, based on the idea that the ECW/NWA title situation caused Heyman to get fired. Worked with TFC to come up with some possible what ifs.

ECW brought in Ricky Steamboat and went into a full traditional style, guys like RVD and Sabu headed to Japan, Dreamer started being a Rick Rude light in WCW. The Dudley Boyz never started, and then in the tail end of 1997 a desperate McMahon hires Paul Heyman to reinenvt WWF.

Allow me to keep some things the same (Austin being the top guy) But also allowed for some fun alternatives like Mankind being inserted into the Michaels vs Hart Survivor Series match and winning the World title, holding on to it until Wrestlemania. Ken Shamrock getting a major push winning King of the Ring 98 and beating Austin at Summerslam turning heel in the process.

Besides that I never really have done much in that way of things, more so just dropping into the middle of what already is going on. Though I really did get a lot of fun out of that game, and may have to do something like that again.

Been playing a somewhat true to life Impact game starting back in May 2018, with small changes here and there.

- Immediately joined the NWA. Impact would go on to hold two of the belts, as Rachel Ellering defeated Jazz to become the NWA Women's Champ while Le Tabarnak De Team won the NWA World Tag Team Titles.

- Slammiversary was held in June, with Aries defeating Moose to retain the title. The Grand Championship was declared vacant as Aries hadn't defended the belt in 30 days, leading to a small tournament at Slammiversary to decide the new champion. Harry Smith would hold the gold after defeating Petey Williams and Stu Grayson to capture the gold.

- The problems with LAX seemed to be solved with the arrival of Kingston, who led the boys back to the titles at Slammiversary after they defeated the Cult of Lee. Konnan seemed suspicious, not fully trusting the King of NY. His suspicions were confirmed as Kingston admitted to putting out the hit before he and Homicide attacked LAX. Outlaw Inc has been hounding LAX since, managing to put Santana on the shelf and leave the World Tag Team Titles hanging in the air.

- The machine known as Cage all but destroyed Kongo Kong, forcing him out of the company after a chaotic brawl saw them fight throughout the arena. Not to be deterred, Jimmy Jacobs introduced three new followers of his: Brody King, Eli Everfly, and the monster Henare. Brody and Eli have been tearing it up in the tag division, slowly closing in on a title shot. Meanwhile, Henare has made it known he wants Cage, even costing him the X-Division Title before leaving the machine lying.

- Penta and Sami are fighting, Eddie Edwards and Tommy Dreamer are fighting.

- Quite a few of the Knockouts have begun teaming together, with PAWG (Kimber Lee & Jordynne Grace), the Home Wrecking Crew (Tenille Dashwood & Deonna Purazzo), and the Wild Riders (Alisha Edwards & Rebel) in particular standing out. In singles action, Su Yung continues to destroy all in her path, having defeated Allie at Slammiversary.

- Having successfully defended the title in a fatal four way at Slammiversary, Matt Sydal claimed that his third eye had awoken him to the landscape surrounding Impact. Claiming that the need to evolve was growing, Matt declared that he would invoke Option C against the very man that invented the concept, challenging Aries to a title match at Destination X.

Destination X results (no idea how to screenshot, so I'm just writing it out)

Preshow:

- TDT defeated The Sickness (Brody King & Eli Everfly), The In Crowd (David Starr & JT Dunn), and The Hart Foundation (Matt & Torrin Hart)

- Kevin Kross defeated Petey Williams

- The Diamond Standard (Tenille Dashwood & Taya Valkyrie) defeated PAWG (Kimber Lee & Jordynne Grace)

Main Show:

- In X-Division qualifying matches, Trevor Lee defeated Colby Corino, Rich Swann defeated Andrew Everett, Douglas James defeated Sonjay Dutt, and Fenix defeated Dezmond Xavier

- Moose defeated Eli Drake by DQ

- Tessa Blanchard defeated Allie by interference from the Diamond Standard

- LAX defeated Outlaw Inc. in a 5150 Street Fight to retain the Tag Team Titles. (Santana suffered a partially torn ACL, will be out for at least a month)

- Su Yung defeated Madison Rayne to retain the Knockouts Title

- Brian Cage defeated Henare

- Harry Smith defeated Johnny Impact to retain the Grand Championship

- Douglas James won an Ultimate X Match to become the NEW X-Division Champion

- Eddie Edwards defeated Tommy Dreamer in a House of Hardcore Rules Match

- Matt Sydal defeated Austin Aries to become the new World Champion!

On the next episode of Impact, fans were surprised as Paul Levesque stepped foot inside the Impact Zone. (In real life, WWE decided not to re-sign him, leading me to swoop in). Declaring that Evolution was needed in wrestling, Paul announced that moving forward, Impact would be renamed Evolution Pro Wrestling! E-Pro would continue to innovate, as Austin Aries and Matt Sydal would meet at August's Rumble In The Bronx PPV emanating from the Barclay's Center in Brooklyn, New York! There we would see the first annual Rumble in the Bronx, as twenty men would compete in a battle royal to determine the challenger at No Surrender!

So yeah. Stealing the Royal Rumble concept is a bit much, but I figure that between Triple H announcing the match and the name itself, it could pass. I'm enjoying having to position different people on the card, even if I somehow have to explain why Chris Jericho would sign with Impact knowing that Triple H is the authority in charge.

I started a 0/0/0/0 game. Im about a year and a half in and just started a storyline thats going to last over a year.

Edd stone was somehow a free agent and I managed to sign him. I pretty much gave him a megapush as an unstoppable heel and put my World Title on him. After 5 months of a world title reign that kinda went nowhere, i decided to switch things up.

I turned him face and basically made him this huge party animal like his bio refers to. I signed Sam Keith (YES!! THAAAAAAT SAM KEITH!!) to a contract. Basically what ive run so far is that Sam Keith is saying that Edd Stone is an embaressment to the Stone Family name.

NOTBW gave Stone a big contract now that ive built him up. I was at a point where I had just gotten out of the red and was making an OK profit each month. I decided to take the financial hit and offer stone an absurd contract to keep him. Mind you, I am barely a regional fed at this point, nowhere near hitting cult or any sort of TV deal or anything. Up tot his point, most wrestlers on my roster were 1,000 per show or under with a few at the 1300 to 1500 range. Edd Stones new contract to keep him...... 7000 per show, 30,000 a month gaurentee, 30,000 signing bonus, 20% bonus per event, wage match and hiring veto, use as one of my icons, never push lower then main..... for 5 years. Exclusive PPA. Ugh...

Anyway, I guess im all in with this storyline. I ran a few angles after that saying that Stone was leaving the company. Sam Keith was playing up the heel aspect and saying its good that Stone is going back to canada to learn how to "wrestle properly and cut out the party bs". I then had Stone pull out the win at the monthly large event and then announced that he is resigned with my fed and would rather party then become a boring Stone.

My idea is to run this keith vs Stone fued for awhile. I dont have an onscreen boss, so im thinking of either announcing stone as the owner all along, or have him "buy" the company and become the new boss. Keith will try to screw stone at every chance and get the belt off of him.

I am then going to have Stone drop the title to someone with Keith screwing him somehow like being the special guest ref. I will then have Stone storyline fired. Then have him arrested. All leading to somehow an Edd Stone vs Sam Keith match. even in his late 50s, I think Keith has enough left in him to have an epic match with Stone.

This will be the first time Ive actually run a storyline that lasts longer than a year. Im honestly hoping to stretch this whole thing out to almost 2 full years. I figure by that time, I will be able to hopefully land a small PPV broadcast deal and ahve Edd Stone vs Sam Keith main event my first ever PPV

So, same game as above, im doing pretty good in my 0/0/0/0 fed. started an alliance that included myself, APW (Australlian Pro wrestling), TCW, PSW, EMLL, and PGHW. This was basically meant as a worldwide alliance for the top guys not in the COTT, Japan Movement, or the big fed SWF. I made a world title that actually has been defended quite often. In a few months, the title was defended atleast once on every one of these promotions. Pretty cool actually considering thats out of my control and ive heard other people complain that alliance titles are never defended. Highlight so far has been that the alliance champ Eisaku Kunomasu defended the title against Jay Chord in the semi-main event of TCW Total Mayhem 21. To me, that gives the belt alot of legitimacy.

In bad news, I went to check on that alliance title and saw PSW was missing. I checked the news section and just saw, in June of 2017, the evil SWF has bought and disbanded PSW :( Thats actually a pretty sad moment. PSWs last show was PSW Masters of War. A sold out crowed of 2,000 in Pennsylvania Park. Johnny Martin beat Ash Cambell in the main event to retain the PSW world title.

Late 1996 with Big Japan Pro Wrestling.

It's Megumi Kudo's first night in the company. She has left FMW and I intend to give her a multi-year reign with our new womens championship.

Her first match is a cage match against a local jobber and naturally she breaks her neck. I think my plan has been derailed.

My plans for Neville - WWE

Alright, so I had this idea on how to use Neville in my WWE, I already started this whole thing going but I still wanna hear your opinions.

A little background:

I have a third brand - 'Main Event', broadcasted live each saturday, it's pretty much a brand for the guys who don't get the opportunities they deserve on Raw / SDL with the European title as its main title with Regal as GM.

On Raw I don't have the universal title but the undisputed title currently (Sep. 2018) held by Dean Ambrose.

So it's September 2018 and the rivalry between Neville and Aleister Black has begun, it's pretty much based on who's the stiffiest worker and how brutal they can get, they never have a one on one match ir even a match against each other only until the Royal Rumble match (in the RR PPV Miz cashed in his MITB contract on AJ Styles and won the WWE championship), mid match we have three workers in the ring - Neville, Black and anothet one (it doesn't really matter who it is for the post), Neville and Black finally get to officially tear each other apart and that's exactly what they do, they focus only on each other while the third worker in the ring just let it happen, smartly, because then as Neville eliminates Black the third worker eliminates Neville.

After boyh eliminated Neville and Black start brawling outside the ring si brutally that security and wrestlers (either ones that have been eliminated from the RR match or just been earlier in the card) come down to ringside to separate the two.

It's now the beginning of February, the saturday after the RR PPV, and the next PPV is Elimination Chamber, the last PPV before April's Wrestlemania, Neville and Aleister continue their rivalry but couldn't get a spot at the EC PPV, they feud still continues with no singles bout between the two until the end of March when all of a sudden Regal lets them know that he managed to get them a spot at WM's main card, throughout April the rivalry continues until Wrestlemania.

It's Wrestlemania and finally Neville and Aleister Black go at it in a brutal stiff match, I'm talking so stiff you see teeth fly out and you can actually hear almost every kick, piledrivers etc.., Black wins.

He then picks a mic, sits indian style and says Neville has definitely earned his respect.

It's Saturday after Wrestlemania, it's main event, and Neviile is being interviewed, asked if he has any comments on getting Black's respect to which he responds that for him it was obvious that he will get the respect he claims he always desrves, then when he's asked if he gained any respect for Black, he just looks at the interviewer with an angry facr, after almost half a minute of silence Neville informs that at the end of that night his contraxt expires with Main Event and that he isn't resigning witg this brand claiming it has gotten him nowhere.

Neville is gone for two months.

It's now the MITB, Miz defends his WWE title and Seth defends his Undisputed title (which he won at WM from Owens who won it at COTC from Ambrose).

All of a sudden, torwards the end of Rollins' title defence, Neville returns and attacks both workers, causing a double DQ.

Now it's the main event, Miz defends his tite when again at the end of the match Neville causes a double DQ.

Now it's Raw after MITB and who opens the show? Non other then Neville himself, the man who destroyed two main events at the same PPV!

He kicks the show off by claiming he's WWE's hottest free agent and that both Raw and SDL better fight well on him if the GMs want him in their brands.

Cocky as he is, he isn't wrong, because only an hour after Raw is off Paige goes to twitter and informs that Miz will defend his title in SDL's main event, Shane McMahon is quick to retweet.

Shortly after seeing Paige's tweet, Angle tweets that next Raw Rollins will defend his title in the main event against Neville.

It's now SDL, it's the main event - Miz vs Neville for the WWE title, Neville wins!

It's now Raw, it's the main event - Rollins vs Neville for the Undisputed title, Rollins wins!

Neville picks a mic, screams "Raw sucks" to it and leaves the arena.

Welcome to the Neville era on Smackdown Live

So update on my game. Ive been out of work (dont return back for another 2 and a half weeks), so ive played a TON of TEW lately. I am running a 0/0/0/0 promotion and up to a point im ok financially. Edd Stone was my biggest signing as for some reason, TCW decided not to resign him. I snatched him up and put the world title on him almost right away. He won it in october of 2016. first few title defenses were random whatnots.

I then debut Sam Keith in a authority roll. Basically saying Stone is an embarresmant to the stone family name. Every month, Keith tries to get the title off of Stone.

month 1: Keith forces stone to defend against the architect at my big end of the month show. Stone retains in a 30 min ultimate submission match.

month 2: Keith brings in Ernest Youngman as his storyline protege. Edd Stone wins in a standerd match.

month 3: Stone beats youngman in a rematch, this time a 30 min ultimate submission match. Storyline was that youngman could do what the architect couldnt, hence the same stipulation match.

Month 4: Keith brings in Bruce the Giant. Keith says Bruce is a true legend like all the Stones except Edd. Edd stone basically says that he will prove hes a legend and will do what no other Stone was able to do, beat the giant. Edd Stone ends up winning with a flash pinfall. At this period, giant was a B pop across america and stone was only a C- in new england (my home region where i run all my big shows)

Month 5: Edd stone gets chokeslammed through the ring by the giant on my weekly show. Sets up a rematch for a last man standing at the big end of the month show. Stone ends up winning the last man standing match to retain his belt and claim that he is now a legend.

Month 6: I had been pushing El Mitico for a few months and he was undefeated. Had Sam Keith manage El Mitico to try to beat Edd Stone. This lead to a 1 on 1 match at the next big show where Edd Stone won in at the time, the longest match of my company at 43 minutes.

Month 7: Thanks to my alliance, I was able to use a loan to get Freddy Huggins on my roster. I ran an angle where they would re-unite for the first time in over a year to go for the WWL (the alliance im in with a few other feds) Tag team titles currently held by some team in Japan. I had Huggins turn on Stone during that match. Then had huggins beat him down and steal the world title as the show went off the air.

Month 8: Stone comes out on my weekly shows and wants answers. Sam Keith comes out and says that he was the mastermind behind this whole scheme. Keith wanted to embarrass Stone infront of the world and show that hes not worthy of anymore gold. Huggins announces that if Stone wants his belt back, he has to beat him 1 on 1 at the next big show. Stone and Huggins fight eachother in a cage match with Stone getting the win. At this point, Stone is a solid B in Pop in New england. (amazing considering im a regional compnay still. I did have to give him an exclusive PPA contract LOADED with extras and paying him way more than anyone else on my roster just to keep him from signing with someone else)

Month 9: Keith sets up another opponent, Avalance Takano, who Stone has never faced off 1 on 1 with yet. Kind of a simple month storyline wise. Stone and Keith cut promos on eachother, blah blah blah, Stone wins the main event to keep his title.

Month 10: Keith gets sick of Edd Stones title reign which is now over a year. He forces Stone to defend against 5 other heels. Keith offers his own Hall of Immortals ring to anyone who can win this upcomming 6 way match. This match is a 6way, 30 min iron man match. No way to actually do this in game, but my thought process was that the heels would try to pin eachother willingly and Stone would have to break up the pin. Towards the end, the heels end up arguing on who gets to walk away with the title, and Stone ends up knocking them all out and getting a bunch of quick pinfalls right at the end of the match to pull off the upset. Result : Edd Stone retains and wakls away still champ.

So there you have it. Edd Stone has now been champ for 13 months, with 10 of these months being tied in with the same storyline with Sam Keith. This will EVENTUALLY lead to a 1 on 1 match, stone vs keith. Im trying to stretch it out untill I get a PPV deal which honestly could be another year off lol. Honestly thinking of running a storyline where Stone assaults Keith (stone has actually not attacked him yet this whole time, although keith has jumped him several times) and then keith has stone arrested. I feel that would be a good way to write Stone off TV for 30 or 60 days.

Also, Stone has somehow managed to get A pop in New England during this storyline which is crazy considering my next my pop guy is Keith at B- in new england followed by Yellow Flash all the way down at D+ Edd Stone in my fed right now is the equivillant of having The Rock wrestling in Evolve Wrestling today lol. Just WAY WAY WAAAAAAAAY better and more over than the company hes in.

In my '96 mod, I am entering June. The Outsiders have debuted. They've been causing trouble, but I have Nick Bockwinkle as my authority figure, so it's not quite as "Two guys tearing apart a whole roster" feel as it was in real life.

I'm entering an interesting point as I head into Great American Bash.

The Outsiders and WCW have agreed to an unsanctioned 3 vs 3 match. Team WCW will be Sting, DDP and Ric Flair (Luger and Savage both asked for their release, which I granted) and Hall, Nash and the mysterious 3rd man. If the Outsiders win, they'll be officially sanctioned as a provisional part of WCW. This makes the nWo's takeover a little more methodical and formal rather than simply hostile, like it was at the very beginning.

Building toward Hogan being the third man, he has been chasing The Giant, who is the current World Champion. However, Hogan lost a number one contender's match clean to "The Deadman" Mark Callous. In his dejection, he vanishes. DMC has helped start planting the seeds and red herrings that the nWo's third man could potentially be from within WCW and even hints at Sting. The announcers assume it has to be Callous, but he's remained a loner during his arrival helping no one and asking for nothing.

Here is the interesting part. Hogan has 35 days left on his contract. His renewal will come up literally the day after GAB. So, I am expecting a pretty big battle with WWF over his contract. Side note: Once Savage left, Hogan has actually been fine in the locker room, too. Weird.

The rest of the locker room is a mess though. Nash is a pain in the ass and has no respect for any type of punishment. Everyone does pot and is high all the time. (I've gone into the editor, and like everyone is 50-70 for soft drugs, which just seem ridiculously high considering what the notes say about those fields. So, i've started lowering them just to balance it back out, but all of the instances are still there, which is keeping the moral down.). However, Arn did take Kaynon as his protege, which should be interesting long term.

another small note is that rookie Rocky Kavana debuted as a fun little baby face. Mean Gene did a great job of putting the kid over (like for real, after his debut he jumped from 15 pop to 40 pop.).

Champion list:

World Champion: The Giant

United States Champion: Jeff Jarrett

World Tag Team: The Steiners

World Heritage: Lord Steven Regal.

Cruiser-X: Rey Mysterio Jr.

Jarrett is feuding with Big Rig Ray Traylor and a returning Ron Simmons. The fans seemed to love Simmons' return (way more than I expected, as I got the "debut had a great impact" note.).

The Steiners are feuding with the Horsemen Double A and Benoit. As expected, their matches are ridiculously good (their first clash was a 97. The Horsemen had the Steiners beat, but intentionally DQd themselves to send a message.) So, as long as Benoit can stay painkillers for another week or so, I can write him off and send him to rehab after GAB. Setting up the Steiners to feud with the Outsiders as we head to Bash at the Beach and then the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic as well as a fun little twist regarding the Horsemen and the nWo.

Lord Steven Regal is being annoyed by new comers John Bradshaw Layfield and Kavana. I'm using this as an opportunity to drop the Heritage title back down to the midcard, and move Regal up toward the upper midcard. (I just want Regal to proclaim himself the World's United States champion, which for some reason just makes me laugh).

The Cruiser-X Division is growing. Mysterio is feuding with Jericho and Malenko right now. Jericho is getting over like rover, but I think I want to keep the belt off of him until he can turn heel (I'm running no face/heels, but I can switch that gimmick and get the same feel storytelling wise).

Stables right now are:

nWo: Hall, Nash and eventually Hogan

4 Horsemen: Flair, Anderson, Benoit and Jarrett

Flock: Raven, Edge and Christian (Raven is in rehab, and Edge and Christian are just prophesying his eventual return). I'm expecting Raven to recruit a couple more guys like Kanyon and Kidman once he's back.
