But Del Rio's three world title matches with Lashley was all rated 81, and Del Rio's first two matches with Davey was rated 86, and the final one, a submission match, got the famous 90. The lowest I've seen is a 7 when SWF (after I left) called up a couple of foreign developmental guys with no US Overness and put them against each other with jobber pushes. Never seen a legit 0 lol.
