Fleisch's April mod converts pretty great. That being said, I'm not big into the whole "make sure everything is perfect and filled out for everyone" thing. For example, I haven't looked into the body types or anything like that yet. But the game is 100% out of the box playable.

That's pretty cool and I don't remember that being mentioned in the dev journal (although...I'm old and it's been a few weeks since it came out).

 

Either way, cool feature and very realistic.
