So something I don't recall ever doing. Been toying with setting up a company in the ThunderVerse. Able to sign a bunch of awesome talent. But I'm a bit concerned because no one has a gimmick to start. My usual trick to debut someone and hopefully score a good gimmick rating is to put them in an angle that will grade well. But can't really do that if EVERYONE needs a gimmick. I did give myself extra points in Creative for user talents.

Anyone have any tricks for trying to get as many strong gimmicks as possible? Or just run a show, everyone debuts and hope for the best?

<p>I really cannot understand why two regions (in the US) are dropping in importance, when the rest are rising. All regions (including those who fall in importance) are rising in popularity on a monthly basis. What could be the problem? </p><p> </p><p>

I am on TV in said regions, shown on PPV there and I do hold shows there as well.</p>

A region's importance will fluctuate between an upper and lower limit which is set up in the game world portion of the editor. I think the only place you can see the range is in the main editor not the in-save-game editor. However you can see a region's current importance by clicking on the flags on the game world screen in any save. I'm pretty sure the fluctuation in region importance is random. </p><p> </p><p> <a href="http://s125.photobucket.com/user/VBigB/media/Importance%202_zpsaes2egfj.jpg.html" rel="external nofollow"><span>http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/VBigB/Importance%202_zpsaes2egfj.jpg</span></a></p><p> </p><p> <a href="http://s125.photobucket.com/user/VBigB/media/Importance%201_zps3kv3jjiz.jpg.html" rel="external nofollow"><span>http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p65/VBigB/Importance%201_zps3kv3jjiz.jpg</span></a></p><p> </p><p> Edit: Well apparently photobucket has changed their 3rd party hosting rules so I'll have to correct the screenshots later.</p>

<p>Hi, I'm currently playing a 1983 mod and want to move away from the NWA Alliance. Is their a way I can keep the Heavyweight and Tag Team Titles with my Company rather than leave them in the alliance? I tried doing it with the editor but it said I had to do it in game but I have no idea how its done.</p><p> </p><p>

Many Thanks</p>

You already know this but I'll say it anyway, debut them over time. Based on their importance to your plans, debut them in waves but in different segments likely to rate high. I tend to debut my lower midcarder and below all in one segment since I'm not too concerned about how their gimmicks will rate. But then over time, I'll introduce the people higher on the card. I use that 'Reveal of New signing' angle to death, after a hype 'announcement' angle prior to it. Since my authority figure tends to be very over, it gets good ratings (even with a debutant that doesn't have a ton of overness).

As far as I know, you can't do that. The alliance titles belong to the alliance, until such time as the alliance is no more (assuming that's possible). Maybe after the alliance folds, the titles may become available to buy (Investments -> Purchase Title Belt). But I'm not seeing a way to change ownership of a title belt while its owner is still active.

From what I know, and have tried previously, I believe the titles are attached to the alliance. They'll only become available once the alliance is no longer a thing. Then I think you'll be able to purchase the belts?

But until then, if you only want your guys to be champions without the risk of them losing them via a match in an allied company, you'll need to create some titles.

Someone may correct me on this and, if it's all wrong I hope they do.

I know this answer is somewhere, but I can't remember where to find it. How much and for how long do show ratings need to exceed popularity for it to increase? Playing TCW, pop is 78, shows have been 80-82 for 2 months, and PPV's have been 85+ for a bit. Still not seeing a single point of movement, and I'm trying to figuee out if I need to get ratings higher, or just be patient,

<p>I'm not a hardcore wrestling fan, but I enjoy this game. Is there someplace I can find:</p><p> </p><p>

(1) What each skill represents (i.e. brawling vs. hardcore vs. chain wrestling, etc.)....when recruiting I'm trying to figure out what to look for.</p><p> </p><p>

(2) What skills are generally most important. I hear the term "Top Row" My top three skills shown are Brawling, Puroresu, and Hard Core....is this the "Top Row" that is being referenced?</p>

Does anyone else think that when you end a Broadcaster deal, it should be pro-rated? The closer you get to the deal expiring, the cheaper it should be to get out of it. I've always thought that anyway and it always frustrates me! <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

I'm having problems making a tag team. I'm trying to make bulldog and Owen a tag team in 1987, however I get a pop-up that tells me that this team already exists as inactive individuals. How do I make them an active tag team? I went to the editor and still couldn't figure it out.

The menu where you create teams has a filter button. Filter by inactive teams and then they'll show. Just change then drop box to active and press save

Can anybody advise on what leads the various personality changes? I know (or can guess) a few of the obvious ones like

- being overpushed can lead to one becoming more egotistical (and getting buried a lot has the opposite effect)

- success of one's career affects how optimistic/pessimistic he becomes over time

- backstage discipline can affect flakiness/dependability

Anyway, the question for me arose when recently my Road Agent stopped being the Locker room leader.

Double-checking with the default database, she was originally: humble, generous, optimistic, naïve and dependable.

Now she's only humble and optimistic....and also became liberal (I thought old people tend to get more conservative as they get older?). This happened in the short span of 4 months.

The only thing that's happened to her over the 4 months (and happens quite frequently) is that she held a lot of Wrestlers' Court. I never knew that event changes the Locker room leader's personality (the punished, yes, the player is told about the changes, but the Leader?). Does it?

Since she's a Road Agent and never appears onscreen, her push doesn't come into the picture so....what causes someone to become less generous and dependable (or naïve)?

The liberal thing also interests me......I suspect it may be due to most of my roster being liberal (it's a risque product), but does having a locker room full of a certain type of personality really cause others to gravitate towards their style?

So, does that mean that if I put Giant Redwood in a locker room full of nice guys, he can actually become slightly less of a jerk after a few years?? I know he'd have less incident with a harmonious backstage crowd, but does his personality change for the better as a result?

<p>I was not sure if I should post this here or start my own thread so I decided to post it here. If others think it should get a thread of its own then I guess someone can start it up.</p><p> </p><p>

I was wondering if anyone has the map breakdown that <strong>dse81</strong> posted of the different countries in the game. With Photobucket's change the maps that <strong>dse81</strong> posted are no longer available to view. </p><p> </p><p>

I do know the breakdown of Canada, America, and Australia. That being said I am not sure where the exact borders are on the maps. Especially Europe because there are countries that could fit reasonably well into more than one region.</p>
