If a wrestler has been out of work for a while you can get them for lower, but at some point they are going to ask for a raise at some point. For example, a lower pop entertainer in WWE would likely get a bigger push than, let's say, a more over cruiserweight. What are your product settings and what are the styles of the wrestlers involved?</p>

Popularity is definitely the biggest factor when it comes to determining how much a wrestler will ask for. The second biggest factor is definitely Respect, which goes up the more a wrestler works. Skill I've seen very little fluctuation at the lowest levels (ie an absolutely awful wrestler with 0 pop and 0 respect will ask for around $100/show, while a decent wrestler could ask anywhere from 200-250 per show with same pop and respect). I don't know if those are flat differences or if they scale with popularity.</p><p> </p><p> Tommy Cornell Jr on his debut in my game had 0 popularity and 0 respect and asked for about $450 a show I believe. This is the absolute best skill worker you should ever have debuting (imo) in a game, so, taking out popularity and respect (which should be 0 for a new/debuting wrestler), 500 should be the absolute most they are asking for.</p><p> </p><p> Respect does play a huge factor in what a wrestler is asking for. In my Australia game, I tried to hire a couple of known quantities: Marcus Kerr and Septimus Stubbs. Marcus Kerr I think only wanted around 300-400 per show with the same popularity as Septimus Stubbs. Stubbs, being a veteran, usually asked for around 700-800 per show.</p><p> </p><p> Those numbers do scale down the longer he sits unemployed, but he is never going to go below that 400-500 mark. </p><p> </p><p> You shouldn't have workers with 0 popularity asking for 500-1000. If they are, check their Respect. If they have Respect, then they shouldn't. It's impossible (as far as I know) to DROP to 0 popularity after wrestling matches, or at least very very hard. Anyone debuting should generally do so with 0 popularity and respect as well.</p>

It's capped at 53 and can only be improved beyond that with "good performances at important shows" (which I haven't quite cracked how the game translates).</p><p> </p><p> You need ~70 matches to reach 25 respect and ~170 to hit the "soft cap" of 53.</p><p> </p><p> If translating to a mod, remember the game does not "count" house show matches as actual ones for game stats. I should note it’s actually 63 shows to 25 respect under normal game conditions.</p><p> </p><p> ~70 is to account for there being an extra 30 days per year in real life that people get to work (I assumed the poster was editing a real world mod). The game has 12 months of 28 days = 336 total days/year.</p>

The mod I'm playing has the Great American Bash (July) set as the SF, whereas in my mind it's Starrcade (December). I only noticed that after booking it. Will I suffer any penalty for running a second SF five months after the first?</p>

Put the Match Ratio to 90 or 100%.</p><p> </p><p> There's tons of different Product combinations if you want to get into that. It's really intuitive.</p>

<p>I just started a new game with a company with the pre-set Sports Entertainment product. I have set up a brand to run shows in Mexico, with a Luch Libre focus. However, in every match I run, I get messages that "a section of the crowd expects more physically intensive matches" and " a section of the crowd expects more dangerous spots" (going off memory... think those are correct).</p><p> </p><p>

I'm guessing that I need to adjust my product, but will those changes negatively affect the crowds at my main brand?</p>

From memory, it was an issue playing as PSW in the last game as the default matches weren't hardcore enough for the product.</p>
