Is it completely impossible to sign a worker who is loyal to another company? I've tried offering, as a national company, the max possible deal with all the extras to someone loyal to a Small company and been rejected. However, in my watcher game, an international company signed a loyal worker away from a Cult company.

What it does is add variability to every stat of every worker, but it does it on creation of the game. Changing it mid game wouldn't just randomly change every workers stats by small amounts.

I'm trying to simulate a company like Lucha Underground that tapes shows and airs two seasons a year.

I'm thinking of making it a touring company active on March, April, May, August, September and October. On these months I'll hold weekly events (the tv shows) and set a tv deal to show tour highlights. Is this the best approach?

With this would it be possible to hold events on the off tour months? Like a couple of "house shows" or super cards on July and December? And to set a PPV deal for this events?

I signed one once, but I'm pretty sure they were on excursion. I'll find out in another year game-time.

I think their current morale level is a factor. Why would anyone stay on their job if they hate it, right?

Can I stop someone from retiring once they announce they will in three months?

Literally less than a month into a save and two wrestlers that are mid 30s and in good physical condition with no time decline have decided to retire

Edit: Forgot to mention, I know I can ask them to postpone a year but I want to know if I can just completely stop it from happening for now?
