Matt_Black
Quick question- what's the best way to copy a database? Like, I want a second version of the Cornellverse that I can spindle and mutilate while having the main one for less experimental C-Verse sessions. Call it whatever you want - maybe something like "CV Mod" or "CV Mutilated". Navigate to your install directory (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\GDS\TEW2016) and go to the Databases folder. Copy the TEW2016.mdb file from the Default folder to the folder named after your new database. It will preserve all the pictures, stats, workers, companies, etc. from Cornellverse. Make sure to select your modded database in TEW and have fun playing around.

You may want to make a backup of the default database and the default pictures just in case you accidentally change the main database sometime.

Kingster
So, as we know announcers have no impact on segment ratings if the show isn't brodcast.

But how about if I have a tour highlights deal? The shows themselves aren't being broadcast, but parts of them are shown at a later date. So I'm not sure if announcers for these shows have an impact on how the segments are rated. Does anybody know?

Edit: Nevermind. I just made a quick test. Announcers do in fact have an impact on touring shows if a highlights deal is attached to them.

thadian
What's the rule for how much of a bonus you need to make someone happy again? Is it based on a percentage of their salary? Their salary factors in, and the personality types can factor in. Selfish guys love being paid bonuses.
BrokenCycle
What's the rule for how much of a bonus you need to make someone happy again? Is it based on a percentage of their salary? It's based on the salary. Don't know the percentage or anything. Pretty sure it's additive too. So, one large bonus would be the same as a lot of small ones eventually. Suplewich
In my save, I always run shows with 100K+ attendance. I want to run shows in smaller venues (12K-25K), however, I'm scared that it takes a big hit on my money. I have a lot of money right now, but I don't want to start gaining way less. If I make my broadcaster a PPV broadcast while running small venues, will I be fine or at least not lose as much money? Thank you.

If you have a regular TV show as a touring company, you would still have to hold the show when you are 'off' unless you only have a TV contract for while you're touring. The touring highlights allow you to have a show year-round that continues to show episodes while you are off.

The touring highlights allow you to have a show year-round that continues to show episodes while you are off. I always thought touring highlight shows receive less ratings and the pop gains are less than normal TV shows. Also if you have a touring schedule and a regular TV contract your show stops when you are not touring. So you don't have to book the TV show when you are on your off months. Just wanted to chime in, I am not touring company expert but have played around with PGHW a bunch.
Taker Kane
It would be cool to have some kind of way to indicate that a superstar was making a return after a lengthy absence, or that a popular superstar was making their debut in a new company.
