Tomato Can
I know this will change for me the more I dig around, but so far, actually building my developmental territory is way cool. Try to list only one... what is your favorite new feature thus far?
Peter.1986
For me the autobooker is by far and away the best thing. But there are lots of other stuff I have seen (and still yet to discover that's great)
creepshow
the autobooker is easily the biggest game changer, but I am a huge fan of the individual worker performance stat in the post-match notes.
OldStingberg
The autobooker by far. The way it even pulls angles from storylines and also uses angles to set up the main event is great. I'm sitting here having the autobooker create show after show and they all look great. It's obviously not quite the same quality as booking a show yourself, but it's surprisingly good. I fully expect to utilize it for every weekly show I do (with minor tweaks for people I want to focus on, etc.) and then spending my time booking the PPVs start to finish. The changes to developmental are a close second. Being able to set their events, titles, etc., choosing the owner/booker, giving them air time on your broadcaster, and sending guys down simply to work there are all huge additions. And I love being able to borrow workers from developmental.
Dave_Scott
Gotta say I'm really liking the one night loans situation. Really useful. I also love all the additions when simulating a show. Then again I don't think any of us could have discovered all the new features yet, so there may be a few I've yet to uncover that I'll fall in love with. Remianen
The development overhaul. I'm all about developing talent so those changes gave me much more fine control over how I go about doing that. From signing unemployed vets and sending them down to train to putting the dev fed on my broadcaster to (OMG!) choosing the dev promotion's owner and booker and whether it'll sign its own talent, it's all awesome to me. Losi
The feature I like the most for the moment is definitely the Broadcasting. I really love to set up my own Subscription Network in the US that hosts my Events, while in Canada I can have it on PPV and then again giving it away for free on TV in Australia to get the audience there interested in my product. There are so many combinations to use with it that I am currently exploring. Very very nice feature. The one I like the second most is the new Development System. Setting up the whole Roster for my Dev, without having the AI hiring anyone that might hurt their development, is fantastic. So many things to explore that I am currently trying to get used to, before I will go for "serious" gaming when the Full Release is coming next week. Benrollo
Definitely freestyle angles and hire local workers/borrow from developmental
Mattywood
I'm liking the Player's Handbook. I'm starting off a C-Verse game to get me used to the new mechanics, and the Player's Handbook is definitely a great gift to have that will help point me in the right direction with making my mods. Self
That thing that points out who the weak link in matches was, or who stood out above everyone else. Really like it. Helps me decide who can move up the card.
Devine_Limits
Haven't had the time to mess around with the demo much but has it showed the secret feature he wouldn't tell us about or is that going to seen in the full release

The Nickman
Definitely freestyle angles. I'm pretty sure I'll end up using them a LOT more than the default angles.

Gungner
Small things like "Loaning" a worker from development, TV-specials and the Intentional DQ/Count-Out are some of my favorites by far. Out of those, I'd have to say TV-Specials.
Lionhart
The Auto-Booking, obviously.

I still book monthly events from scratch (more precisely, I pre-book it almost entirely at the beginning of the month) and I tend to modify a large part of the auto-booked TV-Shows, because the feature tends to do some huge mistakes, but the weekly booking is less painful than before.

Thanks to this feature, I book a month (4TV Show + Event) in 2h while in TEW13 I used to book only 1 week for almost the same amount of time.

Others big features IMO are the new backstage environment (Joel Bryant has been a great wrestler's court judge on my 2 months run with TCW and workers giving an opinion on their colleague is really nice), the expanded search engine, the "match aim" system, the revamped gimmick menu and the unit/individual classification for teams.

Those are the ones I think of immediately.

GilmourGuy
I love all the changes to the simulator engine. TEW13 was the first TEW I really played a lot and I wasn't very good at it. I feel like all the small changes to the booking engine - from how a show flows to the match aims to the simplified timing to the Player's Handbook - have really helped me to improve as a Booker. Before, when I screwed up, it was difficult to understand what I had done wrong, even with the Dirt Sheet. Now, I'm making fewer stupid mistakes and I feel like the game does a better job of telling what went wrong. Instead of just saying "Incorrect" it says "This is wrong because..."
