Oh right, the best collection of talent in wrestling history. My favorite stable ever!

:D Excited.

Excuse me.... However, the York Foundation was the greatest stable ever.... a business man with a mullet? Are you kidding me? PURE GOLD!

Playability matters to me.

As for Rocky Maivia being a WWF owned name, I don't know the reality of their trademark on that, but the way I looked at it was that Rocky Maivia is simply a combination of his father's ring name and his grandfather's ring name, neither of which he WWF owns. I don't think they could actually enforce a copyright claim on Rocky Maivia at all.

I agree on keeping him as Rocky Maivia, but just to shed a little light on how copyright law works it doesn't matter if they owned his father or grandfather's ring names at all. When it comes to copyrights, you can apply and be given the rights to virtually anything in that specified usage. Hence why despite WWE not having a copyright over Dusty Rhodes, they DO have an active copyright over the name "Cody Rhodes." This despite it being his real name fused with part of his father's ring name. :)

For example, I have Undertaker listed as Mark Calaway in Risky Business because the data starts in January 1985, before the Undertaker character was even a thought in anyone's head. However, in Young Guns, he'll be named the Undertaker. I guess I could list him as Mark Callous in Risky, though.

I don't care who owns the rights in the real world, I want Triple H, The Rock, etc. Hell, he may not be The Undertaker's brother, but Kane is Kane.

But if he was already using that in WWF and then I get him? I won't. For me it's the best of both worlds, a little bit of realism and a little bit of creative freedom.
