On that SWS note, another issue I see is that their roster gets raided by NJPW and AJPW in pretty much every simulation. In real life, they were the company that lured said talent away from those companies because of how much money they were throwing around to get bigger names. Is there any way around this outside of setting written contracts?

I saw Hulkamaniac85 post a screen shot of Hogan saying Shawn Micahels was unsafe, so I took a look inside the editor and saw he was at 68, which should be a good safety rating at C+. At the same time, I seem to recall Derek B saying that it was one of those stats that could start anywhere (though he did recommend maybe not starting above 80 for rookies), especially with the injuries that can happen now with botched moves and what not. That said, I seem to recall Shawn being one of the safest workers in the ring. So maybe a safety boost for him?

Good alert will definitely revise safety for 1.2.</p>

Your main event talent looks really good - adding Savage, Piper and Rude. No Flair at Starrcade or do you have plans for him?</p>

<p>I have a question about TEW overall but a scenario specifically in this mod. </p><p> </p><p>

I'd like to run SMW with Jim Cornette. I have gone in and edited the database to make SMW open in March of 1991. I edited the power to make sure that Jim was the number one guy to open it and that it was mandatory. I was unemployed the whole time. I started the game with Cornette and advanced to march and then through the month and never got the opportunity to open SMW. Did I do something wrong?</p><p> </p><p>

I left the game as Cornette and had someone else for a couple of weeks and SMW never opened. </p><p> </p><p>

Any ideas?</p>

So far I've done a two year watch through with the mod.

A few things that seem out of place:

Pat Rose & Mark Kyle, two perennial jobbers defeated The Skyscrapers in November of 1991 for the NWA Tag Team Championships before losing them back to them in February of 92.

Steve Armstrong and Ranger Ross unseated The Steiner Brothers for the US Tag Team Titles before losing them to Moondog Rex and El Gigante. El Gigante was then injured and the titles were vacated only to have Ranger Ross and new partner Dutch Mantel win the titles.

Tommy Rich beat Lex Luger for the US Title before losing it to Scott Steiner.

I don't know what causes these type of odd results to be honest but just thought I'd mention them in case it had to do with popularity or anything like that.

Also, pretty sure The Juicer should be a face, not a heel in WCW.

Who would be two good members for horsemen, as I plan on turning Barry face and giving him the World title at the Bash after Flair beats Sting and I am going remove sid from the group. I thought about bringing Tully back but I dont if I should or not. Other guys I thought about were Rude,Larry Z. Thought about teaming Vader and Hansen up to feud with the Steiners.

Curt Hennig was also in talks around this time, though honestly I think it was around mid 92 when this happened. He would be a perfect fit with the Horsemen. I was so pissed when WCW ruined that in 97.

Rude is also a good shout at this time. He did arrive in late 1991 as the Halloween Phantom but you could always play him into the Horsemen.

I think Bobby Eaton would be a great addition as well. He teams with Anderson in late 91, early 92 and it was a good tag team. It wouldn't be a stretch to see him as part of The Horsemen.

<p>Excellent mod, Justtxyank, as usual. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

One thing I've noticed is the ratings of some young workers. My thinking is that you may want to leave some more room for growth and natural maturing of the workers. Booker T, for example, has 80 charisma. I think that's pretty high for 1991, and it pretty much guarantees that he'll get to somewhere around 90-95 with minimal effort.</p><p> </p><p>

Also, now that heel and face performance is a teachable skill, I think this also may need some tinkering. Steve Austin starts at 100 face and 95 heel, guaranteeing that he'll be 100/100 in a couple of months. This doesn't leave much room for growth and maturation.</p><p> </p><p>

Just a couple small thoughts. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
