The contract poaching thing is going on with me as well. I'm crossing my fingers no one signs Scurll to a written deal. I'm technically playing a two player game as I started as TNA in May 2016 (both game and in life) and have been enjoying that, but decided to spin off the EWA for the fun of it and to have something to write about that was lower-key.

As for feedback. This is currently my favorite diary. It is simple, believable and enjoyable to follow. I love the uniqueness of the write-ups. Honestly, I wouldn't change much. Maybe for some of the Young Lions some sort of background would help. I typically have no clue who they are (though that's more on me).

Great work.

Longtime Lurker here. I am not that active on forums and will not be at least for some time. Hence no participation in any of the Prediction contests.

Loving your NJPW. Simple- realsitic- easy on eyes- has feel of the touring promotion, similar to Kanegan's Ares dynasty.

It is effective too as you are able to post lot of shows in a small time. KUPTGW.

The War of the Worlds tour kicked off in Philadelphia with a great show in front of 4,000 fans at the Tom Gola Arena. Suggestion: Maybe do a "highlight show", containing writeups for significant and exceptional matches during the non-televised body of the tournament. You could frame it like an episode of World Pro Wrestling.

Looking forward to the BOSJ. Titan and Dragon Lee are great invitations from CMLL. The only guys who may produce duds are probably Tiger Mask and Gedo but I think we'll be seeing a lot more exciting things out of the rest of the guys. Any combination of KUSHIDA/Titan/Scurll/Ospreay and Lee/Takahashi/Ricochet/Taguchi has potential to be show stealing.

Always up for a puro thread so I'll be following.

Yeah, I was surprised by the B+ as well, but Kojima and Nagata have pretty great ratings, even after I adjusted their attributes. I mean, I have a feeling my match ratings are strongly tied to the "Puroresu Skill" of each guy, and I know Kojima and Nagata both have a high rating in that category.

As for the BOSJ, it took a lot of work but I figured out a way to set it up. I'm nervous I'm going to mess something up, but I'm 99.99% certain it's all going to work out correctly.

As for the highlights, Mootinie floated that idea to me in my old game as well but there's just something about it I don't like. Not sure why. I always modeled my write ups off PuroLove, but I think I can/should include some brief write ups of at least the BOSJ matches in my shortened results. We'll see.

The 24th annual Best of the Super Jr. tournament kicked off today, and was a showcase of some of the most skilled junior heavyweight wrestlers in the world. The night ended in a way few fans could have predicted a mere month ago, as "The Villain" Marty Scurll, who debuted in NJPW and joined Bullet Club just 18 days ago, made BOSJ XXIII winner Will Ospreay tap out to his patented Crossface Chickenwing in the best match of the night.

Scurll was not the only junior to secure a tap out victory, as KUSHIDA and Rocky Romero won their respective matches with submissions as well. BUSHI won his match by using the MX against the luchador Titán, who impressed fans in his first BOSJ match since he competed in the tournament back in 2013.

The wrestlers of the B Block will compete tomorrow night at the Kira Messe Numazu!

The Best of the Super Jr. tournament continued in front of 3,000 fans at the Kira Messe Numazu. In the main event, Hiromu Takahashi defeated Dragon Lee in another chapter of their rivalry. Ricochet defeated Ryusuke Taguchi in a great semi-main event, while Nick Jackson and Tiger Mask both picked up wins as well. In what is sure to be a common occurrence, a champion was of the losing side of a match, as Tiger Mask scored an upset over Beretta that could very easily lead to a IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Title shot for Tiger and a partner of his choosing after the tournament. Night 3 of the BOSJ will be tomorrow night from the Yamagata Sports Center #2.

<div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";">...and that is the B Block! Exciting matches, glad to see Taguchi can pull out a B+ when needed. I wish I could get an A out of Lee vs. Takahashi, but I don't think Lee is over enough in Japan yet. Maybe he will have another chance at an A with someone like Ricochet. Anyway, I am now going to move on to the long haul of nightly results, as the tournament runs for another 12 nights. Keep on reading for some BOSJ action!

I think my Rocky pick was much better than initially anticipated, and funny enough my other thought in that block would've been the Villain. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

The two first place competitors in Block A did battle tonight, as Marty Scurll and Rocky Romero wrestled to determine who would be in sole possession of the top spot in their block. Scurll remained undefeated, as he added Romero to the growing list of names that have tapped out to his Crossface Chickenwing. In other BOSJ matches, Titán used the Titanics (a handspring backflip into a victory roll) to defeat Matt Jackson, KUSHIDA used a Cross Armbreaker on Finlay, and BUSHI beat Will Ospreay with the MX after he used poison mist on the CHAOS junior. The B Block will be back in action on the 28th at the Nagoya International Exhibition Hall.
