I hoped to have Survivor Series posted by tomorrow, but my Brother-in-law passed away suddenly on Sunday, and as you can imagine that's gonna put a hold on something as unimportant as this. Does anyone else have any thoughts on Survivor Series?

 

I hate to ask, and hate to "bump" a topic with nothing new to post in the diary, but I usually get a least 2 or 3 responses when I post a PPV, and usually 4 or 5 when it's one the "big 4" like Survivor Series, but I only received one response this time and was wondering if maybe I did something people just hated? Or maybe the show was just "meh"? Or maybe I just caught everyone at a bad time? Something else?

I thought it was a good show. Wasn' happy with Hogan winning because I hate Hogan.

 

Is it possible for Sid's behaviour to get worse? Is he bringing a big bag of coke to the ring with him rather than only to the dressing room now?

It's hard for me to buy Henning as a baby face but the match worked so what do I know

 

The Piper match went pretty much as expected.

 

Drama wise Tornado coming to the rescue would have been better by holding off he looked a little weak. You actually could have had the management get round it by firing him and then having them instantly rehire him to teach Funk a lesson that they won't be manipulated.

 

The Mountie running away was the best choice there because his team sucked and let him down

 

Koloff and Slaughter now that's an unlikely but potentially great tag team.

 

Nakanos team won which was the only choice really

 

Popped for STING

 

Popped even more for CACTUS JACK

 

Legit hated the Dragon Hogan result. That result should only have happened at Mania if at all.

 

The count out thing for Savage didn't really work for me. The result was fine but the Vader count out and then his felt overbooked. Vader simply could have turned on Savage when it was 2 on 1 why he would choose to stand outside telegraphic what was going to happen felt a little unnatural.

 

Not trying to be too critical because I enjoyed it but the Tornado and Vader things would bug me in real life if I was watching a show and I figured you would understand why.
