Any chance you can give everyone the age is just a number attribute and the one that slows decline. It would really help the game alot. Finally people over 65 would not just sit there. People would not decline fast too.

Right now all mods are set as cancelled because I'm really struggling to get anything to play the way I need it to play (WWE barely getting 60 for Raw/Smackdown even if AI books them yet those same events on 2016 were getting around 80+). The whole conversion of these mods has been nothing short of an f'n nightmare. I'm kind of giving up at the minute until I can start again, fresh eyes, fresh ideas.

 

Also because I'm not a fan of the game so far in general I don't want to build peoples Hope's up as the chance of me getting the game is not high as for the first time I don't think the game is worth the money.

I haven't even had any interest in working on mods with 2020 so I feel your pain my friend.

I like some of the features but I feel like we are missing alot of what we known and loved since 05. I personally had to turn off aims and ratios because of the products available. I only play 3users mods in tew over the years. Buring hamster is not feeling the game right now either. So if you or mod squad people don't make a mod. I really won't play the game. I have expectations in a mod and only you 3 have ever achieved it. I only ever have to tweet it a bit then able to play it.

 

So I fully understand if you are burned out on it. I made a 2010 mod back in the day and keep it up to date. I gave up after 2013 came out. There is too many things going on right now to punish yourself by working on tew 2020 that you really don't want to do.

 

If you are done. I thank you for all the fun times and wish you luck in life. Keep your head up in these hard times.

I couldn't agree more about the editor. I've expressed my frustrations with it and won't reiterate any of those. The fact that members of the dev team were posting things like "Modding is easier now than ever" even after we were expressing our displeasure has been extremely disheartening. In reply to my criticism of the editor and new direction 20 has taken I've been met with condescending dismissive posts. Well here we have one of the biggest and best contributors to the game calling it quits. Not the first RW modder who's done so this week and won't be the last. </p><p> </p><p>

I haven't been raising the editor issue in some stupid attempt to cause drama or any other ridiculous narratives that have been framed. It's been in an effort to prevent exactly this. Sad day for GDS.</p>

But being serious there has been a major change in the system here, so much so that some parts need to be completly overhauled (mod wise), I've done a few drastic things to my mod I'm hoping will be bette rin the long run then having them broken to be fixed later. There is a lot of great improvements in the engine that are being negated by the old systems like forcing a square peg into the triangle hole. I do like the editor, and think it's an improvement, the problem is having to unlearn how TEW16 works and figure out how TEW20 works, it takes time and not helped with the game needing to be patched on a near daily basis, hopefully when things are more stable then things can move on.</p>

So sorry to hear, Fleisch. I've gotten hours and hours of enjoyment out of your 2016 mods and will continue to do so. Please know that you've been an asset to the community and we'll be sorry to see your mods go.

<p>So I've played around a little more in the editor and I'm trying to learn it all fully before I release anything. There are so many changes if you want your data to play properly with all the new features doing what they should.</p><p> </p><p>

I have been using the Flashpoint 2020 mod as my "guinea pig" to learn so look for that to be my first release.</p>

If the new version of "Diablo X" is still on the menu, i have some suggestions for you :

 

Maybe for the companies that belong to Disney ( like Star Wars themed or Marvel themed ), give them "Disney +" as their brodcaster ( like Reverie for USPW ). For the DC themed wrestling companies, maybe "DC Universe" or "HBO Max" ?

So I've downloaded Flashpoint and am looking forward to playing it later today. Glad to see you might be continuing, although if you don't I completely understand it and thank you for all that you've done up to this point.

I played a bit of it on 2016 but never got into it, but the extension of the story, that Wyatt Family mega push, intrigued me into downloading this one, that and the fact I want to try out some new stuff and have a lot of time on my hands now. Thanks again man!
