Once one of the most controversial figures in Japan, I, Oniji Takashita, better known as Burning Exile, have been mellowed down in the last 10 years.

As the head booker and the unofficial spokesperson of EXODUS 2010, i have seen the promotion grow to greater heights and with 10 years down the line, we are currently considered a true alternative to the big brothers BHOTWG, PGHW and BCG.

It has been a real struggle but also lot of fun and last November, when our owner and my confidante, Yoshi Oshiro suddenly went kaput as he had taken a big loan from some mysterious figures (which i came to know from my sources), the future of this promotion was up in air.

At this point, my wife came to my rescue. She has been with me for the last 15 years and starting from a small shop selling fusion ramen bowls from the ground floor of my apartment, she was now the proud owner of 100+ restaurants throughout Asia serving ramen bowls fused with tastes all over the world.

She knew how much I loved this promotion and how I had worked hard to gain back all the respect that I had lost in the early stages of my career and so she gave me the money..........money to buy Exodus 2010 from Oshiro and take the control firmly in my hands.

So, there we arrived.............25th December 2019.......when I bought out EXODUS 2010 and became the new owner. Things were about to get hot in here.

NEW YEAR SPECTACLE PRESS CONFERENCE

The conference opens with BURNING Exile announcing the 1st event of the year, New Year Spectacle which has been a staple in recent years.

All the titles will be fought in multi-man matches.

Regarding the tag title picture, he highlights two teams - The Revengers and Kimiyama & Kogo who have been phenomenal last year but they failed to win the tag titles and they also could not beat each other decisively.

So, in the Road to Spectacle shows, the two teams will engage in a series of matches and the winner will get their title shot although that will be their final shot of the year and if they fail to win the title, they will not get another chance in 2020.

He further added a number of new faces has been signed and they will be slowly introduced to the promotion.

- Disco Boys took revenge against Hustle-X by defeating them in a 8 man tag team match. Yanagawa was livid but he didn't fail to point out to Shoda and Hanari that they haven't pinned either him or Okakura and it will stay that way.

- Yanagimoto stole the thunder in the main event when he pinned the tag team champion, Hyotaru. This win has put him in the driver's seat for the third slot in the championship four way dance at New Year Spectacle.

- Hotta's brilliant win even after carrying an injury means he becomes the third man for the All Asia title match.

- The Heavyweight Champion, Tsabouchi have been having a torrid time not able to win a single match, though for no fault of his as his team-mates have been pinned in every match but the biggest shock came in the last tour show before the event as the veteran Exile pinned Tsabouchi becoming the 1st man to do so in 2020.

- After being humiliated last week, Hustle-X teamed up with Legion and got back to winning ways when Sugimura pinned Shoda. After the event, they throw a challenge to DISCO Boys at New Year Spectacle and if they lose, they will become HUSTLE-X apprentice.</div><img style="max-width:100%;"
