Quick probably stupid question - so I imported workers etc. from your RWC test database and most of the workers didn't transfer over because obviously they already exist in my RWC database but some workers etc. did get imported in. Does that mean I got all the correct data additional Indies+ data anyway? Or should I just undo that and import again with the new data? Cheers. Yeah, a good chunk of guys will already be in RWC. But they're in Indies+ to set up contract stuff, worker relationships, title lineages. All that stuff. ... Buuuut if you downloaded from that second upload, then I'd still wipe it by redownloading RWC June, and then using the newest, and redo the import. Just to be 100% sure. Again, apologies for my screwups tonight. I hope the following releases aren't gonna be as hectic for me. (Had to do a short drive, when somebody notified me of the screwup with the last upload, and had to fix stuff asap whe nI arrived where I was going. lol) BTW, there are no "Stupid Questions". If you know of any notable indie refs, throw me some names in DMs. or on the thread. Especially ones that work with the previously mentioned companies. It's the one area with rather low coverage in Indies+, since I'm not too good at finding out information about these people, and have a lot of difficulty telling referees apart. It would be a serious help. Maybe Adam Gault ? He's been a ref for Game Changer Wrestling as well as a couple of indies companies, and he's not too difficult to find infos for. And if I was able to do a (mediocre) version of him despite my utter lack of talent at grading anyone, I'm sure you guys will be able to do a good job at it Also, for announcers/CC/on-screen personality, imho Sam Leterna is bound to be in at some point. She has worked with multiple IWTV companies, is a former wrestler and can probably fit any job (but referee) in a small indy company while having great relationships with multiple indy women wrestlers. Plus she also has great looks, so I could even see her be a good choice to be the next replacement for Charly Caruso and Kayla Braxton in the mind of some WWE bookers. All she's missing is being employed in a bigger company to be an obvious add in any modern world, I think. Ok, I might be overselling her a bit, but yeah she's great, please add her. Since I'm gopd friends with the peoppe in charge of that, and it was a lot easier to ask them for cuts. Any idea what the ownership situation for New South Pro Wrestling is? I don't follow them all that much, but I know that Dump Sanders is the on-screen general manager at the moment. (Sidenote: I'm also a bit stumped on Sanders, and having a hard time figuring out all that much about him. But that's not as important as the whole ownership thing.) So if anybody knows who's in charge of running the company, or any info along those lines, then send them to me in a private message! The next releases of both Indies+ and Titles+ will come out alongside the next RWC in August. And will feature a lot of improvements, additions, and whatnot. Imma have to disappoint you a bit, because I doubt they'll be getting in. There's a couple general reasons for that doubt. (I hope I'm able to explain well here, and don't ramble on too much.) 1: Right now, we're just a couple months into RWC+ being a thing, and it's being built upon fairly slowly. We're working out the kinks, trying to learn the proper way to stat people, and seeing if there's any funky game mechanics that get messed up when importing large amounts of stuff from database to database 2: Me and the others wanna try and focus on the more... mid-tier indy companies. The step below GCW and Beyond, The kinds of companies you see highlighted by IWTV and the like. Mostly because those are the companies we (at least vaguely) follow, and have a bit of an idea about what's going on. And partly because it's just easier to research those companies. (They also usually share at least some talent. lol) 3: At a certain point, TEW starts to really chug if you've got too many companies. We don't wanna end up adding like, 40 companies, and make every in-game turn take freaking ages to complete. BTW, should probably say this now, we've been in the early stages of talking about making multiple different... packs of companies, if we start reaching the point where it really chugs. That way you'd be able to just download what you want, without heavily impacting performance. Also, it'd give me a chance to come up with cool lil' expansion pack names. (And give me an excuse to add companies that I can't REAAAAAAALLY justify adding over other companies, like Olde Wrestling.) ... Man, that was a rambly response. My bad.
