To be fair, the UK scene isn't back booming just yet, although if your open TNT, Good, Wrestle Carnival, Phoenix or Discovery might be the best to look into at the moment.

Huh, guess I missed that, would still say the rest though, Phoenix and Discovery are good alternatives for OTT and ICW, especally with their questionable statuses regarding the talent they use.

Hey, I just felt like I should give everybody an update on the whole H2O thing.

 

We've decided to pull them from the mod for now, and replace them with Enjoy Wrestling. They might get added back in later, but it's not a guarantee.

 

Also, in less potentially annoying news. We've been toying with the idea of making smaller individual packs to download, of about 2-4 companies. Stuff that we'd not be entirely sure if we can justify adding to the main mod in favor of the bigger, more notable indies that aren't in main RWC. (That, and if we get too many companies into the main pack, that could cause massive slowdown)

 

Like maybe one pack'd be focused on the East Coast, adding in No Peace Underground, ECWA and Pro Wrestling Magic, another could be focused on the UWN alliance, fleshing that out by adding West Coast Pro Wrestling, and the other Championship Wrestling from [bLANK] companies... Hell, maybe we could do a pack of the old promotions that used to be in RWC (Like IWA: Mid South, and Full Impact Pro)

 

Buuuuut that'd also mean people'd have to spend a whole lot more time, downloading individual packs. Which could be a pain.

 

So basically, what I'm asking is, what would you guys prefer

As someone who is preparing to use your expansions for the first time come December, I would much rather have one pack. Importing each pack one by one would be super tedious and potentially put people off from utilizing everything you're putting time into.

Would it be a dick suggestion to say both? Or maybe even if it's broken up by in game regions, say a US pack, Canada pack, Mexico pack and so on, that could evolve your ScandiGraps pack into the European pack. But 1 pack would be simpler to work on, the main load issue you'll hit first is promotions over workers, the promotion process tends to last longer than processing raw workers, so you could have the main pack with everything in it then copy it and delete feds to make smaller packs, just don't try and maintain multiple databases simultaneously, I've done that it's a frickin headache!

sneaking onto this thread to give a little bit of an update:

 

RWC+ is dropping on the 4th when the regular Real World Chronicles drops (unless plans change but ssssshhhh), for the past month i've been working with joemurphy on something neat:

 

RWC+ should be compatible with the Super Awesome Mega Picture Pack (and it's gif version) when the next update drops! Worker pics, title pics, and company logos will hopefully be available. Unsure about banners and event/tv cuts at this moment, they might be in the next update. also BIG BIG THANK YOU TO DEVIL_CYBORG FOR LETTING ME USE PICS <3

It's that time again folks! Another update!

 

 

 

 

We close out the year with another Real World Chronicles release, which of course means a new match of RWC+ things!

 

Before I start dropping links. There are some things I wanna quickly go over here.

 

First off, hats-****ing-off to Emily for this one. Both me and Saiyan ended up having a whole lot of real life things to deal with, so we weren't able to personally get as much done. But she pulled through massively, and most of the stuff in this release is based on her work, with me getting last minute tweaks in and stuff like that.

 

Huge ups to JoeMurphy for fleshing out SAMPP with Indies+ workers, including the newest patch of people we worked on for this month's release... And again, Emily, for helping him out with all that.

 

Incase you weren't following the posts for the last couple of pages, we decided to pull H2O, in favor of Enjoy Wrestling, due to the crap surrounding the 30th of October show, that I don't really wanna get into. The important matter, is that none of us were really all that comfortable to keep them in the mod at the moment. They might come back in later, but for now, they aren't in.

 

And lastly, although I'd love to come in here, and drop the big DPDub update

Me, Saiyan and Emily all came to the conclusion that we'd only start implemending them once their first show's in the books. So you can consider that, an eventual christmas gift... Except Uncle ordered it a bit too late, and it's gonna be a month or so before the big concert tickets arrive in the mail.

Hacked away at a couple of championships. Including the Dynamite Diamond Ring, which I was... A bit confused on how to tackle exactly. I might change it up slightly for the january release, so there's a Battle Royal title, and a Diamond Ring title. Not sure.

Once again, I sadly don't really have much for this one. Which blows... Buuut, if all goes according to plan, I'll attend their next show on the eight of January (I was supposed ot attend last years version of that event, but Denmark got hit with a corona lockdown.), and a month or so later, start wrestling training under Bodyslam. What better way to get update info for a promotion, than being a part of the promotion?

That's a screwup on my part forgot to change some stuff for Titles+ once i found out it wasn't working.

 

All you need to do is pop in, change the belt to vacant, and add the appropriate title lineage.

I come from very close to the place where Unlimited Wrestling promoted, I can also personally only advise against working with this dubious league. The league was finally created by a German Youtuber with a little too much money, who thought he could improve EURO-Wrestling only through his mediocre Youtube reach. There have been many negative voices about this league, be it from fans or even wrestlers who competed there (even before the Marty Scurll thing), from unheated locations in winter at minus degrees to salaries paid much too late. The league also praised itself for having "the most beautiful title belt in the world" and then presented a generic 0815 title.

 

And to top it all off, Marty Scurll is now even being protected in social media with the argument "you would never have listened to his side".
