AEW World Championship: Kenny Omega © vs. Jungle Boy- JB looks strong but can't get the win.

AEW Women's World Championship: Britt Baker DMD © vs. Tay Conti- may the role model's reign be long and prosperous.

TNT Championship: Miro © vs. Luchasaurus- Miro rolls to a win

Faction Warfare: Nightmare Family vs. The Factory- Cody can't win all the matches and he can take the loss.

Riho & Yuka Sakazaki vs. Nyla Rose & The Bunny- tough call but I think Nyla gets a win over Riho finally.

Karl Anderson vs. PAC- it could end in a no contest due to shenanigans but AEW usually has a finish.

AEW DYNAMITE

ROAD RAGER

Wednesday Week 1, July 2021

James L. Knight Center, Miami, FL| 4,569 Fans

AEW Dark: Elevation Results:

1. Chuck Taylor def. Maxx Stardom

2. Serena Deeb def. Dani Jordyn

3. Scorpio Sky def. Lee Johnson

4. Private Party def. Bear Country

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

The announce team of Jim Ross, Excalibur and Tony Schiavone welcomed us to Miami, Florida, as AEW is on the road again! Road Rager is STACKED with six incredible matchups. Kicking us off, PAC will take on Karl Anderson!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

1. PAC def. Karl Anderson - A fantastic opener that welcomed back a sold out, HOT crowd! PAC came out with his brethren in the Lucha Brothers, while Karl Anderson was flanked by his big bud Doc Gallows and the AEW World Tag Team Champion Young Bucks. A fun opener with plenty of interference, ending with PAC nailing the Red Arrow and Brutalizer as the Lucha Bros held off the Bucks and Gallows!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

Taz came to the ring with HOOK, Will Hobbs, Ricky Starks and a trailing Brian Cage. Taz said they are laying it all out on the table here tonight. He asked Brian Cage to put the bullshit behind them, and to move on as a unit. The world is their oyster, Taz said. They are the strongest, meanest sons of bitches in AEW, and when Ricky Starks comes back, they will be ready to take over the damn world. Brian Cage took exception to Ricky Starks' name, and claimed that HE was the one who has been instigating this nonsense. HOOK is silent, Hobbs doesn't say a word, it's just that loudmouth. Ricky took to the microphone and told Brian Cage that the reason his name is mentioned so much is because he is ABSOLUTE, and HE is the future of not only Team Taz, but the future of professional wrestling! Once his neck is healed he said, he will be ready to go after every title in AEW once again. As he said this, he glared at the FTW Championship strung across Cage's shoulders, something that the Machine noticed. Brian shoved Starks back, leading to HOOK catching him and going to the corner as Will Hobbs and Brian Cage screamed at each other in the middle of the ring. Taz screamed "HEY! HEY! HEY! Team Taz is FINE don't forget that fellas! Don't do this!"

And with that, Brian Cage backed down and turned his back. As soon as his back was turned, Taz screamed "NOW!" at Hobbs and he lunged at Cage, who ducked! Cage was ready for the attack! The two hosses brawled around the ring as Ricky Starks and Taz scampered away. HOOK jumped on Cage's back and started choking him, but he threw him off of him and gave him a powerbomb! Hobbs, back on his feet, went back at Cage but Cage stopped him and nailed him with a Drillclaw! Team Taz was left wrecked as Brian Cage stood tall!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

2. Riho & Yuka Sakazaki def. Nyla Rose & The Bunny - Yuka Sakazaki's AEW return is a success! Riho was able to pin The Bunny after she hit her running knee to Bunny's face. Nyla Rose played the dominant role here and run roughshod for the majority of the match, before Riho & Yuka overpowered her.

Post-match, the winners were celebrating when they were attacked from behind by....

JADE CARGILL!

Jade ran behind Riho and KO'd her with a forearm to the back of her head! That is the woman she beat two weeks ago! Yuka went after her, but Jade easily disposed of her as well with a couple forearms and a hard lariat! Smart Mark Sterling followed closely behind her and applauded her destruction. Before anything could be said, out came...

HIKARU SHIDA!

The former AEW Women's World Champion slid into the ring and beat the absolute hell out of Jade with her patented Kendo stick! Wack after wack after wack after wack sent Jade scurrying out of the ring, leaving Mark Sterling in the ring! Shida sized him up and gave him a solid blow right across the ribs! He dipped out and the two of them walked up the ramp as Shida helped Riho and Yuka to their feet!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

3. TNT Championship: Miro © def. Luchasaurus - Hoss fight! Luchasaurus may have been Miro's toughest opponent yet, and this was definitely a showcase performance for the big dinosaur, but God's Favorite Champion was simply too much to handle. After fifteen incredible minutes, Miro made Luchasaurus pass out with the Game Over.

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

4. Faction Warfare: The Factory def. The Nightmare Family - The mutiny is a success! The coup has been completed! QT Marshall's band of disgruntled trainees (Nick Comoroto, Aaron Solow & Anthony Ogogo) has defeated Cody Rhodes' Nightmare Family (Lee Johnson, Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn)! Colten Gunn and QT Marshall started the match, and QT was handling him quite well, before Cody tagged in and was able to hit THREE Cross Rhodes right away and eliminate QT!!! Before long however, both Gunn Brothers were pinned by the absurdly strong Nick Comoroto. After those eliminations the match stood at Cody Rhodes & Lee Johnson vs. Nick Comoroto, Aaron Solow & Anthony Ogogo. Lee Johnson was able to eliminate Aaron Solow, and then with the help of an interfering Dustin Rhodes, Nick Comoroto was gone as well! Anthony Ogogo stood alone now, but pinned Johnson within a minute of being in the ring with him. Cody and Ogogo then proceeded to have a five minute stretch of back and forth action, much better than their match at Double or Nothing. The finish came when Ogogo reversed a Cross Rhodes into a hard DDT, followed up by a Frog Splash, a strong kick across the chest, and a GIANT haymaker across Cody's face for the CLEAN pinfall victory!

The rest of the Factory returned to the ring to celebrate with their hero, the REAL hero, Anthony Ogogo!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

Back from commercial, Tony Schiavone stood in the ring, ready to introduce the newest signee to All Elite Wrestling. Before he could get to the point of introduction, the lights dimmed, and onto the ramp came...

THEA TRINIDAD!!!

Thea, mic in hand, thanked Tony, but then told him his services were no longer needed and to go back to the announce desk where he belongs. Thea told Miami that she was not the only surprise tonight! She said that AEW has signed the HOTTEST free agent in professional wrestling. The best performer in the world, a LEGEND across many continents, he is the FACE OF LATINOS! Smooth by Santana echoed across the James L. Knight Center....

ANDRADE EL IDOLO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Andrade is #AllElite!! Andrade, decked out in what had to be a $5000 outfit minimum, took his time coming to the ring as he soaked up the cheers of the AEW fans in Miami. Thea introduced her client, and said that they were in AEW to take over. Andrade is here to conquer yet another company, and in order to do so, he must win the AEW World Championship. No matter who is the champ when the time comes, Andrade El Idolo, the Face of Latinos, will conquer!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

5. AEW Women's World Championship: Britt Baker © def. Tay Conti - Tay Conti is victim number one for Britt Baker. Her martial arts background certainly helped her here, but Britt was too conniving, too evil and simply too good to lose. Conti got one nearfall over a judo throw, knee to Britt's head and a Fisherman's Buster, but it wasn't enough. Britt celebrated with Reba post match.

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

We received a top-notch video package highlighting the feud between Darby Allin and Ethan Page, going way back to the indepedents, their tag match at Double or Nothing, and the last month's worth of stories.

We cut to a dark room, where Darby Allin and Sting stood. Sting told Page and Scorpio Sky that they have no idea what they are dealing with. Darby is a different type of wrestler, a different type of person. He will take on anyone, anywhere. He took on Page and Sky in a handicap match! Darby WILL defeat Ethan Page, and end this obsession that he has with Darby. And if they choose to keep attacking Darby and Sting, they made some new friends. With that, Lance Archer and Jake Roberts emerged from the darkness! Jake said that they have awoken a monster deep inside the Murderhawk. He will be the face of their nightmares, the last image they see before they fall asleep.

Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky were in a different room, this one much more well-lit. Page said that two weeks ago, Lance freakin' Archer stuck his nose where it doesn't belong! This is between Ethan Page and Darby Allin! But somehow, everytime he gets close to ending Darby, someone shows up to save the goth dude. Page said that soon, he WILL catch Darby one-on-one, and he will be the nail in Darby's coffin!

Once the promos were over, the announce team revealed that next week at Fyter Fest Night One, Darby Allin and Ethan Page will face off in a Lights Out Match!!!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

The announce team ran down the full card for next week's Fyter Fest Night One, LIVE from the great state of Texas!

The Pinnacle's FTR will face the Gunn Brothers, Austin and Colten, in tag team action!

Hangman Adam Page will face Powerhouse Will Hobbs! What is Team Taz's gameplan with the departure Brian Cage and the FTW title?

Red Velvet will battle Diamante!

In their first ever singles match, Sammy Guevara will face MJF!

And to cap this loaded card, Ethan Page will battle Darby Allin in a Lights Out match!

<div style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26);font-family:Roboto;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;border-top:6px solid rgb(255,215,0);"></div>

6. AEW World Championship: Kenny Omega © def. Jungle Boy - What a match! Jungle Boy's best match of his career, bar none. He took the champ to the limit, but came up short. Kenny gave Jack everything, including an excruciatingly-close nearfall following a slingshot Canadian Destroyer. In the end however, Kenny Omega proved that he is the best bout machine! A series of V-Triggers, followed by the One Winged Angel ended the contest.

After the match, the Young Bucks and Good Brothers joined Kenny in the ring to celebrate the win. After a moment of decision, they decided to keep attacking Jungle Boy. With Luchasaurus still in the back harboring the wounds of his match with Miro, Jungle Boy's only ally was Marko Stunt, who was disposed of in record time. Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows held up Jungle Boy by each arm, with the Bucks and Kenny prepping for a triple superkick, but from the back came...

THE BEST FRIENDS!

Chuck Taylor, Trent and Orange Cassidy! Chairs in hand, they chased off all five members of the Elite! Chuckie T and Trent helped Jungle Boy to his feet, and Orange Cassidy picked up something that Kenny left behind... the AEW World Championship! Orange held the title belt up high, staring Kenny Omega right in his eyes!

<p>Great show! Really like the Andrade/Thea pairing; I hope you do right by them, as I think they could have been so much more in WWE.</p><p> </p><p>

I like giving Ogogo the clean win; that makes him look like a star!</p><p> </p><p>

Good stuff with Cage/Taz; I'm excited to see what you do with a face Cage.</p>

Super packed show here! Many things happened..

Andrade was obvious but nothing wrong with that. I like the combination with Thea the most and I think with some Latinos in AEW it could be a strong force in the near future and a shake up which would cause some fresh match ups, too.

Team Taz and Cage is done now.. I can't see Cage in a face role to be honest, or should I say, I don't like it that much. The problem is I'm not watching AEW (as you might know) so maybe I just don't know what's all about tho. Nevertheless need a new guy up front then.

Cargill is a big thing right? Or she was announced as a big thing. Shida being back is cool tho and a potential Cargill vs. Shida (David vs Goliath) feud could be very cool. Cargill can learn, Shida can be successful at the end - Perfect.

Allin vs. Page in a Lights Out Match sounds brutal and awesome at the same time. I think this EVOLVE feud was the only time I kinda was into All Ego. Ogogo with a huge win is a cool story, Best Friends vs. Elite is also a nice (filler) programme for The Elite.

AEW DYNAMITE: FYTER FEST NIGHT 1 PREVIEW

WEDNESDAY WEEK 2, JULY 2021

All Elite Wrestling hits Texas this week with a loaded card! Fyter Fest comes roaring back with five hyped matchups that will have permanent ramifications on the future of AEW.

In a match that we are technically not supposed to promote, "All Ego" Ethan Page will battle longtime enemy Darby Allin in a Lights Out match! No rules, no time limits, and no mercy. Darby has shown that he can withstand unbearable amounts of pain, and Page is more than happy to test those limits. In a long rivalry that goes back to the independent scene, who can draw first blood on the national stage?

In another chapter of the Inner Circle vs. Pinnacle feud, MJF will take on Sammy Guevara! These two have had problems since last year, when MJF and Wardlow joined the Inner Circle and drove a wedge between Sammy and Chris Jericho. And since then, MJF has caused nothing but issues for Sammy at every turn. Sammy looks to get his revenge on MJF here, but expect each man's squad to be close by...

Speaking of the Pinnacle, resident tag team FTR will battle the Gunn Brothers in what could be a huge upset for the Gunn Brothers! FTR have a warranted claim of being the best tag team in the world, a title that Austin & Colten Gunn want for themselves. After being some of AEW's biggest fans during the pandemic era, it is time for the second generation stars to kick ass and take names!

STIR IT UP! Red Velvet returns to AEW Dynamite to battle one-half of the winners of the inaugural Deadly Draw tournament, Diamante! Both women have been tearing it up on Dark and Dark: Elevation, and now have the time to showcase their talents in front of a full crowd, LIVE on TNT!

Before the implosion of Team Taz, Taz laid down the challenge for Hangman Adam Page to take on Powerhouse Hobbs, a challenge that was accepted by Hangman. Now with Team Taz one man down, along with Ricky Starks's broken neck, Hobbs will be forced to fight the #1 ranked competitor in All Elite Wrestling fair and square!

Plus...

TNT Champion Miro lays down a challenge!

The Dark Order is in town!

We hear from Cody Rhodes!
