Preview for LSW Thunderstrike 2021

The Dreadnought vs Manny Alvarez
Recently his new agent Laura Catherine Huggins promised that The Dreadnought would leave on his path the bodies of any unfortunate competitor who stands before him. The behemoth now has the chance to do just that, going one versus one with "El Loco" Manny Alvarez, a flabby competitor from New Mexico who knows one thing or two about bringing violence into the squared circle.

The Gonzalez Family (Carlos Gonzalez, Marco Gonzalez) vs The Oklahomans (Jason Patterson, Jules Night)
Newly signed by Lone Star Wrestling, the uncle-niece duo of Carlos and Marco Gonzalez came straight at the top of the division, attacking the champs The American Cobras and looking at the tag belts. Ricky Dale Johnson, however, knows better than to give away title shots to anyone so as not to jeopardize morale backstage. The Gonzalez Family will have to earn their chance the old-fashioned way, by dominating in the ring. Their first opponents will be Jason Patterson and Jules Night, two young guns who can build some nice momentum by stopping the latest tag team to arrive in the Mid South.

Jared Johnson vs Prime Time Jack Pryde
After unintentionally costing Jake Idol defeat in the Rodeo, Prime Time Jack Pryde is still dogged to earn the trust of "Hollywood" and Venus Angeletti to enter the now-imagined "inner circle." To do so, Jack Pryde asked for and got a singles match against the one who eliminated Jake Idol in the recent tournament, Jared Johnson, a fine technician who shined in the Rodeo, being eliminated only in the Semi-finals.

Southern Stinger vs Big Smash Clay
The never-ending feud between Southern Stinger (fka known as Rayne Man) and the Cali Slick-Vinny Cruz alliance continues. After a draw in the King of the Rodeo that cost them both elimination from the tournament, the scumbag Vinny Cruz came out with the idea that his security guard, the imposing Big Smash Clay, should take care of Southern Stinger once and for all. The ownership of LSW approved this one-on-one that will then see the security guard debut in an official bout against the mad larger-than-life facepainted vigilante who seems thrilled at the idea of being able to go up against that behemoth.

Outlaw Wes Revell vs Kip Keenan
The card of the event is graced by this fine singles match between Outlaw Wes Revell, representing The Most Wanted, and "The American Eagle" Kip Keenan, eliminated in the Quarter-finals of the Rodeo by losing to The Most Wanted's leader, Renegade Bradley Blaze. This one-on-one could shake up the hierarchies here in Lone Star Wrestling, a win for "The Outlaw" could launch him as the only competitor after a year and a half of dominance in the tag team division, while a win for Kip Keenan could relaunch him toward the Texas Heavyweight championship.

David Stone, Heartbreak Express (Needham, Liotta) vs First Impression (Raphael, Flash, Goldstein)
The rivalry between The Heartbreak Express and The Canadian Blondes, or probably more generally with The First Impression faction, continues in this three on three match that will see David Stone, the next generation Canadian star, teaming up with Johnny Needham and Ralph Liotta after a pretty impressive performance in the King of the Rodeo tournament, in which he eliminated Flash Savage in the first round. Although his great rival is James Prudence, "The Masterpiece" Raphael would do well to focus on these three babyfaces coming straight at his faction to avoid nasty surprises.

xmonEZV.png
Rob Reynolds (c) vs Davis Wayne Newton in a No DQ match for the LSW Brass Knuckles title

Surprising everyone with his unbelievable overconfidence, Davis Wayne Newton accepted the Brass Knuckles title open challenge last time, even daring to demand that the title match be conducted in his own time and leaving the champ stunned. As crazy as it is to think about, "Triple Threat" got exactly what it wanted, as Rob Reynolds personally asked Ricky Dale Johnson to make the No DQ one-on-one bout official for this upcoming show to teach the kid a painful lesson. It will be Rob Reynolds versus Davis Wayne Newton in a No DQ match for the LSW Brass Knuckles championship, and what a dream debut it would be for "Triple Threat" if he came out with the belt.

Hl1JXzc.png
Left Shot (c) vs Renegade Bradley Blaze vs James Prudence for the LSW Texas Heavyweight title

As promised, with his victory in the King of the Rodeo tournament Renegade Bradley Blaze got a new title shot at the Texas Heavyweight championship that he has now been chasing obsessively since the very moment he lost that title strap. Ricky Dale Johnson, however, decided to include James Prudence in the bout, which officially became a three way. "Platinum" in fact, was robbed twice, the first time in the title match against Left Shot and the second time in the final of the Rodeo, again because of his rival Raphael. For this reason, the boss felt that the best move for his business was to add James Prudence to the main event. Neither "The Renegade" nor Left Shot are happy about this, with the champ who’s now in danger of losing his championship the same way he won it months ago, in a challenging multi-man match.

Key for Predictions:
The Dreadnought vs Manny Alvarez [1 Pts]
Squishy Squash
The Gonzalez Family vs The Oklahomans [1 Pts]
The Gonzalez family seem set to feud with The American Cobras, so need a win on debut to establish themselves as a threat

Jared Johnson vs Prime Time Jack Pryde [1 Pts]
You seemed very keen to bring JJ into LSW, so I can see him getting a decent push
Southern Stinger vs Big Smash Clay [1 Pts]
The Stinger needs abig win to show off the new look
Outlaw Wes Revell vs Kip Keenan [1 Pts]
Bounceback win for Kip

David Stone, The Heartbreak Express vs The First Impression [1 Pts]
Could definitely go the other way, but I'm hoping for some outside shenanigans here...
Rob Reynolds (c) vs Davis Wayne Newton in a No DQ match for the LSW Brass Knuckles title
Reynolds is the man in this diary
Left Shot (c) vs Renegade Bradley Blaze vs James Prudence for the LSW Texas Heavyweight title [2 Pts]
I think you have a stronger Heel side than Babyfaces at the moment, so moving the title onto Prudence would give you more options at the top of the card

The Dreadnought vs Manny Alvarez [1 Pts] The obvious pick - the big man will bounce back from the disappointment during the King of the Rodeo with a win here.
The Gonzalez Family vs The Oklahomans [1 Pts] The Gonzalez Family is being set up as the next challenges, and I think they earn their shot here.
Jared Johnson vs Prime Time Jack Pryde [1 Pts] A big win to build Jared Johnson up the card, though there's a possibility he loses through nefarious means.
Southern Stinger vs Big Smash Clay [1 Pts] This could go either way, but I'm thinking the bodyguard wins (but not cleanly).
Outlaw Wes Revell vs Kip Keenan [1 Pts] I think Keenan wins to stay in the hunt for the title.
David Stone, The Heartbreak Express vs The First Impression [1 Pts] I'm just guessing now.
Rob Reynolds (c) vs Davis Wayne Newton in a No DQ match for the LSW Brass Knuckles title Probably the biggest chance of Reynolds losing his title, but I am picking him to retain.
Left Shot (c) vs Renegade Bradley Blaze vs James Prudence for the LSW Texas Heavyweight title [2 Pts] Still guessing.

LSW Thunderstrike 2021
Tuesday, Week 4, October 2021
Held in El Paso, TX (Mid South) in front of 1,220 people

Rob Reynolds (c) vs Davis Wayne Newton in a No DQ match for the LSW Brass Knuckles title
The opener of the night is a championship match for the Brass Knuckles championship, defended by Rob Reynolds under traditional no disqualification rules. In a bout that has decent wrestling but doesn't have much heat, Davis Wayne Newton makes his debut and certainly shows his skills in the ring and a scrappy attitude. In the closing stages of the bout, "Triple Threat" attempts to use Reynolds' wrench against him but the champs stops him and has a nice comeback, getting ready to win the match with the signature move Real Deal Rocker, but suddenly a hooded intruder enters the squared circle and hits Rob Reynolds in the skull with the wrench! OUCH! Two staff members rush into the ring to tackle the intruder who, however, knocks them down before lowering his hood, revealing his identity: AL COLEMAN?!? "Mr. Submission" turns heel on his friend, standing by and watching a surprised Davis Wayne Newton slingshot over the champ: 1 ... 2 .. 3! Davis Wayne Newton wins the LSW Brass Knuckles title on his debut! [47]

Al Coleman's heel turn has been a complete success, and as Davis Wayne Newton walks away satisfied with his new championship, "Mr. Submission" attacks Rob Reynolds once again in the ring, making it impossible for him to escape outside the ring after applying his Ankle Brace signature submission move for several seconds, leaving him down and out after hitting him once again with the wrench on his skull. [31]

The Gonzalez Family (Carlos Gonzalez, Marco Gonzalez) vs The Oklahomans (Jason Patterson, Jules Night)
In a bout that has pretty bad wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, we witness another winning debut as The Gonzalez Family defeats The Oklahomans in nine minutes when Carlos Gonzalez pins Jason Patterson with a Flat-Out. The announcing quality lifts the match. [34]

After the bell, the LSW Tag Team champions Marvel Malloy and Storm Spillane walk out to rumble with The Gonzalez Family, who recently attacked them from behind, but the providential arrival of Ricky Dale Johnson and his assistant Mya Catalan allows the situation not to escalate. RDJ convinces The American Cobras to avoid the wild brawl, saying that they will challenge Marco and Carlos soon if the two Puerto Ricans will earned it. In fact, the boss announces that at LSW Spurs and Stripes next month a huge Tag Team Turmoil match will be held! Several duos will do battle in this challenge and the winning tag team will receive a title shot at the LSW Tag Team title belts! [46]

Jared Johnson vs Prime Time Jack Pryde
In a poor match, "Double J" Jared Johnson is called upon to clash with Prime Time Jack Pryde in a one-on-one that sees him favored. Despite several tricks by the young "Prime Time," Jared Johnson manages to close the match in nine minutes, submitting his opponent with a Carolina Crossface to keep his momentum going. Failing is the goal of Jack Pryde, who would have liked to defeat "Double J" to attract the sympathies of "Hollywood" Jake Idol to himself. [45]

Returning disappointed backstage, Prime Time Jack Pryde crosses paths with "Hollywood" Jake Idol and Venus Angeletti, making an effort to still be found with his usual cocky attitude and pretending that everything is under control. Jake Idol and the pretty valet mock Jack Pryde after "another good effort", but "Prime Time" plays dumb and takes the opportunity to make a new proposal to "Hollywood." Ricky Dale Johnson's announcement might just do the trick! Last time the two of them came close in the title match for the LSW Tag Team championships, and they should apply for a spot in the Tag Team Turmoil match to become the new No. One Contenders. In this way, Jack Pryde and Jake Idol will have a new shot at the tag team titles and will surely not fail a second time. Surprisingly, very surprisingly, Jake Idol admits that he also thought about taking part in the upcoming turmoil match, telling "Prime Time" to be ready. [36]

The Dreadnought vs Manny Alvarez
In a terrible match, The Dreadnought defeats Manny Alvarez in five minutes, pinning him after his lethal Dread Bomb. Laura Catherine Huggins does some good work at ringside, but the performance of the bout has been overall pretty bad. [14] After the bell, the charming agent hypes her client a bit, improvising well throughout the segment and putting over The Dreadnought, a war machine ready to demolish anyone who gets in her way. [56]

Southern Stinger vs Big Smash Clay
With Cali Slick and Vinny Cruz at his corner, the security guard Big Smash Clay makes his debut in singles action against Cali Slick's nemesis Southern Stinger - fka as Rayne Man. In a bout that has sub-par wrestling and little heat due to Big Smash Clay being still pretty unknown and green in the ring, Southern Stinger is able to overcome the physical difference, pinning the security guard in seven minutes with a Rayne Drop. Vinny Cruz does some good work at ringside. [41] After the match, Cali Slick tries to blindside his rival, but Southern Stinger returns the axe to sender, forcing "The Draw" to beat a retreat on the ramp. The facepainted madman swagger vigilante smiles at his nemesis, seeming thrilled at the idea that their rivalry is not yet over. This new unstable "persona" of Rayne Man is absolutely nuts. [41]

Outlaw Wes Revell vs Kip Keenan
In a decent match, Outlaw Wes Revell, representing The Most Wanted faction, goes one-on-one against the babyface act Kip Keenan in a bout that lasts around twelve minutes. Despite Maverick Chip Martin and Bandit Waylon Walls being at ringside, "The Outlaw" fails in his attempt to take advantage of their distractions, ending up with his back on the mat after a Belly To Belly Suplex by Kip Keenan who scores the winning pinfall. Nice W for "The American Eagle," who could revive his own chances at a title shot for the LSW Texas Heavyweight strap. [53]

The Strong Hand takes control of the ring and Travis Century starts preaching as usual against the El Paso audience, before turning to his adepts and addressing the elephant in the room. "The Preacher" certainly shows character and takes big risks, sparing no harsh words against Texas Hangman and Cobra, focusing especially on "The Hangman" who has already given several signs of rebellion and discontent with the Travis Century-led faction in the past few months. "The Preacher" urges his adepts not to lose sight of the pious path, the example of the Lord, and to avoid the temptations of the devil. The Strong Hand must remain steadfast in its holy crusade, and Travis Century questions Cobra and Texas Hangman: do they still have faith in the Lord? After a few seconds, both Cobra and "The Hangman" nod to their preacher, thus putting recent tensions behind them and seeming cohesive and united under Travis Century's leadership. [45]

David Stone, Heartbreak Express (Needham, Liotta) vs First Impression (Raphael, Flash, Goldstein)
It's now time for some three-on-three action as the heel faction The First Impression squares up against fellow Canadian David Stone and The Heartbreak Express, a duo that has clashed several times lately against Flash Savage and Ozzie Goldstein. In a decent match that gets the crowd hotter, the leader of the group Raphael scores the win by pinfall after hitting Johnny Needham with a Cupid's Arrow. [48]

In a short taped promo, once again “Game Changer” Xavi Ferrera talks about himself and his upcoming debut, announcing that he’ll arrive in Mid South at LSW Spurs and Stripes 2021, the next event held by Lone Star Wrestling. [36]

Hl1JXzc.png
Left Shot (c) vs Renegade Bradley Blaze vs James Prudence for the LSW Texas Heavyweight title
A huge three way is next here in the main event of the night, as Texas Heavyweight champ Left Shot is set to defend his title belt against "King of the Rodeo" Renegade Bradley Blaze and the babyface megastar "Platinum" James Prudence. The champ carries the bout in terms of in-ring performance, while James Prudence is the weak link, being really off his game unfortunately. During the match Raphael, Ozzie Goldstein and Flash Savage storm into the ring to attack James Prudence, costing him a huge chance to win the three way where there is no disqualification. Consecutively, The Most Wanted faction join the party to help its leader Renegade Bradley Blaze, but after one too many words of "The Renegade," Raphael and The First Impression also attack Bradley Blaze and his brigade. A wild brawl ensues and eventually only the three competitors remain in the ring. Renegade Bradley Blaze connects his Dallas Drop on James Prudence, getting hit soon after by the deadly Dream Left Hook of Left Shot that pins "The Renegade" to win the match in twenty minutes, making defence number two of the LSW Texas Heavyweight championship. [63]

Preview for LSW Spurs and Stripes 2021

David Stone vs Ozzie Goldstein
A Canadian clash will take place at LSW Spurs and Stripes: next gen star David Stone will clash with spoiled pretty boy Ozzie Goldstein, representing The First Impression faction. David Stone debuted at LSW King of the Rodeo by defeating Flash Savage, Goldstein's tag partner; it will be interesting to see if the young Stone will overcome even Ozzie Goldstein, or if the blondie will prove superior to him within the squared circle.

No. One Contenders Tag Team Turmoil match
Still not revealed is how many or which tag teams will take part in the match that will determine the new No. One Contenders at the LSW Tag Team championships held by The American Cobras, however we do have some small clues as to who might take part in the bout. We know that "Hollywood" Jake Idol is intent on taking part in the contention, apparently possibly along with Prime Time Jack Pryde, we also know that The Gonzalez Family should be one of the duos involved, and we could expect The Hive, The Heartbreak Express among the other tag teams in attendance. Maybe some other duos looking for holy redemption may show up. However, for now one can only speculate!

The Dreadnought vs Vendetta
The Dreadnought lived up to the expectations of his agent Laura Catherine Huggins when he crushed "El Loco" Manny Alvarez last month. Now, ahead of the masked behemoth is a new challenge and a new, rather physical competitor. In singles action, The Dreadnought is set to face Venedetta in a wild brawl.

Also, Cali Slick asked for a face-to-face with Southern Stinger to end their never-ending rivalry

James Prudence vs Raphael
After costing his hated rival both the LSW Texas Heavyweight championship and the King of the Rodeo finals, "The Masterpiece" Raphael will once again find himself in singles action against "Platinum" James Prudence. The level of the two competitors is very high and there is buzz around this match, will it be the tombstone on their rivalry? Will James Prudence be able to shake off Raphael and his envy once and for all? Or will Raphael be able to prove that there is no blondie in this business better than him?

The Most Wanted (Bradley Blaze, Chip Martin) vs Jared Johnson, Miller Fforde
The leader and the young gun of The Most Wanted faction will team up as a duo for the first time ever, as Renegade Bradley Blaze and Maverick Chip Martin will take on Jared Johnson, eliminated in the Semi-finals of King of the Rodeo tournament by Bradley Blaze, and Miller Fforde, a longtime rival of "The Renegade" known for always being a thorn in his side. It's sure to be an interesting match, "Double J" looking for one more victory that will quickly catapult him into the main event scene, while Renegade Bradley Blaze knows how important it is to stop his momentum to get himself back in front of the line with the goal of regaining his biggest obsession, the Texas Heavyweight title!

Hl1JXzc.png
Left Shot (c) vs Kip Keenan for the LSW Texas Heavyweight title
And in the main event, Left Shot is called upon for another title defense after some early months as champion in which he looked very good. His contender this time will be "The American Eagle" Kip Keenan, who was already defeated a few months ago by Left Shot himself in a one-on-one, but who got an important title shot after some level performances here in the Mid South. Two former friends back in their Puerto Rico days, Left Shot and Kip Keenan have certainly not been on good terms since they both found themselves here in LSW, it's sure to be a great match and there are more than a few who would seem to be putting a surprise bet on a win by "The American Eagle.”

LSW Spurs and Stripes 2021
Tuesday, Week 4, November 2021
Held in San Antonio, TX (Mid South) in front of 1,329 people
53,762 viewers on WrestleWorld

David Stone vs Ozzie Goldstein
In the opener of the night, David Stone and Ozzie Goldstein collide in an All-Canadian bout that has decent wrestling but doesn't have much heat. The match-up is fairly even, but in the end is the young Stone who takes home the win, surprising Ozzie Goldstein with a Stone Cutter after around ten minutes. The bubbly babyface celebrates his victory along with the fans in the front rows, managing to defeat both The Canadian Blondes in singles action. Ozzie Goldstein licks his wounds in the center of the ring, heartened by partner Flash Savage who witnessed the match at ringside. This match gets the show off to a strong start. [51]

As it's time for the Tag Team Turmoil match to decree their next No. One Contenders, The American Cobras walk out to witness the bout very closely and better study their upcoming opponents. A good response from the San Antonio crowd towards Marvel Malloy and Storm Spillane, among the best tag teams on the territories. [40]

No. One Contenders Tag Team Turmoil match
The Gonzalez Family and The Hive are the selected tag teams to start this turmoil match, and in a bout that has sub-par wrestling and little heat, Marco Gonzalez gets surprised by Remmy Honeyman’s fast roll up after five minutes: 1 ..2 .. 3!! Unexpectedly, The Gonzalez Family flop their debut and are immediately eliminated! [37] Before returning backstage, The Gonzalez have a surge of pride and assault The Hive from behind, leaving them down and out. [13] Next are Bandit Waylon Walls and Outlaw Wes Revell, introduced as The Big Guns Reloaded by the announcing table. The members of The Most Wanted faction tread on The Hive, when Outlaw Wes Revell pins Remmy Honeyman after a combined signature move, the Law of the West. [33] It's now time for "Hollywood" Jake Idol that walks out alongside Venus Angeletti and a pumped-up Jack Pryde. "Hollywood" and the beautiful valet, however, stop "Prime Time" at one point, making him realize that he will not be Jake Idol's partner and revealing that they have only played a joke on him. Jack Pryde's face goes from happiness to disappointment within moments as Jake Idol reveals his real partner for tonight, and someone who really deserves to be in "The Inner Circle": JACKPOT JORDAN!!! [44] Leaving a humiliated Jack Pryde behind, Rich and Famous - that’s Idol and Jordan’s tag team name - defeat The Big Guns Reloaded in six minutes when Jackpot Jordan pins Bandit Waylon Walls after The House Always Win. [50] The fifth team to enter the Turmoil match is The Wild Cats, straight from Mexico’s CILL! In a decent match, Rich And Famous somehow find a way to win the match by using some dirty trick, as Jake Idol pins El Jaguar after their duo signature finisher called The House Always Wins! [57] Jake Idol and Jackpot Jordan, just like Venus Angeletti at ringisde, are all happy and excited, but their expressions suddenly change when the identity of the sixth and final tag team is revealed: here come Texas Hangman and Cobra! Rich And Famous do their best but eventually crumble, as “The Hangman” pins Jackpot Jordan with a Choke Slam! Texas Hangman and Cobra win the Tag Team Turmoil match and gain a title shot at the LSW Tag Team titles held by The American Cobras, in what will be a golden rematch compared to the rivalry they had last year here in the Mid South. [42]

The Dreadnought vs Vendetta
Make no mistake about it, Vendetta is a menacing competitor who would scare many opponents, but after a failed assault in the first minute of the match, it becomes even clearer the physical dominance of The Dreadnought, who breaks the defenses of the facepainted brawler and flings him here and there inside the squared circle. In a match that doesn’t have much heat, The Dreadnought dominates Vendetta and pins him in less than four minutes after a Dread Bomb. Laura Catherine Huggins does some good work at ringside. [21]

In an angle inside the ring Cali Slick, accompanied by Vinny Cruz and security Big Smash Clay, recently defeated by Southern Stinger in singles action, called out the facepainted mad vigilante who arrives with a nutty smile on his face. Cali Slick recalls how their rivalry has been going on for over a year now, and how his desire is to put Southern Stinger's shadow behind him once and for all, being able to finally take the top spot here in LSW, finally hitting his goal. "The Draw" is aware, however, that that madman of Southern Stinger will not stop until he gets exactly what he wants, and what he wants is one last ruthless brawl! Therefore, Cali Slick challenges Southern Stinger for the last event of 2021, in a Last Man Standing match! The facepainted vigilante lets loose with one of his nutty smiles, saying he is thrilled at the idea of ending their story with a bang and accepting the challenge, promising that Cali Slick and Vinny Cruz will regret turning against him at the origin of all this and creating this enigmatic persona called Southern Stinger. [42]

James Prudence vs Raphael
In a bout that has great heat and decent wrestling, two blondies clash once again in a premier rivalry here in Lone Star Wrestling, after a jealous Raphael cost James Prudence both the Texas Heavyweight title and the King of the Rodeo tournament. Their feud certainly does not end with this one-on-one, as a struggling Raphael intentionally gets disqualified after twelve minutes, more interested in hurting James Prudence than defeating him fair and square in a match. [53]

After the bell, Raphael keeps assaulting James Prudence, also receiving support from his partners in crime, Flash Savage and Ozzie Goldstein. Raphael then gets an object handed to him by one of the two; it is a hair-cutting machine! "The Masterpiece" shouts at James Prudence, reminding him that there is no blondie pretty and deadly like him! And to teach him a lesson he'll remember for life, Raphael walks up to his rival's hair to shave it, while The Canadian Blondes hold him down. Tense moments, but fortunately here comes the cavalry! The Heartbreak Express show up and save James Prudence from a humiliating shave, managing to put The First Impression faction to flight. [35]

New Brass Knuckles champ Davis Wayne Newton walks out amid booing from the crowd, which appreciates neither his rude ways nor the dirty way he won the championship. "Triple Threat" surprises everyone, saying that MAYBE he and the fans got off on the wrong foot, and that MAYBE he should prove himself a legit Brass Knuckles champ by issuing an open challenge for the title strap right here, right now! A cheap pop by the crowd is coldly handled by DWN, but before continuing he’s interrupted by a new face of LSW: "Game Changer" Xavi Ferrera is here! The charismatic competitor introduces himself before addressing "Triple Threat," congratulating him for the title win in his debut match. And what better time to return the favor than this, right here in San Antonio, as Xavi Ferrera would love to answer the open challenge and get a title shot at te Brass Knuckles championship on his debut! Unfortunately for him, Davis Wayne Newton has other plans, saying that he used the conditional not by accident as he was talking about issuing an open challenge, later saying that there will be none tonight, as the crowd doesn't deserve it, and most definitely Xavi doesn't deserve it either. The champ returns backstage, leaving "Game Changer" alone in the ring, ruining his dream debut. [29]

The Most Wanted (Bradley Blaze, Chip Martin) vs Jared Johnson, Miller Fforde
After Bandit Waylon Walls and Outlaw Wes Revell came out on the losing end in the Tag Team Turmoil match, The Most Wanted faction has another chance to find a victory tonight, as the leader Bradley Blaze and the young Chip Martin take on Jared Johnson and Miller Fforde. “Double J” Jared Johnson has a solid performance che conferma il suo status di potenziale star here in LSW, but eventually The Most Wanted score the win, when Renegade Bradley Blaze pins Miller Fforde in ten minutes with a Dallas Drop. [48]

In a short promo, Al Coleman explains why he betrayed his former friend Rob Reynolds at LSW Thunderstrike 2021, when he attacked "The Motor City Menace" and cost him the Brass Knuckles title. "Mr. Submission" claims that the real traitor is Rob Reynolds himself, not him. In fact, Al Coleman reminds everyone how he was about to defeat Rob Reynolds in a fair and square title match for the strap few months ago, when Rob Reynolds vilely hit him in the back of the head with his wrench. Al Coleman doesn't care about "brass knuckles rules," "no disqualification," because to him that gesture was unacceptable! "Mr. Submission" has always fought with loyalty and honor here in Lone Star Wrestling and what did that get him? NOTHING! And being betrayed by his own friend was the straw that broke the camel's back. "Mr. Submission" has changed his attitude, ready to do anything to succeed here in the Mid South. And about Rob Reynolds, Al Coleman promises he's coming for him! [34]

Left Shot (c) vs Kip Keenan for the LSW Texas Heavyweight title

And in the main event, Left Shot goes one-on-one against Kip Keenan, supported by the crowd in their quest for a victory that would make him the top man in Lone Star Wrestling and new Texas Heavyweight champ! Hands down the best match in LSW history, the bout has superb wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, and the overall performance is lifted by the fact that Left Shot and Kip Keenan have pretty good chemistry. After about a quarter of an hour, Kip Keenan gets super close to winning it all, with a three-count false finish following a Belly To Belly Suplex, as Left Shot manages at the last split second to get his big foot on the first rope. Then taking advantage of a distraction by the referee, Left Shot extinguishes Kip Keenan's dreams of glory, cowardly hitting him with his brass knuckles sneakily put on: DREAM LEFT HOOK! And you can count to twenty after that, Left Shot makes defense number three of the LSW Texas Heavyweight title. [70]

"The Gonzalez Family and The Hive are the selected tag teams to start this turmoil match, and in a bout that has sub-par wrestling and little heat, Marco Gonzalez gets surprised by Remmy Honeyman’s fast roll up after five minutes: 1 ..2 .. 3!! Unexpectedly, The Gonzalez Family flop their debut and are immediately eliminated!" LOL!

I was among the ones who thought The Gonzalez Family could win, but I'm happy about this. Nothing against them, but I think outside Puerto Rico The Gonzalez Family has a lot work to do to be a dominant tag team, so... good booking IMO.

LSW Hell Froze Over is next on the schedule, and with that event 2021 will be over! The predictions game is almost done, but after a perfect 8/8 @azzak took off and he's virtually a back-to-back champ.

Just like previous year, I'll probably have rewards for first 3/4 spots ;)

I saw "Co-Champ" next to my name and took it personally...

Another fantastic year for LSW - looking forward to the final show of the year!

Preview for LSW Hell Froze Over 2021

The Hive (Quentin Queen, Remmy Honeyman) vs The Gonzalez Family (Carlos Gonzalez, Marco Gonzalez)
After a flop in the Tag Team Turmoil match to decree the new No. One Contenders at the LSW Tag Team titles, The Gonzalez Family look to make up for it in a two-on-two against The Hive, who eliminated the Puerto Ricans first during the Turmoil bout, ruining their debuts and their golden dreams. Both duos with a chip on their shoulders; The Gonzalez Family to prove themselves worthy competitors, and The Hive to teach the arrogant heels a lesson after their post-match beatdown.

Outlaw Wes Revell vs Miller Fforde
After a tag team bout alongside Bandit Waylon Walls, with whom he formed The Big Guns Reloaded, Outlaw Wes Revell is called upon to compete in singles action against "The Fighting Underdog" Miller Fforde, accompanied by his trainer and manager Johnny Martin. Certainly "The Outlaw" will try to hit hard at the request of his own Renegade leader Bradley Blaze, who is known to have a rather negative relationship with Miller Fforde. "The Fighting Underdog" for his part will give his 110% to win the match, knowing that it would cause Bradley Blaze further displeasure.

Al Coleman, Davis Wayne Newton vs Rob Reynolds, Xavi Ferrera
Tensions and ambitions blend in this tag team match, as LSW Brass Knuckles champ Davis Wayne Newton is called upon to team up with Al Coleman, the one who practically allowed him to become champ when he turned heel and viciously attacked Rob Reynolds during their title match. And their competitoris will be Rob Reynolds , eager both to take back the title strap and to get his hands on the dastardly traitor Al Coleman, and Xavi Ferrera, making his official Lone Star Wrestling debut after being denied an open challenge for the Brass Knuckles title by Davis Wayne Newton with whom there was an immediate animosity.

The Dreadnought vs Penfold Perdition
A big challenge awaits The Dreadnought, as he's set to square up against Penfold "Big Baby" Perdition, a 410lber from Hawaii. The Islander is known for squashing opponents with avalanches and bear hugs, and it will be really interested to see how The Dreadnought will approach this huge opponent, as he is usually the biggest one in the ring. However, Dreadnought's agent Laura Catherine Huggins commented on this bout, saying that this is a wonderful opportunity to show everyone her client's physical dominance.

James Prudence, The Heartbreak Express (Needham, Liotta) vs The First Impression (Raphael, Goldstein, Flash)
A rumbling three-on-three graces the card, as The First Impression will once again clash with James Prudence, so hated by Raphael that he even tried to shave off his beautiful platinum hair, and The Heartbreak Express, who providentially intervened in helping James Prudence and avoiding the humiliation of having their own head shaved off. Ricky Dale Johnson added extra to the stakes, however! In fact, depending on which trio is able to win the match, either Raphael or James Prudence will be awarded the choice of stipulation for a one-on-one between the two rivals, a match that RDJ has promised to make official as soon as possible in the upcoming future.

Jared Johnson, Kip Keenan vs Left Shot, Renegade Bradley Blaze
Another tag team bout on the menu, as probably the two hottest babyfaces in Lone Star Wrestling right now will team up against the LSW Texas Heavyweight champ Left Shot Bradford and Renegade Bradley Blaze. Jared Johnson has been one of the most interesting competitors of this second half of 2021 Here in the Mid South and is seriously running for a spot in the main event scene. Kip Keenan, on the other hand, lost to Left Shot in a tainted way recently, following a nasty brass knuckles shot not caught by the referee, seeing his chance to become Texas Heavyweight champ fade from the front. Left Shot will have to deal with two tough bones, and it is yet to be seen if he can trust his partner for one night, Renegade Bradley Blaze, always obsessed with the LSW Texas Heavyweight championship and ready to do anything to get it back. It's safe to assume though that this could also be an advantage for the heel pairing, as "The Renegade" could leverage this victory to demand a new title match.

Cali Slick vs Southern Stinger in a Last Man Standing match
After more than a year of rivalry Cali Slick and Southern Stinger - fka as Rayne Man - are ready to put the final word on their feud. Last month Cali Slick challenged Southern Stinger to a Last Man Standing, and the gauntlet was picked up with great joy by the nutty vigilante. Ricky Dale Johnson made the match official, deeming it a great way to end this chapter and give the audience a must-watch bout on which he can cash in big bucks. Once again, and this time it will be the last, it's "The Draw" against "The Stinger" and only one will beat the ten-count and prove to be Ruthless! Who will be the Last Man Standing?

The American Cobras (Malloy, Spillane) (c) vs Texas Hangman, Cobra for the LSW Tag Team titles
After winning the No. One Contenders Tag Team Turmoil match, Texas Hangman and Cobra are back on the same page and are ready to defeat The American Cobras, something they have managed to do before here in LSW during their rivalry. The fates of these two tag teams will cross paths again during LSW Hell Froze Over, but this time the Tag Team championships will be up for grabs. Will The Strong Hand snatch the title belts? Or will The American Cobras overcome this dangerous challenge?
